This is also inseparable from the entrepreneur's consistent adherence to the original intention!

Fudelin Vegetarian Restaurant is such a store. About seven or eight years ago, I visited its old store in Xiamen University West Village, and it has been some time since it moved to Houdaixi Road Food City. On the occasion of its 10th anniversary, I visited again. In addition to feeling the consistent fresh and elegant charm, there are also many improvements and innovations in the presentation and production. It is now redefined as Fudelin Vegetable Food Aesthetic Life Museum, adhering to the concept of simple, healthy and delicious vegetarian food, which is well deserved.

Fudelin is located on the second floor of the food city and can be quickly reached by elevator or stairs. There is also a large parking lot here, which is also convenient to drive here. When I arrived at the store at around 6:30, I entered the store and passed through the hollow four-leaf wooden screen. The dining area was clear at a glance. There were four round tables, six or seven four-person seats, books, bamboo curtains, and Jingsi words... Straight inside were three private rooms. There were just three elderly people with gray hair passing by me. The colors were light and plain, the lights were warm yellow, and they were leisurely and elegant. It felt so good!

Black truffle morels soup, 68 yuan a cup. This was served on the table on a regular basis, and the use of a light green container with a uniform glaze won me a little favor. The ingredients inside can be said to be rich and impressive. It is said that there are no fewer than dozens of different combinations of morels, black truffles, bamboo fungus, peach gum, dried longan, yam, etc.. They are fresh and gentle in the mouth, and the fragrance of mushrooms runs through the lungs. It can be regarded as a good soup that can be refreshed in a mouthful. It is palatable, you can probably understand it from this soup.

Smooth sailing, 108 yuan. When this dish appeared, it caused a small uproar and ensuing admiration: Can vegetarian food be played like this? The mushroom mushrooms and vegetarian ham were made into sushi, neatly stacked in an iceberg made of vermicelli, and met the big guys with the domineering aura of the entire sushi boat. When paired with a special curry, there is also a small surprise after entering the mouth. The taste is crispy and then tough, and the flavor is strong after dipping in the sauce. This dish is beautiful and delicious. It is not a dish that only seeks form but only has its appearance.

Three cups of Hericium erinaceus in Tainan, 48 yuan. I have to say that this is a cost-effective dish. Hericium erinaceus is wrapped in powder, and it actually gives a little meat texture. It is interpreted together with Pleurotus eryngii, chestnuts, mushrooms, nine-storey pagoda, red peppers, ginger oil, etc., and the classic taste of three cups of chicken can be vaguely revealed. The soup is rich. If there is a bowl of fragrant rice at this time, it will definitely be excellent.

Cumin flavor skewers, for 7 yuan each, are composed of four Hericium erinaceus mushrooms, sprinkled with cumin and colored peppers. The appearance is almost real and the taste is quite subtle. The rich cumin the entrance once gave the taste an illusion. Vegetarian skewers, it's really the first time to taste them. It's a quite interesting dish.

Green bamboo primrose, this is a handmade dish that must be booked in advance. The chef's cutting skills and the feeling he presented when the dish was released shocked us immediately. Cucumber is carved with bamboo and brewed with black truffles, carrots, horseshoes, mushrooms, etc. It is shaped in shape and eye-catching. I am a little reluctant to destroy this beauty by lifting chopsticks. The entrance is crisp, waxy and slippery, accompanied by a touch of cinnamon fragrance. A quite creative dish.

The next products are also very particular about artistic arrangements and ingredients, and all of them are remarkable. Golden hydrangea composed of hydrangea mushroom, pumpkin, and tofu costs 48 yuan; egg vegetarian Qiankun Fangyuan composed of bean skin, mushroom, and egg white costs 16 yuan; using shredded taro potatoes to make Nestlé, and putting chicken fir fungus and pine nuts, home to the nest, 28 yuan; There are also classic thousand-page tofu, mushrooms, and ham bags, auspicious; Xiamen fried noodle line with cabbage and shredded mushrooms, 38 yuan; and the garden spring color of purple potatoes, mango, glutinous rice, and finger radish, 15 yuan.
