For office workers in Magic City who don't have many holidays, the millennium old city of Suzhou may be one of the best vacation destinations. The soft language of Wunong, historical relics, and small bridges and flowing water occasionally stir up people's feelings for Suzhou. Unlike those secluded places hidden in deep mountains and forests, Suzhou not only has beautiful scenery on a beautiful day, but also convenient transportation. On weekends, you can walk and just half an hour by high-speed rail, you can reach classical romance. Since ancient times, it has been the "heaven on earth" that people have longed for.

It is worth mentioning that the wooden horse comes with electronic music, and with just a press of a button, it will play children's songs. There are many children's songs, including both Chinese and English nursery rhymes, which are catchy.

Yuanbao really likes it and has been riding this wooden horse rocking and swaying by the tent, humming along with the music, as if embarking on a music journey that belongs to him.

The main bathroom has a large area, with double sinks, showers, and bathtubs available. The spare parts are small green bottles that I really like. The fresh colors and atmosphere are pleasing to the eye, like being in a forest.

The Christmas themed welcome Dim sum is perfectly made, cute and lovely, which makes people can't bear to eat. Another dessert full of Suzhou flavor is as delicate as a picture. After drinking a mouthful of sweet soup of chicken head rice, you suddenly feel integrated with the ancient city of Suzhou.

Entertainment facilities

The 5th floor is the spa and fitness area, with a large gym and panoramic floor to ceiling glass windows that allow for a panoramic view of the surrounding scenery while exercising.

The indoor swimming pool is constant temperature, and there is also a children's water play area and a massage pool. Despite the cold wind outside, the swimming pool area is warm like spring. The deepest part of the children's water play area is only 0.6 meters, and there is also a swimming circle for rent at the front desk.

Yuanbao enjoys the fun of winter water in the children's water play area, and is overjoyed. As evening approaches, the setting sun shines through the window into the swimming pool, as if shining with golden light.

The hotel offers a buffet restaurant, Japanese cuisine, and a Chinese restaurant called Xianggong to choose from. The breakfast buffet on the first floor is diverse, and the soldiers in the nutcracker bring a fairy tale joy. The restaurant is filled with a warm and festive Christmas atmosphere.

Considering that Auntie rarely has the opportunity to eat Japanese cuisine on weekdays, we went to Xicun Japanese cuisine on the first floor of the hotel for dinner. The environment of Xicun is elegant, with a wooden style design that gives people a refreshing visual experience. We have chosen a private room in the trunk, which is thoughtfully equipped with a coat rack and can be used to hang winter coats.

The menu includes various varieties of Japanese cuisine, as well as set meals at various price points recommended by the chef. For ease of mind, we ordered the set meals recommended by the chef. The salmon and tuna bones are evenly cut and full-bodied, tender and delicious.

The luxurious VIP lounge on the 48th floor is one of the filming locations for the movie "Single Men and Women". In the movie, Wu Yanzu successfully proposed to Gao Yuanyuan in the luxurious VIP lounge of the Shangri La Hotel in Suzhou.

The 270 degree landscape view is invincible, overlooking the city's skyline, like being in a cloud. In the afternoon, the luxurious pavilion is bathed in sunshine, reflecting warmth all around.

Surrounding attractions

Near the hotel is the famous Maple Bridge Scenic Area known for "Night Mooring at Maple Bridge". In order to catch the last touch of autumn maple leaves, I went to Tianping Mountain, which has been known for its maple leaves in recent years.

Tianping Mountain is located 30 miles west of Suzhou City, with an altitude of 221 meters and an area of 14000 hectares. Compared with famous mountains and great mountains, it may not be well-known, but its origin is quite long. The Northern Song Dynasty once bestowed Tianping Mountain on Fan Zhongyan, and it has a long cultural history.

As soon as you enter the Tianping Mountain Scenic Area, you can see a memorial archway engraved with Fan Zhongyan's famous line: "Worry about the world first, and enjoy the world later.". In just two sentences, it showcases the integrity and political aspirations of this famous minister of the Northern Song Dynasty. Good sentences always point directly to people's hearts, and they don't care much about national affairs. Usually, I only talk about my own family background, and reciting these two famous quotes from Fan Gong can't help but be emotionally charged.

There is a Baiyun Ancient Temple, also known as Tianping Temple, built by Tang Dynasty monk Yong'an. It was originally named Baiyun Temple and named after Baiyun Spring. During the Qingli period of the Northern Song Dynasty, it was granted the title of "Merit Zen Temple" and became the Fan Family Merit Incense and Fire Academy, which was rebuilt several times.

It's the weekend, with a sea of people and tourists enjoying maple trees in full swing. Standing on this side of the bridge, most of the maple leaves are coming to an end, but there are still a few red maple trees shining brightly, embellishing the remaining most beautiful autumn colors.

Tianping Mountain, with an altitude of only 200 meters, is also quite strong when climbing. Seeing an elderly person with white hair and stumbling steps slowly climbing, conquering a mountain may be the wish of every age. Yuanbao, who is over three years old, also climbed to the top of the mountain with astonishing strength.

In fact, the scenery on the mountaintop is not surprising, it is just a small temple evolved from a new house.

But standing on the mountainside and looking down, pavilions and pavilions, hidden between maple leaves, reminded me of the Love Evening Pavilion. Du Mu said, "Stop and sit in the Love Maple Forest at night, and the frost leaves are red than the February flowers." I believe this is the scene.

Halfway up the mountain, looking out, the mist is hazy, with green maple forests and ginkgo forests covered in red, yellow, and green, revealing a few green tiled eaves. This graceful and graceful scenery is exactly the temperament of Suzhou City, neither grand nor majestic, nor without the grandeur of lamenting everywhere, but it gives you a lot of imagination.
