Due to the impact of the epidemic, there are not many options for summer travel.

I previously bought a package for US$99 for 3 nights for a holiday party. During the epidemic, Guiyang and Xishuangbanna were opened in China, so I arranged for Xishuangbanna. I thought there was nothing fun in Xishuangbanna, so I just looked at tropical plants. After going there, I found that it was still very interesting. We still had fun after playing for 8 days, and we didn't go to many places.

Not many people travel. It is to wear a mask in certain places, fill in the local health code and travel trajectory, and just fill in according to the instructions.

I didn't feel dangerous, but there were few people, and the travel experience was very good.

My post is characterized by sharing dry goods, so there are no pictures, and practical information is yours to take away.

Some of the information is obtained online and is not 100% original. Because the sources are too messy, they are not specified one by one. If the original author cares, please contact me to delete it.

Let's talk about the itinerary first.

We bought Spring Airlines. We don't fly every day. We can choose the time that suits us. We couldn't make up the time, so we arranged it for 8 days. Later, it was discovered that the time was just right.

In addition to the traditional viewing of the rainforest, we also experienced jungle leaps, all-terrain off-road vehicles, watched wonderful Dai shows, experienced Dai life, and set off fireworks. The experience was very rich and three-dimensional. The children said that they were no worse than foreign countries and had a great time. Oh.

There are also many attractions and projects that have no time to experience, such as Manting Royal Garden, speedboats, water splashing, water discharge lights...

Come again if you have the opportunity, beautiful Xishuangbanna!

Xishuangbanna-Shanghai

Gasa-Pudong T2 Spring and Autumn 9C8852 18:10-23:50

By the way, Spring Airlines:

1. Luggage: 5kg 90 at the counter, 1 hour before online departure: 5kg 60, 10kg 120, 15kg 180. Each person can buy a maximum of 15 kilograms, which exceeds the amount you can buy for a second person.

There is a 20 kilograms of luggage allowance for buying economy class and 7 kilograms of carry-on luggage per person. This combination is the most cost-effective.

2. Diet: Buy airline meals 6 hours in advance, which is cheaper than buying on site

3. You can only use cash to buy it on the plane, or you can pay it on WeChat before getting off the plane.

4. As long as domestic itineraries are not business class, you can choose seats online for free in advance.

5. Flying from Shanghai to Xishuangbanna in the Spring and Autumn Period is not a direct flight. There is a stop in Changsha in the middle. We used to stop for half an hour, but stopped for a few minutes when we came back. Take all your luggage off the plane, wait at the boarding gate, and board the same plane at the same boarding gate.

Xishuangbanna has a cool season (November to March of the next year), a hot season (April to May) and a rainy season (June to October), three seasons a year.

We have the rainy season in July, but it is actually not very hot. The highest temperature is only 33-34. It doesn't always rain, it's basically a shower and it will stop in a while. Still very comfortable.

Items to carry:

1. Disposable underwear (for splashing water), mainly short-sleeved clothes, long pants can be worn when going to the rainforest, and long skirts are not recommended. (There is no need to wear long sleeves in July, and it is not cold at night.)

2. Various anti-mosquito bite products, including sunscreen, sun hats, sunglasses, sandals (not applicable to sports shoes). Ultraviolet rays are very powerful. Even if it is cloudy, you should protect yourself from sun protection.

3. Dai people call women "Sao Duoli", men "Mao Duoli", girls "Xiaolongying", boys "Xiaolongzi", Shao Duoli means young girl in Dai language. To say a girl is a good whistle (pronunciation is the same as "Sao"), a good whistle means very beautiful. In Dai language, a handsome guy is cat Duoli, which means very handsome)

4. To enter bamboo buildings and temples, you need to take off your shoes and bare feet. When visiting, we must respect the living habits of Dai and other ethnic minorities. Dai people must take off their shoes at home, and are not allowed to peek into their bedrooms, etc.

5. Don't worry about the weather, it rains intermittently and the weather will be fine in half an hour. It's very hot during the day, so it's cool when it rains and the wind are cool. Just bring an umbrella.

6. Prepare some medicines: antidiarrheal drugs, anti-allergic drugs, anti-inflammatory drugs, cold medicine, band-aids, etc.

Schedule:

Xishuang Dai language means twelve, and Xishuangbanna means twelve Banna: Banna Jinghong, Banna Mengyang, Banna Menglong, Banna Mengwang, Banna Menghai, Banna Menghun, Banna Menga, Banna Mengzhe, Banna Nassiding, Banna Mengla, Banna Mengpeng, and Banna Yiwu.

Popular attractions are mainly distributed in these places:

* Jinghong: Manting Park, Xishuangbanna General Buddhist Temple (in Manting Park), Gaozhuang West Shuangjing Night Market, Xishuangbanna Primeval Forest Park, Xishuangbanna Dai Garden, Jino Shanzhai, Manzhang Cultural Village, Yexiang Valley Tropical Rainforest Scenic Area, Tropical Rainforest Valley, Hani Cultural Park, Mange Buddhist Temple, Peacock Lake, Mengle Buddha Temple, Xishuangbanna Tropical Flower Garden, Mengle Cultural Park, Xishuangbanna Natural Museum, Ethnic Customs Park

* menghai: Meng Jinglai (Where is Dad going to shoot the scene)

* mengla: Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden, Wangtianshu, Mengyuan Wonderland, Manlongdai Village, Mandan Village, Yiwu Ancient Town, Mohan Port

Jinghong is 1 hour to the Botanical Garden, 2 and a half hours to Wangtianshu, 30 minutes to Ganlanba, and 15-20 minutes to the Primeval Forest Park. For reference.

The Xishuangbanna tourism mirror bag of a certain tourism website has specific attractions introduction, which can be downloaded by yourself:

Just go to one with similar scenery. Wanda's park has been closed due to the epidemic. There are still many options based on your preferences and schedule.

Performance/Ticket Purchase (July 2020)

Nowadays, in order to attract tourists, most scenic spots in Yunnan will get a 50% discount on tickets until December 31, 2020, and Xishuangbanna is no exception.

However, there is only a 50% discount on tickets. The battery cars inside also have consumer items, and there is no discount.

Children under the age of 1.2 or 6 in almost all scenic spots in Xishuangbanna are not only free of charge, but also free of charge battery cars. Wangtianshu's aerial tree corridor is also free.

The two children we brought with us were under 1.2 and the other was 1.3, so we learned about the regulations of each scenic spot and performance in advance and summarized them.

It is recommended not to book events too early. We all buy tickets one day in advance. If we don't want to go, we won't make any arrangements even if the original itinerary is reserved to make ourselves more comfortable.

In addition, in order to avoid vicious competition, Xishuangbanna stipulates that if you charter a car or hire a tour guide, scenic spot tickets/packages must be purchased at the driver or tour guide.

The price of a certain treasure website fluctuates greatly, so it is best to know the normal price 2 weeks in advance. For example, for Dai Xiu, I asked for the price a week in advance to be 192, but the price for the temporary purchase suddenly became more than 260. I negotiated with the seller and sold it to me for 192. This is also the case with Jungle Leap. In short, more than the price.

There are various ticket packages for each park, which you can learn about first on Ctrip. The meetings we have visited are introduced in the post.

Performance/Ticket Purchase (July 2020): For reference only, please consult a treasure seller for details

* primeval forest Park: Jungle Leap, book 30 minutes in advance (not in scenic spots), you need to book a chartered car from a certain treasure seller and deliver it to the scenic spot, 30 yuan one way. Take care of yourself when you return home

* Daixiu: 20:15-21:15, book 1-2 days in advance, you can buy it separately, no need to charter a car. 1.2 Children under meter height are free of charge

* Manting Mekong River Bonfire Party: Buy an admission ticket at the window below 1.2 meters. Ordinary 30, VIP80, including buffet. 1.2 meters or more
All are priced at adults, ordinary 165 (ticket A), including buffet.

* Wangtianshu all-terrain vehicle: Line A (45 minutes) is booked 90 minutes in advance (cannot be in the scenic area). You can buy it separately and no need to charter a car. 1.2 Children under meter height are free of charge

* Botanical Garden Tour Guide: Please invite the botanist who was in the park that day to guest guide.

Reservations cannot be made during the day, and reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. West Park 100 yuan/3 hours, the entire garden 260 yuan/5 hours, 7 or 8 tour guides, can take 10-20 people

The night tour is 1 or 2 days in advance. Make an appointment by telephone: 0691-8715261. You can also make an appointment at the front desk of Wang Lian Hotel or Anantara Hotel. 300 for less than 5 people (excluding children under 1.2), 8:15-9:15 an hour, you can buy tickets during the day, and you can enter directly at night. There is no need to buy tickets. Otherwise, you need to purchase separate tickets

food

Mushroom hot pot and local barbecue are unique

The roast chicken there is really not as good as the roast chicken in Shanghai. There is Xiaozong chicken there, which is not as delicious as the grass chicken Sanhuang chicken and farmed chicken here.

Grilled fish is too firewood, and tilapia species are not as good as Chongqing grilled fish.

Don't buy durian. The gold pillows over there are 40 kilograms. Currently, Shanghai gold pillows only cost 16.8 kilograms. You can buy pineapples and they are very delicious. They are 4 big ones for 10 yuan. Shanghai can't eat such delicious pineapples and mangoes.

* Botanical Garden Chengziqiao Flavor Garden, next to Anantara. Chicken soup and bamboo shoots wrapped in clothes are really delicious. I order it for two days in a row. Pineapple rice, wild vegetables and eggs, and roasted five flowers are also good.

* 300 meters away from the back door of Anantara, there is a Dai Le Jinwan restaurant with a better environment than Chengzi Bridge and a good taste. The navigation shows that we need to walk 2.8 kilometers and make a big circle, but we don't need to.

* Anantara's restaurant actually tastes very good, but the price is too expensive. Honey pork ribs cost 128, which is more expensive than Shanghai. Although guests get a 20% discount, it is still very expensive.

* Mange Market: Fruit wholesale market, where it is cheaper to go to vendors. There are fewer stalls, which is similar to ordinary fruit markets. The fruits are all tropical fruits, and the prices are not as cheap as imagined. In fact, they are similar to the prices of fruits in Guangzhou, but at least cheaper than the night market in Gaozhuang. I bought the most ordinary Carun durian (12 yuan per catty), watermelon (2 yuan per catty) and pineapples (5 yuan per catty, 4 small pineapples for 10 yuan), all of which were very sweet. When you come here, you must eat pineapples and pineapples. They are really, very sweet.

* The steamed tofu in the night market is very delicious. It costs 10 yuan a serving, but the price is not high. The key is that the tofu is extremely tender.

* There are many restaurants in the night market. Although the Bannaowozi we eat is not as crowded as those restaurants where singing and dancing, it tastes very good, is large, and the environment is very good. The boss also gave the children some mangoes and unknown fruits grown at home, and the experience was very good.

* There is a big restaurant right in front of Manzhang Village, which tastes good. The villagers inside also eat here.

* We strongly promote Dai family meals at Gulou Inn in Dai Garden, which is very good

Transportation:

To and from various attractions in Xishuangbanna, you can choose from:

1. Chartered cars (time is free, drivers can buy tickets at a lower price than online ticket prices, and Xishuangbanna Scenic Area can travel back and forth on the same day, so drivers can not include food and accommodation)

2. Taking a taxi (Xishuangbanna is not large overall, and the round-trip taxi price is acceptable. It is easy to take a taxi with many cars-Didi)

3. Self-driving (Xishuangbanna has a car rental point, so it is convenient to rent a car and return a car)

4. Take the scenic spot through train (you can also buy tickets for scenic spots, etc. on the scenic spot through train. There is a fixed departure time and place every day. Each scenic spot through train is also equipped with a guide. In some scenic spots, there are also free explanation services. There are departures at the entrance of Gaozhuang and splashing water square. You can check the public account of the Xishuangbanna Scenic Spot through train)

5. Minibus (You can take it at the bus station, not through scenic spots, so although the fare will be cheaper, the time is not very controllable)

About transportation: There are very few buses in Jinghong City, and most of them are taxis or drips in the urban area. The urban area is not large and the cost is generally not high; There are basically rural passenger transport between the urban area and the scenic spots. For example, to get to the Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, you only need to take the passenger transport to Menglun Town.(Or take the shuttle bus to Mengla and get off in Menglun Town). After another 10 minutes, you will reach the Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. When you reach the Dai Garden, you will take the passenger bus to Ganlanba. There is a direct bus to the Primeval Forest Park. The departure point is at Tropical Flower Garden. You can also go to the passenger station to take a bus to the scenic spot. Going to the Wild Elephant Valley is usually accompanied by a group or chartered a car. Mengjinglai and Wangtianshu are relatively long distances, so you have to transfer buses when taking passenger transport, so it is best to choose charter a car or follow a group. Manting Park and Mengle Dafo Temple are both located in the urban area. Generally, they choose to take a taxi. The taxi from the airport to the urban area usually costs about 40 yuan

6. If you live in a Botanical Garden, there is nothing interesting nearby except the Botanical Garden. If you go to Wangtianshu, you can only charter a car or drive yourself

7. The one-way trip from Jinghong to Wangtianshu takes two and a half hours. A certain treasure website has one-trip tickets and fares, or you can only buy a round-trip fare.

8. There is a one-day trip to a certain treasure in Manzhang Village, 258 per person. It is not cost-effective. Why not charter a car yourself? We charge 260 a day

hotel

There are many hotels in Xishuangbanna, so I will only talk about the two I stayed in:

(I didn't want to rush around with my baby, so I couldn't be bothered to change)

1. Miman Inn

The owner of the Internet celebrity inn is a young designer and the price is 400 yuan per night.

This time, we booked a room for a group of 2 adults and 2 children (7 years old and 9 years old), and stayed in two room types: Mitai and Mitan respectively.

Mitai: Although there is a balcony, it is useless because there are no chairs/tables. The bathroom has no door, and going to the toilet to wash will affect the person who sleeps.
Pay attention to the bathroom door. Some rooms have it and some don't. If you mind, please contact the front desk in advance. In addition, the bathroom does not have a shower curtain, so the bath water will splash on the toilet area, which is uncomfortable.
Sometimes there is no soap holder and just ask the front desk to deliver it.

Misan: The leisure area in this room is tatami, which is quite comfortable. The washbasin and the bath are separated, and the dry and wet are separated. It was originally a good design. But one unacceptable shortcoming is that there is a sensor light installed above the sink, which lights up when people come and is very bright. So I went to the toilet in the middle of the night and lit up a room full of people. The sensor lights in the toilets here are also very bright, especially dazzling in the middle of the night.

Advantages:
1. The location of the inn is good, right next to Manting Park. The environment is elegant and has a sense of design. Although the inn is not too big overall, there are many functional areas, including a tea room on the first floor, a rock climbing hall, an underground book bar, an audio-visual area, and an open-air swimming pool.
2. There is a washing machine and a drying place on the roof (with a canopy). There are many restaurants to eat when you go out.
3. Fangfang at the front desk is very enthusiastic and will take the initiative to help guests solve problems. For example, changing rooms, what you need, and itinerary consultation.
4. The beds in the twin room are very large, each 1.5 meters long, making it a comfortable sleep. The air conditioner is central air conditioner, there is no noise and the temperature is comfortable.
5. Free pick up.

6. There is a fireworks monopoly near the inn, and you can put it in the inn yard. Nowadays, you can't buy or put it in many places. The children have been talking about it for a long time, but they didn't expect that this wish could be realized here. I bought a large bag for only more than 200 yuan. Setting off fireworks and playing with firecrackers at night adds special fun to the journey.

Disadvantages:
1. Didn't have my own breakfast because the chef left his job. There are two options: Choose what you want to eat at the front desk, only porridge and vegetarian buns, and the time is 8-9 o'clock. Or you can go out to eat (in a designated store), and the average person cannot exceed 10 yuan, and there is no limit to the time. But the breakfast restaurant here has very few choices, only a few kinds of rice noodles, poached eggs, soy milk, nothing else, and occasionally porridge.
2. There is no elevator, so it is a bit inconvenient to have too much luggage, but there is someone here to help you carry it up and get it yourself when you get down.
3. The washing machine was very dirty. I opened the card slot next to it, but it was so dirty that I couldn't look directly at it. However, this is also for temporary emergency use, so the requirements cannot be so high. It's not like cleaning content regularly at home.

2. Anantara Resort

Because I previously bought a promotional package for US$99 for 3 nights including airport transfers, I couldn't use it overseas, so I wanted to use it during the summer.

This house is next to the Botanical Garden. The gate of the Botanical Garden is 200 meters out of the back door of the hotel.

We stayed in a patio room with a garden view. Due to too many people, we only had a large bed and did not have a twin room. But the big bed is 2.3 meters wide, and the small sofa next to it can sleep on one child, and four people can barely sleep on it. 1.5 Children above meters must pay 500 yuan for an extra bed.

This room type has a bathtub and shower, and the area is quite large. The terrace outside is very big, so you can take a clothes line (bring your own) to dry your swimsuits. However, because it often rains, it doesn't feel very useful during the rainy season. It's very comfortable to stay outside of the rainy season.

You can use the free battery cart as transportation in the hotel and ask the front desk to call it.

There is a large infinity pool with good water temperature. There are a variety of inflatable toys on the water: flamingos, rainbow beds, unicorns, rent for one day.

There is also a small hot spring pool, which is hotter. Children can go to that pool if they are afraid of the cold.

The pool can also be used after check-out, with bath towels, dressing room next to the pool, hot shower (in the toilet), and hairdryer. We left for the airport at 3 o'clock and still had a good time after checking out at 12 o'clock, which was a great experience.

Breakfast is more abundant than expected. There are all kinds of rice noodles, porridge, cake, and stir-fried dishes. Eat in the cafeteria.

Because of the epidemic, only one restaurant is open, and lunch and dinner must be ordered individually. The price is very expensive. One honey pork rib costs 128. However, the taste is good. Guests can get a 20% discount and there is no service charge.

There are 2 affordable hotels near the hotel:

Chengziqiao Flavor Garden: Chicken soup and steamed bamboo shoots are really delicious. I order it for two days in a row. Pineapple rice, wild vegetable eggs, and roasted five flowers are also good.

300 meters away from the back door of Anantara, there is a Dai Le Jinwan restaurant with a better environment than Chengzi Bridge and a good taste. The navigation shows that we have to walk 2.8 kilometers and make a big circle, but we don't have to.

No one manages the child care center, and some toys are played with by themselves.

There are also youth clubs where there are some board games, such as table football and the like.

In short, due to the epidemic, the hotel staff are only 20% of the normal period, and some aspects of service still cannot keep up.

Jinghong City:

It is 5 kilometers away from the airport and about 20 yuan by taxi.

Xingguang Night Market (Gaozhuang West Double View)

Xingguang Night Market and Gaozhuang Night Market are two independent, but these two night markets and the Mekong River Water Market are located next to each other. You can find it on the map by searching "Gaozhuang West Double View", which is located behind the Dajin Temple Tower in Gaozhuang West Double View. After entering from Dajin Temple Tower, you will find the night market along Ganbai Street. The river inside is actually the Mekong River.

There is no fixed opening time for the night market. Generally, stalls will be opened one after another after 6 p.m., and some stalls will slowly close from 10 to 11 p.m., so you can go during this time period! But when it rains, the stalls will not be set up because they are all open air.

The night market mainly contains fruits, barbecues and other delicacies, various special souvenirs, specialties, and Southeast Asian specialty handicrafts. Just small stalls.

Our children bought a lot of gadgets and even bargained for them, but the price was actually okay. For example, a finger top is 20 yuan, and a colored hydrogen balloon with various decorations is 18 yuan.

There are also many African drum performances (selling CDs, African drums), all of which are very hard and very interesting.

The night view here is beautiful and there are many fun things to do. Both adults and children have a great time shopping.

Xishuangbanna Primeval Forest Park

Located on the Caiyang River, 8 kilometers away from Jinghong City, there are three major themes: "Tropical Valley Rainforest","Wildlife Display Mainly Based on Peacock Culture", and "Folk Customs Display Mainly Based on Hani and Aini People".

You can charter a car for 30 yuan from the city. You can take the Forest Park special bus (scenic bus: take the bus from the Flower Garden), which leaves from the Flower Garden Station and leaves back and forth via Xishuangbanna Vocational and Technical College-Jingyong Hotel Station-State Hospital Daqingshu-Mandou Station-Forest Park. The departure time starts from 8:00 a.m. every hour, the latest departure from Jinghong to Park is 17:20, and from Park to Jinghong is 18:00

The primeval forest park is the best-preserved tropical valley rainforest south of the Tropic of Cancer in China. It is the largest peacock breeding base and monkey domestication base in Southeast Asia. Attractions such as Aini Village and Jiufeilong Waterfall highlight the following: primeval forest, wild animals, and folk customs. Four major themes and characteristics of Aini culture.

Tips: Don't wear bright clothes and don't make noise to avoid scaring wild animals. For your safety, and to avoid being scratched or poisoned, please wear your hat, do not pick plants with your hands, and do not smell or taste wild fruits and wild flowers at will, because many plants in the rainforest are prickly and poisonous.

Opening hours: 8:00-18:00

Tickets: Free tickets below 1.2 meters. The original price is 45, but now half price (the price is the same as the price purchased online). Battery car is 50 yuan for a 6-kilometer round trip, no discount (the price is the same as the price purchased online)

Ctrip tickets are 22.5, including 72.5 for battery cars. There is no need to buy tickets and battery tickets online. It is very big inside. It is necessary to buy a battery car with children's necessities. Walking around on such a hot day is still very tiring.

1. Peacock release time in Yuanshi Forest Park: 10:00-10:10, 13:30-13:40, 16:30-16:40.

After walking some way from the entrance of the park, you will reach a lake, where peacocks are released. It started as a performance. The story of the Peacock Princess and the Prince was very beautiful. Then the peacock flew from afar, which was very spectacular.

2. Jungle Leap: Divided into A and B sections. There is a charge for this project below 1.2. Paragraph A is simpler, and paragraph B is more exciting. After playing Section B for more than an hour, we had a great time. This ticket can be bought together with the big ticket or separately, but to buy it separately, you must charter a car at a certain treasure buyer's place, from the city to the park. Because we have children under 1.2, we can get tickets free, so we bought the tickets and battery cars at the gate ourselves. Jungle Leap Section B bought 225 online, which is much cheaper than 350 on site.

In addition, you can't play when it rains because you're afraid it's unsafe if you're too slippery. So as soon as we entered the park, we sat directly in the battery car and played jungle leap. The weather in Banna is hard to say, and showers come at random. After getting off the battery car, you have to walk a long way (at least 20 minutes), that is, hiking through the rainforest and reaching the innermost end before you can reach the starting point of Section B of the jungle leap. There are signs along the way, just follow them.

The staff said that because the shooting equipment was broken, the services of taking photos and recording videos were temporarily suspended.

It is recommended to wear clothes with zippered pockets, so you can take photos with your mobile phone. When you are not taking pictures, you can put it in your pocket so you can not be afraid of dropping your mobile phone.

3. Parrot performance: Various kinds of parrots perform acrobatics, which is very good. You can also let the parrot fly to your hand, and someone can take photos and buy it after the performance is satisfied. Not far after the jungle jumps out is the performance venue.

11:40-12:00, 12:30-12:50,14:30-14:50, 15:40-16:00

4. Monkey: There is an enclosed area where many monkeys live. Bananas at 10 yuan/basket can be fed. Hiking in the rainforest. More comfortable and flexible than the monkeys in the zoo, the little monkey climbs on the mother monkey and feels so loving.

5. Aini Shanzhai: Circle dance and bamboo pole dance-epidemic interaction has now been suspended. Just went in to see the copycat. Next to the Kowloon Flying Waterfall.

6. Rainforest Hiking:

7. National costume performance: I didn't see it, I don't know where it is.

8. Kowloon Flying Waterfall (National Musical Instrument Performance): The performance was not bad, but the sound was too loud, which affected the viewing experience.

11:00-11:30, 15:00-15:30

You can't ride the battery car back and forth repeatedly, you can only go back and forth, so our route is: take the battery car first and go hiking in the innermost rainforest to play Jungle Leap. After coming out, feed the monkeys and walk to the bird art performance area to watch the performance. Then take a battery car to Jiulong Flying Waterfall to watch a national musical instrument performance, and visit Aini Shanzhai when you have time. Then take a battery car to watch the peacock fly. Finally, take the battery cart to the gate (you have to walk by yourself when you come in, and the battery cart will deliver it out when you go out).

Manzhang Dai Cultural Park

Xiaomeng Yangmanzhang Dai Cultural Park and Dai Cultural Village in Jinghong City have many ancient cultures: ancient juice extraction, pottery, papermaking, the origin of Dai characters, etc.

Transportation:

Chartering a car for 200-300, and taking a Didi ride for 150 yuan one way. You need to make an appointment in advance when you return to the city.

Take urban and rural buses: The urban and rural buses to Mengyang Town run every half an hour at the Jiangbei boarding point of Jinghong Passenger Station. The fare is 13. The journey is about 30 minutes. When you arrive, you can find a tricycle (Bingpeng) and you can get to Manzhang Village for 15-20 yuan. Remember to leave the driver's phone number and tell him to pick it up when you leave, otherwise there will be no transportation to the town.

We chartered a car from the inn, and it costs 260 a day. A little further than Olive Dam (Olive Dam Charter 200).

It feels good to experience it. Search for "Manzhang Village" on the reviews to see more detailed information.

There are two big trees more than 1000 years old at the entrance of the village, which are very historical. We rented Dai clothes from a clothing store next door. It was 20 yuan for adults and 15 yuan for children for the whole day.

The village is not big, so you can definitely visit it in half an hour. If you go deeper, you can see projects such as experiencing Dai pottery (there are several shops) and ancient papermaking. Villagers will hang a sign at their doorstep.

The items you can experience during the epidemic include: Dai pottery, ancient papermaking, and palm leaf scripture writing. They all cost 10 yuan a time, which is very cheap. The ancient method of weaving can only be seen, not woven yourself. I also saw paper-cutting, but no one was there. The villagers were very enthusiastic and gave us free fruits: mangoes, bananas, passion fruits.

It is recommended to play ancient papermaking first before experiencing other projects. Because after the first process of papermaking is completed, it needs to be dried before it can be taken away, which depends on the weather conditions.

There are also Dai people who have to take a long lunch break after lunch. They want to experience many projects, but they can't find anyone.

In fact, there is still a river behind the village where you can fish and sit on bamboo rafts, but it was suspended because there were few people.

The villagers also told me that when there are many people, they will splash water under the big tree. It is very lively and interesting. Now it has been cancelled because of the epidemic.

Every family here has cockfighting, and the backyard of the front door is filled with various fruit trees and flowers, making it very leisurely. People are also very kind.

There is a restaurant at the entrance of the village, but there seems to be no restaurant in the village. The taste is also good. The most interesting thing is that there are two roosters standing on the display stand basically motionless. Children can also touch them at will. They are very docile and add a lot of fun.

To participate in a one-day trip on a certain treasure, each person costs 258 yuan. Obviously, it is much more cost-effective to charter a car yourself.

I think it's okay to go to one of these and Olive Dam, depending on your preferences.

Daixiu

Performance time 20:15-21:15

Children under 1.2 meters tall (excluding) and who do not occupy a seat are free of charge and must be accompanied by an adult who has purchased a full-price ticket and has safety supervision capabilities.

What Wanda invests in should be said to be an international art performance. This is a stage art formed by Frank Degon in Xishuangbanna integrating national art, combining technological lighting and sound effects, dance, acrobatics, diving, sand painting and other performance forms. There are many foreign actors.

This performance is very good, with high performance and high performance standards. It is very worth recommending! Two children in my family watched the whole time and were very involved. They said it was beautiful!

We bought zone B tickets one day in advance. The seats are very good, close to Area A, in the corridor, where you can interact with the actors. Don't sit too far in front. During the performance, actors will splash water and get wet. There will be no problem after row 5.

During the epidemic, one seat was seated next to the other, so those with children below 1.2 don't have to worry about not having tickets.

This theater is next to Wanda Shopping Center. But when I read reviews of this shopping center restaurant, they are not very delicious. It's best to eat it somewhere else before going over.

Lemeng Dafo Temple

Tickets: 120 yuan, tour bus 40 yuan one way, 60 yuan round trip

It is a Theravada Buddhist temple spread to the south.

More than 2000 years ago, people from southern India introduced Buddhism to Sri Lanka, then to Thailand, Laos, and Thailand, and finally to the Dai areas of Yunnan. The Buddhist system that was spread over is now the current southern tradition of Theravada Buddhism, or Elder Buddhism. Geographically, it is located south of India, so it is called "Southern Buddhism." Or because it is mainly spread in Southeast Asia and South Asia, it is also called "Southern Buddhism."

However, people who believe in this Buddhism do not like others to call them Hinayana Buddhism because they feel that the term Hinayana is derogatory and discriminatory and insulting, and my country's religious policy is equal and free.

The children were not interested and did not go

Xishuangbanna Dai Garden

Also known as Ganlan Dam or "Menghan", it is a dam inhabited by Dai people. There are 5 Dai natural villages, 3 temples and 1 peacock garden. Visit the Dai family's tropical courtyard scenery, thousand-year-old Buddhist temples and pagodas, folk handicrafts display, visit the Dai family, pagodas and trees, large-scale folk song and dance performances, and participate in the "Water Splashing Festival" activity of 100 small scouts.

It is 37 kilometers away from Jinghong City. There are many minibuses from the passenger station to Ganlanba every day. Take a taxi from Jinghong City to Dai Garden. The fare is about 50-60 yuan. The journey takes about 1 hour.

Opening hours: 8:00-18:00, two water splashing performances every day 13:30, 15:30

Tickets: 45 yuan, half price on site. The battery car in the scenic area is 40 yuan-you need to buy it, the distance between villages is long. 1.2 Tickets below meters and tour buses are free

The water-splashing performance is in the square. It is recommended to sit in the first row and drink a glass of juice and sit and observe, 20 per person. The performance lasted for 40 minutes. The first 15 minutes were to watch the performance and the next was interaction.

There is a place that rents Dai clothes for 50 yuan, and you can also rent slippers and basins (30 yuan) to participate in the water splashing. There are 2 events per day: 14:50 and 16:30

3 The temple is not big, but it is beautiful, with unique layout and architecture.

4 Mekong Yacht: The location of the Mekong Operation

5 Peacock Garden

Fruit in Dai Garden is cheap and worth buying

I suggest that everyone go to the restaurant opened by the Dai family in Zhaizi, which is more authentic.

* Water splashing carnival performance time: 13:30/15:30 (two sessions per day, each session is half an hour)

* Song and dance performances: 14:20 (one performance per day, one hour per performance)

The bus runs every half an hour. It takes three hours to get there on the highway. The whole journey is more than 140 kilometers, and the ticket price is about 50 yuan. When you arrive at the Mengla passenger bus, you can buy a ticket to Wangtianshu Scenic Area directly at the station, which is 14 kilometers long. The fare is 9 yuan and can be reached in 20 minutes. Remember to tell the driver that you are under the "Wangtianshu Ticket Hall" at Bubang Wharf.

Off-road vehicle: 220 for double cars, 150 for single, 45 minutes for line A

==================================================

We stayed in Jinghong for 4 days first and then went to the Botanical Garden for 3 days, so we had to charter a car, otherwise we couldn't go to the Botanical Garden. Online one-day tours only depart from Jinghong, not from the Botanical Garden.

The chartered car from Miman to Wangtianshu and then to the Botanical Garden is 650. The average online is 700. We are the drivers of the inn, so it's cheaper.

It takes two and a half hours from Miman to Wangtianshu, and one and a half hours from Wangtianshu to the Botanical Garden.

The ticket package for a certain treasure website is generally 150, but you must drive yourself or use the seller's charter car. Our driver gave us 160. I thought we would buy it at his house. There was not much difference.

In fact, it is more cost-effective for children to buy 1.3 meters at the door.

Wangtianshu Scenic Area is a bit strange. There are two gates: one gate sells all tickets. After entering, you have to take a boat, go to the other inner gate, and then check in. But no one sold tickets at the inner gate, saying they had to buy them at the outer gate. The entrance inside is also accessible by car. In short, there are many special reasons for the epidemic that are unclear.

There are many koi carp at the gate inside, and there are 2 fish food sellers: the check-in place is 3 yuan/bag, but it was deserted for a long time. The canteen next to it is 5 yuan/bag, and there are always people. When we came out after having fun, the children were very happy to feed the fish. The fish rushed for food like crazy because there was no one to feed it.

Wangtianshu has an all-terrain off-road vehicle experience. The A-line is 45 minutes, single person is 148, double person is 220, and below 1.2 you can experience it with adults for free. This can be purchased separately from a certain treasure website. A certain regiment is also cheap, 150 for a single person and 230 for a double person. The price is similar. In fact, the price is also the same on site, and there is no need to buy it in advance. If you buy it on a certain treasure website and do not issue a ticket, you can also refund it. Because you can't play in the rain, and it's dangerous to slip too well.

There are no battery cars in the Wangtianshu Scenic Area. We took advantage of the fact that it was not raining and directly played with all-terrain vehicles. Walking through the stone creek in the rainforest is so exciting. I'm also very tired, because the steering wheel is very heavy, and girls need to be strong. The children sat behind me, screaming in fear, shaking left and right, going up and down.

After playing, go to the Sky Tree Corridor. It's very interesting. Ctrip says that you can't play below 1.4 meters, but in fact, you don't care. You just take care of your children.

Originally, I wanted to ask a tour guide of the scenic area to explain the knowledge of tropical rainforests. When I called, the tour guide said that the sign of the scenic area had an introduction, but there was no need to invite them.

Well, the people here are still real.

There are no restaurants in the scenic area, only some small shops selling sesame cakes, ramen, jelly noodles, etc., so you can only eat whatever you want.

We found that the rainforest covered bridge cannot be compared to the canopy corridor at all. The ticket said one choice from two, but I don't think there is any need to choose, haha.

Later, we walked the Phillip Trail, which contained simulated elephants, orangutans and crocodiles, making sounds from time to time. The children were looking forward to it at first, thinking that they would see the real ones. I was so disappointed to find out that it was fake.

In the wishing area of Wangtianshu, my sister used her pocket money to buy a wishing sign and wrote a bunch of wishes. I saw some children writing: I wish I had a set of floral dresses. It's so cute, hehe.

Wangtianshu Scenic Area is the one with the fewest people we have ever been to, and it is probably too far away. But it's really worth a visit.

Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden (Chinese Academy of Sciences)

About 96 kilometers away from Jinghong City,

Opening hours: 8:00-18:00, battery car service and tour guide service in the park end at 15:00

Tickets: 80 yuan, half price on site. 1.2 Free tickets below meters, half price above 1.2 meters

Tel: 0691-8715071

If you are interested in plants, you can invite a guest guide from a botanist who will be in the park one day in advance. Make an appointment at 0691-8715261.

Reservations cannot be made during the day. The West Garden is 100 yuan/3 hours, the entire garden is 260 yuan/5 hours, and there are 7 or 8 tour guides, who can take 10-20 people

The night tour is 1 or 2 days in advance, 300 for less than 5 people, and an hour from 8 to 9 o'clock. Tickets can be purchased during the day, but you can enter directly at night. There is no need to buy tickets. (Under the guidance of the tour guide, walk into the darkness and look for the state of plants and insects at night. You can see fireflies, various frogs, stick insects, various larvae, and knowledge of constellations. It's fun.)

At noon, you can eat at a restaurant in the park for 30 yuan per person. You can eat and rest. The surrounding environment is very good. It is very comfortable to take a break or take a walk after eating.

It is divided into two scenic spots: east and west. The western area is mainly filled with various plants and animals, and the eastern area is mainly filled with virgin forests. Battery tickets for the east and west districts are separate, 50 for the east and 50 for the west. The western district is a gentle and wide area with a round trip of 8 kilometers. It is recommended to walk and you can see many interesting plants. The eastern district belongs to the original mountain forest. When you arrive in the eastern district, it is recommended to take a sightseeing bus to the foot of the eastern district, and then climb the mountain to see the scenery. Climb the mountain for about 2 hours., return to the foot of the mountain and take a sightseeing bus back to the gate. This way, the price of the sightseeing bus will be half cheaper.

==================================================

We just called in advance to book the night tour, and all tickets were bought directly at the door. I think this place is more interesting to have a guide. During the day, the tour guide in the western district is 150 yuan for advanced hours and 120 yuan for intermediate hours. We found a family at the ticket office and hired a tour guide during the day and at night, which was a good deal.

Important note: You need to present your ID card or valid ID (electronic file is also okay) to buy tickets here, otherwise you cannot buy them.

Some people say that you don't need to ride a battery car in the West District. My personal experience is that as long as you take care of children, you must ride a battery car. Walking in the West District requires a lot of physical strength. Moreover, if you hire a tour guide, you must buy a battery car, because the tour guide will not follow you.

As for the Eastern District, it is actually a tropical rainforest. If you have been to Wangtianshu, there is no need to go there. But we went to the Green Stone Forest and climbed down the mountain a little, overlooking the tropical rainforest and mountains. The scenery was different from elsewhere.

You can spend 50 yuan to sit on Wang Lian in the West District, but only under 40 kilograms can sit on.

We argued why Jack Ma could sit, but people said that the leader agreed, hehe.

We couldn't find the staff restaurant, so we had some casual food in the lobby where the battery car transfer between the east and west districts. We only had instant noodles, wuwu.

The night outing at night was very interesting. In addition to fireflies, snails, slugs, spiders, stick insects and shining eyes in the grass, the children were very happy.

Xishuangbanna Lancang River Rafting/Speedboat

This is next to the bridge in Jinghong City. Only 70 on a certain fish. 1.2 Although the following children are free of charge, they have to pay an insurance premium of 50.

Plus, you have to pay 40 yuan for riding.

In fact, there are also speedboats opposite this rafting point. More than 200 will be sold online. We met a couple and said that they would go to bargain on the spot for only 200 yuan, two big ones and one small ones. Of course I went between 3 and 4 p.m., and there was no one. We really wanted to experience this, but we didn't have enough time, so we didn't go

Mohan port

It is located at the southwest end of Mengla County and the southernmost tip of Yunnan Province, 116 kilometers (2 hours drive) from Anantara

Address: Mohan Town, Mengla County, Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture

It was too far away to go. You can experience Laos 'border transactions there, which is a different experience.

The Luosuo River rafting written on a certain traveling mirror bag has long been cancelled due to road construction.
