Dream of returning to Chang 'an.
Visiting Xi'an is more like dreaming back to Chang' an's dream. The "Chang 'an Complex" outlined by the Afang Palace of the Qin Dynasty, the Terracotta Warriors, the Weiyang Palace of the Han Dynasty, the Changle Palace, the Daxing City of the Sui Dynasty, and the Daming Palace of the Tang Dynasty made me dream back at midnight. I always meet its glory, even though most of it is in ruins.
Xi'an, as one of China's best tourist destinations, has six places listed on the World Heritage List, including the Mausoleum of the Qin Shi Huang and the Terracotta Warriors, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, the ruins of the Daming Palace in the Tang Dynasty and the Xingjiao Temple Pagoda, as well as the Xi'an City Wall, Bell and Drum Tower, Tang Dynasty Furong Garden and other Internet celebrity attractions, more than a dozen dynasties have established their capitals here. Strolling through the city, you will find ancient charm and history everywhere.
I like this city that pays equal attention to ancient charm and history.
Everyone has Xi'an in their hearts. It may be the terracotta warriors of the Qin Dynasty; it may be the most magnificent Daming Palace in the world; it may be the thick ancient city wall of the Ming Dynasty, or it may be the bell tower that broadcasts on time...
The Daming Palace, which has witnessed more than 200 years of prosperous history of the Tang Dynasty, has not even left behind ruins and broken walls. How can people not sigh? The river is clear and the sea is calm, the carrier of the Tang Dynasty and the Tian Dynasty that came from all directions, but actually disappeared in the long river of history just like this. Chang 'an, what about long-term peace and stability?
Fortunately, when the Tang Dynasty was no longer prosperous, I found some comfort in the bell tower. This clock tower built in the 17th year of Hongwu of the Ming Dynasty is still shining brightly. It is the largest and most completely preserved one among the existing clock towers. It confronts the drum tower. Because a large clock was hung upstairs in the past for alarm purposes, it is named "Bell Tower".
The eaves are covered with dark green glazed tiles. The building is decorated with gold paintings, carved beams and painted buildings, and the top is gilded with a gold roof. It is resplendent. What's more interesting is that standing on the bell tower, you can see the four streets, east, west, north and south, extending from the bell tower. As well as the Drum Tower not far away, we looked at each other. At that moment, I suddenly thought that wasn't this Chang 'an Street in the prosperous Tang Dynasty?
Since 2011, Bell Tower has insisted on checking in to "tell the time" every day on Weibo, and has never stopped at twelve o'clock every day. Don't you want to learn about the Bell Tower version of "Chang 'an Twelve Hours"?
We got off the bell tower, passed through the Forest of Steles Museum, crossed the thick Xi'an city wall, and returned to the hotel where we stayed-Xi'an Li Chengyi Hotel. If there are any surprises during your trip to Xi'an, then this Orange Plaza Hotel must be one of them.
What surprised me was not only its intelligently controlled super experience, not only its unique Shaanxi folk culture, not only its high-end quality private customized bedding and home away from home service, but also its creation of a quiet environment away from the world.
Light vacation, light retro, tough on the outside and soft on the inside. The rich new Chinese style allows me to integrate in a second. The wood-colored background is the background color of Xi'an, an ancient capital. It is quiet, ancient and comfortable. The switching between modernity and ancient style allows me to find Xi'an's sense of belonging and the correct footnote to dream of returning to Chang 'an.
The quiet time of the leisurely book bar, the clarity and solemnity of the business office area, the sunshine of the gym, and the atmosphere of traditional Chinese classical culture meet here, adding a lot of color to our living life. In addition to the prosperity, Xi'an Li Chengyi Hotel is more like a quiet place after the prosperity of the Daming Palace in the Tang Dynasty has ended, allowing every visitor to Xi'an to find some of the "ruins and broken walls".
It can be said that Xi'an Orange Plaza Hotel is a hotel with warmth, feelings and stories.
This is also the reason why I took advantage of my trip to Xi'an to call him.
