When most of the cold current in the north hits and the snow is falling, Xishuangbanna, located on the border of the motherland, is still warm and warm, flowers are in full bloom, and green trees are competing for green. It is a famous resort for avoiding the cold in China and is known as the warm capital of China.
This time, Xishuangbanna was a self-driving tour. In three days, I checked in the main Buddhist temple, Manting Park, Shita Pagoda, Xishuangjing Light Night Market, Wild Elephant Valley, Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical College of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. I also went deep into Dai Township and visited the super original Manzhang Village here. The itinerary is perfect.
When I left the airport and picked up the car, I saw the sign of Xishuangbanna National Key Scenic Area. I was very excited. The airport is very close to the city, only 8 kilometers, and it takes more than ten minutes to drive there.
Zongfo TempleOne of the must-check attractions for tourists in Xishuangbanna is the General Buddha Temple, and my B & B is next to the General Buddha Temple, so it is very convenient to travel.
The General Buddhist Temple is the highest-ranking Buddhist Temple in Xishuangbanna. According to the introduction in front of the temple, the name of the main Buddhist temple in Dai is Wabaji, and "Wa" means temple. "Dam" means forest. "Ji" means the abbreviation given to Lonely Garden by Jidalin, who once lived in peace for 25 rainstorms. Therefore,"Wabaji" means a beautiful and quiet forest dojo like Ji Dalin gave the Lonely Garden.
The main Buddhist temple was built in 615 AD and has a history of more than 1,400 years. The founders were two eminent monks from Myanmar. It is said to be the first Buddhist temple built in Xishuangbanna after southern Buddhism was introduced to Xishuangbanna.
In ancient times, all the people in Xishuangbanna believed in Buddhism. It is said that every village at that time had a Buddhist temple. The General Buddhist Temple is the highest-level Buddhist temple in charge of the entire Xishuangbanna area. All activities to announce Buddhist affairs across the country will be sworn here. To this day, this royal monastery of the ancient Dai king still governs more than 590 monasteries, large and small, in the entire Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture.
Since its completion, the main Buddhist temple has gone through various reasons such as war. All previous buildings have been damaged. Now this one was rebuilt later, but the architectural style is still very different from other areas in the country.
The temple buildings here will be more of a Thai style.
For example, there are exactly nine pagodas above the main entrance, and the ones above are all odd numbers, resplendent and very beautiful.
The sculptures in the temple are all exquisite, and these railings are all made into the shape of golden dragons, with a lifelike look.
Seeing the splendid Buddhist temples and pagodas Thai buildings will give you the illusion of being in Thailand? In fact, this is the traditional architectural style of the Dai people in Xishuangbanna.
There are bell towers and drum towers on both sides of the main hall. The buildings are both wooden structures with some woodcut humanoid statues on them.
There are people wearing masks and with fangs.
The Buddhist College and the General Buddhist Temple are in the same courtyard and are not open to tourists.
Side of the Buddhist Academy.
The Xishuangbanna General Buddhist Temple and Buddhist College cover an area of more than 3,000 square meters. Walls are built around them to form a rectangular courtyard. The old temple gate in the south side of the courtyard is still preserved, which is connected to Manting Park.
The Baishi Pagoda, the tour guide said it was the tomb of the last Dai King.
Tips:
The main Buddhist temple is located on Baji Road, Jinghong City, Xishuangbanna Prefecture
tickets are free
The road in front of the temple is strictly controlled and parking is not allowed.
Manting Park is right behind the General Buddhist Temple. As the oldest park in Xishuangbanna, it has a history of more than a thousand years. It used to be the imperial garden of Dai kings. In the history of the Dai people, it was a place for lords and chieftains to play and enjoy flowers.
Legend has it that a beautiful Dai princess was playing here and was attracted by the scenery of the garden. Her soul remained in the garden. After returning to the palace, she was in a trance.
Later, the Dai King asked the Imperial Teacher and learned that the princess 'soul had been left in the park. He immediately dispatched the best gardeners in the country to collect all the rarest tree species in the Xishuangbanna forest into the park. The Dai King named the Imperial Garden Manting, which means "Garden of Souls".
After buying the tickets and entering the park, I was filled with tall green plants and a variety of plants and flowers, which made me feel the tropical flavor of Southeast Asia.
In the garden, the most common thing is the ancient ironwood, a tree that is evergreen all year round. It is named because of its hard material and difficult for knives and axes to penetrate.
The garden has natural landscapes such as flowers, plants and trees, as well as artificially cultivated exotic flowers and cultural buildings with strong Dai characteristics.
The Manfeilong White Tower is white as a whole. It consists of a mother tower and a group of eight small towers around it.
The tower group is built on a large circular base, with the mother tower in the center, and the surrounding sub-towers surround the mother tower like stars surrounding the moon.
Each sub-pagoda has a Buddhist niche, and there is also a clay phoenix swimming on it.
Mantingyu Garden has three major themes: Dai royal culture, Buddhist culture, and ethnic customs culture.
These Dai buildings are very beautiful in contrast to the flowers, plants and greenery in the park.
You can hit your circle of friends by taking photos with you.
This tower in the heart of the city is the central building of the city. The buildings above are typical architectural characteristics of the Dai royal family. The entire building is painted with "Jinshui" painted oil paintings. Look at the layers of eaves stacked like mountains, and the golden roofs are dazzling.
The windows in the tower are also carved with various golden petals, which are also very beautiful.
There are four gods at the base of the tower. They are the patron gods of the Dai people.
The murals on the ceiling depict the Dai people celebrating and living, praying for the grand harvest.
There are also many exotic flowers and trees in Manting Park, such as this bougainvillea. Each tree has three colors, and they compete for each other. It opened my eyes.
This is the first time I have seen white flowers. Everything I see in Guangzhou is pink.
It's also orange.
Can you guess what this building does? The answer is coffee shop.
The railings are also carved with dragons, which is very special and will definitely not be seen in other cities in the country.
This tall tower feels a bit like the ancient city of Takesu in Thailand.
The plants here are growing very well. There are also many varieties, so you will feel very comfortable just walking around inside.
When I came here, it was raining. After the rain, the sky became clear and the air was particularly fresh.
You can also cruise boats and watch performances in the garden, but watching performances requires reference to the announcements in the park. During the epidemic, many performances were suspended.

Xishuangbanna is a paradise for food, and all kinds of Dai cuisine are full of praise.
Dai flavor is the characteristic flavor of ethnic minorities. Barbecue is the main attraction. The night snack culture like Xingguang Night Market is very distinctive. This is the only city in China where national barbecue is held and the whole city is barbecued. Xingguang Night Market is next to the Shwedagon Pagoda. It opens until 2 a.m. When traveling to Xishuangbanna, you must arrange a night market food trip.
The Xingguang Night Market starts at dark. Now it's dinner time. I go to finish my main meal first, and then go to the night market for midnight snack.
There are not many people in the Da Jinta Temple during the day. Please check in and go for dinner.
There are many elephant statues on both sides of the main entrance.
The meal is not expensive. The first dish is curry squid, which is very large. The eggs are accompanied by curry and squid, and some chopped green onion is sprinkled on top.
Curry shrimp, Xishuangbanna is also called Little Thailand. The taste of the food here is actually similar to the Thai eating habits. Everyone likes to eat coffee and hot and sour things.
Pork dish rice, served with some cucumbers, and hot and sour juice.
Dong Yongong Soup also has various seafood, such as shrimp, crab, squid, etc., which is sour and spicy, and delicious.
The must-eat food to come to Xishuangbana is Dai-flavored roast chicken, which is super delicious."freshly killed and roasted" is a major feature of making Dai-flavored roast chicken here. After it is made, it will be placed on a tray of banana leaves and served. Serve it up and dip it with some secret spicy powder to make the taste more crispy and delicious.
The Dai snacks in the Xingguang Night Market are also worth a try. I recommend grilled fish with oily tubes and lemongrass. They taste very good.
Dai barbecues are so primitive and simple. They all use bamboo sticks and the prices are not expensive.
There are many options for grilled fish, which are not expensive. They are 25 yuan for tilapia.
There is also grilled pork belly at 50 yuan each, which is small expensive, but farm pigs are stocked with good ingredients and taste different.
Starlight night marketThe night market is an important tourist attraction in Xishuangbanna and one of the ways for tourists to experience the life and culture of local civilians.
Experience the tropical rainforest scenery of Xishuangbanna during the day and return to the city at night to experience the Xingguang Night Market is the best relaxing trip.
You can find many Thai or Burmese goods in the night market, as well as some Buddhist incense, etc., which is dazzling. Pick one and take it back to make a souvenir.
Coconut, Thai durian, Thai pineapple, and mangoes are all mouth-watering.
The Xingguang Night Market not only has various stalls for eating, drinking and playing, but also introduces some Dai dance performances. It's quite beautiful to watch Dai girls dancing barefoot. I have seen it in Cambodia before, and they are all similar. I can't tell the difference between these dances.
The Starlight Night Market is located on the Meung River. This is the longest river in Southeast Asia. It flows through Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam, and flows into the South China Sea in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The section of the river in China is called the Lancang River and originates from the Tanggula Snow Mountain on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
The Lancang River is regarded as holy water by the Dai people. The best way to experience this river is to travel by boat to the Meigong River for 30 yuan per person and watch the lights on both sides of the river.
The boat sailed slowly and crossed the wooden bridge at the night market in turn. It was quite romantic.
Da Jinta TempleBecause Xishuangbanna is geographically close to Myanmar and Thailand, its ethnic culture is more exotic than that of many domestic cities. For example, the Pagoda Temple can be seen everywhere in Jinghong City. Now let's take you to see the night view of Dajinta Temple, a landmark attraction in Jinghong City.
Under the night, colorful lights shine out from all directions of the Jinghong Grand Pagoda, which is exquisite.
Under aerial photography, the brightly lit Shunda Pagoda is on the bank of the Mekong River, connected to the Xingguang Night Market. The entire tower is 66 or 6 meters high, implying that one river connects six countries. (China, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam)
The Shunda Pagoda is in the form of a Tallinn. The pagoda is located in the center of the tower. Inside is the Xishuangbanna Basil Sutra Museum. There are four entrances in the east, west, north and south. There are many Sphinx Buddhas under the Buddha. These five pagodas are the symbols of the five Buddhas: Kasaba, Godema, Media, Kagu Three Pagoda and Goona Gamana.
These buildings are dazzling in the night sky. They look a bit like four bags of white corn poured in a bustling city.
Buddhist relics are enshrined on the top of the temple.
The statue of Elder Wubaguda is known by the people as the "Arhat that conquers demons and eliminates disasters." He was from the Peacock Dynasty of ancient India. This Buddha statue is said to have been created by Thai craftsmen.
The colorful lights on the base will emit different colors, which will match the golden tower around you. The contrast is obvious and it is very beautiful.
On both sides of the steps of the Shwedagon Pagoda are two lifelike statues of dragons. The small dragon scales are made of glass of various colors and are exquisite. If you look carefully, you can find that the dragon with its head held high and chest out was actually spat out from the mouth of another white dragon. Isn't it amazing?
The rain had just ended, and the water on the ground reflected the golden tower. The golden sheen on the eaves is really magnificent and very magnificent.
The peacock on the eaves of the pavilion is a symbol of good fortune, happiness, beauty and kindness in the hearts of the Dai people. Inside the tower is a jade Buddha carved from the Mekong River stone.
At the back door is the golden statue of Venerable Xiwali, the most blessed disciple.
Under the tower seat, there is a patron saint in every corner.
There is a characteristic solid tower at each corner. The four towers represent the four realms, namely Myanmar, Chiang Rai, Thailand, Luang Prabang, Laos, and Chiang Mai, Thailand.
The sphinx spirit beasts around the small pagoda guard the pagoda and are made of ceramics.
The copper umbrella is all hollow and has exquisite patterns.
Under the lights, the pagoda is resplendent and shines golden light in the night sky.
Generally speaking, Xishuangbanna has an exotic flavor that no other domestic city does not have. When you come here, you can experience the religious culture that can be seen everywhere and the very unique Dai characteristic buildings. When you can't leave the country, come here to experience the customs of Southeast Asia. It is quite interesting.
Playing tips:
Shwedagon Pagoda Temple and Xingguang Night Market are together. Tickets are free, but you need to scan the code and make an appointment to enter.
Xingguang Night Market has a variety of Dai snacks. You can watch Dai dance performances and love beauty. You can rent a piece of glittering Dai costumes to take photos and play.
Address: Dajinta Temple Scenic Area is located next to the roundabout of Jiangbei Section of Xuanwei Avenue, Cangjiang New District, Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture, Jinghong City
Xishuangbanna is home to Dai people all the time. For thousands of years, they have created and formed unique traditional customs and lifestyles in this rich and fertile land.
Among the many tourist cities in my country, Xishuangbanna is the most charming city. The humanities of the Dai people are one of the most charming tourist attractions in Xishuangbanna.
Dai is one of the ethnic minorities in my country, but it is the majority ethnic group in Thailand and Laos. This ethnic group is widely distributed in Southeast Asian countries, and each country calls this ethnic group differently. Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam are called "Thai," my country is called Dai, Myanmar is called "Shan," and Laos is called "Lao."
Friends who have traveled to Thailand, Myanmar and Cambodia will have the illusion of being in a country in Southeast Asia when they arrive in Xishuangbanna, which is caused by the exotic atmosphere of Dai architecture.
If you want to experience Dai culture and customs more deeply, I recommend Manzhang Village, which is more than 30 kilometers away from Jinghong City.
Under aerial photography, the entire village is surrounded by a large tropical rainforest. The village is full of very simple and primitive Dai old buildings. Every household has planted a lot of flowers and plants. Living in ancient materials is quiet. Naturally, it is a very original Dai village in Xishuangbanna.
Manzhang is literally translated as a village infested by elephants in Dai. This is because in ancient times, farmers in the village helped Tusi raise elephants, hence the name Manzhang Village.
In Manzhang Village, look at every household living in this kind of wooden penthouse. The first floor is overhead for storing debris, and the second floor is a bedroom, which is for residents.
This house design is a reflection of the wisdom of the Dai ancestors. Because Xishuangbanna is humid and rainy, and there are many snakes, insects and wild animals. In order to prevent snakes and insects from climbing into the room, the Dai family specially made the pillars supporting the house into square shapes.
The alleys in Manzhang Village are relatively narrow and the roads are still very straight. Every household will plant some flowers and green plants, as well as tropical fruit trees such as banana trees, grapefruit trees, papaya, and pineapples.
The towering Bodhi trees, the unique Dai wooden buildings, and everywhere can be unique; the villagers 'lives are simple and simple, so they retain many traditional Dai culture.
In this living "Dai Culture Museum". You can experience many Dai handicrafts projects here.
For example, Dai papermaking, slow-wheel pottery, elephant foot drum making, Dai boxing, Zhang Ha, Dai Gao Sheng, weaving bamboo baskets and hooking fishing nets, Dai brocade, carving palm leaf scriptures, etc.
Among them, Dai papermaking and Dai brocade are also national intangible cultural heritage projects.
There are five steps in Dai papermaking, which are soaking, steaming, boiling, tamping, pouring paper and drying paper.
The raw material for papermaking is papyrifera bark on my hands.
The paper mold is synthesized from self-made soil cloth and bamboo chips, which is exactly the same as the leather-making papermaking method recorded in the Northern Wei Dynasty's "Qi Min Yao Shu".
What I make here is grass flower paper, which is to put some of my favorite flowers and leaves on the paper and dry them to form this beautiful pattern.
I chose this piece of paper, which contained Bougainvillea and other local plants from Xishuangbanna. It would be very commemorative to bring it back to Guangzhou.
Dai brocade can be seen in almost every Dai village. Every household can weave, and this brocade machine is relatively simple. There are two connecting rods made of branches on the feet. With each step, the position of the thread of the brocade can be changed. You can complete the work by taking the ribs in your hand and inserting it. What is about is the patience of the brocade maker.
Dai brocade will rust on the brocade with peacocks and other paintings to represent their pursuit of a better life. In 2008, Dai brocade was selected into the national intangible cultural heritage catalog.
Many of the daily necessities of the Dai family in Xishuangbanna are made of their own pottery. The clay made by the Dai family's handmade pottery is mainly selected from the terraces along the Lancang River. It has great viscosity and excellent plasticity.
Watching the master learn to make pottery, you can make it into the shape you want, and then carve it with exclusive patterns and words. After you are done, send it to firing, then ask them to leave an address, let them burn it, and send it to you by express delivery.
If you can't wait to fire, you can just take it away after the clay dries. For example, this vase of mine is decorated with some plant leaves, which is unique.
Playing tips:
Although Manzhang Village is not large, it is quite original, and it is very close to the Wild Elephant Valley. These two attractions can be connected and completed in one day.
Manzhang Village experiences traditional handicrafts. There are many Chinese restaurants in the village, all of which are Dai cuisine. The price is not expensive. A grilled fish costs only 25 yuan. Some specialty Xishuangbanna wild vegetables cost only 15 yuan per plate. They have never been seen before and taste OK. When serving food, they add banana leaves to their plates, which is very distinctive.
Transportation: We drove here from Jinghong City, which took an hour.
Tickets: There are no tickets in Manzhang Village. Various Dai experience projects in the village are priced at 10 yuan per person, as well as free village performances and a bonfire party in the evening. I like the small minority of ancient Dai villages, and Le Wanjun likes this place first.
There is a must-check-in attraction when traveling to Xishuangbanna. It is the Wild Elephant Valley that integrates tropical plant ecology and rare animal protection.
The Wild Elephant Valley is a place frequented by wild elephants in Asia, and is named because wild elephants often appear. It is also the only place in the country where the life of wild Asian elephants can be observed from a safe distance.
According to expert statistics, nearly 300 wild elephants currently live in the virgin forests of Xishuangbanna. Everyone has their own ethnic group. Generally, 5-20 elephants form a family. Each family has its own territory. If members of the elephant herd cross each other's territory, they will fight each other.
Let's first talk about the environment around the Wild Elephant Valley. The warm and humid air from the Indian Ocean and the cold air from the north and south meet here, bringing abundant precipitation to this area. Coupled with the humid climate, this makes the tropical rainforest here extremely dense and diverse. It also creates a particularly high production of tropical fruits here, so this is a natural habitat for this rare animal, such as macaques and wild elephants.
Before the Elephant Searching Tour in the Wild Elephant Valley set off, many elephant sculptures were seen on the streets of the city. Who said this is the hometown of Asian elephants?
On the way to the Wild Elephant Valley, there are also signs along the way, warning them that this is a wild elephant passage, so please do not whistle.
Elephants in the Wild Elephant Valley are active in the reserve.
But wild elephants also have their own migration channels. For example, elephants in the Mengla Reserve often enter and exit the virgin forest between China and Laos.
There are three ways to see wild elephants. There is an elephant classroom near the south gate of the scenic area, and there are free elephant performances to watch. You can also participate in an elephant herding tour, where the mother elephant takes the baby elephant to the forest to find food. We follow the mother and son elephant for a walk. Because viewing wild elephants on the elephant viewing plank road requires luck, the herding elephant is a good experience project, where you can interact closely with everyone, take photos, etc.
There is also elephant riding and playing, which Le Wanjun doesn't recommend very much!
Elephant is a vegetarian. He likes to eat some fruits and vegetables, such as watermelon, banana, dragon fruit, coconut, carrot, papaya, and apple. The picture above shows a fruit basket ready to feed elephants.
There are many such wood carving small elephant handicrafts in the Wild Elephant Valley, which are very realistic!
To watch wild elephants, you need to go to the Elephant Observation Plank Road. The reserve will put salt on the stream below the plank road to attract swarms of wild elephants to come over to drink water and lick salt, increasing the chance of seeing wild elephants.
There are two phases of the Elephant Observation Station, and it is easiest to see elephants on the observatory in the second phase. The most labor-saving way is to take a tropical rainforest sightseeing cableway to the observatory.
The cable car passes through the forest along the way, and you can see a panoramic view of the wild elephant valley tropical rainforest.
The picture shows the stockade for viewing elephants
Hiking to the Elephant Watching Road, you will first pass through the Orchid Garden, where you can view many rare orchid varieties.
High-altitude elephant viewing plank road
The entire length of the high-altitude elephant viewing plank road is 2280 meters, of which the first phase is 920 meters and the second phase is 1360 meters. The concept of environmentally friendly tourism on the plank road is very advanced. It is built in a tropical rainforest and realizes "people walk in the air and elephants swim on the ground". Tourists can safely observe wild Asian elephants and their living environment without interfering with the lives of Asian elephants., known as the "bridge between people and Asian elephants."
Macaques in Wild Elephant Valley.
Living in the bamboo forest
Standing on the plank road and jumping far into the layered primeval forest ecological communities.
Tropical rainforests are lush and lush, intertwined with vines, and various plants grow happily here.
There are many wild fruits on the tree and the tree is covered.
Teng Panjian plants are everywhere. In order to survive, these plants intertwined and strangled each other. This is the famous law of the jungle. In order to survive, one must either survive or die. The same goes for plants.
The two big trees in the distance are occupied by Tengpan plants, with only some branches and leaves on the tops of the trees.
There are about 80 wild Asian elephants operating here in Xishuangbanna Wild Elephant Valley all year round, belonging to more than 10 families. At the entrance of the park, there are photo introductions of these 10 elephant families.
I also saw many wild birds. This is also a favorite refuge from the cold for migratory birds in the north. The natural environment is good.
Tips for Wild Elephant Valley:
Level: National 4A tourist attraction
Tickets: 60 yuan/person for all tickets
Rainforest Cableway: One-way ticket: 50 yuan/person
Address:
Wild Elephant Valley, Jinghong County, Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province. Starting from the city, the self-driving drive takes 35 minutes.
The last day of our trip was Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, which is also a must-see popular attraction on major platforms.
The botanical garden is very rich in plant species, with more than 13,000 living plants alone. The Botanical Garden is divided into east and west areas, but due to time, I only played the west area.
According to plant classification, there are 38 plant divisions including adult aquatic botanical garden, shade botanical garden, palm garden, banyan garden, museum, exotic flower garden, hundred flower garden, and vine garden. I think the most beautiful one is the Aquatic Botanical Garden, which has Wang Lian. You can stand on it with a child without sinking. It is very magical.
The Botanical Garden in the Eastern District will be more primitive and more like a tropical rainforest. It is said that the earth's north latitude is 21 degrees. Xishuangbanna is the only oasis and the only area in my country recognized by the world as having the most beautiful tropical rainforest. The entire pristine tropical rainforest covers an area of about 250 hectares.
Taking a battery car is the most convenient and quick way to check in. On the tour route, the first stop is aquatic plants. In the picture below, Ye Ziping's pictures are all water lilies.
Along with the water lily, there is also a pink lotus flower.
Metasequoia trees
There are many names for aquatic plants, and things like "eating inside and outside" are all named based on the shape of the plants 'growth.
There is also the most common palm tree in the tropics.
The weather was also good that day, with blue skies and white clouds, so it was good to take pictures.
The wooden plank road below is a fee-paying attraction, and you will pay an additional 10 yuan to take photos. I saw many Internet celebrities checking in inside.
There are many farmed peacocks next to the Aquatic Botanical Garden, so you can observe them up close.
The peacock's feathers are bright and beautiful, and it is known as the phoenix of all birds. This male peacock has a green head, a sharp blue and green crown, and a particularly long feather cover on its tail.
The peacock is not afraid of people. When it sees you, it will take the initiative to run over and ask for food from you.
The green plant that grew up here is called Dong Zong: However, among plants, he is quite short-lived, usually only 40-60 years old. Flowers will only bloom once in your life. After the fruits and fruits bloom, your life will end.
There are boarding points for battery cars. You can take the bus by showing your ticket. Drive when you are full.
There are also hot air balloons to sit in the Botanical Garden, which are lifted vertically. Overlooking this tropical rainforest from high altitude, you will have a good view.
Dragon Blood Tree: What a domineering name. It is said that it can live for six to eight thousand years. In Hainan, it is called Longevity Tree.
Dragon's blood tree, this is the dragon's blood tree personally planted by Professor Cai Xitao, the first president of Xishuangbanna Botanical Garden. The trunk is short and thick, the leaves are green, and the branches are very short and thick.
Cai Xitao, founder of the Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, came to Yunnan in the 1930s and built the botanical garden with his own hands. He also planted rubber trees in Xishuangbanna, which had an impact on the local economy.
Plant strangulation is the most common phenomenon in tropical forests. Because to survive in the rainforest, plants want to seize sunlight. After these banyan trees germinate, they will climb to other plants, then parasitize the trees, hug the trees, and slowly, the host will be strangled. Finally, the banyan tree will become a tall tree.
The Botanical Garden is very large and is very suitable for bringing children to science popularization. In the end, I hired a tour guide, but I saw that we couldn't understand many plants. Then remember to wear long pants and carry mosquitoes to be afraid of water, because even in winter, there are also many mosquitoes here.

For delicious food, Xishuangbanna has a lot of discounts and affordable prices. The Thai food here is in the 10s to 30s. The ingredients also include a variety of seafood. Even small shops on the street taste very good.
There are quite a variety of fruits, many fruits that I have never seen before. Then, the Thai little pineapple is rich in moisture and is extremely sweet.
