If there is a city, there is always a reason for me to go back and forth

Well, among them, there is probably always the name "Xi'an"

If you don't forget it, you will have a response

After a year, I came back here again

What remains unchanged is its thousand-year history and its famous delicious food

What has changed is my heart that loves this city

Love, love again, love more...

Talking about Chang 'an again, here, there are thoughts that I can't let go!

Talking about Chang 'an again-the history here is the most profound

Xi'an is the city with the largest number of dynasties in history. From the First Emperor to the Eastern and Western Han Dynasties, from the Western Wei and Northern Zhou Dynasties to the prosperous times of the Sui and Tang Dynasties, this faint fertile soil carries too many history and stories. I once went to the Bell and Drum Tower to pursue the allusions of morning bells and dusk drums. I also went to the Shaanxi History Museum to see the dazzling Chinese treasure house. I once went to the Big and Small Wild Goose Pagoda to experience the sanctity of Xuanzang's preaching, and also went to the Huaqing Pond to experience the romantic love in front of the Flying Frost Hall..

Here, there is too much distant history waiting for us to open, interpret, and uncover interesting and valuable history in the ancient capital. So what new discoveries have I made this time?

[Xi'an Banpo Ruins Museum, which holds a village site dating back to more than 6000 years]

The Banpo Site is a Neolithic Yangshao Cultural settlement site. It is a village site left over from the prosperous period of the matriarchal clan in China's primitive society. It has a history of more than 6000 years. The Banpo Site Museum comprehensively displays the social organization, production and life, economic form, marital status, customs, culture and art of the matriarchal clan settlement of the Yangshao Culture more than 6000 years ago. It is the best and most direct entry point for us to comprehensively understand the prehistoric matriarchal clan culture.

This is China's first prehistoric site museum. It completely preserves a village site dating back to more than 6000 years. No wonder it is rated as one of the 50 places most worthy of foreigners in China. After coming to Xi'an so many times, for the first time, I discovered this treasure place as if I had obtained a treasure!

The nomination for the Banpo Ruins Museum comes from the original work of Mr. Guo Moruo. But if you look closely at your friends, you will find that the "ruins" in Mr. Guo's writings are written as "left toes". Was it accidentally miswritten? It is said that everyone was confused but did not dare to question the great literary hero. Unexpectedly, in an inscription in another exhibition hall a few years later, Lao Guo still used the word "Yi Zhi". It can be seen that it was not a minor mistake. Later, after textual research, it turned out that "Zhi" is a generic word that uses "address". In Pan Yue's "Xi Zheng Fu" in the "Selected Works", there is a usage of "promoting a hundred thousand-looking level view, and now counting the toes". In addition,"toes" mean traces, and the site is the remaining scales or traces rather than the entire image. The most important reason is that the Banpo Civilization was developed step by the ancestors, so the use of the "toe" next to the word "foot" more vividly reflects the step-by-step passing down of ancient civilization, which is more appropriate. For the above reasons, the inscription "Banpo Left Toe" has also become part of the museum's precious heritage and has been used forever.

Banpo Museum has an exhibition area of approximately 4500 square meters and is divided into three parts: unearthed cultural relics display, site hall and auxiliary display.

The display of unearthed cultural relics is divided into two exhibition rooms, displaying production tools and daily necessities of the year unearthed from the site. From the hunting tools produced by our ancestors to the utensils and measuring tools in life, they are all well preserved and displayed to us.

This is a very distinctive and representative instrument in the Yangshao Culture-a small mouth and point-bottom vase. It has been found many in the Banpo site in Xi'an.

The bones and teeth of hunting prey closely related to past life were also found in the Banpo site and displayed, allowing us to more vividly understand the living conditions of our ancestors.

Even 6000 years ago, jewelry was an indispensable item in people's daily life.

About the earliest conjecture about writing.

Walking out of the cultural relics exhibition room, you will come to the most interesting and important site hall of the Banpo Museum, where a village site dating back to 6000 years is preserved.

Of course, this is part of the original village, about 3000 square meters, completely retaining the original appearance of the ancient village at that time. From the villagers 'half-cave houses to the original kiln caves, fortifications, tombs, etc., it seems to be an inconspicuous land. Slope, but under the guidance of the tour guide, the life of the primitive people vividly emerged before our eyes.

Under the guidance of the tour guide, especially the tomb of a little girl, the burial objects inside brought great value to future generations to study the funeral culture of the primitive clan.

In order to help us understand, the museum also carefully restored the time. The production and living environment of the ancients, the structure and construction method of the half-cave houses, and the results of a visit were quite fruitful.

The third part of the museum is an auxiliary exhibition hall, which holds some thematic exhibitions related to prehistoric culture, such as tomb traditions and customs, various regulations, etc. in the Yangshao Culture. You can really learn a lot here ~

Different from ordinary dead museums, Banpo Museum relies on prehistoric culture and carries out a series of interactive projects that can allow tourists to participate in, such as experiencing drilling wood to make fire, building original houses, dyeing plants, etc., allowing modern people to truly Feel the living environment and production and lifestyle of our ancestors, making the boring museum trip interesting.

The picture above shows the teacher explaining and demonstrating the principles and steps of drilling wood to make fire for us ~

Love this kind of interactive project the most. Only by parent-child experience can you realize how smart and powerful the ancients were and could use everything in nature for their own use.

Drilling wood to make fire requires the cooperation of three people. One person fixes the drill bit, and the other two people pull the rope to friction to drive the heat to heat the drilled wood chips until it reaches the ignition point of the wood chips and produces sparks.

Finally, sparks fall in the flammable hay and blow hard to ignite the flames. And this glorious and arduous task has also been handed over to me. Here, we must pay attention to the long and uninterrupted breath. In short, we still need a little technical content.

In the end, to successfully get the fire and cooperate with my friends, I have to Mark it ~

[Terracotta Warriors Museum, a new understanding of the First Emperor]

Naturally, this is not the first time I have encountered the Terracotta Warriors, one of the Eight Wonders of the World. However, this time, together with our friends, we hired a guide to explain the story before and after the excavation of the Terracotta Warriors and the story of Qin Shi Huang's construction of the Terracotta Warriors. The legend also gave me a new understanding of Qin Shi Huang and this world-renowned project.

Terracotta warriors and horses are a product of the ancient sacrificial burial system. Social changes during the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States period led to changes in funeral customs, with the emergence of figurines for burial, that is, pottery figurines, wood figurines, etc. were used instead of human sacrifice. The original intention of "terracotta" was human sacrifice. When human sacrifice gradually faded out of people's view,"terracotta" became the proper term for pottery sculptures, stone carvings, and human figures in tombs. The Qin Terracotta Warriors and Horses are a typical example of using terracotta warriors to replace people and are also the peak of using terracotta warriors to replace people. The scale and realism of the Qin terracotta warriors reached such a high level. In addition to the wisdom of the craftsmen, it was also inseparable from the will of Qin Shihuang, the first feudal emperor in history. Back then, Qin Shihuang was determined to pay homage to his glorious achievements and build a peerless underground palace for himself. This majestic underground military field appeared and after more than 2000 years of ups and downs, it has become our rare treasure today.

The important burial object unearthed in the Mausoleum of Qin Shihuang-the copper chariots and horses are the earliest, largest and most completely preserved copper-cast chariots and horses discovered so far.

The new understanding from the guide Miss Sister is that there are two display cabinets of copper chariots and horses. The first one is the emperor's chariot, and the second one is obviously inferior to the first one in terms of specifications and configuration. It is speculated that it may be a concubine's carriage.

The most essence and most shocking part of the entire terracotta warriors is in this No. 1 pit.

The Terracotta Warriors Pit is an underground tunnel-type civil structure building, that is, a large pit about 5 meters deep is dug from the ground, and parallel soil partitions are built in the middle of the pit. Wooden columns are arranged on both sides of the wall, with crossbars placed on the columns. Shed wood is densely built on the crossbars and soil partition walls. The shed wood is covered with a layer of reed mats and then covered with loess to form a pit roof. The pit roof is about 2 meters higher than the surface at that time. The bottom of the pit is paved with blue bricks. The height of the space from the top to the bottom of the pit is 3.2 meters. After the pottery figurines and pottery horses were put into the pit, the surrounding doorways were blocked with standing trees, and the doorways were filled with rammed earth, thus forming a closed underground building.

The terracotta warriors have thousands of faces. It is hard to imagine how in that era, thousands of terracotta warriors could not be identical. Really, I want to pay tribute to the vast number of talents in my great country. From ancient times to this day, we have always been!

The excavation and restoration of the terracotta warriors is an ongoing work. Behind the No. 1 pit is the studio for experts to restore the terracotta warriors. Just like our normal work, the experts will also appear here as usual on weekdays. First, it is to facilitate the restoration of the experts, and secondly, it is to allow tourists to more truly understand every process of the excavation and restoration of the terracotta warriors, bringing the distance between experts and tourists closer.

Then go to Pit 2 and Pit 3, which mainly displays some broken pottery figurines, restoring their appearance when they were first discovered. On the whole, Pit 1 belongs to the core camp of the entire terracotta warriors policy, while Pit 2 and 3 are more likely to be chariots and horses. It also shows from another aspect the exquisiteness and brilliance of the terracotta warriors and horses were designed. From the infantry square array to the chariot square array, it perfectly restored the great momentum of the First Emperor's deployment during his lifetime. From the perspective of future generations, we have to sigh with emotion about the strategy of Li Gao, the designer of the Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum, and view the overall situation.

Under the explanation of Miss Sister, the guide, we knew that all the unearthed terracotta warriors were colored, but due to oxidation, the color faded instantly within a few minutes of being unearthed. The set of photos above also restored the most precious appearance of the terracotta warriors with color when they were first unearthed.

During our chat with Miss Sister, we also learned how huge the entire Mausoleum of the First Emperor was, and why the Mausoleum of the First Emperor could not be excavated and made public was also because the mercury content inside exceeded the standard and still cannot be cracked. It can also be seen that in ancient China, tomb burial technology has reached a fairly high level.

After the visit to the Terracotta Warriors, there is also a very interesting DIY hand-making class waiting for us. That is the Terracotta Warriors Qin School located outside the Terracotta Warriors Museum. Let us DIY ourselves and make the little clay terracotta warriors that belongs to you alone.

There are molds and mud, and the teacher will also give us detailed explanations, so it is not difficult to make a terracotta warrior of your own. In the final step, I am already removing excess mud and modifying my work.

Qiangqiang ~ One of my own terracotta warriors is born ~ It's super commemorative

At the last stop of the Terracotta Warriors, we also went to the Qin Terracotta Warriors 'Love Theater. Although we missed a wonderful performance of "Qin Terracotta Warriors' Love" due to the renovation of the theater that day, the lovely actors also performed several simple dance fragments for the audience. After the performance, we also allowed us to enjoy the performance costumes up close, which can be said to be exquisite and crafted with ingenuity.

[Hancheng Lake Park, the color of water and sky outside the Han Chang 'an Ruins]

For those who are new to Xi'an, this may not become a must-visit destination, but if you want to have a deeper understanding of Xi'an's history, how can you miss the Han Dynasty, the important dynasty where the capital was established here? Hancheng Lake Park is based on the 36-square-kilometer Han Chang 'an City ruins and based on the ancient water transport channel, it is a sightseeing park that integrates history, culture and reservoir landscape.

The Silian Han Que is equivalent to the gate of Seoul Lake and is also a landmark building of Seoul Lake. In the center of the Que are hung the three characters "Seoul Lake" written by Wu Sanda.

When you enter and continue walking in, the most obvious sight you can see is the statue of Emperor Hanwu. The statue of Emperor Wu is 21.5 meters high, symbolizing the 215 years of rule of the Western Han Dynasty. The height of the base is 7 meters, implying that Liu Che of the Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty was the seventh emperor of the Western Han Dynasty. The back of the statue faces north to south, holding a sword in one hand to stabilize the border, widely spreading the king's way and barbarians; with the other hand, promoting Confucianism and the world, demonstrating the heroic spirit of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty who unified the country and had thousands of miles in mind. This statue is also the largest of the Chinese emperors.

Not far from the statue of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty is the commanding height of the entire Seoul Lake-Dafeng Pavilion. The building is 64 meters high, with two floors underground and seven floors above ground. It is the commanding height of the Seoul Lake Scenic Area. Dafeng Pavilion is inspired by the "Gale Song" written by Liu Bang, the Emperor of the Han Dynasty: the strong wind rises and the clouds fly, and the power of the sea returns to my hometown. How can I get the artistic conception of brave soldiers guarding the four directions?

Arriving at the highest floor of Dafeng Pavilion, your vision suddenly becomes clear. Climb high and look into the distance, you can have a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery of the scenic spot and the ruins of Chang 'an City in the Han Dynasty. With great luck, on the day I went to Seoul Lake, I also ushered in the first good weather in Xi'an after the smog in the past. The clear lake water exhibition in the distance reflected the blue sky and white clouds, and the landscape of water and sky. Just like this, in the Dafeng Pavilion, you can have a panoramic view.

On the first floor of Dafeng Pavilion, there is also a Hanfu Photo Experience Hall. The scenes are decorated with antique scenery, and various props such as guqin and ancient lanterns are also available. Whether it is an indoor experience hall with special scenery or a carved beam and painted building everywhere in the park, here, it is a good place to shoot Hanfu.

When it comes to Hanfu, there is also a very unique experience project in Hancheng Lake Park-the Confucius Confucian Etiquette Experience. Here, you can wear beautiful Han costumes, follow your teachers, learn pure Confucian etiquette, and taste the most authentic Han Dynasty culture.

Han culture is becoming more and more influential in the world, and our Han costumes are also favored by more and more blond girls. You see ~ Foreign tourists happily put on Hanfu and accepted a baptism about Han culture. They looked in front of the mirror and admired the foreign costume culture for them. Their eyes were full of surprises and satisfaction.

Talking about Chang 'an again-the night here is the brightest

To be honest, Xi'an is one of the top three cities I have ever visited. In addition to the daily night scene lighting project, every Lunar New Year, the New Year Lantern Festival held in various scenic spots and historic sites in Xi'an is definitely the most proud bright night of the city.

Although this year's COVID-19 epidemic came too suddenly and off guard, making the 2020 Year of the Rat and New Year particularly depressed, I think spring will always come and the epidemic will always dissipate. However, the night in Xi'an has The annual brilliance makes us unable to give up and forget it. When we come to Chang 'an City next year, we will always reap the most gorgeous night sky!

[The City Wall Lantern Festival ties the best wishes to the brick wall that has been around for thousands of years]

Xi'an City Wall refers to the Ming City Wall of Xi'an. It is the largest and most completely preserved ancient city wall in China. It has a total length of 13.7 kilometers. People inside the city wall are accustomed to calling it the Ancient City. There are four main gates: Changle Gate (East Gate), Yongning Gate (South Gate), Anding Gate (West Gate), and Anyuan Gate (North Gate). These four gates are also the original gates of the ancient city wall.

And if you think the city wall during the day is a bit bland, then let me tell you, don't miss the city wall at night. Come and have a look on the city wall. At night, the sky here has the most dazzling color.

The annual City Wall Lantern Festival has become a reserved event for the Xi'an Lunar New Year, and the annual city wall lighting ceremony is particularly grand. The actors are dressed up in beautiful costumes, waiting for the countdown bell to ring.

As the public shouted the number "0" in unison, the originally dark city wall behind him suddenly shone brightly, exuding dazzling brilliance. If you are one of them, you will definitely be shocked by the moment full of ceremony!

As the crowd passed through Yongning Gate, they arrived at the foot of the city wall. From here on, there were countless lanterns. Beautiful palace lanterns, colorful lights of various shapes... Instantly give the ancient city wall a new look.

In the tunnel that originally walked up the city wall, special lighting effects were used to create an instant feeling of a tunnel of time and space. Slowly walking into it, it was like walking through, entering that prosperous and beautiful dynasty!

During the Spring Festival of the Year of the Rat, on the city wall square, a huge lantern shaped like a mouse shines brightly. The 360 rotates to shine on tourists who come to enjoy the lanterns. With the gate of Yongning Gate as the background, it is very cool.

Climbing the city wall, the first thing that caught our eyes was this prayer lamp corridor. A red lantern set up a corridor on the city wall. We walked leisurely under the fiery red lights, and then looked into the night sky not far away with lanterns reflecting the night sky. It is definitely the most unique experience of climbing the city wall.

Lantern flowers send lovesickness, blessing thousands of homes. Here, you can also hold a wish belt to tie your slow feelings to the lantern and send them thoughts and blessings to your family.

Walking through the lamp gallery, you can reach the main city wall. The lanterns here are of various shapes and dazzling colors. Some have the theme of the Year of the Rat and the New Year, some have the theme of Xi'an, the capital of the Tang Dynasty, and some are based on the story of the Journey to the West. In short, each lantern is cleverly designed and corresponds to the theme of Xi'an. They are also exquisite. Each is the brightest flower in the night sky of the city wall!

The lantern festival on the city wall is very long. It will take about an hour to take a quick look around. After you have finished shopping, come back to the city gate building. Looking down, you will find that the Bell and Drum Tower in the distance also has a unique charm.

Due to the need to protect historic sites, the Bell and Drum Tower will no longer be lit up too much, but the busy world below it still shines its charm. The lights of this city are the most beautiful night in Xi'an.

When the epidemic dissipates next year, I think the most beautiful city night will still be staged here ~

Playing tips:

[Huaqing Palace Lantern Festival, the night here is filled with a romantic atmosphere about love]

There are too many wonderful nights in Xi'an, which is worth our pursuit of the lantern festival and checking in from place to place. If you haven't seen enough of the shining lanterns on the city wall, there is also a gorgeous lantern festival being staged here in Huaqing Palace not far from the city.

The large palace gate has been decorated with lanterns, reflecting a festive color.

When you enter the park, there is still a large-scale lighting celebration ceremony. The wonderful songs and dances of the actors are particularly beautiful and moving on the stage of the water show, taking you back to the prosperous age of the Tang Dynasty and seeing Li Yang's love legend.

The main stage is set on Mount Li. Just as tourists are concentrating on enjoying the song and dance performances, many drones slowly rise from the dark sky. Each one is a shining little star, just like that, quietly, in the night sky, changing shapes.

With the end of the drone light show, the lights in the park also turned on. Stroll around the garden. The stars twinkle among the tree shadows, and every corner is filled with a romantic atmosphere about Li Yang's legendary love.

Compared with the majestic atmosphere of the city wall lanterns, there is water in Huaqing Palace, but these lanterns that are water-friendly are inexplicably more flexible and elegant, which is more thought-provoking.

The palace lanterns were swaying in the night wind. Under the warm yellow halo, even if the cold wind blew our faces, it still took away a little chill and warmth into our hearts.

Playing tips:

Admission: 150 yuan/person, free for officers, disabled people and 65 years old with certificates.

Opening hours: 07:00-19:00. During the lantern festival, the night show is open until 22:00.

[Tang Dynasty Furong Garden, dream of returning to Tang Dynasty under the bright night]

Datang Furong Garden is the largest cultural theme park in Northwest China and has the largest imitation Tang building complex in China. The gorgeous Tang Dynasty buildings, supported by the lights, restored us to the prosperous times that the Tang Dynasty should have had, and an interpretation of "Dream Back to the Tang Dynasty" also made the night here sob, bright and moving!

The night at Yuyuanmen is always extremely lively.

The entire Tang Dynasty Furong Garden is a theme park of the Tang Dynasty royal garden based on the original Tang Dynasty Furong Garden ruins and modeled after the Tang Dynasty royal gardens. The pavilions and pavilions in the park, water pavilions and flowers, and the lights here rely on the pattern of the garden. The neon lights of the flying eaves hall and the reflections of lanterns on the lake all constantly refresh our visual limits. On such a night, except Xi'an, there is probably no one or two.

In the entire Tang Dynasty Furong Garden, the most exciting thing is the large-scale real-life performance-"Dream Back to the Tang Dynasty" staged at the Fengming Jiutian Theater.

It uses modern art techniques and new audio-visual effects to express the colorful and magnificent singing and dancing culture of the Tang Dynasty. Whether from the lighting set on the stage, the choreography of the song and dance series, or every thrilling stunt, this performance won rounds of warm applause and climaxes one after another.

The actress Miao Man's dancing posture and the romantic pictures spinning and dancing in the starry night sky brought me deep shock. The night in the Tang Dynasty Furong Garden was even more beautiful and outstanding because of "Dream Back to the Tang Dynasty". Only then can people still remember it!

[Datang City that never sleeps, the item that must be checked on the list of places where Internet celebrities check in]

Datang Sleepless City is a comprehensive tourist complex that integrates shopping, catering, entertainment and leisure with the main elements of Tang style. Relying on the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, it starts from Xuanzang Square in the north, reaches Tang City Wall Ruins Park in the south, starts from Cien East Road in the east, and ends from Cien West Road in the west. It is 1500 meters long from north to south and 480 meters wide from east to west. There is no obvious boundary and no tickets are charged. However, it is a popular place for Xi'an to check in.

There are many merchants here. You can find Internet celebrity delicacies of all colors, travel souvenirs, and popular gadgets on the Internet. Moreover, the business hours here will last very late. The so-called "the more beautiful the night is." So, if you want to see the most beautiful night in Xi'an, please don't miss it here.

Facing the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Square, it is the starting point of the city that never sleeps.

There are many interesting cartoon sculptures and many lanterns on the street. In short, it is very lively and beautiful. Perhaps this is the only way to match the name of the "City that Never Sleeps".

A small concert on the street makes this place more people-friendly and warmer. The city that never sleeps in ordinary people's homes should be like this.

What I like most is the numerous lights on the tree in the city that never sleeps. Even if merchants close their shops and close and the prosperity of the day fades, here, we still tell the story of the beauty of the Tang Dynasty.

Playing tips:

Tickets: The Tang Dynasty Sleepless City is an open comprehensive tourist complex. There are no tickets and no boundaries. From the Big Wild Goose Pagoda to the Tang City Wall Ruins Park, all can be collectively referred to as the scope of the Tang Dynasty Sleepless City.

Opening hours: There are no so-called fixed opening and closing hours. It is based on the closing time of shops in the city that never sleeps. Usually, they open until 24:00 at the latest.

Talking about Chang 'an again-the food here is the most tempting

When you mention Xi'an, probably the first embodiment that comes to your mind is not the Bell and Drum Tower or the Ming City Wall, but a variety of Shaanxi delicacies such as cold rice noodles, roujiamo, mutton steamed buns, and spicy soup. By the way, Xi'an's delicious food has such charm. It can become the driving force for you to leave at your disposal, and it can also make you gain five kilograms in three days. Speaking of it, it is also the most tempting food here!

This city probably can't be eaten all at once. On the previous few trips to Xi'an, I visited Hui Street and ate dumpling banquets. I wandered through the streets and alleys to find the popular meat and egg steamed buns or mutton soaked. Delicious, but this time, what did I eat?

[Yongxing Square, throwing bowls of wine goes from here to the whole country]

In the past, when traveling to Xi'an, when it comes to delicious food, you had to go to Huimin Street. But now, if you say you have never been to Yongxing Square, it is really out.

Yongxingfang, originally the former site of Weizheng Mansion in the Tang Dynasty, was built on the original site by Xi'an City in 2007 in order to continue to improve the historical features of Shuncheng Lane, fully demonstrate the historical heritage of the ancient city, and expand Xi'an's popularity and influence. It is mainly based on the combination of Guanzhong archway and architectural complexes with folk traditions to form a Gulifang-style layout, displaying the neighborhood form and historical life atmosphere of ancient Chang 'an City, as well as traditional folk living space.

This place not only displays the traditional architectural layout and folk culture, but also the food is a dazzling business card here. If Huimin Street presents tourists with a feast of Hui food mainly composed of beef and mutton, then Yongxing Square brings together specialty snacks from various places in Shaanxi such as Yulin, Yan 'an, Baoji, Xianyang, Hanzhong, and Ankang. There is also a little interest in performing, fully displaying the entire process of food production, making tourists more interactive and interesting!

If you want to eat all Shaanxi cuisine in one stop, then come to Yongxing Square.

The earliest source of Shuanwan wine, which has been popular all over the country in the past two years, is in Yongxingfang. The strong man's passion like drinking is all in this bowl of wine.

After breaking the bowl, you can also write a wish sign and tie it to the wish wall to express your good wishes.

The delicious food in Yongxing Square is famous for far more than just throwing a bowl of wine. All kinds of specialty delicacies, one after another, are full of steaming stalls, which makes our eyes and stomachs overwhelmed.

The characteristic stone pot is heated with stones. In a few minutes, a bowl of delicious and lubricated immortal soup is presented in front of tourists.

In Yongxing Square, in addition to tasting delicious food all over, there are also many interesting interactive experiences. If we had a normal stall, we might have skipped over an ordinary small shortcake. However, the boss tied his head with a white towel and greeted tourists to sit on the seat and share the food with him, which instantly attracted the attention of many people. The delicious food was also snapped up in an instant.

Mahua, stone steamed buns... The snacks for grinding teeth are also freshly baked ~

A bowl of Guanzhong hot dough noodles is a must-miss delicacy when you come to Shaanxi.

Shaanxi chili is an important seasoning in Shaanxi cuisine. The freshly ground chili is really tempting.

The huamos from Bin County were so vivid that we couldn't close our chins.

There are also all kinds of folk snacks. In short, walking around Yongxing Square is enough to eat until your belly is crooked.

In addition to delicious food, it is also a concentrated display area for folk culture. Tiger-head hats and tiger-head shoes that have disappeared in cities are also famous here. You can buy as much as you want!

Yongxingfang is actually the residence of Wei Zheng, a well-known Tang Dynasty remonstrant in Chinese history. There are many interpretations of folk customs that will also be staged here.

Food tips:

Address: Zhongshanmen (Xiaodongmen), Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province

Tickets: Commercial district, free, snacks inside each have their own price, and they are frugal.

[Guanzhong Tower, here to experience the exquisiteness and delicacy of Wei Zheng's family banquet]

As mentioned above, Yongxing Square is the former site of Wei Zheng, and the Guanzhong Tower located in Yongxing Square also launched a unique Wei Zheng family banquet for us. Here, we can taste the family banquet style of ancient famous officials.

As soon as we entered the hall, beautiful huamos welcomed us.

In addition to seats for individual guests in the hall, there are also private rooms in the antique hall, which is convenient for us to enjoy the authentic Wei Mansion family banquet more comprehensively.

Cold dishes with clear colors are full of color, aroma and fragrance.

A piece of fruit is the most unique delicacy in the Wei Mansion family banquet.

The dishes were very rich, but we didn't take all of them. We just took a few representative dishes. Each dish seduced our taste buds and made the chopsticks move around.

The staple food is the essence of Shaanxi cuisine, such as roujiamo, cold rice noodles, biangbiang noodles, minced noodles... In order to allow us to taste more and richer delicacies, everything is exquisite and enough to amaze our taste buds.

It's right to have a bowl of biangbiang noodles. It's spectacular if you eat it together with your friends ~

[Daqin Small Banquet, a sense of ceremony in the exquisite Shaanxi flavor]

This time, I checked in an experiential catering culture-Daqin Xiaoyan, which is adjacent to the Qin Dynasty Terracotta Warriors and the Huaqing Pool Ruins. Therefore, with Qin culture as the essence, a Qin Dynasty catering culture experience store was built and exudes a strong Qin Dynasty charm everywhere.

First of all, the dining environment is very ceremonial. Guzheng, chimes, and table designs like the imperial banquet of the Qin Dynasty imperial palace are all full of a sense of substitution.

Before dinner, you can also change into Qin Dynasty costumes for free, play the piano and ring the bell, and have an interesting cosplay.

Popose for a photo with our foreign friends and make an inexplicable laugh. No matter how it looks, it looks like a cordial and friendly meeting between a princess and a foreign envoy, haha

Chinese culture is increasingly recognized internationally. This picture is too beautiful and harmonious.

The formal opening of the meal is meticulous to every small detail of the tableware, which is full of retro and exquisite flavor.

The entire Daqin Small Banquet consists of four chapters: "Jiang, Xiang, He, and Qin". The dishes in each chapter are reasonably nutritious and well-made, from pre-meal desserts, to dinner dishes, to staple foods and after-meal soups. For each dish, there is a special person to explain the origin, naming, origin, eating, etc. of the dishes. It is a very exquisite and ritualistic meal.

Here, meals are served according to their positions, recreating the solemn etiquette of the Qin royal banquet. After the meal, it seems that they enjoy the courtesy of the state banquet just like the royal relatives of the Qin Dynasty.

The menu we put in front of each person before starting the meal can also be stamped with a royal seal and kept as a souvenir.

[Drunken Chang 'an, an intangible cultural heritage plot on the popularity list]

When you arrive in Xi'an, go to any APP's food rankings and search it. Drunken Chang' an is undoubtedly ranked first on the popular hot search search. It is said that this is a food shop that you have to visit when visiting Xi'an. Here, you can taste the exquisite delicacy of Shaanxi style cuisine. After all, the manager of Drunken Chang' an is the intangible cultural heritage inheritor of Shaanxi cuisine.

Dry clothes tripe, Lao Shaanxi gourd chicken, honey cold cake, squirrel fish, assorted hot pot, water basin beef, gold thread oil tower... The signature delicacy is a long-standing Internet celebrity delicacy, and it is really the real delicacy in the mouth of diners.

The thing that suits my mind most is naturally the crisp brush. The crispy aroma in the bite of pen, ink, paper and inkstone is really refreshing and refreshing, like a spring breeze ~

Food tips:

Address: Zui Chang 'an has two stores in Xi'an, one in the Bell Tower and the other in the South Gate. You can eat the same delicious food at any one.

Some strategies

Most of the necessary strategies are actually mentioned in the main text, so I will add some more here ~

[About Accommodation]

This time, I chose the Ramada Plaza Hotel Qujiang Huangyuan in Qujiang New District. It is very close to scenic spots and commercial areas such as the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Datang Furong Garden. It is within the starting price of a taxi. For public transportation, you can also choose Metro Line 2, which leads directly to Xi'an North Railway Station, which is very convenient.

The demeanor of a star-rated hotel is indeed extraordinary.

The double standard room shared with your friends is also spacious and comfortable.

Even if we don't leave home, the buffet in the hotel is enough for us to enjoy a delicious meal. Delicious foods from all over the world can be found here, and it also adapts to the appetites and taste buds of guests from different countries and regions.
