Xixian Cultural and Educational Park is located on the "Scientific and Technological Innovation Leading Axis" in the planning concept of Greater Xi'an. After years of development, it has formed a beautiful environment with half mountains and half rivers, making it the best livable place in Xixian New Area. The Cultural and Educational Park covers a total area of 14 square kilometers. There are 10,000 acres of ecological gardens here. Implementing the Fenghe River and Shahe River in the park brings natural ecological advantages. Being in the Cultural and Educational Park, you can see the same color of water and sky, curling green shades, and lush grass. It is the second to none in Greater Xi'an's "beauty responsibility".

Fenghe Wetland Park

Fenghe Wetland Ecological Park is 4.5 kilometers long in the cultural and educational park area. With the idea of "big park, micro-tourism", it establishes the park positioning of "ancient river course, new oasis" and creates a grass-step art interactive area, a flower field and flower sea display area, and 5 major waterfront landscape groups, including outdoor recreation area, sponge city experience area, and forest and grass walking and leisure area. The construction of nearly half of the water system allows the cultural and educational park to show a "Jiangnan temperament".

Shahe Wetland Park

Shahe Wetland Park has a total length of 7 kilometers in the Cultural and Educational Park. It is planned to build two parts: landscape engineering and water surface engineering. At present, the Caofang section of Shahe River and Shahe Urban Health Park have been completed and open to the public. The management of the Shahe River in the Cultural and Educational Park section has been basically completed.

International Cultural and Creative Town

Comfortable scale, complete supporting facilities, suitable place to live, ecological environment and perfect sense of belonging are the five key words for the development of the Cultural and Educational Park. They are also the main theme of building Xixian's "noble living functional area" and the original intention of building Xixian International Cultural and Creative Town.

Under the development trend of "beauty is king", Xixian New District has adopted forward-looking planning to build the core of the new central axis of Greater Xi'an, and its subsequent cultural tourism development and economic development will not be a problem.

The Cultural and Educational Park itself is the birthplace of the Book of Songs culture and the capital of Fenghao culture, with profound heritage. The park should make good use of its own cultural advantages and accelerate industrial transformation. The Kunming Pool, Happy Valley, Fengdong Agricultural Expo Park, etc. surrounding the area jointly form a new tourist landmark on the Xixian New Axis.
