★ Tourist location: Suzhou Wujiang Tongli Jingsi Garden

In fact, Jingsi Garden did not have such a great charm, so I visited it again three months later. It was purely because the garden was quite close to the hotel, so I felt sorry not to come and check out, so I chose an afternoon and went to Jingsi Garden in the scorching summer.

Because it was the second time I came back, I leisurely visited the 36 views of Jingsi Garden. That's right, the small Jingsi Garden actually has 36 views, which actually won't take too much time.

First scene: Gate Tower (entrance). Well, it's not unusual to treat the entrance as a scene, otherwise how could you count to 36th? However, people's gatehouses are indeed quite eye-catching. A typical brick gatehouse has exquisite carvings on top and bottom in addition to the eye-catching three characters of Jingsi Garden.

Second scene: Qingyun Peak. Strictly speaking, this is the first scene of Jingsi Garden. In fact, this is also a relatively heavyweight attraction in Jingsi Garden. This stone is listed in the Guinness World Records. From the front, this huge rock is deep enough to be "transparent and leaking".

In fact, there are many stones in Jingsi Garden. In addition to the Strange Stone Hall, there are also Wushan Mountain Rooms. There are also stone decorations in other mansions. However, the appearance and volume of this stone are undoubtedly the most eye-catching. The strangest thing is that people have the wonders of thousands of springs and waterfalls. Unfortunately, no one poured water on this stone, so I have never seen such a spectacle before.

There is also a Yunfan Pavilion on the corridor on the side. It looks ordinary up close, but it is interesting from a distance. After all, the green plants are hidden and right facing Qingyun Peak, making the geographical location relatively superior.

The third scene: Baishi Xuan. Walking in was a shop selling some specialties. Although I had no desire to buy it, under the enthusiastic guidance of the salesperson, I still appreciated the handicrafts here, which were very Suzhou characteristics.

When I came out of Baishixuan, I saw a cluster of orange flowers blooming next to Qingyun Peak. It was very beautiful. This flower is not in the same color. There are also dark brown spots on the six beautiful petals, making these small flowers full of changes and very lively.

Scene 4: Flower Blue Hall. I had to search the Flower Blue Hall twice and compare it with the map before I could confirm it. After all, there was no carved pattern of flower baskets in this hall. However, people call it "flower blue", which may have another meaning.

Scene 5: Jia Hall. This is a place for guests to discuss meetings, which means "there are many guests, a seat full of high-ranking friends, and a elegant hall for guests from all directions." The plaque was written by Mr. Li Duo, Vice Chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, and the couplets on both sides "There is calmness every major event, I don't believe that there are no ancient sages today" were written by Emperor Weng Tonghe. It feels like this hall suddenly becomes taller.

This hall is also called the "Huangbai Hall" because the entire hall is mostly made of yellow cypress trees. It was relocated from Suzhou as a whole. The original building was built during the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. In fact, the main furniture and furnishings don't look like phellodendron, but more like red sandalwood. This is too luxurious.

Carvings are also displayed in the glass cover. They turned out to be the four gentlemen of plum blossoms, orchid, bamboo and chrysanthemum. The carvings of catalpa wood include historical stories such as twenty-four filial piety and the Romance of the Three Kingdoms.

Scene 6: Heting Bridge. Needless to say, this bridge can be regarded as a landmark building in Jingsi Garden. Although the Yanyu Covered Bridge is not uncommon in Jiangnan, with the garden scenery, the bridge looks more beautiful and dignified.

Scene 7: Bonsai Garden. Next to the bridge is a bonsai garden. Perhaps because the sun is too strong, these bonsais are quite dejected, but most bonsais are still very drought-tolerant.

Scene 8: Mi Fu worships stones. This worship stone is located in the Bonsai Garden, facing the water and covered with green plants. Speaking of Mi Fu, everyone knows that he is a calligrapher. It seems that there are not a few stones with this name, just to see the meaning.

There is a six-corner pavilion built in a lake, with a corridor on one side and a big tree on the side. It looks very quiet and is very suitable for sitting and resting here.

Scene 10: Jicheng Pavilion. In the middle section of the stele corridor, it was built to commemorate the famous garden builder of the Ming Dynasty, but he did not build Jingsi Garden. Ji Cheng, the word has no no, is known as No Taoist. He originated from Songling, which is Tongli Town, Wujiang District, Suzhou City today. He can be said to be a native of Tongli.

Scene 11: Luoxia Pavilion. This is a pavilion built on the lake. It is different from the general hexagonal or octagonal style. This four-sided pavilion has a round door opening on each wall, which is quite similar to the Diaoyutai style of the Slender West Lake in Yangzhou. Although the color is very new, the scenery near the lake is still good.

Scene 12: Like a returning boat. This is an untied boat, half-submerged into the lake, with willows hanging over the embankment, lush trees and deep forests, and Taihu River streams and rocks. In fact, untying boats itself is a standard feature in Jiangnan gardens, and it is really quite interesting by the lake.

Scene 13: Integrity Stele Corridor. Immediately followed by another corridor of steles. The theme this time is integrity, and most of them are stories of integrity.

Scene 14: Xiaopang Mountain (Kuaifeng Pavilion). Xiaopang Mountain is actually not a mountain. At most, it is just a small mound of earth rising in the middle. The fast wind pavilion is built on the top of the mountain and has a square shape. The couplet on the pillar is also very artistic: "The demeanor and the sound of the crane can be heard in the distant valleys, and the rain across the mountains and the floating haze is covered." Standing in front of the pavilion, you can see the entire lake, which is also the best view of the entire scenic area.

Scene 15: Pangshan Cottage. After coming down from Little Pang Mountain, there was Pang Mountain Cottage on the side. However, the door was closed and one could only see in through the glass. It seemed to be a place where calligraphy and paintings were sold. There are also many long scroll books or scrolls that are not opened and are piled up in bundles on the table. Probably due to the epidemic, the Cottage did not open its doors to welcome visitors.

Scene 16: Three ponds reflect the moon. This is a replica of the beautiful scenery of the West Lake, but you can view the attraction from the lake or on a folded bridge. Although it does not have the atmosphere of West Lake, it is still very good against the blue sky and weak willows and the wind during the day.

Scene 17: Lize Pavilion. The owner of this pavilion was not found, but the Qingfeng Pavilion was found by the lake. This is a small round pavilion, very small and exquisite.

Scene 18: Small Chuihong. In fact, this is also a common configuration in Jiangnan gardens. The small corridor connecting the two buildings has an upward slope, so it feels quite layered. Coupled with the fact that it is built on the water, it is a little more flexible. The background is beautiful, with blue sky and white clouds, and lush forests and tall trees.

Poetry to remember:

It rained for a long time, and the lotus rhymes were shallow, and the green willows on the embankment showed their figure.

Lianzhou sings at night with a delicate fragrance, and if you steal three points, you can enter poems.
