1 day: Huaqing Palace "Song of Eternal Sorrow"
Tips for sightseeing:
1. Tickets for the Song of Eternal Regret need to be booked in advance on major travel platforms. The price is between 200 and 600 (I personally feel that the best locations are Area A and Area B. Although the East and West Areas AB are cheap, the seats are a bit off the table.)
2. Regarding transportation, since I arrived at Xianyang Airport in the afternoon, I went straight to platform T3 after leaving the airport. There was a long-distance bus dedicated to Lintong. You can sit to Lintong Passenger Station, which takes 1 hour.
2 days: Terracotta Warriors-Yongxing Square-Bell Tower-Drum Tower-Hui Street
Tips for sightseeing:
1. Regarding tickets, it is best to book tickets on the public WeChat account of the Terracotta Warriors Museum during the epidemic period. There will be corresponding time periods to choose from. Pay attention to the time period when buying.
2. Regarding the explanation, I personally feel that it is very necessary. The place to explain is next to the ticket office and check-in office, and the prices are also clearly marked. The lowest price is 90 yuan for 4 people. A friend who is traveling alone can ask the guide to help you find individual guests. If you try hard, the cost will not be high.
3. After the explanation, the commentator may take you to the crafts and jade products in the Terracotta Warriors Museum (actually, I hope everyone goes shopping, but it's not compulsory consumption. It's quite good to see gadgets and take photos.)
4. Play time: It must take half a day to complete the journey
5. Transportation: There is a bus back to the city at the exit. It usually goes to the train station. You can also take the bus to Sanchakou or Huaqinggong Subway Station and take the subway back to the city. The whole journey takes 1 to 1.5 hours
After visiting the Terracotta Warriors in the morning, you can go to Yongxing Square for lunch when you come to the city.
Although Yongxing Square is simply a snack street, it is rare that locals also think it is good. Whether taking photos or eating, you can eat more authentic Xi'an snacks. This is also the place where Internet celebrities use crispy brushes and smash bowls of wine.
After eating, you can choose to take a bus or walk slowly to the Bell Tower in the central part of Xi'an. The Bell Tower is very suitable for checking in at night. Next to the Bell Tower is the Drum Tower, and next to the Drum Tower is the Hui Street
Tips for sightseeing:
1. Regarding sightseeing, personally feel that Hui Street is very lively at night and brightly lit, so you can take pictures everywhere
2. Regarding eating, I believe that if you visit a few travel guides, you will mention that Hui Street is only suitable for taking photos and not for buying food. (Locals don't go there to eat. They understand everything they know.) If I had to recommend it, I would choose Shanshisan (it is a local ice cream brand in Xi'an. You can understand it as the local Haagen Dazs.) Some individuals feel that the flavor of glutinous rice is the most delicious, and the flavor of oil-splashed chili is the most magical. (The price of 4 balls is around 50 yuan)
3 days: Xi'an City Wall-Big Wild Goose Pagoda-Tang Dynasty Sleepless City
The original plan should have been to sprinkle the Golden Bridge-Little Wild Goose Pagoda-Big Wild Goose Pagoda-The City that Never Sleeps in the Tang Dynasty. However, when I went to the Golden Bridge in the morning and found that there was demolition or rectification there, I gave up the rectification of the place. However, the Little Wild Goose Pagoda was unable to go because I found that the government was doing maintenance and improvement projects. It is probably to prepare for the May Day Tourism Golden Week.
Since I missed the golden bridge and the little wild goose pagoda, it was noon, so I decisively chose to make a bowl of biangbiang noodles.
After eating biangbiang noodles, we arrived at the city wall of Xi'an
Tips for sightseeing:
Regarding time, I went up and down from the south gate, and it took me basically an hour to walk. If you don't want to walk on the city wall, you can rent a bicycle and ride around the city wall. I heard that it takes at least 3 hours to ride a bicycle around the city wall (I really want to ride a bike, but I can't)
About tickets: I think it was 50+
After visiting the city wall, slowly take the subway to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The legendary Buddhist scriptures retrieved from Tianzhu are stored in the Big Wild Goose Pagoda.
Tips for sightseeing:
Tickets are needed for the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, but there is a free way to get panoramic photos of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda without buying tickets. There is a Joy City next to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and there is an open-air platform on the 4th or 5th floor of Joy City. It is the best place to check in to shoot the Big Wild Goose Pagoda (free and fragrant)
When you are tired after visiting the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, you can eat and drink in Joy City. Around 6:30, you can go to the nearby Tang Dynasty Sleepless City.
A place where lights are needed, performances are needed, snacks are needed. There are all kinds of beautiful and handsome little brothers and sisters. Young people can also make a set of Hanfu and stroll around the whole journey. It is beautiful (those brothers Jimei who have bought Hanfu but have no chance to wear it can build it.)
4 days: Huashan
I believe everyone must have a lot of question marks. How to get to Huashan, how to play, are you tired, how much is it???
Please calm down, I will provide all my insights later
5 days: Huashan-Xi'an
Tips for sightseeing:
1. Regarding transportation, it takes 30 minutes to travel from Xi'an North Railway Station to Huashan North Railway Station. The fare is about 55 (the first bus runs every morning at 7:30, and the latest is around 19:00. There is basically a train every 15 to 30 minutes, and tickets are still easy to buy, but the only thing to note is that it takes about 40 minutes to get to Xi'an North Railway Station by subway from downtown Xi'an.) After arriving at Huashan North Railway Station, you can choose to take a bus to the Huashan tourist center (free) and take a taxi (about 10 to 20 yuan, basically 20 yuan will take you directly to Yuquan Courtyard where you are hiking)
After arriving at the tourist concentration area of Huashan, you need to consider which way to go up the mountain
1. Cableway goes up and down in the west,
Advantages: The easiest, more than enough to play Huashan in one day, suitable for the elderly to travel or families with children.
Disadvantages: You can only see 60% of Huashan Mountain (because it is impossible to go to the North Peak. If you want to visit the five peaks of Huashan Mountain, you can choose to go up and down the west. There will be an introduction later.) The Xifeng cableway will be closed at 19 o'clock at the latest. Control the time (be sure to take into account the time spent lining up the cableway line). Moreover, if the Xifeng cableway encounters weather conditions (such as strong winds, heavy rains), it will be shut down. You can't watch the sunrise and sunset.
2. The cableway goes up from the west to the north,
Advantages: It's still relatively easier, and you can see the scenery of the five peaks of Huashan Mountain in one day without going back. Suitable for young people and middle-aged people who don't want to be too tired. Go to Huashan to play the route chosen by most people, the legendary classic route
Disadvantages: You can't watch the sunrise and sunset, you can only see 80% of the scenery of Huashan Mountain (you can't experience the excitement of climbing the mountain on foot). You still have to climb the mountain from the middle peak to the north peak (time consuming: 1 to 1.5 hours)
3. The cableway goes north and west,
The advantages and disadvantages are similar to those of the cableway up and down from the west to the north. The only difference is that from the north peak to the center is changed to climbing a mountain (which takes about 2 hours)
4. The cableway goes north and down,
Advantages: You can experience the fun of mountain climbing without being too tired. It is also a one-day tour and you can return to Xi'an on the same day (but the time will be a little short and requires a certain amount of physical support. After all, compared with other ropeway tours, it is climbing up and down between the center and the north peak.)
Disadvantages: You can only see 80% of Huashan Mountain, and you cannot see the sunset and sunrise.
5. Climbing mountains on foot,
Advantages: Enjoy all the scenery of Huashan during the entire journey, complete the sunrise and sunset, and 100% will be included in the bag. (It's also the capital you can use to brag. My brother is a big shot who climbed Huashan all the way, and you are all younger brothers.)
Disadvantages: Tired to become a dog, and it must take 2 days (if you are a poor man who relies on mutant Superman Spider-Man or knows something like flying swords, forget I said it)
Some of the tips for visiting Huashan Mountain next are mainly for friends who want to climb mountains on foot
1. Prepare a pair of gloves to pull chains and climb (there are many items sold at Huashan North Railway Station when you leave the station for 10 yuan each)
Second, if there are conditions, it is best to wear a quick-drying coat inside, otherwise it will be uncomfortable if the sweat is wet, and the clothes will leave salt residue after the sweat dries
Third, if there are no conditions, you must also create conditions to bring a piece of thick clothes (at least cotton-padded clothes, assault clothes, and winter clothing). Although it is hot at the foot of the mountain, it is really windy and cold at the top of the mountain. (If you don't have thick clothes, those sunrise and sunset books have nothing to do with you. Others are taking beautiful photos, but your hands are shaking from the cold.)
Fourth, pack enough water and food in your bag. Friends who often travel know that the prices in the scenic area are indeed sky-high. An egg fried rice is 50 and water is 15 (not to mention that the scenic area is dark, after all, these things are carried up the mountain by the working people. When I was climbing the mountain, I also saw an uncle carrying a box of red bulls fall heavily, which was very dangerous. Everyone else uses their lives to make money. You can not consume it, but I hope everyone will understand.)
Let me give you a reference here as to how much food and water you bring. I usually don't like to drink water. It doesn't matter if I don't drink water for a day when I'm not at work. I prepared 3 bottles of water, 1 bottle of Red Bull, 1 box of instant noodles, 1 pack of biscuits, and 2 Snickers bars (Snickers bars are really artifacts, although the taste... But restoring your strength is a great deal!). After two days, I feel that the water is just right, but the food is a little short. You can prepare some small and light food like bread.
Fifth, regarding accommodation, two recommended places are Xifeng Hotel and Dongfeng Hotel. One is the best place to watch the sunset, and the other is the best place to watch the sunrise. You can't take a bath when staying in hotels on both sides, whether it's a large public shop with 10 men and women (the bed fee is about 130), a standard room for 2 people (about 1000) or a space capsule (about 300), or you can bring your own tent to save money.
Regarding choosing a place to stay, you can decide according to your actual situation. For example, if you start hiking during the day and arrive at Xifeng around 6 o'clock, you can watch the sunset. After that, friends with good physical strength can move to Dongfeng (Xifeng to Dongfeng is faster, 1 hour, 2 hours if it is slower) and live in Dongfeng. Or stay in Xifeng when you are exhausted after watching the sunset, and get up at 5 a.m. the next morning to go to Dongfeng to watch the sunrise. I lived in Xifeng to watch the sunset. I didn't want to get up early the next day and still watched the sunrise in Xifeng. In fact, I personally felt that the sunrise in Xifeng was not bad. However, accommodation in Dongfeng will definitely be in short supply after all, so it is best to book accommodation before departure.
6. Regarding the time consuming, the official statement stated that it takes 4 hours to get from Yuquan Courtyard (foot of the mountain) to the North Peak, 2 hours to the center, and 40 minutes to the center.
I started climbing at 10 a.m. and arrived at Beifeng at 14:30, which took 4.5 hours.
Departs from North Peak at 15:00 and arrives at West Peak at 17:30, which takes 2.5 hours
The sunset time is 19 o'clock, so it is enough to watch the sunset. The sunrise time in the morning is 6 o'clock. If you want to go to Dongfeng to watch the sunrise, the departure time is at least 5 o'clock.
7. Regarding the luggage issue, many friends traveling to Huashan must be thinking about what to do with my luggage? Here are a few tips for my younger brother. Most people will return to Xi'an to stay after finishing Huashan. They can leave their luggage in Xi'an Hotel first and travel lightly. And if you don't stay at the hotel after finishing Huashan, don't be afraid. There is also a luggage storage service in Huashan tourist areas, but I don't know how to calculate the price, because I checked it in the hotel where I stayed back in Xi'an.
Finally, regarding the way to get back to Xi'an from Huashan, we also take the high-speed train from Huashan North Station to Xi'an North Station. The latest train is around 21:00.
Xi'an-Xiangzi Temple
It is already noon when I return to Xi'an. How can I not eat roujiamo when I come to Xi'an? Lao Tongguan will make one.
Go back to the hotel to rest until afternoon, go out and continue to forage
This pepper chicken is really numb, so much so that your mouth is no longer yours. If you can't eat spicy food, you can consider barbecues around. It's very lively around.
6 days: Shuyuan Street-Xi'an Restaurant-Airport
Friends who like to shop in calligraphy and painting can go and have a look. Many gadgets such as pen, ink, paper and inkstone are easy to shop around.
Finally, for your last meal in Xi'an, you must eat a well-known restaurant ~ Xi'an Restaurant
Tips for sightseeing:
Must order gourd chicken! Must order gourd chicken! Must order gourd chicken! Tell me the important things three times ~ But you can ask the clerk first if there is any chicken? (68 yuan) If you don't have it, you can only eat big chicken (98 yuan)
If you don't like this time-honored state-owned store, you can also choose another brand. The chain that young people will like very much ~ Chang 'an Food Stall (most of its stores are in various shopping malls, and I didn't take photos because I didn't go to eat.)
Finally, Xi'an, a city with historical and cultural heritage, has its own unique style compared with other cities. Although some people say that Xi'an is becoming more and more Internet celebrities, in my opinion, it is also because of the government's vigorous publicity and support for Xi'an's tourism industry. The word Internet celebrity is not a bad word. This is a very important expression of Xi'an's development. I hope that Xi'an's tradition and modernity can be better combined so that we can experience more content.
