For the last stop before the Spring Festival, we chose Suzhou, which we had never been to before, and started our 24-hour rainbow cruise to Jinji Lake with our friends. This city, known as "Gusu" in ancient times, is as charming as imagined.

I chose Crowne Plaza Suzhou Zhongyin Hotel located on Jinji Lake for accommodation. This is a cruis-themed hotel. It looks like a cruise ship. It stands quietly on Jinji Lake. As night falls and the lights are on, the "cruise ship" seems to be covered with a rainbow coat, and the colors are constantly changing, like a beautiful scenery on Jinji Lake.

I booked with a friend in the supreme king room with a lake view. Looking out from the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can see Suzhou's iconic building "Oriental Gate" and have a panoramic view of the beautiful Jinji Lake. The view is great.

The room is designed in a nautical style, full of style, warm layout, and all facilities: bathtub, dual sinks, fully automatic toilet, Dyson hair dryer... The detailed service is extremely considerate.

In addition to the excellent accommodation, the food here also left a deep impression on us.

The Western restaurant located on the first floor of the hotel has a retro and nostalgic style. The atmosphere is quiet and private. The right light makes people feel relaxed when they walk in.

Roasted raw oysters: The ingredients are selected from Rushan oysters from the "Hometown of Oysters". There are two methods: high-pressure steaming and garlic barbecue. We chose garlic barbecue, opened the exquisite blue-green wooden box, and placed the roasted oysters neatly. The plates are made with sea salt as a base and decorated with white pearls. It is quite ceremonial. The oysters are big and the meat is extremely delicious.

Spanish Garlic Shrimp: The aroma is fragrant at one end. The shrimp is firm and fried very well. It is served with crispy bread slices baked until golden brown. It is so delicious that it cannot stop.

Hamburger, Texas: Must-order specialty burgers, well-done, with thick beef and French fries.

Avocado quinoa salad: Jiankang nutritious, beautiful colors, and rich layers of taste.

Tuscan handmade noodles: It is filled with shrimp and pine nuts. The sauce is the highlight and the taste is amazing.

Located in the hotel lobby bar, it has an open plan environment and spacious space. There are many antique collections full of a sense of age. It is low-key and hides luxury. There are foreign musicians performing on the scene, accompanied by wonderful music, and have a drink before going to bed, as if your soul is also relaxing.

Located at the bow of the ship, the cafeteria is open all day long. We chose here for breakfast and lunch. There are a wide variety of dishes, including Suzhou specialties, seafood, desserts, etc. You can enjoy the lake view while tasting the food. Taking photos on the outside deck is also very impressive.

When you come to Suzhou, how can you miss the delicious afternoon tea? The afternoon tea at Xiangmingfang at Crowne Plaza Zhongyin Hotel located on the shores of Jinji Lake has always been popular among local people, and different corresponding themes are launched every season.

I made a reservation with my friends a week in advance. This time, I tasted the newly launched New Year afternoon tea. The shape was unique and interesting and filled with the festive New Year atmosphere.

The afternoon tea set contains a variety of flavors: New Year firecrackers (strawberry cheesecake), surprise blessing bag (mango lychee chocolate cake), honey abalone crisp, durian cake, mahjong jelly cake, bird's nest soup dumplings, etc. It is delicious and has high value., very suitable for the New Year atmosphere.

The room we booked with a lake view this time can enjoy VIP benefits and free use of the Executive Lounge on the seventh floor. Unfortunately, we were a little rushed this time and couldn't enjoy the tranquility.
