My dream life is to have a small house in the mountains. I wake up in the sun every day, watch the light and shadow beating on the white gauze curtain, with the person I love on my head next to me. I get up and push the window. I am facing you with the warm wind in the forest. I hear the chirping of insects and chirping of birds. The person I love is beside me, and a hug is worth everything in the world!

I never expected that this trip to Pu 'er would allow all the romances to meet unexpectedly. The Xikang Yunshe hidden deep in the mountains is like a mountain residence tailored for me. All the ideas about life in my dreams are realized here. Xikang Yunshe Health Resort Hotel is located in Jinggu, Pu 'er, which is the "Valley of Thousands of Scenery". The trees here are dense and the bamboo forest is faint. When we first first met the hotel, we were hit by the gradually flowing colors. I lived here for three days. In the ultimate space where Dai charm is concentrated, my accumulated fatigue was swept away.

Eat a bowl of steaming rice noodles with chicken soup in the morning and feel the charm of Yunnan as the hometown of rice noodles. The local chickens here are delicious. It would be a pity not to drink chicken soup or rice noodles!

After dinner, go to the hot spring path behind the hotel. The bougainvillea is in full bloom, and the rose-red flower clusters make people feel good. In addition to the open-air hot spring soup pool, there are also private soups to soak in. Whether you prefer tranquility or hustle, you can find a home here ~

At noon, follow the Dai elders to copy scriptures to purify your body and mind. Although I couldn't understand those winding symbols, I could still calm down and follow the gourd. Looking at those ancient scrolls, I can't help but sigh that time flies quickly and time flies!

At night, I went to the small bar to drink a prepared cocktail, chatted in the hot spring with my friends, and immersed in the steaming soup pool. The stars in the sky blinked at me. At that moment, I felt happy and felt that the world was beautiful and the future was promising. Everything looked happy!

Now that I am back in Chongqing, I count the good things in the past, and every bit of laughter is still floating in front of my eyes. Memories will eventually change, but what is reliable is the precipitation left in the pen. Let me slowly tell you about the three-day trip to Jinggu in Pu 'er ~ In fact, there were many twists and turns in the flight to Pu' er. During the epidemic, the flight was unstable. My direct flight was cancelled. In the end, I had to divert to Xishuangbanna and charter a car from Banna to Pu 'er. Then I could contact the hotel to pick up the plane for a fee. I could also take the shuttle bus to Jinggu ~

About temperature and dress:

Banna and Pu 'er are both tropical, so summer clothes are enough, and a thin coat is needed when it is slightly cool at night. Sunglasses and sunscreen need to be prepared, and please carry things to repair after sun. In addition, the forest vegetation coverage here is high, and mosquito repellent spray also needs to be prepared!

Regarding the itinerary:

Day1. Chongqing--Banna--Pu 'er

Day 2. Pu 'er--Jinggu--Stay in Xikang Yunshe Resort Health Hotel--Whole Sheep Banquet--Soak in hot springs

Day 3. Water-Splashing Festival--Visiting Dai villages--Playing in Chashan--Peacock Banquet--Small Bar

Day 4. Experience making glutinous rice cakes--Playing with towers, wrapping trees, wrapping towers--Health Management Center--Mountain cross-country ATV--Real CS--Hundred Bug Banquet--Bonfire Party

On the first day, I stayed at a hotel in Simao District, went to the small restaurant recommended by the hotel front desk for a simple meal, and then returned to my room to rest. The real vacation started the next day. The hotel sent a car to pick us up early in the morning, and the way to Jinggu was full of greenery. The closer we are to the hotel, the denser the forest becomes, and the air is fresh and sweet, which is diametrically opposed to the smog smell in big cities.

Xikang Yunshe Health Resort Hotel has a panoramic view of Dai customs. The building with red walls and gold roofs under the blue sky and white clouds carries a strong exotic flavor. With the dazzling sunshine and the wind blowing in the valley, and the constant chirping of birds in my ears, I was like a trapped animal that had emerged from its cage, with joy in my heart and joy on my face.

The enthusiastic Dai girls prepared a welcoming ceremony for us, dancing bamboo pole dances, pouring auspicious water, drinking ancient brown sugar water, honey water, and rose wine. Although the details were small, they were well-intentioned. From these points, we felt the warmth and beauty of the Dai compatriots.

Xikang Yunshe is a Kangyang leisure resort hotel with Dai style that was just completed in January 2020. Compared with the commercialization of other hotels, its red walls and gold roofs accumulate Dai culture over the long years. The place we live in is a small single-family villa hidden among mountains and green forests. Our ideal life is probably like this. When the sun sets in the west and the sun rises, you can see the beautiful scenery like a scroll when you open the window.

Walking through the hotel, the bright and bright color, coupled with the dazzling sunshine outside the house, feels like breaking free from the shackles of the winter cold, and the toes become lighter. I especially like Dai style buildings. It is full of aristocratic courts. Living in it is taken care of by others, as if I have transformed into a princess of an ethnic minority.

The hotel's all-day restaurant is very exquisitely decorated. My favorite thing is to sit in the area outside the restaurant. It is the best time for dinner, watching the sunset slowly set, blowing in the refreshing wind in the forest, chatting with three or five friends, and a meal can last two to three hours ~

Lives in Xikang Yunshe

Our little couple lived in Building 3. The room was accessible from a small stone ladder on the side of the road, which was very private. The accommodation area is a little far away from the main hotel, so a special shuttle bus will be arranged ~

I like the design of the room very much. It is spacious and atmospheric. The supporting furniture is basically made of solid wood. I am a person who knows a bit about beds. During the three nights I stayed here, I didn't sleep and dreamed of dawn every night. This has nothing to do with the comfort of the mattress and pillows.

The bathroom is designed with dry and wet zones, with both a large bathtub and a shower room. Washing and nursing supplies are all available. Although they are not a brand I am familiar with, they taste pleasant and feel good after using them!

There is also a hot spring swimming pool outside the room where my friend lives. The petals of bougainvillea float in it. People are bathing in the soup pool, looking at the close view of the distant mountains, drinking Pu 'er tea and eating the small snacks given in the room. It is also very comfortable.

The biggest feature of this hotel is its health management system, where every guest can come here for a physical test. At Yunshe Health Management Center, the tests performed are a combination of blood testing, bone density testing and functional medical testing. The instruments and equipment of the Health Management Center alone are invaluable, exceeding one million.

There are leading new physical examination instruments such as intelligent dynamic physical fitness evaluation tester, plantar pressure posture evaluation instrument, human composition analyzer, mental stress analyzer, and infrared body posture recognition instrument, which can comprehensively evaluate the human body. After the evaluation was completed, a professional doctor proposed a health treatment plan based on the test results, and provided course-based guidance from various aspects such as exercise, diet, and rest to achieve all-round care for the body and mind.

Playing in Xikang Yunshe

(1) Visit ancient Dai villages and experience bamboo weaving skills

Following the footsteps of Miss Dai, we went to an ancient Dai village whose name was unclear. But the people here are all very enthusiastic. The old grandfather under the ancient tree is working on the ancient bamboo weaving craft and weaving baskets with bamboo strips. Although these bamboo weaving products are not exquisite, they are also the ingenuity of the craftsmen.

The old grandmothers in the village looked very energetic, their eyes shining, and they smiled when they looked at us. They shared the goat nuts they picked on the mountain for us to eat, and also shared the cakes they made at home to us. Fortunately, those days happened to be the Dai New Year's Day, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to eat such similar cakes ~

When taking photos with them, there was an old grandma who was very shy, and she held her face in her hands and covered her eyes, looking shy and cute! It is probably because I am far away from the troubles of the mortal world that I can retain this unchanging girl's heart ~

(2) Climb the tea mountain to visit tea farmers and pick and dry tea with your own hands

Pu 'er is rich in tea, and Pu' er tea is the most famous. Coming here to visit Chashan is also an indispensable experience. The tropical weather is also unpredictable. One second the sun is scorching hot, the next second it is raining heavily. There was no rain mark from the top of the mountain to the halfway up, so we walked into the tea farmer's home and learned the skills of picking, frying and drying tea ~

We only know the taste of tea brewed, but we don't know how many steps it takes to go from the new tea on the tea tree to the final finished product, and how much time it takes to precipitate this delicious taste in the throat. Everything in the world has its own way, and all we can do is treat every achievement well ~

Finally, I want to say that there are many wild fruits in Pu 'er's mountains, including papaya, mangoes, mulberries, and mulberry sprouts. They are ripe this season. The local people's favorite ways to eat mango dipped in chili and papaya dipped in chili. You should try it when you have the opportunity ~

(3) Visit the Mengwo General Buddhist Temple and watch the towers wrap the trees wrap the towers

The traces of Buddhism and Immortals are a must-visit place for national, religious and cultural journeys. As a Buddhist business card of Jinggu, it collides the cultures of border ethnic minorities and southern Hinayana Buddhism in Wuliang Mountain, creating the unique cultural label of Jinggu as "Boundless Treasure Land·Buddhist Heritage and Fairy Track".

Mengwo General Buddhist Temple is located in Jinggu County, where the spectacle of the tower wrapping the tree and the tree wrapping the tower is seen. The tree is dozens of meters high. The tower supports the tree, the tree wraps the tower, and the tree wraps the tower. The branches and leaves are verdant on the top, and the pagoda shines brightly under its feet. After several degrees of wind and rain, the intertwined roots wrap the tower, making it a unique sight. This intertwined state of towers and trees is also regarded by local people as a symbol of loyalty and unwavering love.

(4) Playing outdoors in the back mountain, off-road ATV, and playing real-life CS

If you are a person who pursues excitement and likes to act wild, then this place also gives you the opportunity to act wild. Jungle cross-country, paragliding, real-life CS, 300 acres of wild luxury space, chasing wantonly in the mountains and forests. The time on the motorcycle and the hot sweat that fell on your cheeks are all indispensable and ultimate experiences in memory.

The dust flew here and showed off my skills. I played until the sunset before I reluctantly left. The sweat I sweated aroused all the firmness and bravery hidden in my body. I never knew that I was so heroic and uninhibited.

The coach will give some basic guidance before playing the event, and professionals will follow during the entire process. You can rest assured of the safety and just play with it open!

(5) Experience the Hot Spring Water-Splashing Festival and make glutinous rice cakes by yourself

The Water-Splashing Festival is a major festival for the Dai people. Due to the epidemic, it was inappropriate to gather people to carry out activities, so this year's Water-Splashing Festival ceremony was cancelled, but this did not prevent us from having a water-splashing carnival in the hotel! The hot spring water is not cool on the upper body, but everyone has a more enjoyable time. The interaction here has really stimulated our childlike fun ~

Because the few days we came here happened to be the Dai New Year's Day, we also learned how to make glutinous rice cakes from the Dai young lady. In fact, it was really simple and had a strong sense of accomplishment after doing it well. It's really nice to learn a craft while traveling and vacating ~

Eat in Xikang Yunshe

(1) Whole beef banquet

The food here is very unique and cannot be eaten in ordinary places. The first meal after check-in was a cow head banquet with local characteristics. As the name suggests, it is a dish made with meat from different parts of the cow. The sun shines through the Simao bamboo, and the light and shadow are intertwined. Just looking at it makes you very satisfied. The beef is thick and fragrant, and the chicken soup is rich and fresh. The original flavor of the food blooms perfectly in the chef's superb cooking skills, and we feast on it in the original customs of the mountains and forests.

My favorites are smoked dried mugwort rice, Xianzong beef dipped in red oil and water, and Dai beef skins served with rice noodles. The beef here tasted excellent and the delicacy exceeded my expectations. The group achieved the perfect CD-ROM action!

(2) Peacock Banquet

The Peacock Banquet with a fairy face is an indispensable food experience for traveling to Banna and Pu 'er. The Peacock Banquet is actually a banquet where the Dai royal family in Xishuangbanna received distinguished guests. It is also one of the most distinctive banquets of the Dai family.

The Peacock Banquet brings together the most distinctive delicacies of the Dai family. It uses original fresh ingredients and is made with traditional Dai cooking methods such as roasting, frying, boiling, cooling, and hammering. Various dishes are placed in the shape of a peacock.

The Peacock Banquet has a reasonable mix of meat and vegetables, with fruits dotted among them. The hand-pilaf rice here is made of bamboo as the table, plantains as the plate, and peacocks dressed in gold and jade feathers are leaping on the table. Soft rice balls with pineapple meat and purple rice, chicken, grilled fish, roasted fish, mushrooms and cabbage hearts, and cucumber fruits. From the selection of raw materials, cooking production, to the shape and plate setting, and tableware matching, every detail is exquisite, meticulous and unique.

In the three days left in Pu 'er Jinggu, there are too many beautiful things to treasure! Xikang Yunshe gave me an experience like returning home, and it also made me feel something! To this day, those days in my memory are still bright. The romance of walking hand in hand with my husband on the path and listening to the chirping of insects home with the stars will definitely repeat itself again!
