If you want to see China's five thousand years old, please visit Xi'an."Seeing this, you should know that Xi'an has a long history. Xi'an was once the capital of thirteen dynasties and one of the seven ancient capitals of China. It is also known together with Athens, Cairo and Rome. It is known as the" Four Ancient Capitals of Civilizations in the World." Xi'an was called Chang' an in ancient times. The imperial tombs, palace ruins, ancient temples and gardens all over Xi'an make Xi'an a treasure house of history and culture. Countless cultural relics and monuments show people its once glory and profound and rich historical and cultural charm. It is in such a city where you can feel the vicissitudes of China over the past few thousand years, as well as the development of Chinese civilization and the greatness of the Chinese nation. A trip that goes as soon as possible has begun, with a heart of food, Xi'an, here I come.

First of all, I recommend a hotel, Jinjiang Inn Xi'an Xiaozhai Subway Station Store. The reason why I chose this hotel is because Jinjiang Inn itself is an old hotel brand. I will choose Jinjiang whether I am going for sightseeing or on business. It is cost-effective., and the service and sanitation environment are also very good. Secondly, the place we lived this time was close to Saige Shopping Center and the Shaanxi Province History Museum. Line 3 only takes one stop to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, the city that never sleeps in the Tang Dynasty. Line 2 goes directly to Bell and Drum Tower and Hui Street, which is simply too convenient. Although the door and lobby are not big, they feel very warm. The front desk actually raised small fish, which is a highlight. The young lady at the front desk spoke gently and politely, and was very beautiful (this is the key point) O(④_④)O haha ~, the young lady was very patient and introduced us to delicious and fun nearby food and recommended routes, which made it easier for us to save time.

After arranging accommodation, we began our first stop: we went to visit the SEG Shopping Center, the holy place of online celebrity check-in. About 200 meters away from the hotel, you can walk out of Exit C of the subway station to the minus 2nd floor of the mall. There are many snack bars on this floor. The minus 1st to 6th floors are high-end brands in the mall. If you want to buy, your friends must come. The 7th and 8th floors are the gourmet floors. These two floors are simply the gospel floors for eating food. If every family really has to queue up at meal time, there are also many Internet celebrity shops here. Anyway, it's definitely not wrong to come to Saige to eat and eat.

Second stop: Big Wild Goose Pagoda/Tang Dynasty Sleepless City

Line 3 only takes one stop to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, a city that never sleeps in the lobby.

The Big Wild Goose Pagoda is regarded as a symbol of the ancient capital of Xi'an and a national key cultural relic protection unit. In the third year of Yonghui of the Tang Dynasty (652 AD), the tower was 64 meters high, and the tower body, arch, and fence were all made of blue brick imitation wood structures. A five-story brick tower built by Master Xuanzang to honor Buddha statues, relics and Sanskrit classics brought back from India. As the earliest and largest existing brick pagoda in the Tang Dynasty, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda is a typical physical evidence of the Buddhist pagoda, an architectural form of Indian Buddhist temples, which was introduced eastward into the Central Plains and Chinese culture with the spread of Buddhism.

Big Wild Goose Pagoda North Square is a large-scale music fountain square with a width of 218 meters from east to west and a length of 346 meters from north to south. It is currently the largest fountain square in the country and even Asia. It is recommended to come at night. The night view is super beautiful.

The Central Axis Landscape Avenue of the Tang Dynasty Sleepless City is a 2100-meter central sculpture landscape pedestrian street that runs across the north and south. It is the largest landscape avenue in Asia. It displays the Tang Dynasty Qun Yingshu sculptures themed by the stories of emperors, historical figures, and heroes such as Li Shimin, Li Longji, Wu Zetian, and Xuanzang. It combines nine groups of sculptures with modern waterscape systems, lighting systems, and three-dimensional transportation systems to three-dimensional display of the Tang Empire's achievements in religion, literature, art, The status in science and technology and other fields also highlights the atmosphere of a great country, and reproduces the style of the prosperous Tang Dynasty in multiple dimensions. It is a must-visit place for Internet celebrities to check in. This is where the little lady tumbler who I once saw on Douyin came from. There are so many people and the night view is so beautiful.

Day 2: First stop: City Wall

Walk 200 meters east out of the hotel to the subway station, and get off at Yongningmen Station on Line 2.

Xi'an City Wall, also known as Xi'an Ming City Wall, is the largest and most completely preserved ancient city wall in China. It is the first batch of national key cultural relics protection units and a national AAAA tourist attraction. Xi'an City Wall in the broad sense includes Xi'an Tang City Wall and Xi'an Ming City Wall, but generally refers specifically to Xi'an Ming City Wall in the narrow sense. Xi'an Ming City Wall is located in the central area of Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province. The wall is 12 meters high, 12-14 meters wide at the top, and 15-18 meters wide at the bottom. The outline is a closed rectangle with a circumference of 13.74 kilometers. People inside the city wall are accustomed to calling it the Ancient City, covering an area of 11.32 square kilometers. The famous Xi'an Bell and Drum Tower is located in the center of the Ancient City. There are four main gates of the Xi'an City Wall: Changle Gate (East Gate), Yongning Gate (South Gate), Anding Gate (West Gate), and Anyuan Gate (North Gate). These four gates are also the original gates of the ancient city wall. Since the Republic of China, many new gates have been opened to facilitate access to the Ancient City. So far, there are 18 gates in the Xi'an City Wall.

Second stop: Huimin Street/Bell Tower/Drum Tower

Walk 200 meters east out of the hotel and you will find the subway station. Get off at Bell Tower Station on Line 2. Exit the subway station and the circular underground passage. Once you go up and walk west for 500 meters.

Huimin Street has a long history and has a history of thousands of years. It is a famous food and cultural district in Xi'an and a must-see place when coming to Xi'an. Xi'an Huimin Street is the collective name for many streets in the Huimin Street District. It consists of several streets including Beiyuanmen, Beiguangji Street, Xiyangshi, and Dapiyuan. There are many types of snacks on Huimin Street that you can't finish in a day's shopping. Foodies, be careful of your saliva!

Bell Tower: Open the map of Xi'an and you will find that the Bell Tower is located in the center of the entire Xi'an City. That's right, this is the heart of Xi'an, the absolute city center. Xi'an Bell Tower was built in the 17th year of Hongwu of Zhu Yuanzhang, the founder of the Ming Dynasty (AD 1384). It is located at the intersection of four streets in the central city of Xi'an City, east, south and north. The bell tower is built on a square base. It is a brick-and-wood structure. It has a three-story eaves and a roof at four corners. It has a total height of 36 meters, each side is 35.5 meters, and covers an area of 1377 square meters. There are stairs inside to hover. The eaves are covered with dark green glazed tiles. The building is painted with gold, painted with carved beams, and a gilded roof is on the top, which is resplendent. With it as the center, it radiates out the four east, south, west and north streets and connects with the four east, south, west and north gates of the Ming City Wall respectively.

Drum Tower: The Bell Tower faces west and passes through the underground passage to reach the Drum Tower. In ancient times, drums would be played here to tell the time in the evening, but now that drum no longer exists. There are two plaques hanging from the Drum Tower. On the south is the "Land of Civil and Military Affairs" and on the north is the "Sound Heard in the Sky". The momentum is magnificent. The Drum Tower was built in the 13th year of Hongwu of the Ming Dynasty (1380 AD). It was built 4 years earlier than the original Bell Tower. It is as magnificent and beautiful as the Bell Tower.

On the third day: The Terracotta Warriors and Horses at the Mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang, one of the Eight Wonders of the World, demonstrated the city's majestic and profound historical and cultural heritage. Its long historical and cultural heritage makes Xi'an the reputation of "Natural History Museum". The variety, quantity and value of cultural relics and historic sites are second to none in the country. Many of them are rare treasures only in the country and rare in the world.

The Qin Shi Huang Terracotta Warriors Museum is located 1.5 kilometers east of the Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum and is built on the original site of the Qin Terracotta Warriors Pit. It is the world's largest underground military museum. The Terracotta Warriors Pit in the Mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang is the burial pit of the Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum.

Walking slowly, looking at the expression of each pottery figure, guessing who they are and what they are thinking, and feeling the long and broad culture of the Chinese nation.

The experience I stayed at this Jinjiang Inn was great and the location was very convenient, so I have always stayed at this restaurant. Recommended food around the hotel:

Of course, when you come to Xi'an, you can't have Sanqin set meals-cold rice noodles, ice peaks, and roujiamo. According to the young lady at the front desk, this store had been open near Xiaozhai for a long time, so we couldn't wait to try it. We ordered rice skin, rolled dough, and mahjong cold noodles. They all tasted good. In Shaanxi dialect: How to tease, hahahaha!

There is a Shaanxi No. 1 bowl shop very close to Zhangji on Ziwu Road. They specialize in selling gourd heads, so they tried it out of curiosity. This is made with fat sausage, which I personally prefer. If you like to eat fat sausage, you can still try it.

The three-day short trip is over, and this time I have a little regret. The main reason was that there was not enough time, so we didn't have time to see Huaqing Pool, Song of Eternal Sorrow, Tang Dynasty Furong Garden, and Shaanxi Province History Museum. I'm sorry, I'll definitely see these next time. It's said that the Song of Eternal Regret is really shocking. Friends must go and watch it if they have the opportunity.

What is most worth mentioning is that I was very lucky to meet the enthusiastic staff of Jinjiang Inn. Like family members, my heart warms.

Xi'an-I will come back again ^_^
