Xi'an, the capital of Shaanxi Province, was called Chang' an in ancient times. Chang 'an was the capital of emperors since ancient times. It was the ancient capital of thirteen dynasties including Qin, Han, Sui and Tang.
The eastern starting point of the Silk Road. After the opening of the Silk Road, Chang 'an became the center of Eastern civilization. Historically, it is said that "Rome is in the west and Chang' an is in the east."
As the saying goes, every breath is culture, every step is history!
Today, Grizzly Bear (code name for Xiaobian) will take you into Xi'an, go~
Before coming here, I asked many gods, tour guides, and gave many guides. The final itinerary I chose is as follows:
1. Walk into the magnificent Terracotta Warriors and Horses in the Mausoleum of Qin Shi Huang, have a dialogue with history, and see the might and domineering nature of the first emperor in Chinese history;
2."The cold spring gives you a bath in Huaqing Pool, and the hot spring water washes the fat." Walking in the Huaqing Palace of the Royal Palace of Li and listening to the touching story of Imperial Consort Yang of the Tang Dynasty;
3. Climb Mount Li, which has infinite historical color, enjoy the eight scenic spots in Guanzhong, and see where King You of Zhou was playing with princes;
4. Challenge the most dangerous mountain in the world-Xiyue Huashan Mountain, and appreciate the "infinite scenery at the dangerous peak";
5. Of course, there is no need for Yongxing Square, and there is also the world-famous Xi'an cuisine...
Enough strategy, go~
DAY1(11.11/Wednesday): Fuzhou-Plane-Xi'an-Check-in-Huimin Street
Starting from Fuzhou, it took two and a half hours to arrive at Xianyang Airport. When you get off the plane, the air is filled with the smell of (Qin Shihuang).
On the road from Xianyang Airport to Xi'an, the car drove for 50 minutes. Finally, as we approached the hotel, the city wall standing on the ground appeared in view, getting closer and closer. The tall city wall was full of mottled traces. It was already dark when I arrived at the Lemon Mansha Hotel. I booked the hotel online. The young lady at the front desk was very polite and the room was clean and comfortable. The most important thing was that it was next to the Bell and Drum Tower. You could reach Hui Street in about ten minutes.
After taking a hasty shower, combing my hair into a handsome look, I finally couldn't wait to go out!
Huimin Street is a paradise for food. Come and build it.
I have to say that Hui Street is still very nice, and there are many young sisters and brothers. We can stroll while eating. Hui Street is not big, and it takes an hour or two to walk. At the end of Huimin Street is the Bell and Drum Tower, which is beautiful under the lights.
After admiring the Bell and Drum Tower, I went back to the hotel to rest because of the plane and car during the day.
DAY2(11.12/Thursday): Hotel-Terracotta Warriors-Huaqing Palace-Lishan-Hotel
In the morning, you can take a taxi (about 90 yuan), take the subway, and there is also a specially opened car (20 yuan) to the Terracotta Warriors site. When we arrived at the Terracotta Warriors Museum, there were not many people because it was off-season. The ticket is 120 yuan, which does not include explanations. If you are interested in history, you can hire a guide for 20 yuan.
It takes a five-minute walk from the gate to Pit No. 1. Along the way, the guides are constantly telling the story of the Terracotta Warriors. Pit No. 1.2.3 has been excavated by the Terracotta Warriors, of which Pit No. 1 is the largest.
Pit No. 1 is the pit where terracotta warriors and horses are most commonly seen in ordinary photos. Most of them are standing warrior figurines.
It is still very shocking to see the terracotta warriors of this scale on the spot. If you look closely, all the faces of the Qin terracotta warriors reveal the unique majesty and calmness of the Qin people, fully demonstrating the domineering nature of the Qin Dynasty emperor, and have distinctive personality and strong characteristics of the times. With its grand scale and majestic momentum, the world's largest underground military museum is known as the "Eighth Wonder of the World".
The No. 2 pit is in the shape of a curved ruler, located on the northeast side of the No. 1 pit and the east side of the No. 3 pit. It is 96 meters long from east to west, 84 meters wide from north to south, and has a total area of about 6000 square meters. The buildings in the pit are the same as pit No. 1, but the formation is more complex and the arms are more complete. It is the most spectacular military formation among the three pits. It is a multi-arm special force composed of cavalry, chariots and infantry (including crossbows).
Pit No. 3 is the only one among the three pits that has not been burned by fire, so when unearthed, there are more painted paintings on the pottery figurines and the colors are relatively bright.
After visiting the Terracotta Warriors, it was already lunchtime when I came out. There are many gourmet restaurants at the exit, including snacks and many other choices. The young man at the biang biang noodle shop shouted very hard, and I was moved.
It's quite delicious, a bit like the taste of fried sauce noodles, but more chewy. After lunch, take a bus to Huaqing Palace.
It is only 10 kilometers from the Terracotta Warriors to Huaqing Palace. It is very close and takes more than ten minutes to arrive.
Huaqing Palace is built against the mountains and facing the Wei River. It is large in scale and magnificent in architecture. It is dotted with towers, halls and halls all over Mount Li. It was originally named "Tangquan Palace" and later renamed Hot Spring Palace. Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty moved Huaqing Palace, because it was located in Lishan Mountain, which was also called Lishan Palace, also known as Li Palace and Xiuling Palace. Chang 'an looked back at the piles of embroidery, and thousands of gates on the top of the mountain opened one after another. A princess riding on the red dust laughed, but no one knew it was lychee. It is hard to imagine the scene at that time.
At the end of the Western Zhou Dynasty, King You of Zhou played with princes and smiled for Bo Baosi (bāo sí). How absurd it was. Since I walked to Mount Li, I chose to take that kind of van to get down and up. It cost 15 yuan per person, which was not bad, at least I didn't have to walk anymore. It was already quite late when we arrived at the foot of the mountain. I was actually very tired after a day's walk. Let's go back to the hotel to rest!
DAY3(11.13/Friday): Hotel-Huashan-Hotel
Huashan, let's not say much, let's first show the map.
Take the cable car from Xifeng. There are many clouds and fog. I don't see the very steep cliffs of Huashan Mountain. The cable car shuttles through the clouds, which has a unique flavor.
Climbing Huashan really depends on the weather. Huashan Mountain is divided into Yunhua Mountain, Wuhua Mountain, Yuhua Mountain, and Xuehua Mountain. It happened that day that I was particularly lucky and met Yunhua Mountain surrounded by fairy fog. The whole trip was quite rushed. If you didn't take the cable car, one day would really not be enough.
Because time is limited, I'll share it with you here!
