This National Day, I still planned many places I wanted to go, from Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand in Japan to Dunhuang and Sanya in Mongolia. In the end, I was defeated by the lack of vacation time. However, how could I stay at home during the 4-day vacation? Although I knew that going out would inevitably be a crowded state, I am someone who likes to go out even if I am stuck on the road, so I quickly formed a group with my friends. So the destination this time is Shanghai Disneyland.
Disney's recent news has been abundant, but there is still a hint of longing, which may not be immune to amusement parks, especially since this amusement park is cute and lovely. After deciding to go to Disney, I started making crazy guides. Of course, during the National Day holiday, I felt that all the guides were based on the Chinese yuan, with transportation, accommodation, tickets, and meals all priced at a premium. Even for ordinary Disney, people come and go in other people's guides, so this time we have unanimously decided to become RMB players.
I was already mentally prepared for not being able to go during the 3-day trip in Shanghai because another typhoon was blowing. Yes, we also encountered a typhoon on the previous Quantum cruise ship, and this time we were so "lucky" again. After a night of intense confusion, on October 1st, despite the strong typhoon, I arrived in Shanghai smoothly under the pursuit of wind and rain.
Due to the impact of the typhoon, the weather in Shanghai is not good either. From October 1st to the evening, there is a trend of increasing wind and rain. Our concern has shifted from whether we can get to Shanghai smoothly to whether we can go out to Disneyland smoothly the next day. But there's no other way, Disney tickets don't have the options of rescheduling or refunding, even if it's windy or rainy, we still have to go. So we woke up at 4:30 the next day, got a fight, and went out in the dark amidst the wind and rain (don't ask why it was so early, because when we arrived, you would find that someone else was earlier). Since we agreed to become RMB players, we should spend money and buy things to ensure smooth play.
Now let's focus on the key points. Personally, I feel that it is very necessary to buy Disney's early access card. The early access card for October 2nd is 149 yuan. With this card, you can enter the security checkpoint of the park first. If you don't have a card and only have tickets, you can only wait outside for the opening time to enter. The park undergoes security check before ticket inspection. The three of us carry small bags with a clear view inside, so we opened them and quickly completed the security check. However, security check is a necessary process as safety comes first. On the day of 10.2, it seemed like the doors had opened early. Originally, the guide stated that the early access channel would open on July 30th and regular tickets would open on August 30th. You could enter the park at 7 o'clock that day, which was a great surprise! Then we bought tickets at a certain store, used our ID cards to enter the park, and issued tickets. The first thing we did upon entering the park was to associate the tickets on the app and then grab the FP (the fast track for projects has a time limit, and the park will open the FP grabbing time. The time for each project is different, and once we grab it, we can only grab it within the specified time, so we need to plan the time. The next FP can only be grabbed after you have used the previous one. What you can grab depends on the app, not just what you want, but what it gives you to grab), FP is basically a popular major project. If you want to quickly check in on various projects, you can also purchase the premium package on the app (after purchasing, you don't have to wait for a long time or compete for FP, you can enter the few projects in the package at any time). You can also consider buying it if you want to leisurely play all the projects and become a RMB player.
Due to the National Day holiday, the price of the premium package is also changing day by day. Originally, the premium card for the eight major projects was 440, so we decided to buy it. In case there are too many people, it's still worth it. On the day of October 2nd, we were stunned when we opened the app. The price of the 8 project premium card had already become 990... This price was something we had to bite our teeth several times before making a decision. In the end, we were not so wealthy, but instead bought the premium card with the Chuang Speed Light Wheel and Leap Flat Line, priced at 180 yuan per person. (The premium package is also limited, and it is estimated that it will be sold out after many people buy it. Spending money also depends on the speed of the hands, and individual packages are estimated to be available at any time.) After buying the premium package, we casually snatched the FP of Lei Ming Shan Drifting after 9 o'clock. With two unlimited premium packages for major projects and one large FP, we can start today's itinerary without any panic.
Check in 1. The Mystery of Pirates of the Caribbean Treasure: We plunged into Disney without any specific goals, so we followed everyone to the right. Along the way, everyone was jogging, but we walked slowly and seemed a bit out of place. When we arrived at Treasure Cove, the first thing we saw was this project, only to find that there was no one there??? Of course, we'll go straight in! Although we have no idea what is being played inside. After entering, the first stable batch is in the first row. This project is about sitting on a ship and taking you to experience the world of pirates. There are splashes, sounds, visuals, and dynamics. Overall, it is relatively relaxed and a leisurely project. It will give you a shock at the end, but it is not an exciting project, so it is still okay. The overall sensory experience is quite good.
Check in 2. Seven Dwarf Mining Cars: There will be service points in the park, which will indicate the current waiting time for projects and the time for competing for FP projects. When we arrived at the Dwarf Mining Cars, the waiting time was only about ten minutes, so we decisively went in and lined up. As the name suggests, this is a roller coaster project. The roller coaster is not large and has a decent range, with a slight tilt. It is a cute roller coaster project, and you will see the scene of dwarves digging for gems while driving, which is very cute. We should also be among the first two groups of tourists, as the roller coaster drove all the way without stopping. When we passed by later, we found that it would suddenly stop halfway, which caught you off guard. Maybe the experience is different at each time period. If you like roller coasters and have time, you can brush it.
Check in 3. Leap over the horizon. Because this is a popular project and there is still some time before the 9 o'clock drift, we have decided to go check in and buy the premium card "Leap Horizon" first. The feeling of opening the fast track is very wonderful. After entering, everyone will be lined up one by one and a legendary video will be played? Actually, it's just a safety notice video, and then go in line and sit down inside. After everyone sat down, we began a wonderful journey of time travel. At first, when we heard this name, we thought it was another roller coaster type project, but then we nervously discovered that it was an elevated full sensory high-altitude experience of various countries' scenery. The seats would rise and hang in front, and the surrounding screens would take you to various popular areas, very realistic. At first, we couldn't help but grab the handrail, and then you would see places such as Antarctica, Africa, the Eiffel Tower, the Great Wall, pyramids, etc. Personally, I feel very great! The experience is very strong! Worth brushing.
Check in 4. Drifting on Lei Ming Mountain. It's almost time to come out, so we set off for a rafting trip to Lei Ming Mountain. We have always loved this type of activity, so we bought headbands and a raincoat and rain shoe set as a gift from Taobao in advance. Because I snatched the FP, I basically didn't queue up. After entering, I quickly put on my raincoat and started drifting! I have to say that the quality of the raincoat I received is really not good. As soon as I sat down and fastened my seat belt to wrap myself tighter, it broke. So in the second half, I was completely in a state of self abandonment. Everyone grabbed onto the armrest, and I easily leaned back in my seat, waiting for the water to wash away. It has been proven that if the position is done well, one can actually go without wearing a raincoat, because I feel that drifting is not very exciting and there are not many splashes. However, at the end, there will be large waves. At this time, I happened to be at the impact point, and the water directly rushed onto my back and one leg. Fortunately, there was sunlight that day, which didn't hinder it, and it was done quickly. So this project itself is harmless and mild, it depends on whether everyone likes water or not. I personally feel pretty good.
Check in 5. Canoe. This is a random project because we passed by it when we first entered the park and found that it was not yet open, which made us very curious. Then I came out of the drift and found that it was open. At this moment, my friend opened the app and found that it had a queue time of 5 minutes. Adhering to the principle of checking in for all projects, we went in. Unexpectedly, it became the only project in our queue that lasted nearly 30 minutes Simply put, it's a rowing activity where everyone sits on a canoe and paddles together, while listening to the staff talk about the surrounding attractions. In fact, it's like circling around Treasure Bay. Before boarding, the staff said that the boat had no power, and if everyone didn't row, they wouldn't be able to go back! After boarding the ship, we rowed vigorously, causing my arms to be sore and unable to recover the next day Not much comment, maybe there will be people who enjoy rowing.
Check in 6. Create a high-speed light wheel. Alright, this project that my friends and I don't want to redo is not because of anything else, but because its wife is too exciting. It truly deserves to be ranked first and second among the major projects. At first, I only heard that this project is super beautiful, super fun, and must go! Then we didn't hesitate to buy the Premium, and as soon as we went in, we heard everyone screaming from the beginning... This project is not a traditional roller coaster, it's a motorcycle style ride that will allow you to ride your beloved little motorcycle, lie on it, and then the back of the chair will press down to fix you. This mode is already very unusual, coupled with its acceleration that rushes out from the beginning, it's exciting. However, it has to be said that it is still within an acceptable level. I can still open my eyes and see the cool light and shadow inside. It is said that it looks better at night, but the second brush will make my legs soft... I strongly recommend, everyone, go and play!
After clocking in the spinning wheel, we had already lost some combat power, and it happened to be lunchtime. We decided to have a meal before continuing. We originally planned to have some free time in the park, but after wandering around, we found that the prices were a bit unacceptable and there were not many options. So we looked around the map and decided to go to Disneytown to have lunch.
Disneytown and the amusement park are connected by a passage, just a short distance from Tomorrow's World. You can go out directly, and when you come back, you can enter and exit unlimited times on the same day with your ticket. There are many restaurants in Disneytown, with a wide variety of options and some prices that are relatively affordable. Our Chinese food was eaten at Xinwang Tea Restaurant, where we had to crazily cheer for the Chezai noodles inside. The soup was super delicious, the noodles were also delicious, and some other dishes tasted good. The main reason was that the price was similar to that of other restaurants outside, so the feeling of this meal was great. Because we are a small town that doesn't arrive until 11 o'clock, there aren't many people. After eating and drinking, the number of people in the restaurant gradually increased, so we rested and set off again!
The afternoon session started~After entering the town, we happened to encounter a float parade with music and various floats. It didn't feel too great, but by the time we saw it, it was already nearing the end, so we decided to go see the floats on time at 3:30 pm.
Check in 7. Peter Pan's Sky Adventure. During lunch, we suddenly remembered that we could grab an FP card. After looking at the app, we grabbed one of the eight major projects, Little Flying Man. Listening to the name, it felt like a flying project. When the time came, we went to the door and lined up. There weren't many people, so we quickly entered. Xiaofeixia is actually a leisure project, very wonderful and beautiful. It's a story of riding a suspended pirate ship and taking you on an adventure with Peter Pan. At the beginning, what you entered was a lovely room, probably a dream. In the dream, Xiaofeixia and Xianxianmen took you towards the night sky and flew towards the sky. It's worth taking the children on a journey together.
Check in 8. Jingcai Qihang. After Xiaofeixia came out, facing Jingcai Qihang, we went straight in to check in. This is a boat project, and this beautiful route will take you into the world of Disney stories. Classic Disney characters will appear on both sides, accompanied by music and fountains, as well as distant castle spires, which are very fantastic. After the end, my friends got tired, probably because these two projects were too easy, so we found a place to rest for a while. We originally thought that this day would be spent without food, with wind and rain, in line, but we never expected to be able to sit in our seats and take a nap And then at this moment, we casually stole Buzz Lightyear's FP
Check in 9. Buzz Lightyear. This is a shooting event that is more suitable for families with young boys. It involves using a handgun on the car to shoot "opponents" on both sides and accumulate points. After playing for a long time, I still couldn't figure out how to quickly score. It feels like another relaxing project.
Check in 10. Spring Dog. This project passed by several times and was conquered by his sense of joy, so we went to queue up for discussion. This project is another one that made us wait in line for almost 30 minutes. It's actually a project of sitting in a car and spinning up and down in circles, very enjoyable and leisurely. Then on the opposite side is the Hugging Dragon Racing Car (a project similar to a pirate ship, with a whole U-shape, and reaching the highest point, I feel like it's all vertical, and everyone is screaming, which feels terrible). In comparison, the Spring Dog is very harmless.
Then clock in all of the above. We happened to be walking out and arrived at the venue for the afternoon float parade, so we waited for the float to come out. I feel that Disney's float parade is really interesting. Classic animated characters will come out, and there will be various floats. You wave or interact with them excitedly, and may even achieve achievements such as high fives. All of these rely on your passionate interaction. In fact, people like Mickey, Minnie, Duck, Daisy, Chititi, and others will meet everyone at various venues, but we haven't encountered any of them. If you are interested in taking photos, you can check the location and go for a spot.
Above is the end. Our daytime project was basically completed. We originally planned to go to the jetpack aircraft, but when we opened the app twice, we saw that his queue time was over 40 minutes and there was no FP to grab, so we gave up. But I feel that if there is time, this project is still very good. It is a project of sitting on a plane and pressing a button to make the plane rise, which feels very interesting.
Then, at mealtime, guided by the principles of leisure and not mistreating ourselves, we decided to have dinner at Disneytown. I had dinner at Blue Frog, which is a Western cuisine. It seems a bit expensive.
The evening itinerary is all about checking in at night scenes.
Alice's Adventures in Wonderland Maze: The Red Queen's backyard is very red and bustling. Inside, you can hear the sound of the Red Queen snoring while sleeping, and you can also sit on the Red Queen's throne. You can also take a photo with the Red Queen sculpture, which is quite beautiful.
Fantasia Carousel: We didn't go to sit on it, and it felt like there were still many people checking in, so the queue time was also very long. So we chose to take a photo of the internet celebrity checking in in in front of it, which was really beautiful.
Night Light Phantom Show: The finale program, usually on a sunny day without wind, will start the Castle Phantom Show at 8:30 pm, which is a fireworks show for everyone to check in crazily. So basically from around 5 o'clock, everyone has been sitting in the best viewing position waiting for the fireworks to start. We didn't go to the innermost part because we had to take a taxi back at night and were afraid of traffic congestion, so we chose to watch from the outside. At 7:30 pm, coincidentally, there was a Halloween themed rebellion parade! Super amazing, the rebellion in Disney animation will come out for a parade, and the music is also super good! Afterwards, we continued to search for audio sources online, but it seemed to be copyrighted by Disney, so we couldn't find them and could only watch videos.
By 8 o'clock, almost everyone had gathered in the square. We thought we were already on the outskirts of the Buddhist sect, but after taking our place, we were surrounded by several layers of people. After the fireworks started, we found that all the small fireworks were set off at the beginning. We thought about it and decided to withdraw first because it was important to go home
To sum up, we had good luck going to Disney! Because I hardly faced long queues or the anxiety of being crowded, I basically checked in for popular projects and took many beautiful photos. I could be cute and lovely all day long! After feeling it, I will also be happy for a long time when I think back!
