Zhouzhuang is known as "China's No. 1 Water Town"!
During the COVID-19 epidemic, many people, like me, stayed at home for more than two months without causing trouble to the country. Seeing that all scenic spots in my circle of friends are closed, I'm going crazy to stay at home! Therefore, during the first short holiday after the epidemic, I couldn't wait to go out for a walk. Why did I choose "Zhouzhuang"? The ancient town of Zhouzhuang is a street due to the river, presenting a simple and clean tranquility. It is a typical small bridge, flowing water, and people in the south of the Yangtze River. Although it has gone through more than 900 years of vicissitudes, the original style and pattern of the ancient water town are still completely preserved, but I went this time to the "Zhouzhuang Museum of Mysteries of Life". Because this epidemic made me understand that a healthy body is the greatest asset in life, I can intuitively understand myself by going to the Museum of the Mysteries of Life. I think this kind of travel during this period is very meaningful.
Having already made travel strategies, I drove from Nanjing to Zhouzhuang with my family at 7:00, and arrived at the destination: Zhouzhuang Museum of the Mysteries of Life at 9:55. There is a large parking lot at the entrance of the museum. You can enjoy free parking with your ticket to the Museum of the Mysteries of Life.
I saw on Weibo that the ticket price for the Museum of the Mysteries of Life is now only 69.9 for two people. My friend went there once last year and he told me that the ticket price was 120 yuan per ticket, so it was a good time to go out and play. After arriving, I went directly to the ticket window to buy tickets. The ticket clerk enthusiastically gave me a folding page introducing the museum. The pictures and texts showed a lot of popular science knowledge. The museum gathered various animals, and their photos were very unique.
With curiosity, we began to check in. Many epidemic prevention items were set up at the ticket gate, and the ticket inspectors also took our body temperature.

It is worthy of being a museum, with a very formal sense of security. The ticket check-in staff also told us that free manual explanation services are provided in the museum and the explanation equipment will be picked up at the service desk at 10:20. I just saw at the ticket window outside the museum that the explanation fee was 30 yuan per person, and a group of 5 people would form a group. Now I can enjoy free explanations when I enter the museum. What a surprise!
Entering the venue, the hall was very spacious and bright. A chubby and cute robot came over to say hello to us. The children were very happy to see the robot and talked, amused, and danced with it. There was also a large LED screen on the wall of the hall. Video is being played, allowing us to understand the origin of life, which arouses children's strong curiosity!
After watching the video, the broadcast announced that it was time for free explanations. We walked to the service desk, and the commentator cordially and enthusiastically distributed each of us a piece of explanation equipment. The commentator introduced that the museum is divided into three levels of display, the first level: the soul of the ocean, the second level: the spine kingdom, and the third level: the human world. When I saw the first exhibit in the hall-walrus, I was shocked. The muscles, fat, skin, bones, teeth,
Organs, etc., how can they be displayed so vividly?! It was as if we had taken us into the scientific laboratory, and it was as if we had become members of the Animal Protection Society, because many creatures were endangered species, especially when we saw the "Sperm Whale Display Cabinet". I once saw this sperm whale on the news today. It was discovered that there was a fishing net in its stomach that it had accidentally eaten during the autopsy. It might have caused its death. What a pity! People can't help but sigh that we must protect the ocean well in the future, not littering, respect life, respect nature, and not destroy the ecological balance!

The freshwater fish we usually eat are all oviparous, but there are still many fish in nature that have oviparous or even pseudo-oviparous. This shark exhibit is a typical case. If you had never been to the Museum of the Mysteries of Life, you would never have discovered that nature is so magical!
It turns out that these are the teeth of the "ocean overlord" shark.
I don't know if you can see from the photos that there are five to six rows of shark teeth. How did it change? The guide said that it changes its teeth once a week, and the outer tooth falls off, and the inner tooth will roll and replace it like a gear, so the shark is a creature that does not need to see a dentist for life. Haha, we humans envy such good teeth! The museum also has some derivative works suitable for children, such as shark tooth ornaments, shell bookmarks, Yuqu bracelets, etc. I like shell bookmarks very much and feel like the hairpin used in ancient hair buns is very special. I bought a lot of them and gave them to my family and friends.
In the second level of the spine kingdom, you see the lion that is usually discouraged in the zoo. Here you can get close contact with it.
The teeth of the crocodile we see are not as sharp compared to sharks, but a closer look at its well-developed masseter muscles in its lower jaw will understand why you can't escape after entering the crocodile's mouth.
How many stomachs does a cow have? You know what? I always thought that all mammals were the same, but cows were different! It has four stomachs, namely rumen, reticulate stomach, flap stomach, and abomasum. The cow's leaf we usually eat is the cow's flap stomach. It's really a long knowledge!
After listening to the explanation, we entered the third floor and browsed through it. The most impressive thing was the human body display. When I first stepped into the third floor, I would still have concerns. Will I be afraid? When I entered the third floor, I found that many beautiful women and handsome men were surrounding an exhibit carefully watching and learning what? Curious, they came forward and asked why they were a Pilates yoga team, learning about human organ training here. Wow! So this is still a health base! Let me also learn a lot about health. You must know that the first need for happiness is health!
These exhibits in the museum are all beautified, designed and processed, and will not bring too strong visual impact to visitors. These human exhibits were used only for medical reference, but after the 1990s, they slowly turned to popular science, allowing the original specimens used for teaching and scientific research in medical schools to enter the society and be open to the public, so that everyone can better understand health science knowledge. Are all my parents asked by the babies at home,"How did I get here?" Are the parents embarrassed about how to answer? The museum provides a scientific answer-the process of human gestation.
We have ended our visit without finishing our thoughts. This visit to the Museum of the Mysteries of Life allowed me to learn a lot of popular health knowledge. We must develop good work and rest habits in life, protect ecological balance, care for nature, refuse to kill, and protect animals.
