2. Zichang Pancakes

The old owner introduced that in the past, Zichang pancakes were mainly used for military marching and combat, but were only introduced to the people and became folk snacks in the Qing Dynasty. The way Zichang pancakes are eaten is also different from those in Hebei and Shandong.
