[An interlude that makes people break down and go crazy]
Since Yandang Mountain, my whole body has inexplicably become allergic. There are large areas of red rashes from my scalp to my toes, which are extremely itchy. It is speculated that it may be due to eating too much seafood, acclimatization, abnormal work and rest, reduced immunity and many other reasons. Even if the seafood diet still did not improve, I had no choice but to go directly to the hospital at the first stop after arriving in Fuzhou and was diagnosed with acute urticaria. The doctor also believed that it was caused by multiple factors and asked to avoid seafood, coffee, spicy food, and exercise... OMG! I am a person who loves seafood like a relative, but I have come all the way to a coastal city, but I can't! Yes! Eat! Sea! Xian! It's a bolt in the clear sky! However, the state of being full of itching, face as swollen as a pig's head, feeling uncomfortable all over, and unable to concentrate on anything is simply unbearable. There is no other way but to follow the doctor's advice honestly. Therefore, in the Fujian chapter, my mental state is not very good. I can only wear sunglasses most of the time, because my eyes are swollen like I have been beaten by someone, and the food content will be less and more simple. Please forgive me!
On the Wenzhou-Xiapu high-speed railway, I was tortured by the itch all night, and I was fully armed to catch up on sleep.
[Xiapu, a simple town with a red hat on the Internet]
Xiapu is a newly promoted Internet celebrity city and is especially praised by photography enthusiasts. We, who did not have much hope, were surprised and became the NO1 of Fujian Province in my mind during this trip.
Highlight one,Scenery.Let's talk about Yangjiaxi first. Under a huge banyan tree, the picture of sunlight shining through the gaps in thick leaves and shining on the old man and the cow he was holding became the most classic publicity blockbuster in Yangjiaxi. We were the Yangjiaxi Rongfeng Park who went to that picture. Unfortunately, there was no sun that day, no light beams, and prop cattle resting on the haystack on the side, so the old man disappeared. But we are still shocked by the huge banyan trees. There are riddled banyan trees on the ground, and there is a banyan tree crown spread out like an umbrella above our heads, blocking the sky tightly. Hundreds of thousands of years of old trees will be arranged and transformed into essence in "Journey to the West".
Thousands of years old ancient trees are prayed for like gods.
Prop cow who won't start work today.
Let's talk about the scenery by the sea. We went to the seaside near Xiapu Dongbi Village and Xiaohao Village. The landscape was well developed. The wooden plank road that winds down directly to the seaside. The viewing platforms and coffee and beverage shops along the way are specially designed. It is harmoniously matched with the sea without any inconsistency. The wide sea is full of large-scale laver drying fields, and the natural sun-dried laver sold in the market comes from this. If you like us don't feel like checking in quickly, you can also choose a B & B in Dongbi Village to stay overnight.
When I was in poor condition, I didn't even carry my iconic big schoolbag!
Then there is Beituanqi, which is also a paradise for photography enthusiasts. Those of us who don't understand photography are a card. I planned to go to see the sunrise early the next morning, but I canceled it because my allergies were serious. I went straight to Fuzhou, with a little regret.
Looking at the three scenic spots separately, it may seem a little ordinary, but it is rare to see them at the same time in the small Xiapu!
Highlight two, accommodation.
Xiapu is not big, and the hotel is not far from Xiapu Railway Station and the downtown area. The room was bigger than we imagined. For the first time, we slept on a round bed and a huge bathtub was luxuriously placed in the middle of the room. It's a pity, it's a pity that I was so tortured by my allergic symptoms that I didn't soak in the bathtub, and I didn't feel the feeling of sleeping on a round bed. I wanted to cry but did not shed tears...
There is a large seafood farmers 'market next to the hotel. It is a rich variety of seafood products that make me feel wronged and sad the more I look at them. I quickly fled without buying anything.
Highlight three, dinner.
No matter how allergic I am, I still have to eat dinner. DP searched for a long time but couldn't find a restaurant that had nothing to do with seafood. In the end, I still chose a seafood stall. Isn't this a suicide attempt? The boss personally received and helped us order. After learning that I was allergic, the boss did not hesitate or perfunctory because we did not order seafood. He enthusiastically gave us suggestions. Except for the seafood noodles ordered by my husband as his staple food, there was no seafood at the table. The dishes made me extremely satisfied...
Most local restaurants are mainly based on this seafood stall. After dark, tables and chairs are lined up, brightly lit and lively. Eating seafood and drinking wine under the sea breeze, the happy life index of small cities continues to soar.
The amount of dishes is surprisingly large, and even if it is not seafood, you can feel the intention of cooking. A dessert can be so particular. It is stir-fried with three types of kway teow strips, plus dried fruits, candied fruits, and sprinkled with sesame seeds, which makes me feel a lot happier because I am usually wary of glutinous rice foods. The regret of not being able to eat seafood is met by this pot of rice cakes.
[Fuzhou, the scenery along the Min River]
Fuzhou, Rongcheng, has no bright spots except for a large number of veritable banyan trees in the urban area. The city's construction is slow, and its streets and commercial development are similar to those of third-and fourth-tier cities.
The big banyan tree that is "refined". From time to time, a banyan tree would be seen standing abruptly in the middle of the road.
Fuzhou's most famous scenic spot is the "three alleys and seven alleys", but now it has been transformed into "two alleys and five alleys", which is a bit of a pity.
A big schoolbag that is "on duty" again
This renovated "ancient street" sells the same products on ancient streets across the country.
The "Shangxiahang" near the hotel can also be an area where you can stroll around when you have nowhere to go. It combines nature and humanities.
When we went there, we were still in the process of demolition and renovation. It is estimated that this area will continue to expand in the future, and its popularity should also become more popular.
I wanted to see the terrain. It would be great if I could take a walk along the Min River, so I specially chose a hotel along the Min River, but now I can only sigh in my heart...
Take a detour along the Min River and enjoy the sun and night scenery. Get a hiking pass
[Xiamen, looking for peace amidst the surging crowds]
Xiamen, with a pleasant climate and beautiful scenery, is really a popular tourist city. The endless stream of tourist groups and individual tourists makes the small Xiamen Island operate at full capacity all year round. Urban transportation, famous attractions, and Internet celebrity commercial areas are a bit close to saturation, and to be honest, the travel experience is getting worse and worse. Because she and her husband have both been to Xiamen, and the location and time schedule of the ferry terminal to Gulangyu Island are too restrictive for tourists, we decisively abandoned boarding on the island and chose the sea view room facing the Gulangyu Island Hotel. Panorama view of Gulangyu Island is close at hand.
The room looks out of Gulangyu.
Xiamen's Yanwu Bridge is the most worthwhile place for me to check in after visiting well-known scenic spots. In the two days, we spent two and a half days here.
Yanwu Bridge is basically equivalent to an overpass built on the sea. In addition to normal car traffic, it also has a special pedestrian sightseeing platform for leisure sightseeing, walking and sports. It is an extremely wonderful place.
There were relatively few tourists, so we wandered on the bridge all afternoon and even enjoyed the beautiful sunset. We found it a great location to watch the sunrise and sunset!
Although the doctor said that I can't run during allergies, running by the beach has always been my wish. You know, it's not particularly easy to find a suitable running route by the beach. You can either run on the beach, which is heavy and full of sand; or Running on the asphalt road across the coastline, eight feet away from the sea, has lost the meaning of running by the beach. So how precious it is for Xiamen to have a plank road on the beach! These days, I have honestly avoided eating just to realize my wish. My husband finally let go under my soft and hard soak, but asked me to shorten the distance, slow down, and stop at any time if I felt a little uncomfortable. Ha, you have succeeded. As long as you agree, you can say whatever you want!
The seaside at six o'clock in the morning is quiet and beautiful.
Facing the rising sun, starting from the Yanwu Bridge, local people gather on the beach around the fishing boats returning in the morning to buy fresh seafood; there are tourists walking in twos and threes and sanitation workers cleaning up the falling leaves. There is no noise, and everything is so methodical, quiet and calm. A good day starts with morning exercise...
The 8th Seafood Market on Kaihe Road, referred to as the "Eight Cities", is a popular market that everyone traveling to Xiamen must mention in recent stages. It is said to be the most down-to-earth and the most in-depth place to experience local people's life. After going there, I found that there were no locals, and they were all occupied by foreign tourists who had a look. The fried five-spice, ancient morning bread, and hand-shredded chicken mentioned on the Internet are all scenes of queuing; the next seafood stalls and processing restaurants make it difficult for people to choose.
The seafood processing restaurants in the market are so dense and mini that there are basically no reviews on DP Online. It's up to you to choose which one you choose. Either you have a good understanding of seafood and can select accurately, or we belong to the latter because of "eye affinity". Directly ignored the kind of store owners who shouted hard or used flashy "gimmicks" to attract diners, and finally chose a gentle and gentle little girl wearing glasses. Her attitude was neither humble nor arrogant, and she answered all questions, giving people a more realistic feeling. Facts have proved that this is the case. The ingredients are fresh and the prices are beautiful. Since there are no reviews, I will recommend them here.
Although I can't eat seafood, because we have two relatives joining us, we can order and taste more dishes, which still makes me feel happy. The full seafood feast is satisfying to see.
The price is attached so that everyone can take a look.
This is the eight-city Internet celebrity I queued up to buy. Fried five-spice, which is the fried version of vegetarian ham; hand-shredded chicken and tofu bamboo. When I got it, I found that the bag said "Shanghai Characteristics". I'm dizzy...
[Zhangzhou, a place where you must check in to go to Fujian]
I have never been to Zhangzhou. I don't seem to have any memories other than daffodils before. This trip really impressed me.
Nanjing Tulou
It is 160 kilometers away from Xiamen and more than 300 kilometers away from Fuzhou. It is not close. But if the weather is particularly good, I suggest you make up your mind to go. The unique buildings and living environment of the Hakka people are worth a visit. There are many earthen buildings in that area, and the styles are basically the same, so there is no need to check in one by one. Just choose one. For example, we went to the "Tianluokeng earthen buildings".
It consists of five shaped tulou with three circles, one square and one ellipse. Viewed from a high place, it is a perfect "four dishes and one soup"!
Looking up at the earthen buildings from the foot of the mountain
The mottled loess building must be set against the blue sky and white clouds to look particularly eye-catching and magnificent!
Dongshan Island
It's a treasure island. It's so unexpected. We spent the night on Dongshan Island, so we had more time and fully experienced the unique beautiful scenery and food.
Beautiful scenery 1: Dongmen Island.Yu refers to a small island surrounded by water in rivers, lakes and seas. Dongmen Island, Gulangyu Island, Wenzhou Jiangxin Island, and Taiwan Orchid Island are also known as the four famous islands in China (three of them were accidentally visited this time). It takes ten minutes to make a boat island from Dongshan Island. The entire island is less than a square kilometer. If you have time, you can choose to visit.
on board
The island is quiet and there are not many tourists. Walking by the beach and climbing the hills, the disadvantage is that the ferry time is not fixed and requires a certain occupancy rate before sailing, so it is not recommended to go if you are in a hurry.
Beautiful scenery 2, Nanmen Bay.A very literary harbor, where you only need to feel the blue sky, waves, sea breeze and tranquility carefully. Good.
Beautiful scenery 3: Fishbone sandbar. It is definitely a blockbuster on Dongshan Island. Not many people push it online, but anyone who has been there will all admire it. Fishbone Sandbar is named after the sand beach is shaped like a fish tail. The choice of time for the tour is quite demanding. Only two ebb times in the morning and afternoon during the day do the full view of the Fishtail Shoal Bar emerge, and it is gradually covered by sea water with the high tide. We raced against the time to arrive before sunset and high tide, so as to enjoy the fish tail bar under the sunset with two birds.
It takes about 20 minutes by boat to travel back and forth between the shore and the sandbar.
Water houses along the way.
At the Fishtail Sandbank under the sunset, the land has been gradually invaded by the rising tide of seawater. Unfortunately, the sea is a little cold and I can't walk barefoot on the sandbar. There are not many photos. Because it is impossible to take the full picture of the fish tail sandbar, I would like to recommend the drone shooting service on the sandbar here. From action guidance to post-editing of the soundtrack, their 100 yuan will definitely amaze you. The full picture of the fish tail that cannot be felt in the photo is fully displayed in the video. This is the most worthwhile part of the entire trip and a must-check event to go to Fishbone Shazhou. Trust me!
food
At night, Dongshan Island was even less popular and deserted. I found a seafood restaurant near the hotel where I stayed (it's difficult for you to eat anything else on the island, as seafood dominates). I directly bought a group meal for 4-5 people. I didn't have much hope at first, but I was shocked by the really fresh seafood one after another. Not only was the ingredients fresh, but the taste was also excellent! Especially seafood chicken, the delicious and juicy chicken is soaked in seafood soup, adding fresh to the top; the ice abalone with incomparable Q bullets has an invincible taste. As my allergic symptoms gradually improved, I was tempted by a large table of delicious food and directly disarmed!
My favorite steamed sea fish, I like the smell of the sea to myself. Haha, I really haven't eaten seafood for a few days.
The cheese crab steak sent by the boss also tasted first-class!
The price of 200 yuan for this table, what do you think? Oh! What!
The next day, we drove directly from Dongshan Island into Guangdong, and my travel notes will also enter the next episode. This is my first time to Guangdong Province. Although there are not many natural scenery and well-known attractions, I am still full of infinite expectations for Guangdong's urban construction, customs and Cantonese food... See you next episode
