Xi'an during the day and Chang' an at night. Before coming to Xi'an, I often heard people comment on this ancient city like this. After coming, I will find that this sentence is really appropriate, so you must stroll around the streets and alleys of Chang' an at night.

There are still many places we haven't been to, many things we haven't done, and many people we haven't met.

This is not a long-planned carnival, just a improvised escape.

Traveling alone is a little lonely, but free. Don't think about anyone's feelings. That's great.

Nag, nag, nag

Two years ago, Xi'an was so popular that when my friends around me heard that they were going to Xi'an, they should go break bowls and eat brushes. It was because dy had poisoned you too deeply, so my first impression of Xi'an was: Ah, a city where bowls were smashed and red, so I didn't say much and walked.

Flying from Chengdu to Xi'an, the ticket cost a little more than 300! (It's very cheap.)

The advantage of traveling alone is that you can park as you go, depending on the weather and your mood. When it is hot, you can go back to the B & B to rest, and when you want to eat, you can go straight to the food street at any time.

In the city of Xi'an, the wind blowing is all culture and the land you step on is all history. Therefore, sometimes it is really comfortable to walk around the ancient city with headphones and listen to your favorite songs.

- At first, I planned to travel alone and the destination was the Qinggan Grand Loop Line. It can be said that Xi'an did not choose to go to Xi'an during this trip. (Actually, I often travel alone)

Transportation: Xi'an's public transportation and subway are very convenient. Add Xi'an electronic subway card to the zfb card bag and swipe the QR code on the bus to travel.

Photo taken: I brought a Canon 6D2 24-105 lens (I don't think this lens is suitable for shooting in Xi'an. The lens is too heavy, so I should bring a fixed-focus lens.)

For accommodation, it is recommended that you live between the Bell Tower and the Drum Tower. The price level in Xi'an is okay and will not be very expensive, so it is very comfortable to choose a B & B between 300 and 400.

You need to buy tickets to climb the Bell Tower and Drum Tower. You can see the scenery of Chang 'an. The night view is particularly beautiful. I didn't climb the building. I think it's already beautiful just by paying homage. It's a standard building in Xi'an, especially when the lights are on at night. It's beautiful.

For a brand new destination, everyone's interests are different. For me, I should still learn about the local humanities and history. The most curious thing is the local people's lifestyle, so I basically walk the streets and really visit there are not many attractions.

Although I had read many historical records of the city before I came here, I didn't do much about the attractions. There were actually only two pictures in my mind of this trip before setting off: one was to find the past and present of Chang 'an City in the Tang Dynasty based on the inquired data; the other was to ride a bicycle aimlessly through the streets and alleys of the city. I told myself in my heart that if these two points are satisfied, the purpose of this trip will be achieved, and other encounters will be counted as gifts. Perhaps because I had set my expectations very low, in the end, I found that there were quite a lot of gifts along the way. In addition to completing the pre-conceived pictures, what I saw and heard on the streets and markets passing by, and wandering aimlessly while riding a bicycle, the historical fragments I encountered at the corner, and a chat with a strange old grandfather deep in the alley made me feel happy and unforgettable many times.

Attractions: Huifang Street

Introduction: Yingyu Street is a must-see place to go to Xi'an. It is a paradise for food. It is divided into many streets, including Huimin Street, Dapiyuan, Xiyang City, Huajue Lane, Guangji North Street, Beiyuanmen, The street is long and you can visit it all at once.

The food on Huimin Street can only be said to be average. There are a few small streets and alleys behind the food is okay. I ate beef and mutton steamed buns, Sufeng, and vegetarian dishes.

There are very many people on the street, and there are many kinds of food and drink on the Hui Street, which is crowded with people.

Every city has its loneliness. Xi'an's loneliness will fall at night and the crowds disperse. It will be particularly profound when you stand alone on the ancient city wall.

But one second it is an ancient capital, history and dullness, and the next second it becomes punk, fashion and rock. The late-night carnival in Chengmen Cave is a refusion of the ancient and vivid city of Xi'an.

Compared to riding on most of the city walls, I feel that I can feel the life of Xi'an better along the roots of the city wall. Compared with riding during the day, I feel the freshness and market, the brightly lit city walls at night give people a more sense of The intersection between history and reality also makes the city more recognizable. Xi'an is a city that is easy to "bump into". Give yourself a street walk without a destination, forget about attractions, forget about opening, forget about strategies, an unknown alley, a shop that exceeds expectations, a historic site forgotten by tourists... It will make people happy.

Attractions: Big Wild Goose Pagoda (Dacien Temple)

Introduction: The Big Wild Goose Pagoda is located in Dacien Temple. It was specially built by Li Zhi to commemorate his mother's mercy and kindness.

The seven-story height of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda is equivalent to the height of a 21-story building, so I didn't climb four buildings.

The Big Wild Goose Pagoda is a must-see place to go to Xi'an and is very well-known.

Attractions: Yongxing Square

Introduction: Needless to say, dy is very popular. Your favorite bowls of wine and brush crisp are here. A street that the locals didn't know about before has now become popular by dy. It's not so popular anymore. I don't think there's much to go shopping, so I'll just make a card.

Attractions: Little Wild Goose Pagoda, Xi'an Museum

Introduction: It is very close to the Xi'an Museum. After entering the Xi'an Museum, you can follow the directions and go directly to the Little Wild Goose Pagoda. Tickets are free.

The Big Wild Goose Pagoda is so famous that many people ignore the Little Wild Goose Pagoda, but the Little Wild Goose Pagoda is really worth visiting. There are few people. It is very leisurely to stroll through it. It feels more peaceful than the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. I like it very much.

The vehicles speeding in front of the bell tower are like time flies, looking at a thousand years. Come across a warm song. Run into people in the streets.

The Bell Tower was built in the Ming Dynasty.

Everyone has Xi'an in their hearts. It may be the terracotta warriors of the Mausoleum of Qin Shihuang; it may be the most dangerous Huashan Mountain in the world; it may be the thick ancient city wall of the Ming Dynasty; it may be the bell tower broadcast on time every day on WB; it may be the popular bowl of wine on DY; it may also be the national central city that has been madly robbing 700,000 people since 17 years;... For me, it is the prosperous Chang 'an City thousands of years ago. The short few days I came here were not so much a trip as a dream search, a dream about the Tang Dynasty.

Yongning gate

The archery tower on Yongning Gate is said to have been blown up during the Battle of Defense of Xi'an (also known as the Two Tigers Defending Chang' an). What we see now is the result of modern reconstruction.

In Xi'an, every piece of land you step on is history,(a bit exaggerated), but as the ancient capital city of the thirteen dynasties, Xi'an can indeed be said to be a city where history can be encountered everywhere!

Tour around Xi'an

At 34 degrees north latitude, walk into Yuanjia Village Guanzhong Impression Experience Site

This is a legendary village. Many people come here because of the more than 300 delicious snacks that will never be repeated in the village. Here, it is claimed that you can taste the entire Guanzhong snacks.

Moreover, every store here purchases ingredients uniformly by the village company to ensure that the quality remains the same for ten years and you can eat with great confidence.

The food in Yuanjia Village is simply superb, really delicious.

Call it the MINI version of Wuzhen. In addition to Yuanjia Village's famous food, it is also very good B & Bs. When you come here, it is recommended to stay overnight for a free day trip.

The B & Bs here are very quiet and comfortable, and there are many small shops to visit. They are all very distinctive shops and you can bring some meaningful things back to keep as souvenirs.

Yuanjia Village as a whole has a flavor of Jiangnan. The village location is very special and the scenery is compatible with the mountains and rivers.

Yuanjia Village can be said to be a treasure village, a folk village where you can eat, shop and live. It is really great. Bring your friends and check in quickly.

2: Yuanjiacun yogurt (must-eat)

4: Lotus root flour skin (the taste is similar to beef tendon cold skin, but the taste is different. The taste is sour, spicy, refreshing and delicious)

Transportation: It takes more than an hour to drive from downtown Xi'an to Yuanjia Village. There is a parking lot inside and you can enter directly without tickets.
