Yangzhou has convenient transportation with Yangzhou Station and Yangzhou East Station. It takes two hours from my hometown Changshu to Yangzhou Station, and the ticket price is less than 100 yuan.

Take a taxi to my reserved Yangzhou Shouxihu Hot Spring Resort, which is about 10 kilometers long and only takes 20 minutes. The fare is around 25 yuan. Last time I traveled to Yangzhou, I also stayed here, which is very suitable for couples, friends, families, and family vacations.

Yangzhou Banquet (Shouxihu Branch) is located next to the Shouxihu Hot Spring Resort in Yangzhou where we live, just a three minute walk away. The first meal of the trip to Yangzhou was here, which can be regarded as the ceiling of Huaiyang Cuisine.

There are many private rooms for the Yangzhou banquet, but there are only three of us, so we went to the lobby. Individual guests of 2-6 people are more suitable.

The hall is the Ming Chef. You can watch a large pot of lion's head, or watch the chef cook a Yangzhou fried rice in person.

There are also free Pingtan here, listening to Pingtan and eating delicious food, it's very satisfying.

I ordered a salted goose dish for 68 yuan. Yangzhou old goose is a very classic local delicacy.

Father loves Braised pork belly, so he ordered one for him, 88 yuan. Burnt fat but not greasy, very flavorful.

The main food was the Yangzhou fried rice, and my parents were amazed that a simple Yangzhou fried rice could be so delicious. They were very happy to see their smiles.

After dinner, I took a walk and ate at the resort. Half a moon hung on the treetops, and I returned to the hot spring villa suite to soak in the hot springs.

This private hot spring can accommodate 4-5 people and is very spacious. Because I was wearing a facial mask, soaking in hot springs, eating fruit, and ignoring the image, I didn't take photos, so enjoy the night.

The hot spring water supply time is 10:30-22:30. Guests can enjoy free access once a day during their stay, and an additional 300 yuan will be charged for secondary access.

How can you not have Yangzhou morning tea when you come to Yangzhou?

My parents usually wake up early, so I can only sleep until 8:30. I accompany them to have morning tea and feel the water in Yangzhou.

Still walking for three minutes, I went to Yangzhou Yanshou West Lake Restaurant because the hot spring hotel's package included even morning tea.

In the morning, there are actors singing Pingtan on the stage, and there are also many locals who come here for morning tea.

You can choose a set meal or order individually, and you can order whatever you want. Qiansheng Oil Cake, Crescent Steamed dumplings, Wuding Bun, Feicui Shaomai Arrange all the most distinctive morning teas in Yangzhou.

Huaiyang cuisine meat, boiled dried silk, Tea egg This morning tea is really sumptuous, so much so that after finishing it, all three of them said they were full and couldn't eat it for lunch.

After finishing breakfast tea, let's go for a leisurely stroll to digest food.

The top 4 must visit attractions in Yangzhou, Shouxi Lake seems not worth visiting this season, it's a bit desolate. I quite like He Yuan and Daming Temple.

In the end, I chose He Yuan, which was known as the "First Garden of the Late Qing Dynasty". I took a taxi there and it was very close. The admission fee was 30 yuan per ticket, so I bought three tickets.
