In addition to its magnificent history and culture, Xi'an also has various delicious snacks. The place most tourists will go is Hui Street. It is really dazzling and countless.

Personally, I like eating Xi'an rice skin very much, which is what we usually call cold rice skin, a snack made with rice paste. Put on all kinds of fresh bean sprouts and cucumbers, and then pour on the red and spicy oil pepper and vinegar. Gee, the taste is really, I don't want it anymore. It's so delicious and very refreshing. Moreover, different cold rice noodles will have different ingredients. Some rice skins will be added with fragrant sesame paste. There is also this red willow branch roast meat. You have to try it too. It is a kind of mutton, beef and chicken with red willow branches unique to Xinjiang. The potatoes and chicken feet here are very delicious and not particularly soft and rotten. With a few drops of stewed oil, the taste is very great! The price is also very authentic. All vegetarian dishes are 15 yuan per catty, and meat dishes such as chicken feet and chicken gizzards are 40 yuan per catty.

The price of delicious food on Huimin Street is also unique. The price depends on which street it is located on. For example, if the same bowl of cold rice noodles is sold on the widest and widest street next to the Drum Tower, it will cost a few yuan more, but if it is sold on the narrower street next to it, it will be much cheaper. In fact, Hui Street is not just one street. The entire Hui Food Street is composed of several streets such as Beiguangji Street, Beiyuanmen, Xiyang City, Dapiyuan, Huajue Lane, Sajinqiao, Miaohou Street, etc., and countless alleys, large and small. Only by walking into these alleys behind you can you truly experience the life and diet of the local Hui people. These alleys are the old Xi'an that truly has the atmosphere of fireworks and markets.

In the Hui Food Street, in addition to tourists coming to check in, local Xi'an residents also come to buy food from time-honored brands. Most of them come slowly during off-duty hours, ride a bicycle, buy the food they often eat, and then take it home to share with their family. We saw a shop selling beef and roujiamo with a unique name: thin paste rotten raw and cooked meat shop. Starting from 5 p.m. every day, there is a large number of customers here. There is a long line at the door to buy his beef. Most of them are locals. We have also lined up to buy it. It is indeed good. Of course, the price is also very good because it is expensive. Ah, haha.
