- Dragon Boat Pond-

Embankments were built on the beach of Xiamen to cultivate the outer, middle and inner ponds. The outer pool is commonly known as the "Dragon Boat Pond", which is also the Xiamen Jimei Dragon Boat Pond. It is 300 meters wide, 800 meters long, and has a total area of 240,000 square meters. There are seven pavilions in different styles built on the pool side of Jimei Dragon Boat Pond in Xiamen: "Qiming","Nanhui","Geng" and "Zuo","Right","Feng" and "Yuan". The architectural style of the pavilions around the Dragon Boat Pond is deeply influenced by Southeast Asian culture. At the same time, it also has strong southern Fujian regional characteristics and is an important part of the Dragon Boat Pond.

- Nanxun Building-

Nanxun Building consists of the main building and wing buildings on both sides. It is Y-shaped, has 15 floors and is 54 meters high. It was completed in June 1957. The word "Nanxun" comes from the "Song of the South Wind" in the Book of Songs,"The smoke of the south wind can relieve the anger of our people", implying Mr. Chen Jiageng's great ideal of "rejuvenating the country through education and rejuvenating the country through science." From the appearance, the entire Nanxun Building is Western-style, and the roof is a Chinese-style square pavilion. There is the word "Jimei" on the top of the tower.

- Daonan Building-

Daonan Building, built in the spring of 1962, is the latest to be completed among the Jimei Middle School's "Jiageng" buildings. It is a masterpiece of the late period." "Dao Nan" originates from the sentence "I have Tao Nan" in the Analects of Confucius. In 2008, large-scale renovation was carried out, and the floors were replaced with steel-concrete structures and the walls were replaced with steel-shear structures.

- Aoyuan-

Located in the southeast corner of Jimei, the Jimei Liberation Monument stands on a small island shaped like a turtle. This is Aoyuan. Chen Jiageng sleeps here. As a landmark attraction of Jimei School Village and a symbol of Jiageng Spirit, Aoyuan has become a business card of Xiamen.

- Jiageng Park-

In his later years, Mr. Tan Jiageng devoted almost all his energy to the construction of his hometown Jimei. However, he unfortunately died of illness in 1961, and many planned things had not yet been done. In order to fulfill Mr. Chen Jiageng's last wish, the north side of Ao Garden was opened into a park. The park was started in 1992 and completed in October 1994. It covers an area of 30,000 square meters and a total construction area of 5500 square meters. Entering the garden, you will be full of pavilions and pavilions scattered high and low, which is a reflection of the combination of Chinese and Western styles. Among them, the most representative ones are "Ao Ting" and "Mingshi Ting", both built simultaneously with Aoyuan in the 1950s and 1960s and are extensions of Aoyuan's architectural landscape.

- Tan Jiageng Memorial Hall-

The Chen Jiageng Memorial Hall is located at the reclamation area north of the north gate of Jiageng Park. The main building has three floors. The main building adheres to the unique southern Fujian architectural style and is connected to scenic spots such as Aoyuan and Jiageng Cultural Square. The memorial hall currently collects more than 500 precious cultural relics. Among them, Mr. Chen Jiageng's manuscript of "Memoirs of Southern Overseas Chinese" can be called the "treasure of the town". Other important exhibits include Chen Jiageng's will, certificates, public and private letters, work and daily necessities, Jimei School's "Integrity" plaque, seals of various institutions, etc.

- Guilai Garden, Guilai Hall-

Guilai Garden, built in 1983 to commemorate the 70th anniversary of Mr. Chen Jiageng's founding of Jimei School, is a garden covering an area of 9300 square meters. In front of the garden stands a bronze statue of Mr. Tan Jiageng. It is 2.3 meters high and has a base of 0.6 meters. It looks like a spirit. Holding a hat in his left hand and a staff in his right hand, his eyes were deep and kind. Mr. Wang looked into the distance and looked forward to the return of his relatives overseas. The stone screen behind the statue is engraved with Chairman Mao's inscription: "Flag of Overseas Chinese, Glory of the Nation." The Guilai Hall is located in the north of Guilai Garden and was completed on the first anniversary of Mr. Tan Jiageng's death in 1962. It consists of a hall, a prayer court, a reception room, a wing room and a courtyard. Step out of the hall door is the prayer court. The courtyard is full of vitality with bonsai and rare trees.

- Jimei University-

The school started with the Teachers Department of Jimei School founded in 1918 by the famous patriotic overseas Chinese leader Mr. Chen Jiageng, and the aquatic products and business departments of Jimei School founded in 1920. It has a history of nearly a hundred years. In 1994, Jimei Teachers College, Jimei Navigation College, Jimei Finance College, Xiamen Fisheries College, and Fujian Physical Education College merged to form Jimei University. The school takes "sincerity and perseverance" as its motto. In its long-term practice of running schools, the school adheres to the "Jiageng spirit to establish the school, integrity and character to cultivate people", and enjoys a wide reputation at home and abroad. The school currently has 21 colleges and 69 undergraduate majors.
