It is Ctrip's main "fast security inspection channel", which is also the straw that breaks the good mood during the holiday.
On the way back from May 5, although a rapid security check has been arranged, the crowd is crowded, and arrangements are also made to arrive at the airport early to avoid emergencies; when arriving at the airport, you can quickly search for where Ctrip's rapid security check will go. At this time, unhappy things happen!!
1. The rapid security inspection channel and the late-arriving passenger channel are separate blocks. After all, late-arriving passengers are very anxious. Of course, they choose to queue up if there are fewer people. As a result, the number of people in the rapid security inspection channel is even more than that in ordinary channels.
2. There was no one on site to verify the users of the fast channel, which was basically a sham.
At the moment, I was stunned, so I stopped using the quick security check service!! Afterwards, I called Ctrip customer service and the answer was this:
1. Because of the large number of people, the airport has the right to freely dispatch, so there is no way to do this!!
2. If suppliers have problems, they will report back to the business department
3. We can refund you the express security check (I don't use it in the first place, the APP itself can refund it itself)
I was confused at the moment. It turned out that what Ctrip sold could be easily pushed to Ctrip's partners. I felt that there were no problems with my own platform. Consumers encountered it, and consumers suffered it themselves. Of course, I couldn't accept such an answer. After constantly expressing my hope to give a clear explanation, the person who claimed to be the customer service supervisor said directly to me: The situation is just like the customer service answer I gave before, the standard version, and then Ctrip will compensate you for a gift card of 100 yuan. Whether you accept it or not depends on you; of course, I choose not to accept it, and... Then... The brutality of the big platform appears, and you can directly close the case!! Close the case ~~~~~~~~ Please make one, I have many customers!!
Many people will ask, already that they have given you money, what are you still struggling with!? Many people will even happily accept it, hoping to earn an extra 100 yuan, but the problem is that a quick security check sells for 48 yuan. How many consumers have suffered a loss!!

Ø I asked the customer service again when the quick security check could be used. The customer service replied: It can be used, but it does not rule out that such a situation will still happen in the future!!! I was so angry!!!

Good, big platform: Sorry, our own products do not have a review function!! We all know that Ctrip loves us to review their partner organizations, but we cannot comment on our own products!! The arrogance of the big platform is beyond doubt!!
Then I am sure that the complaint is still fruitless, but I write this experience today just to tell everyone that the convenience of information integration has become a deep-rooted part of life in China. However, just because such data integration is often accompanied by the commonly known "big data familiarity", convenience has become the basis for exploitation by large platform vendors. Everyone can't avoid starting to use such services, but unreasonable things still need everyone to speak out and change!!
