Departing from Beijing on the evening of August 5, 2020 and arriving in Beijing early on August 13, 2020, excluding the time on the train, a total of 6 days. Tours in Xi'an and Huashan.
A trip that went on at random, encountered the temporary closure of the Huashan Trail during the rainy season, and had to make various temporary adjustments to the route, which was full of various casual and peaceful surprises.
1. Original plan
August 5: Take a sleeper at 8:40 pm (no delay in the day's work and take one less day off),
August 6: Arrive in Xi'an in the morning. Visit two or three scenic spots in Xi'an. Go to Huashan Yuquan Courtyard before 4 p.m. to buy some food and drink to go up the mountain, and then familiarize yourself with the route to the mountain gate in advance. There will be a temple in the middle. Avoid taking up the next day. It is better to enjoy it on the same day.
August 7: Go up the mountain early (Friday). There may be fewer tourists on Friday, so stay in Zhongfeng. Turn over several peaks. Because the west peak watches the sunset, the east peak gets familiar with it, and watch the sunrise tomorrow morning, several peaks should theoretically be turned over. There is not enough time to turn over the two scenic spots, the kite turning over and the sky plank road, will be closed and left in the morning after.
August 8: Get up early on the east peak to watch the sunrise, turn around what you didn't observe the day before, and go down the mountain. Go directly to Xi'an and visit the city that never sleeps.
August 9: In Xi'an, take the night train and go to work directly the next morning (Monday).
2. Actual itinerary and strategy
August 5th (Wednesday)
Taking a sleeper at 8:40 p.m., I booked a ticket for walking into Huashan on the 7th at Ctrip, 160 yuan.
August 6 (Thursday)
Arriving at Xi'an, the railway station in the morning, I bought a shared bicycle monthly card (10 yuan), and first went to the Muslim Yijunzhai Paomo Restaurant (the northeast corner of the intersection of Wenjing Road and Longshou North Road) to eat mutton paomo. The bike was about 3.5 kilometers. There were few people, the taste was delicious, and I was very hungry. I didn't get an appetite until evening. There was a little cat in the shop, which was cute and cute. While eating steamed buns, it started to rain. It was not big but not small. After waiting for a while, I still put on a disposable raincoat and set out on the road.
I planned to go to Huimin Street and ride a bike for about 4 kilometers. I originally wanted to enter from Sajinqiao Road, but there were too many stalls on both sides. There were too many cars and people, so I couldn't turn around. I wanted to go to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. On the way, I passed Lianhu Park, where lotus flowers were in full bloom. I went in for a stroll and added a temporary attraction.
Put down your things, go to the Yuquanyuan Temple at the foot of Huashan Mountain, and stroll all the way to the gate of Huashan Mountain. I was happy looking at the clouds and mist in the mountains. I received a short message from Ctrip. Due to heavy rain tomorrow's weather forecast, the scenic area will be closed, and the opening hours will be announced separately. I can only temporarily change my itinerary and return to Xi'an tomorrow morning. After randomly searching for scenic spots, Xian official Weibo reserved tickets for Datang Furong Garden.
August 7 (Friday)
High-speed rail back to Xi'an. The 5A scenic spot Datang Furong Garden is actually free to visit (starting from August 1, 2020, Xi'an Datang Furong Garden will be open for free, opening and closing time from 9:00 to 22:00). The scenic area is very large. Many buildings contain various murals, exhibitions, etc. from the Tang Dynasty, and there are performances in different small scenic spots at different times. We encountered intangible cultural heritage Dongcang drum music performances, musical fountains, sitcom Qianqiu birthday banquets, Jinwu Guards cavalry patrol the park, girls in Huji's wine shop danced on the small bridge, etc. Many little girls wearing Han costumes in the park gently shook small fans, complementing each other. In the evening, I also sat opposite the music fountain and watched the Tang Dynasty Dream Chasing Light Show program from a distance (tickets for the show range from 300 to 600, and watched it on a VIP boat).
At about 9:30, when you come out of the park, about 1 kilometer to the west, there is the famous Datang Sleepless City Pedestrian Street. It is more than 1 kilometer from south to north. It is recommended to go south first. It is crowded and lively. I especially like the lanterns hanging on the trees. The fire trees and silver flowers never stay at night. I heard the roar of people from afar. It turned out that there was a fountain controlled by human voices, and the tourists were shouting high and turning the sky. There are various performances and snacks on the road, with bright lights, as well as the north, until the entrance of Cien Temple. After turning around 11:30.
August 8 (Saturday)
I visited Xi'an Museum. I originally wanted to go to the Shaanxi History Museum, but only by checking the public account did I find out that the free basic display was 5 days in advance, and the charging Tang Dynasty Heritage and Murals Museum was booked 3 days. There are 6000 tickets per day, and 1100 tickets will be released at 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 pm on the hour, with 1100 tickets placed at each time period. There are no tickets at all for free. Once the charged ones are released, the ones for better periods will soon be gone. The museum was closed on Monday again, so I figured I had to go and have a look no matter how I came. If it really doesn't work, I'll book a Tuesday visit. If I set the alarm clock, how can I not get it? Fortunately, there are no restrictions on tickets to Xi'an Museum. I made a reservation for the 8th and had a good stroll. Xi'an Museum mainly introduces the historical changes of Xi'an and various unearthed cultural relics. At about noon, I confirmed that Huashan was open, so I quickly booked a hotel in Huashan that night and booked a ticket for hiking on the 9th. After coming out of the museum, I rode my bike to the Drum Tower, which happened to be behind Hui Street. I went in and walked around again to make up for the regret of not visiting the first day, and then went to the Bell Tower to have a look. In the evening, the high-speed train arrived at the foot of Huashan and prepared supplies for the next day's climbing.
August 9 (Sunday)
Enter the mountain gate at 7:30 in the morning and start climbing. Follow the ancient Huashan road. There are many mountain road signs. Just follow the route. At each pass, you will know the distance and approximate time from the current location to the location of other attractions. It is very clear. The original plan was to stay in Zhongfeng. When I met someone who came down from the mountain, I said that Zhongfeng's accommodation was closed. In order to watch the sunrise, I changed my choice to stay in Dongfeng. From entering the mountain gate and walking Wuliguan to Qingkeping, there are water and food sellers on the roadside. If you bring less, you can make up for it at any time. At first, it costs 10 yuan for 4 bottles, and slowly it costs 3 and 2 bottles. On the top of the mountain, it costs 11 yuan for a bottle.
Follow the route, everything in front is better. It is the mountain road steps. After passing the heart stone, there are some challenges. It is Qianchi Gorge and Baichi Building. It seems that the mountain has split a steep mountain road. Further ahead is Laojun Li Gou, 300 levels of continuous steep steps, and the steps are narrow, but after waiting for this, the North Peak is not far ahead. On the way to the North Peak, there are ladders. There are about 5-6 people steps cut on one side of the stone wall. Several steps have a slightly negative angle. You need to hold the iron ropes on both sides and climb up. For the timid, there are walking stairs next to it.
Looking far from the North Peak, on Canglong Ridge, someone seems to be walking on the ridge with cliffs on both sides.
From the North Peak-Canglong Ridge-Suojin Pass, there are two choices. One is to head west to the West Peak, and the other is to head east to the Middle Peak and the East Peak. Since the housing problem had to be solved first, I chose to head east and head in the direction of Dongfeng. Dongfeng Hotel has 5 bunk beds in one room, 10 people, and a bed for 160 yuan. It is a bit similar to the kind in a youth hostel. Make a bed, put down unnecessary things, and immediately line up for a kite to roll over. The rental fee of 30 yuan for a safety rope. The kite to roll over is equivalent to walking down a cliff. The foothold originally required you to lean forward and look down. Now there are staff guidance, you only need to follow the staff's command, left and right, and move left and right. The staff's command is very in place, and it is also the best landing order. However, without the fun of exploring and groping, you can roll over from the kite to a chess booth. Legend has it that it is the place where Zhao Kuangyin and Chen Tuan play chess. It is in the sky on three sides, elegant and elegant.
Yaozi rolled up and walked to Nanfeng. He planned to go to Xifeng to watch the sunset. The Changkong plank road leading to Nanfeng at 5:30 has been closed. Then he went to Xifeng. There is a legend that Chenxiang cut a mountain to save his mother. After waiting for sunset on Xifeng, he turned around and returned to the East Peak. As soon as the sun sets, the weather immediately became cooler, and the light quickly darkened. Walking back to East Peak, it was already dark.
There is a small water pipe at the entrance of Dongfeng Hotel. The running water is very thin, so you can wash your face and brush your teeth and simply wipe it. Fortunately, I brought a lot of wet tissues, so I only knew how convenient it was when I needed to use it. There is a water heater in the studio room where you check in, so you can connect with hot water. The open space next to it is full of various tents (some people carry rented tents when climbing mountains), playing cards and chatting until midnight. There are also people who rent a coat and sit on a chair squinting.
August 10 (Monday)
I watched the sunrise in the morning, about 6:40. After watching the sunrise, I felt a little cold in the morning, so I could wear a thin down jacket (the jacket is also okay, but the down jacket is light. I prepared it according to cross-country strong wear, but I found that the jacket can actually be unnecessary). Watching the sunset and sunrise, someone taking drone aerial photos, and then waving at the drone camera with a smile. The picture is so beautiful!
Go around the east peak, pack your things, and go to the south peak Changkong Plank Road. When I arrived, there was already a long line, and there were already about 100 people in front of me. I didn't expect that the Changkong Plank Road would be very time-consuming. It was about 12 o'clock when it was time to check my ID card registration, sign, put on the safety rope, and play. Precautions for the Long Sky Plank Road: Bring cash, do not wear skirts, slippers, high heels, people over 55 years old are not allowed to play, people under 150cm tall cannot play, tourists traveling alone cannot play.
The route was recorded using Gaming's hiking mode. The basic data is as follows. There is no stop for resting and playing halfway, so the data is for reference only.
Route---------Distance km---Total time---Moving time--Climb m
Yuquan Courtyard-Dongfeng--- 12.54 -----7.5 hours---- 3.5 hours---1582
East Peak-West Peak-------2.65------- 2 hours------40min-------- 244
East Peak-South Peak-------1 ---------- 28min------ 20min--------- 82
