One November weekend, Lao Cao went to Xiamen again, but this time, Lao Cao finally believed the words that his Xiamen friends and students who had studied in Xiamen had repeatedly warned him: "Please be sure to avoid Gulangyu and Xiamen University (surrounding areas)!" (Sorry, I, fellow folks of Xiamen University, I love Xiamen University.) I suddenly discovered that without Gulangyu and Xiamen University, the journey also has its excitement.

Noodle Home 丨 Haicang Huayi Hotel

Shacha noodles can be said to be a delicacy with a leading role among southern Fujian snacks. The city of Xiamen, and even the surrounding towns and villages, has restaurants of all sizes that specialize in Shacha noodles. The taste of Shacha noodles in each noodle restaurant is different. Many people say that when Shacha noodles move into hotels, the taste will be greatly reduced. In fact, this is not the case. The sand tea that Lao Cao ate at Xiamen Haicang Huayi Hotel tasted quite good. The combination of other rich and fresh ingredients can give the day a full start.

I am in a good mood when I go out to sea with the sea breeze. Although the entire journey to sea lasted about an hour, Lao Cao really felt that he would really regret it if he didn't come and experience it!!! When I first went out to sea, I looked up and saw the traces of the plane rowing past under the blue sky. I felt that the sailing experience must be as fresh as the city of Xiamen... However, it didn't take long for the wind to start patting the face indiscriminately, coupled with the captain's sudden feints, the whole experience was much more exciting. With high visibility, you can basically clearly see Kinmen Island not far away. If you are lucky enough, you can even see the white dolphins inhabit here! Even now, I still vividly remember this experience at sea ~

There were no crowded people in this shopping center, but the shops inside were very exquisite. Of course... some prices were also very exquisite. There are also many restaurants and dessert shops opened on the first underground floor of the shopping mall. One of them is the very famous cake shop in Xiamen, miifaso. As soon as he entered the cake shop, Lao Cao couldn't help but pat him. There are many varieties of cakes and are also very exquisite. Each one is very eye-catching and you will fall in love with it at a glance. Lao Cao loves this peach powder cake the most. Although the name is cute, it tastes really great and is not greasy at all. It feels really happy to eat! Meat 丨 Xiamen Wanshi Botanical Garden Although Wanshi Botanical Garden has long become a must-visit check-in place in many tourist guides, after all, in Xiamen Island, where every inch of land is precious, it is also very rare to spend time visiting the small forests in this city.

Like others, Lao Cao also came to Wanshi Botanical Garden for the succulent people in the sandy plant area. As soon as you arrive in the sandy plant area, you can find people chanting "OMG! It's so beautiful!" Tourists from all over the country, Taobao sellers who kept changing clothes with their teams carrying luggage, and newlyweds wearing wedding dresses who were not very conflicted about their appearance... The crab paste is very full, and the crab meat is also very fresh and sweet. It is very enjoyable to eat. In addition to the signature fried crab, I also ordered the very distinctive Xiamen fried rice noodles. The chef controlled the heat very well and tasted very spicy. The ingredients of the fried rice noodles were also very rich and the taste was very fresh. So, when you come to Xiamen, you must come and eat seafood! Especially after enjoying a seafood feast, it is very pleasant and comfortable to take a walk here to digest digestion after a seafood feast. When Taipei's most powerful Taiwanese tiger craft wine entered Xiamen, Lao Cao included it on his must go list. In addition to the complete set of wine-making and storage equipment in the craft brewery, what surprised Lao Cao was the various equipment and crisscrossing water pipes behind the bar. It was so cool! The varieties of beer brewed by Taiwan Tiger are also very rich, and this alone can make people dazzled. Moreover, craft brew varieties that only belong to local characteristics will be developed based on the characteristics of different places. Although the price is a bit unbeautiful, its weight is very sufficient.
