I haven't traveled with my mother for a long time, and this time I took her to Suzhou Jinji Lake for a small vacation.
Next to the landmark Oriental Gate, there is a hotel with a very special shape that immediately attracted my attention. This hotel, which looks like a cruise ship, is Crowne Plaza Suzhou Zhongyin.
It is very convenient to get to Suzhou from Shanghai. It takes 20 minutes to get to Suzhou Park Station by high-speed train and 10 minutes to get to this hotel by taxi.

This is a room with lake view. From the window of the room, you can see Jinji Lake, Linglong Island and the Gate of the East.
While it is not dark, we want to go downstairs to the walk around the lake, there are a lot of people around to walk, the scenery during the day and the scenery at night are very beautiful, especially at night the appearance of the hotel is like a yacht driving on the Jinji Lake, especially spectacular.

The soft clothing and supplies in the room will have nautical elements, as if you really live on a cruise ship, after waking up and opening your eyes, it may be a new journey waiting for us.

So this time pretend to be a vacation with your mother on a cruise ship, the hotel's catering is basically concentrated in the first floor, lobby bar, bar, cafeteria, western restaurant, etc., the seventh floor has the executive lounge, open from 11 o 'clock to 9 o 'clock every day.

Western Restaurant - TBoat Bar

For dinner, I decided to go to TBoat, a Western restaurant, to experience the 298 set meal for two, with a total of 4 dishes. Generally speaking, the food design of the Boat bar makes me feel a little exquisite, although some dishes I often order in other western restaurants, but it is done very carefully here.

Quinoa and Avocado salad: This is a salad I always order after working out. It's low calorie and filling but still super delicious. My mom tried it for the first time, and she loved the taste.

Spanish garlic shrimp: You can smell the smell of garlic, shrimp taste a bit like "spicy chicken"? But not too spicy, suitable for Jiangsu and Zhejiang areas.

Texas beef burger: pure beef burger, the waiter recommended 8-9 mature, I asked for fully cooked, also very good to eat, in fact, they are fully cooked is not bloodshot, but there is still a pink part, so it is not too old, very delicious.

Artisan Tuscan pasta: Basil flavoured pasta with Parmesan cheese, rocket, and shrimp for a tasty staple.

There will be some Christmas decorations on the table, if you arrive early, you can choose a table with red flowers on the table, which is particularly advanced, but I chose the table decoration more lovely when I arrived late.

With the waiter holding a large white gift box, this thoughtful Christmas dessert tower is hidden inside, the moment of opening the box is very ceremonial, with the warm light in the afternoon on the western dessert, delicate and shiny afternoon tea dinner presented in front of me.

The hotel's cafeteria is located on the first floor near the bow of the entire hotel building, and the breakfast buffet is also located here, for those who like to enjoy the sun, this whole row of seats facing south is very comfortable, while enjoying the sun reflecting off the lake, while eating breakfast, it is wonderful.

There are many varieties of breakfast, both Chinese and Western, but here is one that I think is particularly distinctive is freshly squeezed vegetable juice, cucumber juice, carrot juice, celery juice, and especially rare red cabbage juice, a cup full of anthocyanins ah, looking super healthy, don't you want to have a cup?

The lunch buffet will certainly be more abundant than in the morning, seafood has also joined the new team, and the hot stir-fried people are also scrambling to put on the shelves. My favorite stalls are the barbecue area and the casserole section, as well as the dessert area that every girl loves.
