★ Tourist location: Suzhou Tianchi·Tianchi in Huashan Tianchi and Tianchi Spring Group

There are at least a dozen places in China called Tianchi, among which the more famous are the "Four Great Tianchi", namely Tianchi in Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang, Tianchi in Changbai Mountains in Jilin, Tianchi in Mengda in Qinghai, and Tianchi in Tianmu Mountain in Zhejiang. The first two are well known. The Tianchi Lake in Suzhou is relatively silent and nameless, but Tianchi Mountain is named because of the pool, which makes people have some expectations for this pond.

In fact, you will be disappointed if you really get there. The pond is not big, the water is not beautiful, and it is not even very clear. The entire pond looks really ordinary, and I always feel that it has lived up to the beautiful name "Tianchi". You know, Xinjiang's Tianchi Lake has once amazed many people! However, there are some inscriptions such as "Tianchi Lake" and "Underwater Clouds" that add some humanistic color to it.

The water in Tianchi Lake is formed by the collection of many springs such as Boyu Spring. According to ancient records,"there is a pool halfway through the mountain, hundreds of feet across. The gold waves in the pool are full of clarity and clarity." I don't know if the current Tianchi Lake has shrunk significantly, but at least the pond in front of us is far from reaching a scale of hundreds of feet. As for the water quality, although it is not too turbid, it seems far from being "clarified".

There is a "bergamot" next to it, called Tianchi bergamot, echoing the bergamot on Huashan. The bergamot is 8.7 meters long and 3.8 meters wide. The bergamot naturally stretches downward, the tips of the fingers droop, the palms of the palms are facing outwards, and the fingers of the fingers are spread downward. The magic is that during the 2008 snowstorm in Jiangnan, the entire mountain was sealed by snow, but the bergamot was spotless. Unfortunately, we have not seen such a miracle. We don't know if it is the magic power of Buddhas. When we came to Huashan a few years ago, there was no introduction here, so we ignored this attraction.

The Tianchi Secret Cave was built by Granite Village. The main passage is A-shaped and has been around for more than 400 years. However, the oxygen in the cave was thin, and General Tie opened the door at the entrance of the secret cave, leaving only one relic for tourists to admire.

Looking in through the entrance of the cave, the cave wall is very narrow and it is estimated that only one person can pass through. The stones on the ground are messy and should not have been developed. It is said that exquisite stone and brick carvings have been found inside, but no matter how long we stretched our heads, we couldn't see what was inside the cave. But I think these brick carvings should have been shipped out, and I don't know which museum they are displayed in.

At the foot of Tianchi Mountain, there are also the ruins of Shima, Wengzhong, and Beiting. The stone people and stone horses are all tall and look quite imposing. However, the head of the stone figure was damaged in the early years, and the appearance we see now has been renovated by later generations. A pair of stone horses were left in the tomb road. The heads of the stone horses were damaged, but they still raised their heads and tails and hung down, looking strong and refined. There were a pair of civil servant terracotta warriors. The stone terracotta warriors held a wooden board, wore a high crown on their heads, and wore wide-sleeved official robes. The heads of the stone terracotta warriors were repaired in a modern manner. These figurines were used to protect the tomb of Maocheng Tomb. There should have been stone turtles and stone workshops, but they were destroyed during the Cultural Revolution.

Maocheng is not well-known, but it is a true third-rank official in the court. You should know that the prefect of the provincial chief executive is only a fourth-rank official. He was a Jinshi in the 23rd year of Chenghua in the Ming Dynasty. He served as the right deputy censor of the Duchayuan. He once participated in the rebellion against Zhu Chenhao, King of Ning, and was deeply trusted by the court. He passed away at the age of eighty-two, a rare longevity in ancient times. When he died, the emperor also gave him an encyclical sacrifice, which shows that he had a great influence in the court during his lifetime. In order to resist the Japanese pirates, his two sons Mao Xipeng and Mao Xixia donated money to build more than 50 enemy towers outside Suzhou during the Jiajing Period.

Maocheng's tomb covers an area of 1100 square meters, facing east and west, with a height of 1.5 meters and a diameter of 2 meters. The tomb is surrounded by bluestone walls. The main body of the tomb is built into the shape of a house. Maocheng's tomb is a relatively well-preserved Ming Dynasty tomb. In March 1986, it was listed as a cultural relic protection unit in Wu County. After Wu County was merged into Suzhou, it was renamed as a cultural relic protection unit in Suzhou City.

Walking inside, I found a well circle tightly surrounded by wooden fences. The well was covered by a wooden cover, but it was still covered in the inner circumference of the well circle. I don't know what structure was inside.

It turns out that this is the ancient springs of Tianchi. I also suddenly realized, doesn't the water of Tianchi come from these springs? However, logically speaking, the spring water should be very clear, and the water in Tianchi cannot be said to be very turbid, but it is still a little far from expectations.

Hanku Spring is one of the three famous springs in China. It is said that it lasts forever. In the old days, temple monks used this spring to cook and drink. I have some doubts about China's three famous springs. The most popular spring in the world is Baotu Spring in Jinan. Emperor Qianlong once personally titled "The First Spring". The Second Spring is located in Huishan Temple in Wuxi. There is the famous "Two Springs Reflecting the Moon", which was written by Lu Yu personally and there is no objection. The third spring in the world, some say it is Hupao Spring, others say it is Longjing Spring. Anyway, it is all in Hangzhou, so there is nothing to fight for. Therefore, I have searched the three famous springs in my memory and couldn't find the names of Hanku Springs. I don't know which three springs the "three famous springs in China" here refer to. They should not be consistent with Lu Yu's evaluation.

Landmine Spring is the largest spring in the Tianchi Spring Group. It is named because of its "flowing sound like a smash". It is said that during the rainy season, the flow in the spring is abundant, and the momentum is relatively large. The spring pool is shaped like a half-moon, with an entirely stone bottom. The east wall of the pool is more than twenty feet and more than fifty feet wide. There is an inscription on the wall on the cliff: "Mine springs are provided to Buddhas and monks, clearing the heart and clearing the mind, and planting good roots extensively."

Boyu Spring is quite far away and not on the main travel path. We took a long detour to find it. It gets its name because the stone pool is shaped like a monk's alms bowl. It is no more than a foot deep and no more than two feet wide. It has the three words "alms bowl spring" on the cliff carved by Taoist Wuji. Spring water is poured into the bowl from the cracks in the surrounding stone walls. It is said that this spring is pure and sweet, has the effect of clearing the heart and improving eyesight, and is regarded as a holy spring by the local people.

Jiangnan is dyed rouge in autumn, and the sky falls with light frost and thousands of colors.

There is often a rustle along the Baima River, and the top of Lotus Peak is lonely.
