After entering the Mini programs, click "Register Now", fill in and upload the travel agency name, district and county, contact information, style display photos, travel agency business license, travel agency introduction, declaration of integrity and other information as required to submit the registration.

Registration conditions

1. Travel agencies (excluding branches and service outlets) with industrial and commercial registration and tax payment relationships in the jurisdiction of Xi'an City;

2. Model abides by relevant laws and regulations in the industry, operates with integrity and self-discipline, and has no major tourism safety liability accidents in the past three years, and no major public opinion caused by major tourism complaints;

3. Submit relevant statistical data on time, actively support, cooperate and conscientiously complete various tasks assigned by the cultural tourism administrative department.

After the travel agency signs up, the cultural and tourism departments of each district, county and development zone will strictly compare the participating conditions and combine the comprehensive evaluation of the daily work performance of each travel agency to conduct a preliminary review and recommendation on the materials submitted by the registered travel agency, and will be reviewed by the Xi'an City Culture and Tourism Bureau. Determine the list of participating travel agencies.

From May 18 to May 24, voting on Weixin Mini Programs will be launched. The public will pay attention to the Weixin Official Accounts of "Xi'an Cultural Travel Voice" and enter the Mini programs to vote for favorite travel agencies in terms of service attitude, employee quality, service items, line products, post-event claims, etc., and rank them according to voting rules. The specific voting time shall be subject to the publicity time on the voting Mini programs page.

In late May, the selection and rankings will be announced for 7 days (natural days) on the official website of Xi'an City Culture and Tourism Bureau and the public account of Xi'an Cultural Tourism Voice. There is no objection to the announcement and the top 80 travel agencies will be awarded the "2021 Best Popular Travel Agency"; the top 10 travel agencies will be awarded the "Top Ten Best Popular Travel Agency 2021". The selection results will be announced on the official website of Xi'an City Culture and Tourism Bureau and the public account of Xi'an Cultural Tourism Voice.
