The Tianningmen Street opposite the Tianning Temple in Yangzhou had already become a street market during the construction of the new city in the Ming Dynasty.

All the shop owners and vendors here should be called the first taste buds of Yangzhou. Fangjia Tangmen, who settled on Tianningmen Street around 1900, is one of them.

Now, Fang Xiaofei, the fourth generation member of the Fang family's Tangmen, has awakened and activated the taste buds of Yangzhou from over a hundred years ago in his unique way.

I went early and there aren't many customers in the store yet. On the lightbox, there are several striking words: Taste buds of Yangzhou in 1900.

I thought it was 1900, but it turned out to be 1900. I scared the baby! "We all joked.

There are not many delicious foods sold here, with 6 types of noodles and 4 types of dishes. Among them, long fish noodles, waist flower noodles, yellow croaker noodles, and snowflake beef brisket noodles are all priced at 48 yuan.

There are also four small dishes, flower carved drunken crab, pork belly, tangerine peel chicken feet, etc. The most eye-catching ones are two bowls of noodles: crab yellow noodles priced at 188 yuan and supreme crab yellow noodles priced at 288 yuan.

Since you're here, you must give crab roe noodles a try. For breakfast, having a bowl of Supreme Crab Yellow Noodles for 288 yuan is too luxurious. Then order a bowl of Crab Yellow Noodles for 188 yuan and try it!

In no time, the crab yellow noodles were warmly served. There is also a portion of fruit, a portion of chicken soup, a vegetable salad, and a cup of green poplar spring tea in the set meal.

This chicken soup is said to be made from two and a half years of wild release of old mother chickens at Baitahe Farm. Noodles are also extraordinary. We have custom-made egg noodles, ten pounds of high-quality flour, and four pounds of free range red heart grass eggs from Baita River. Without adding a drop of water, we knead them into dough and machine them into special noodles for Fangjia Youmian.

Very particular!

This crab roe noodles are worth three liang of crab roe and two liang of shrimp. Do you have any appetite? Shrimp are freshly peeled river shrimp, crystal clear.

Mix the noodles evenly, take a bite, and fill the capital letters with satisfaction. Although spring is not the season for eating crabs, the crab roe is not at all fishy and the noodles have a good taste.

However, I highly recommend this 48 yuan bowl of long fish noodles and waist flower noodles, which are rich in oil and red sauce, and are full of shiny oil.
