Last weekend, I went to Xiamen again. This is my fourth time in Xiamen. If I recommend the crowded Gulangyu Island to everyone again, it would be too uninnovative. This time, I took a very small route, Damao Mountain Zhaiziweili-Xiaodeng Island-Dadeng Town-I can guarantee that this is definitely an unpopular route with few people but full of literary and artistic hearts. Even Xiamen locals rarely know about the Qingxin route!

The itinerary is as follows: Arrive in the afternoon-stay in Damao Mountain Zhaizai Weili-Various pats-Taste Xiang 'an's specialty dishes at night-admire the stars in the sky-fall asleep-get up after breakfast and go to Xiaodeng Island-catch the Xiaohai-Tour around the island-Taste seafood-DIY shell painting-Go to Dadeng Town to visit the Classic Car Museum-go home. Two days and one night, neither nervous nor too loose, leisurely and rich, everything was just right.

In Zhaizaiwei, a simple and fresh Minnan-style small mountain village is like a hometown, where you encounter nostalgia

When the car stopped at the gate, I saw the four words "Zhaizai Wei" at a glance. No matter how I read it, I felt awkward. However, the strong flavor of southern Fujian came to my face.

Follow the stone steps on the left to reach the village.

Turning around the thick green trees, you will suddenly see a bright light in front of you. A kind of literature and art exudes a simple pastoral fresh style, coming to your face.

The road is divided into two sides, one side is stone steps suitable for walking, and the other side is a cement road suitable for tourists dragging luggage.

Zhaiziweili used to be a small mountain village. In the past two years, as a pioneer in the development and revitalization of rural areas in Xiamen City, it is gradually realizing a comprehensive industrial layout integrating diversification of housing, business, leisure, entertainment, study, elderly care, etc. Many aborigines have moved out, and the old houses that have been vacated are scattered among the mountains. Some have been transformed into restaurants, handicraft workshops, tea bars, etc.

The house is built along the mountain, with two pointed ends cocked. It is a typical Minnan-style building. The red brick walls are a bit beautiful in simplicity. The bougainvillea blooming on the walls add a little to this plain scene. A bit of agility and vitality.

A big camphor tree is lush and lush. Judging from the circumference of its trunk, it must be hundreds of years old. The branches and leaves cover almost the entire site. In September, Xiamen gradually cools down, but it is still a little hot during the day, but under the dense shade of the big camphor tree, the heat has completely disappeared.

In the corners of the roadside, there are such purple-blue flowers blooming everywhere, like small speakers, which are very touching. However, the flower closes every dusk and doesn't reopen until the next morning. It's very interesting.

The stone courtyard wall was suspected to be the house of the local aborigines, but the door was quiet, so I didn't dare to disturb it. Fusang poked her head out of the bamboo fence and tilted it to one side, like a naughty and lovely little girl.

A few old hens were walking leisurely under the shade of the tree. They were not surprised to see people coming and did not even look at me again.

He looked calm as if he was used to the world.

I threatened them: Believe it or not, I will arrest you and stew you.

His companion laughed.

In southern Fujian, cuo means house, so the guest room here is called Wancuo. The wooden cards are hung on the wall, and the wall is also rough, revealing a bit of simplicity and full of interest.

From time to time, there are girls posing in concave shapes here, standing on the steps, leaning against the wall, pretending to hold flowers... To be honest, in such an environment, taking pictures of people or something, it is really beautiful.

Just sit on the steps and press the shutter, and you will have a very nice photo. The stone walls and the blooming flowers on the walls all have a simple and fresh feeling.

Bougainvillea and vines grow wantonly. Xiamen's four seasons temperature is really suitable for plants to reproduce, so no matter when they come, there will always be lush and flowers in full bloom.

There are wooden signs on the village commercial street.

There are various small restaurants here such as handicrafts, aesthetics, teahouses, schools, and rural food. You can learn the making of sachets, Charan, pottery, handmade paper kites, etc. at Xintian Handicraft Museum, and make one by yourself to take home; you can also learn to make ancient soy milk, ice skin mooncakes, sweet potato balls and other rural delicacies with the master at Shanjing Rural Food Museum; you can also drink a cup of coffee and read a book at the Half Time Aesthetics Museum; if you want to meditate, you can also practice calligraphy and copy scriptures at Jingjing School.

In short, no matter what you do, the wind blows through the green bamboo outside the window and the rustling sound is a good time to be quiet and leisurely in the mountains.

The old house with red bricks is simple and unpretentious in appearance. Only when you walk in will you realize that there is another world.

This room is full of stone mills for children to experience grinding soy milk. The stone mill is not big and can be easily pushed, so it is also suitable for children. The children chirped and asked each other, and the staff in charge of teaching smiled, whispered softly, and was extremely patient.

I think Mom and Dad can safely host the children here for a few hours and go to the teahouse next door to have a cup of tea or coffee to relax.

I also lived in the countryside when I was a child, so I especially liked such down-to-earth buildings. Although the architectural style of southern Fujian is quite different from the blue bricks and black tiles in Jiangnan, the simplicity and beauty contained in it are the same. A stone mill, a wooden ladder, and an inconspicuous farm tool placed in a corner can remind me of the beautiful life in the countryside in my childhood.

Therefore, I feel very cordial.

There are large plantains on the roadside, full of fruits, and hanging in the air. They are within reach. When you get closer, you can smell the unique weak aroma of vegetation.

Unfortunately, it's not ripe yet!

In the lobby of Shanjing Academy. Here, various meetings can be held, and it is also suitable for education, training, etc. Not far away, there is also an outreach training base suitable for league building. A group of lively young people are contracting the venue.

The autumn sunshine is warm and beautiful.

Vending machines on the roadside can scan the code with Alipay, which is very convenient. I checked and found that there are quite a variety of drinks.

I bought a bottle with my friends. Mine is sweet and refreshing, and it's frozen!

Wancuo, find a B & B where you can watch the stars in the yard and spend a comfortable weekend

B & B is one of the important projects in Tai Mo Mountain Area. When you come here, you can stay for a day or two, see the picturesque scenery, the lush forests and bamboo, sit in front of the courtyard and watch the mountains, and experience the childhood back to its original nature.

This is the guest reception center of the B & B, where you can check in. The simple and clear modern style, but the roof is covered with thatched grass, giving people a rural and mountainous atmosphere.

Sitting area in the corridor. The green mountains are looking forward.

Autumn is crisp and crisp, and white clouds drag their long tails in the sky. If you take a casual photo, you will be a screensaver.

Across a road lined with bamboo roads, we are staying at No. 2 Wancuo.

Wancuo is a series of boutique holiday B & Bs with mountain residences as its artistic conception. Its B & B group also includes Xiaoyue Mountain House, Ziqi Mountain House, Zizhanfang, Qingyu Poetry Garden, etc. The decoration and layout all have their own charm and can be selected according to your own preferences.

A stone wall and a wooden door half a person's height separate the guest room from the tourist area. You have to swipe your card to enter. The waiter kindly told me to remember to close the small wooden door when entering and leaving, because sometimes tourists would mistakenly enter.

The spacious lobby is a public space, suitable for several friends to sit and chat together.

The copper coins and grass on the table are green.

Everything was spotless. On the windowsill, a pot of bougainvillea is blooming with several flowers.

The room is bright and simple, and it is refreshing at a glance.

Opening the balcony door, there is a small courtyard. In a large basin made of stone, there are several water lilies, and potted plants are also placed on the small table, which is casual and full of life.

In the yard, several Fusang trees were blooming drunk, attracting several little bees to buzz around.

At the corner, don't have any thoughts.

In Wancuo, facing the green mountains, bamboo forests, blooming flowers, leaves falling on the floor, the warm sunshine in autumn, and the faint laughter of children in the distance will remind people of a poem. Come:

The mountains are as quiet as ancient times, and the days are as long as small years. The remaining flowers can still be drunk, and the good bird may as well sleep.

Taste the delicious food on the tip of your tongue, taste the twelve village flavors, and be an authentic Xiamen person for a time

For leisure and vacation, food is also important. Lunch, at a restaurant called Shanyu. Taoyuan's restaurant.

The rustic red brick houses have a feeling of being hidden in the city. On the left side of the road is a green countryside with half an acre of square ponds. As we walked, we also walked into Tao Yuanming's pastoral poems, as if I were the hermit who "reclaimed the land in the south and returned to the garden fields."

Walking in, it was a light and luxury-style restaurant, with tables, chairs, flowers and grass, all of which were very thoughtful.

My partner and I ate for two. The portion is not large, just enough for two people to eat without wasting it. It is a light Minnan specialty dish.

Balsam pear and clam soup is delicious with a little bitterness. In the hot autumn, this is undoubtedly a healthy soup meal.

Fried dates are fried with pumpkin powder in the shape of dates. They are an authentic Xiamen specialty snack.

Fried noodles are also very refreshing.

lettuce. Green and fresh.

For dinner, we ate Xiang 'an's specialty dishes, with twelve village flavors.

The table is open in the open air, with flowers, branches, leaves and leaves, and has a good atmosphere.

Cut pomegranate and pointy peppers are also used for decoration, which is unique.

There are actually many delicious specialties in Fujian, so what is waiting for me in Xiang 'an District?

Apple cider vinegar like champagne, sweet and sour, and easy to taste.

The first dish is pork knuckles in abalone sauce. It is made with local nine-hole abalone and the front feet of stocked black pigs as ingredients, and is secretly made with a health sauce. The collagen of the pork knuckles and the high nutritional value of abalone collide and blend, making it a good dish.

Pan-fried charbdis. I'm a little surprised. Isn't this obviously a crab? Why is it called crab crab? However, it is really delicious. The crab crabs in this season are the fattest and the cream is yellow and makes people salivate.

The famous ginger duck has a strong flavor of ginger and tender meat. It also has the effects of soothing the liver and moistening the lungs, nourishing the stomach and strengthening the spleen.

If you don't eat ginger duck, how dare you say that you have been to Fujian or Xiamen?

The Wanzai cake is ground into a paste with water-soaked rice, added with onions and other seasonings, and steamed in a small bowl. It looks ordinary, but when you open it, you will find that there are other things inside, including scallops, lean meat, dried shrimp, mushrooms, quail eggs, etc., very rich. The cake is soft and glutinous and has a strong rice aroma. It is a traditional snack in Xiang 'an.

The origin of sweet potato flour cakes was that during the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, before a scholar in Xiang 'an took the exam, the old mother made a pot of sweet potato flour, porridge, and oysters given by others into a pot of food and sent her children to Beijing. Later, Shizi High School asked about this dish to relieve homesickness.

In the eyes of wanderers, it is the taste of hometown.

Fried oysters. Xiang 'an, which is surrounded by the sea on three sides, is most famous for its oysters. This dish is crispy and delicious on the outer layer, but the oysters inside are surprisingly tender and plump. After taking one bite, you will be satisfied.

Drunken goose is a representative of Xiang 'an farmhouse cuisine. It is made from fresh and tender goose. The goose's stomach is stuffed with Angelica Codonopsis pilosula, poured into the ten-year-old Guyue Longshan to taste, and finally steamed in a steamer. After tasting, it has the fragrance of medicinal materials. The goose meat is crisp and delicious.

Shacha Noodle is a famous snack that occupies half of Xiamen. After being introduced from Nanyang to southern Fujian, it has been blended with meat and seafood ingredients. It has a mellow taste and complex taste. Every time I visit Xiamen, this is a delicious snack that I will definitely eat.

Seaweed from Xiaodeng Island is made into seaweed stew. Don't underestimate this dish. It is the best gift given by nature between mountains and seas. In 2008, the seaweed robe from Xiaodeng Island was also used as an aquatic biological sample and flew into space aboard the Shenzhou 7 spacecraft!

The key point of making Xinwei dried bean curd is to spot stewing. The unique craftsmanship ensures the natural flavor of the dried bean curd. The meat is tender and has no beany smell at all at the entrance. It is very delicious.

The secret of Bo cakes lies between the skin and filling. Enjoy the joy and delicacy of hand-made cakes. All fillings are carefully cooked, shredded for later use, and wrapped in paper-thin cake skins. It seems to be common, but it takes the most effort.

This is the Bo cake after being bitten. Does it look like you have a big appetite?

Pan-fried Maidou is also a very distinctive southern Fujian snack. Stir with seasonal wheat flour, flour, brown sugar, etc., leave it for a while, and then fry it on slow fire. It has a strong aroma of wheat and is soft and soft.

After dinner, the sky was completely dark, and shining stars were hanging on the ink-blue sky. The mountains are silent, and even the chirping of the crickets is very slight.

The mountain breeze blows through the treetops and bamboo forests. What a beautiful night!

Xiaodeng Island, let's go catch Xiaohai and catch crabs

Xiaodeng Island is located on the southeast coast of the Xiang 'an Peninsula in Xiamen City. The first thing we did when we went to Xiaodeng Island was to catch up with Xiaohai.

The tide changes, and the time of rising and falling is different every day. On the day we went, the time of ebb was from 9:00 to 11 a.m. To catch up with the small sea, we took advantage of this time to go to the beach and the rocks to pick up those who had no time to follow the tide. Marine creatures that return to the sea.

Taking small baskets, gloves, and hooks, we followed our eldest sister to the beach.

Beach after low tide. In more than two hours, there will be another ocean here.

Sister is pulling the net. What's in the net?

This kind of net has a secret. There are palm-sized holes on both sides, which are specially used to net crabs. When the crabs crawl in, they will never come out again. They can only wait patiently to be cooked and served on the table.

There are actually several on one net! Crawling on the beach in panic, trying to break through.

There is a secret to catching crabs. Be sure to hold the part behind its large pliers. Otherwise, your fingers will bleed from being pinched, which will be very, very painful!

It's not even cooked yet, but it's such a bright red color. It's really drooling to look at it!

This big crab brother probably struggled too hard and broke free of one leg...

There will also be conches and shells on the rocks. If you pick them carefully, you will have a lot of gains.

This is artificial oyster breeding. Sea oysters are gregarious marine creatures. If they settle in a certain place, they will slowly gather in more and more. At high tide, these brackets are submerged under the sea water.

Rows of oyster shelves, and dense sea oysters.

There were also small crabs crawling. When they saw them, they picked them up and threw them into the basket.

One of the necessary tools to catch up with the sea is the small bamboo basket. Carry it on and you will look like you are chasing a small sea! So the girls put on a concave pose one after another.

Carrying the fruits of a bumper harvest, we are heading back!

Tour Xiaodeng Island, taste delicious food, and draw a shell with your own hands to take it home

After catching Xiaohai, get on the battery car and travel around the island.

Visit the civil air defense tunnel first. This tunnel runs through Xiaodeng Island from east to west and winds for more than 1200 meters. As soon as you walk in, you feel the coolness. The fine sweat from the sun disappears in less than five minutes.

There is a simple hall at the entrance with two rows of chairs where you can sit and rest.

The tunnel is about two meters high. It looks solid and dry. It is obviously well-ventilated and does not feel suffocated at all.

The passage is very long. The section open to tourists is about 500 meters long. It is enough for sightseeing. There are many turnovers, but they are all blocked. Tourists just need to follow the lights.

A big banyan tree with a single tree in the forest.

This banyan tree is more than four hundred years old. Its air roots have taken root in the ground and become a tree. Year after year, it has transformed from a tree into a banyan forest. The power of plants is really powerful.

It would be quite nice for a girl to wear a white dress and take pictures here. It would feel like an elf in the forest!

The big tree is divided into two woods on the left and right, lush and leafy.

On the southern coast, banyan trees are considered to be spiritual trees, so many people hang red silk on the trees and write their wishes and blessings to seek protection.

Handicrafts made of small shells are also very cute.

The eldest sister guarding the stall was very talkative. Her eyes were deep and her appearance seemed to be a little exotic. Her companions asked her. As a result, she happily told us that her mother was Indonesian and was bought into China at the age of 8... From here, we can also see a little bit of the past of Fujian, one of the provinces with the largest number of overseas Chinese!

Pier. The long seawall stretches out into the middle of the sea.

Fishing boats that did not go to sea lined up in a row and quietly anchored by the sea. If you encounter colorful clouds sooner or later, it should be very popular!

This beach is called Moon Bay. Because of the low tide, it looks like a mariculture farm. However, the eldest sister guarding the local stall told me that when the tide comes, it is actually a paradise for tourists to swim and play in the water. Those shelves that cultivate kelp, seaweed and oysters will be submerged several meters underwater and will not be able to reach them at all.

Find a photo of Moon Bay online and see if it matches the perfect beach in your mind?

Lunch was eaten at Wanghai Tower at the head of the village. The authentic southern Fujian flavor is also very good.

The first thing to serve is noodle paste, which is a snack in southern Fujian. It is made of fine noodle paste and sweet potato flour. Boiling the water, adding sweet potato flour, seasoning, and noodle paste. The finished product is a paste, which can be used as snacks and night snacks. I feel that it is the favorite street snack of southern Fujian people. Shops selling noodle paste can be seen everywhere on the street. Regardless of the time, you can order a bowl if you want to eat it.

Very delicious.

Shrimp and the like are almost the most common here.

Baby vegetables are served in soup, Fujian food is light, but in short, it suits my taste very well.

Seeing fried oysters again, you will never get tired of eating it!

This kind of crab with white flower dots on its body is called flower crab.

Grilled fish, slightly spicy, very appetizing.

This is the result of our capture of Xiaohai in the morning, stone crabs! The shell is relatively hard and requires good teeth. The method does not seem to be very complicated and fancy, but it tastes salty, fragrant and delicious, with a unique sweet taste brought by fresh ingredients.

There is nothing more enjoyable than eating crabs you catch yourself!

After dinner, I made a shell painting by myself at the shell DIY at the village head.

There are finished products in the store, and more are the shells of various small sea creatures needed to make shell handicrafts. They are dazzling and full of ocean flavor.

A bride's holding flowers made of shells, etc. can be called a holding flower that will never fade! It's really unique.

During the green plants decoration, it is fresh and lively.

The second senior brother made of conch glue is lifelike.

Although roses made of shells have the unique rough and rough feeling of shellfish, they also have a unique flavor and are very touching.

A small conch on the plate used to make raw materials.

The teacher in the studio has arranged the materials everyone needs, including a small bucket for washing pens, towels for mats, shells, brushes, pigments, etc.

Sitting around, choosing the pattern you want to draw, drawing the prototype, then coloring the color, and coloring it. With serious energy, it feels like returning to the handicraft class in kindergarten.

The pigments only have four colors: blue, white, red and yellow. However, with these four primary colors, countless colors can be created!

Does the Paige I drew look like it?

End your trip to Xiaodeng Island and drive to Dadeng Town. Of course, there are actually many places to play on the island, such as Iron Tree King, Shiyuan Ancient Hall, Yingling Hall, Mazu Temple, etc. Everyone can choose attractions based on your interests.

To sum up, Xiaodeng Island is still a very original place with almost no traces of tourism development. Walking around the village and alleys, you can feel the production and lifestyle of the local people up close. There are many farmhouses and inns on the island. It is very pleasant to stay for two days and rent a bicycle to walk around. It is especially suitable for tourists who like natural scenery and are eager to return to their original nature.

Visit the Classic Car Museum to learn about the past and present life of a car

Dadeng Town is an open commercial center integrating shopping, entertainment and leisure. We came to visit the Yuecheng Classic Car Museum. This museum houses dozens of out-of-print antique cars and global limited edition cars, visually displaying the century-old history of automobile development. It can be said that every car collected here is a dream car in the hearts of car fans.

What, this is obviously a tricycle, how can it mix in the car team?

Don't panic, listen to me. This was developed in 1885 by the German Mr. Karl Friedrich Benz, the "father of automobiles", one of the founders of Mercedes-Benz, the pioneer of the modern automobile industry. It is the world's first car! Known as the "Mercedes-Benz One"!

Although it only has three wheels, it does already have the basic characteristics of a modern car, powered by gasoline and capable of reaching speeds of 15 kilometers per hour.

This portrait is of Karl Benz's wife, Berta Benz. She was a great woman who even sold her dowry in the early days to help Karl Benz get through the difficulties. After the first three-wheeled car came out, she drove the car for more than 100 kilometers in order to support her husband with actions. Therefore, she was also the world's first female car driver!

Sure enough, behind the outstanding figures stood a great woman.

In 1886, Gottlibdalem installed the engine he developed on the carriage and built the world's first four-wheeled car, which was again called a "horse-less carriage."

The tireless spirit of the pioneers in pursuing new things is really worthy of admiration for future generations!

Daimler Motors and Benz Motors merged on June 29, 1926, forming Daimler-Benz, which played an important role in automotive history.

So I think it would be very interesting to visit the Classic Car Museum and just understand the past in the development history of these cars.

The Ford Model T was the world's first car produced by a process assembly line. The creation of the assembly line reduced the assembly time of 700 hours for a car to 12.5 hours. It was the most influential car in the world in the 20th century.

Ford Model A.

These classic cars are still in good performance and can be started and driven. If you drive it out, it will be very cool.

There were also some booths that were empty. The staff told us that they were the parked cars that had been rented out.

There will be a demand for classic cars for special occasions such as filming and weddings.

Our country's Dongfanghong tractors look really tall and majestic.

Military jeeps.

Formula racing cars spontaneously developed by my country.

This is a disassembled BMW. Because there are often research activities, the car is placed like this to show it more intuitively to children.

There are actually many places to play in the entire Dadeng Town. You can drink coffee, shop, buy snacks, watch performances... It is no problem to spend a long day.

The trip ends here. Looking at it all the way, do you find it more interesting than the crowded Zhongshan Road in Gulangyu Island?

TIPS:

Address of Zhaizaiweili: No. 8 Zhaizaiwei Village, Damaoshan Farm, Xiang 'an District, Xiamen City. Transportation: Bus No. 713 Xinwei Station-Damaoshan Station. Driving navigation: Xiamen Island-Xiang 'an Tunnel-Xiang' an Avenue-Damaoshan Road.
