A trip that started as soon as possible began. On December 19, the bullet train at 10:45 arrived in Xiamen North from Shenzhen after more than six hours. The person who came to pick me up was my friend Brother Wang. Although my impression of him has been blurred so far, I still thank him for his enthusiasm. He made me full of good feelings since I stepped into Xiamen. In fact, Xiamen has not disappointed me.

I stayed in Zengcuo 'an's "Youdu Bieyuan". I stayed in this inn for three days. I think this B & B gives me a very warm feeling, good hygiene, and good service attitude. It will introduce us to Xiamen's delicious food and some interesting places around it.

I didn't read the strategy when I came to Xiamen, nor did I make a plan to go wherever I went. Arriving in Xiamen that day, I didn't have lunch. After unloading my luggage, I went to Xiamen Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street to find food. Since I was looking for a place while looking for a place while looking for a place, the driver did not get angry at me, but gently reminded me to watch my path carefully. Although it was a small matter, it moved me more about Xiamen.

Soon I found my first meal in Xiamen-Zimu vermicelli. I entered the store with curiosity because of the name of the store. Sure enough, I did not disappoint. The Zimu vermicelli were naturally delicious and fragrant, and the light taste was very consistent with my personal taste.

Because I was in a hurry to find food, I didn't take a good look at Zhongshan Road in Xiamen. After I had enough to eat and drink, I walked along Zhongshan Road, admiring the century-old Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, and admiring the exotic Nanyang architecture. Because the light rain just now diluted the lively atmosphere of the pedestrian street, Zhongshan Road had a unique flavor.

The first day was purely a stroll, and she was exhausted when she returned to her dormitory with her friends at night. Although my friend had to go to work the next day and couldn't accompany me, he still couldn't stop my friend's enthusiasm and carefully planned the next day's trip for me.

nanputuo

The next day, I got up early just to go to Nanputuo Temple to worship Buddha. Of course, even if you don't go to Buddha worship, you must get up early when traveling. Some experiences and scenery are only reserved for those who get up early. Kick off the warm quilt and you will find that there are many fresh and beautiful things waiting for you in the world.
As soon as you enter Nanputuo Temple, you will be greeted with the faint scent of sandalwood and incense, making you instantly calm. However, what attracted me more was the architecture. The carvings on the ridge were exquisite and rich in colors.

Nanputuo is adjacent to Xiamen University and faces Bichenghai Port. When you climb to the top of the mountain, you can have a panoramic view and a broad view, allowing you to relax physically and mentally.

There is a specialty you must not miss in Nanputuo, which is Nanputuo Vegetarian Cake (15 yuan/box).

Xiamen University

Next to Nanputuo Temple is the north gate of Xiamen University. You only need to provide your ID card to enter Xiamen University. Xiamen University is said to be the most beautiful university in the country, and it is exciting to see it now. Walking in this picturesque campus against the gentle sea breeze is also a kind of happiness.

Of course, don't forget to walk through Xiamen University's most artistic Furong Tunnel. It is the longest graffiti tunnel in China, with a total length of 1.10 kilometers. Although it is beautiful, a person has exhausted his physical strength after walking back and forth for two kilometers alone.

However, what makes people feel the most touching is that those graffiti that were once clean and tidy are now "devastated" and have been "visited here". I hope that those friends who love travel as much as I do can feel every attraction with their eyes and hearts and leave behind the beauty that originally belonged to them.

Xiamen University Baicheng

After a hasty lunch in the dining hall of Xiamen University, we left the Baicheng Gate in the east of Xiamen University, and walked to the Baicheng Beach of Xiamen University. Baicheng has a long beach, beautiful environment, fresh air, not to mention the scenery. Since I went to the off-season and the beach was not crowded with people, it was a good time to stroll along Huandao Road to Zeng 'an, listening to the sound of the waves beating on the beach and feeling the comfortable sea breeze.

You can reach Zeng 'an by walking about 2 kilometers from Xiamen University's Baicheng Road. Along the boardwalk, you can enjoy the seaside scenery. (There is a nearly 10-kilometer-long wooden plank road on Huandao Road, connecting various beaches)

Traveling is about enjoying the eyes and suffering the body, so Zeng Yan 'an was my last attraction the next day and the place for my dinner. You can feel a very strong literary and artistic atmosphere in Zeng Yan 'an.

Zeng Yan 'an's food is also very Minnan style. It feels like the street is filled with sand tea noodles and large intestine wrapping small intestine, so I will definitely not miss the opportunity to try it.

Although the next day's trip was a little tiring, I felt that it was worth it to be exhausted every place and attraction I visited. Perhaps it is because of walking that you can see more beautiful scenery, so go back and replenish your energy to continue the third day of your journey.

Gulangyu

On the third day of the itinerary, I decided to spend the whole day on Gulangyu Island. I also went to Xiamen Dongdu Cruise Terminal early and took a ship to Gulangyu Inner Cuoao Pier: 50 yuan/person (round-trip), to Gulangyu Sanqiutian Pier: 35 yuan/person (round-trip). We arrived at Sanqiutian Wharf on Gulangyu Island.

Not far after landing on the island, you can see Gulangyu's delicious snacks filling the streets, filled with the aroma of food and noisy crowds everywhere. Rich Gulangyu specialty snacks such as Shacha noodles, bamboo shoots jelly, fish balls, and oyster pancakes will ensure that your taste buds will open.

Even if you don't have the need to buy a small bourgeois shop on the island, you can go to the store for a walk. The small objects inside will definitely attract your attention.

Gulangyu Island has a strong cultural landscape and old buildings with different styles that combine Chinese and Western. It is suitable for walking, being in a daze, emptying yourself, and enjoying life quietly. Here you can slow down, spend a leisurely afternoon, and waste your time to your heart's content.

The sun is shining in the afternoon, and Xiamen, facing across the sea, looks particularly beautiful and dazzling against the sea and blue sky.

Although the three-day trip to Xiamen was too short, I had too many feelings. Thank you to Xiao Tang who planned the route for me, to Miss Xue and her family of three who I met in Gulangyu, and to all the people and things I have experienced in Xiamen.
