01 Urban Historical and Cultural Line

First stop:
Chongming Museum: Chongming Academy is one of the only three relatively complete Confucian temples remaining in Shanghai today. It is a place specifically dedicated to the worship of Confucius and also a local government run educational institution in the past. There are architectural complexes such as halls, palaces, halls, shrines, and pavilions, with exquisite architectural art. They are well preserved Ming and Qing architecture in the Shanghai area.
Second stop:
Yingzhou Park: The park mainly focuses on plant landscaping, with appropriate allocation of garden buildings. In the center of the park, there is a Star Lake with an area of about 4700 square meters and a Star Island in the lake. The main ring road is built around the lake, and there are buildings such as a fish watching scenic spot, a waterfront pavilion, and a wave breaking bridge built along the lake.
Third stop:
Tang Yichen's Tomb: There is a stone memorial archway in front, and evergreen pines and cypresses are planted on both sides.
Fourth stop:
Shou'an Temple: One of the four ancient temples on Chongming Island. Founded in the second year of Chunyou in the Song Dynasty, which is 942 AD, it has a history of over 700 years and is the oldest ancient temple on Chongming Island.
Fifth stop:
Jin'aoshan Park: Chongming Island has no mountains, and the mountains are man-made. The current Jin'ao Mountain was rebuilt in the seventh year of the Kangxi reign (1668). The mountain has nine peaks, with the highest peak in the middle and a Tibetan temple built on top of the peak. There is a jade lotus pond carved in front of the mountain, with purple bamboo forests planted behind it. There are also famous attractions such as bridges, pavilions, platforms, buildings, pavilions, and moon gardens, making it a park for people from all walks of life to relax.
Sixth stop:
Chongming Art Museum: There are often many art exhibitions held here, and maybe even if you're lucky enough to come across the works of your favorite artists, be sure to come here and let the full artistic atmosphere be nurtured.
Seventh stop:
Chongming Ecological Science and Technology Museum: As a branch of the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum, the Chongming Ecological Science and Technology Museum mainly showcases the ecological style of Chongming, integrating elements of ecology, science, and technology. It has four main exhibition areas: a preface hall, a floating home, a rhythmic nature, a green call, and a sublimation of dreams, as well as six science popularization cinemas.
02 Bird watching and sightseeing+playing with picking lines

First stop:
Xisha Wetland Park After two and a half years of closure and renovation, it is now back to free access. Within the newly renovated wetland, a 7-kilometer wide wooden boardwalk connects the two main ecological landscapes of forest swamps and reed swamps. Nine characteristic science popularization galleries have popularized a lot of wetland biology knowledge for people. This unique ecological wetland at the junction of the river and the sea is a paradise for various plants, birds, and fish. Tourists can also listen to the tide, watch birds, and experience the beauty of nature here.
Second stop:
Mingzhu Lake Park Known for its natural lakes and dense forests, it is a holy land for birds to inhabit, and the scenic area is also a relay station for migratory waterbirds traveling from south to north. In the park, you can also watch the wild geese fly, with hundreds of them flapping their wings and dancing under the command of the tamer, using the blue sky and white clouds as the backdrop, freely dancing their wings. Search for wild small deer in the deer breeding exhibition area, enjoy cycling along the forest paths, eat barbecues, fish for shrimp in nature, observe birds, admire the scenery, and take photos.
Third stop:
Lotus Expo Park At present, it is the largest precious lotus variety exhibition base, production and breeding base in Shanghai, walking in the park, step by step with the fragrance of lotus. In 2020, the Lotus Park underwent a new upgrade and renovation. In addition to enjoying the lotus, it has also added a loop track train and an indoor four season lotus exhibition center. The park also has a children's playground with various children's play facilities such as slides and seesaw boards. It is also very suitable for taking children on trips.
03 Hengsha Island Roundabout Line

First stop:
Yangtze River Bridge Starting from the dock and heading north, passing through a cedar forest, the view suddenly becomes clear. Looking northwest, the windmills of Changxing Island and the Shanghai Yangtze River Bridge come into view.
Second stop:
Mudflat The area is approximately 400 square meters, and you can see the sunrise in the east, the sunset, a row of egrets, water buffalo playing, and feel the unique delicate texture of iron plate sand.
Third stop:
Historical and Cultural Corridor The entire corridor is 78 meters long and 5 meters high, consisting of 75 images. It records the historical development of Hengsha from 130 years ago to the present with intuitive relief images and concise text, showcasing unique folk customs.
Fourth stop:
Mianyu Port The green corridor covers a total of more than 30 acres, and about 1.5 kilometers of sightseeing trails and leisure boardwalks have been built on the lake surface. Combined with more than 150 acres of orchards and more than 50 acres of ecological forests in the surrounding area, it has become a good destination for tourists to visit the island for sightseeing.
Fifth stop:
Nanjing Lakeside Park Taking the land changes of Nanjing Academy and Hengsha Island as the cultural context, and the winding pedestrian park road as the landscape route.
Sixth stop:
Lighthouse View of the River The total area is 150 square meters, with a bicycle parking area and a tourist rest area. Here, we can enjoy river views, listen to the sound of waves, enjoy picnics, and watch the sunrise
Seventh stop:
Dock Accompanied by the holiday sunshine, breaking through the silent river surface, enjoying leisure and contentment.
