The Shandong Museum is located in the eastern part of Jinan city and is the earliest provincial-level comprehensive geological museum established in China. So far, it has a collection of over 140000 cultural relics and nearly 10000 natural specimens, with a wide variety of exhibition categories. The ancient cultural relics unearthed or collected in Shandong region are the characteristic of the collection here.

At Shanbo, a large number of ancient ceramics, bronze ware, calligraphy and painting ancient books, oracle bones, Han Dynasty portrait stones and other cultural relics are exhibited. Among them, the red pottery animal shaped pot unearthed from the Dawenkou site, the oracle bone script of the Shang Dynasty, the large jade bi of the State of Lu from the Warring States period, the bamboo slips of Sun Tzu's Art of War and Sun Bin's Art of War, and the murals of the Dongping Han tomb are all treasures of the museum and are very rare, only occasionally exhibited.

Entering the first floor, I first visited the first exhibition room "Buddhist Statue Art Exhibition", where the Buddha statues had kind faces and beautiful shapes, which were very touching. Then, I visited the Han Dynasty Portrait Art Exhibition, which also gave me a lot of inspiration,

Then we went up to the second floor to visit the history and culture of Shandong, including the prehistoric part, the Xia, Shang, and Zhou parts, and the Qin, Han, Ming, and Qing parts.

Visited the exhibition of exquisite cultural relics unearthed from the Ming Zhu Tan Tomb, the treasure of King Lu.

15: 30 to 14.05 yuan to return to the hotel.

In the evening, at the neighboring "Farming Record", I had braised yellow bone fish and stir fried celery with fragrant dried vegetables for 92 yuan.

On the 18th day, in Jinan, Qushuiting Street, Furong Street, Kuandongli.

In the morning, I took the K54 bus for one stop and arrived outside Qushuiting Street. Qushuiting Street is a famous historical and cultural old street in Jinan, known both domestically and internationally. It is bordered to the north by Daming Lake, to the south by Xigengdao, to the east by the north gate of the Prince De's Mansion, and to the west by the Confucian Temple of Jinan Prefecture. The spring water from Pearl Spring and Wangfu Pool merges into a river, adjacent to Qushuiting Street. On one side are old houses with broken green bricks and tiles, and on the other side are clear springs swaying with green algae. People living near the spring wash their clothes and rice here. The Qushuiting Street still retains the complete spring city style of "every household has a spring water, and every household hangs a poplar tree" from "Lao Can's Travels". Qushuiting Street, when called out, sounds catchy and full of cultural charm.

Walking along Houzaimen Street into the alleyway, there are many cafes, tea houses, snacks, and more on both sides. When you reach Qushuiting Street, it suddenly opens up. Turning in from the Christian church, there is a clear stream in the middle, with long green water plants floating under the water,

Walking along the canal, there are many specialty shops

Taking a human powered tricycle to Furong Street costs 20.00 yuan. This is a famous snack street. In addition to the "Huixian Building" of Shandong cuisine, there are local snacks, pancakes and fruits, Stinky tofu, fat intestines, drinks, etc. We bought two bottles of coconut juice for 15 yuan, one pineapple rice for 15 yuan, six oil pancakes for 15 yuan, four fruits for 10 yuan, and one pancake roll with scallions for 10 yuan.

Walk 300 meters from Furong Lane and pass through Shandong Provincial People's Congress before returning to the hotel.

In the evening, walk to the famous food street Kuangli.

Get out of the hotel, cross the road, and walk past the Shimao Square across the street. It's not far. The lights inside are flashing, and there are many shops standing tall, with a scale and grade higher than that of Furong Street. There are many old memorial archway, stages, sculptures and various restaurants in Shandong style.

Sitting down at the 'Old Jinan Courtyard', I ordered stewed pork ribs with corn and kidney beans, stir fried jellyfish skin with vegetable hearts, and five regular rice dishes. Payment is 91.96 yuan.

On the 19th day, Jinan - Tai'an, Daimiao.

In the morning, check out at 9:30, refuel 45 liters, and pay 345 yuan after the discount, which is equivalent to 7.60 yuan per liter.

10: 03 Leaving the gas station and heading towards the elevated road around the city, there were large trailers crossing the road, causing congestion and poor road conditions. 10: Entering the highway through Jinan Xinglong Toll Station at 30, the road surface is spacious and there is less traffic. At 11:06, passing through Tai'an Toll Station, the toll fee is 52.25 yuan. 19 minutes to reach Daimiao North Parking Lot.

Dai Temple is located at the south foot of Mount Taishan Mountain and in Tai'an City. It was built in the Qin and Han Dynasties. It is the place where ancient emperors worshipped Mount Taishan God and held sacrificial ceremonies. It is also a famous Taoist place. The architectural complex of Dai Temple is grand in scale, and is called the four ancient architectural complexes in China, together with the Forbidden City in Beijing, the Three Arches in Qufu, Shandong, and Chengde Mountain Resort. Nowadays, the towering palace gates are well preserved here, and you can enjoy the huge murals of the Song Dynasty and numerous ancient stone inscriptions.

We enter the Dai Temple for free from the north gate, and the first thing we see are the back bedroom palace, middle bedroom palace, stone tablet, and stone boat. There are many old photos on the wall, which are the appearance of Mount Taishan Mountain since the 1930s. The yard is covered with pine and cypress trees, and the air is fresh, making people feel relaxed. Climb on the city tower at the south gate, and go out of the south gate to photograph the gate of the Dai Temple and the memorial archway.

The Copper Pavilion is a historical site of the Ming Dynasty, which was moved from other places in Tai'an to this location. The copper pavilion, also known as the "Golden Palace", was earlier placed in the Bixia Temple on the top of Mount Taishan Mountain. The pavilion was assembled by skilled ancient craftsmen in the form of a wood like structure, which can be said to be a masterpiece.

The Tianqi Temple is the core building of the Dai Temple. It is the shrine of the Dongyue Emperor, in which Mount Taishan God (the Dongyue Emperor) is worshipped. On the north, east and west walls of the hall, there is a huge mural of the Song Dynasty, "Mount Taishan God Awakens and Comes Back", which depicts the magnificent scene of Mount Taishan God's patrolling. The people and horses in the painting are diverse and vivid, and there is only one painting of this subject in China. To enter the Tiankong Hall, you need to buy shoe covers at the entrance first, and the murals cannot be photographed.

The trees in Dai Temple are lush and towering, creating a beautiful environment. Among them, there are some precious ancient trees, especially the "Hanbai" and "Tanghuai" that have weathered thousands of years of wind and rain, and are one of the famous ancient trees in Daimiao. There are five ancient cypress trees in the Hanbai courtyard, which are said to have been planted by Emperor Wu of Han during his eastern enfeoffment. Although their skin has peeled off and their hearts are withered, new branches continue to grow.

There are now over 300 stone carvings of steles from various dynasties in the Dai Temple, hence it is known as the "Dai Temple Stele Forest" and a famous place for appreciating calligraphy. Upon seeing the early surviving stone carving in China - the Qin Dynasty Li Si Xiaozhuan Stele, the stone was inscribed in Xiaozhuan font by Prime Minister Li Si under the decree of Emperor Hu Hai of Qin. It has a history of over 2200 years and is a precious treasure. In addition, there are also representative works of the Han Dynasty clerical script style, such as the "Zhangqian Stele" and the "Hengfang Stele", as well as precious historical sites such as the "Madame Sun" Stele, one of the three major monuments of the Jin Dynasty, and the unique Tang Dynasty "Double Bundle Stele".

The entire Dai Temple was built according to the ancient imperial palace style, with tall city walls and magnificent halls that showcase the grandeur of ancient temples. Entering the Dai Temple from south to north, you can pass through the main buildings such as Yaoshen Pavilion, Dai Temple Square, Zhengyang Gate, Peitian Gate, and Ren'an Gate, and then reach the Tiangong Hall. The tall Zhengyang Gate is the main entrance to the Dai Temple, and in ancient times only emperors could enter through this gate.

Return to the north gate to the parking lot and pay 17.50 yuan. Drive 3 kilometers and stay at the "Five Star Holiday Hotel" booked on Ctrip.

The 20th day, Tai'an, Mount Taishan.

Today, climb Mount Mount Taishan.

The breakfast in the hotel is really simple. It's a bowl of Wonton with an egg and 20 yuan.

In the morning, I checked out at 8:20 and the car was parked at the hotel entrance. We paid 12.76 yuan to the parking lot in Tianwai Village. Walk a few hundred meters to the tourist center, climb up the high steps and scan the QR code to enter, then go down a long step to purchase tickets. The elderly are free of charge, but two people need to buy a ticket for 34 yuan. 9: Take 20 scenic area minibuses up the mountain and circle towards the Zhongtianmen parking lot.

After getting off at Zhongtianmen, continue for about 300 meters to purchase a cable car ticket. Elderly people can enjoy a 50% discount, which is ¥ 50 per person for a total of 100 yuan.

We two sat in a cage, crossed a high mountain canyon and arrived at the South Gate.

The South Gate stands tall in the mountains, and the hiking trail is temporarily closed.

Walking to Tianjie Square, I thought it wasn't very far, but in fact, there is still a long way to go, and there are many steps to take.

Memorial archway in Tianjie, blue sky and white clouds.

At the corner, there is a stone pavilion where you can see the towering mountains below and the urban area of Tai'an from afar.

We walked up a hundred steps with our canes and arrived at the Bixia Temple. Inside, there was a lively atmosphere with many people kneeling, donating money, and burning incense.

Continue climbing to the Tang Dynasty Cliff Stone Carvings, the most famous is the "Ji Mount Taishan Ming" written by Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty, and there are also many famous people left behind.

We continued walking forward to the Qingdi Palace and climbed a high staircase again.

Further up is the meteorological station, Gongbei Stone, and Jade Emperor Peak.

Walking down the mountain from the Confucius Temple to Tianjie and going to the restroom requires going down dozens of steps, which is really exhausting.

Subsequently, taking the cable car costs 100 yuan, and taking the minibus costs 34 yuan to reach the foot of the mountain. After coming out, take a taxi to the hotel for 6.46 yuan.

16: Depart from the hotel at 24 to Qufu. After 23 minutes, pass the Tai'an South toll station and maintain a speed of 103 kilometers per hour on the highway. 17: 32. Qufu toll station charges 33.12 yuan.

Arrive at the George Morandi Hotel booked on Ctrip in 9 minutes, with a room rate of 265 yuan per day. Italian style. The journey is 81 kilometers.

In the evening, I walked hundreds of meters to the "Qufu Flavor" at the tourist square and had spicy carp and stir fried oil and wheat dishes for 66 yuan.

On the 21st day, Qufu, Confucian Temple and Confucian Forest.

In the morning, I had a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel, including coffee, milk, yogurt, salted eggs, cooked meat, and various vegetables and fruits.

Check out at around 9:00 am and drive 700 meters to the parking lot of Sankong Scenic Area.

Qufu is the hometown of Confucius, and the Confucius Temple, Confucius Mansion, and Confucius Forest in Qufu have been sacred sites for commemorating Confucius throughout history in China, collectively known as the "Three Confucius". Confucius opened an altar here to teach and pioneered Confucian culture during his lifetime, and his descendants also lived and thrived here, inheriting Confucius' cultural ideas. In 1994, the "three holes" were listed in the The World Heritage List by the United Nations.

The Confucian Temple and Confucian Mansion in Qufu's "Three Confucius" are located in the city center, while Konglin is located in the north of the city. The Confucian Temple is one of the largest temples in China dedicated to the worship of Confucius. It was rebuilt on the former residence of Confucius and can be regarded as the ancestor of Confucian temples worldwide; The Kong Mansion was once the residence of Confucius' direct lineage for hundreds of years, and its scale is second only to the Forbidden City in China; Konglin is the tomb of Confucius and his family descendants.

Unexpectedly, upon entering, I discovered that this was the gate of a small town, several hundred meters away from the Confucian Temple.

We went in from the memorial archway to visit the Confucius Temple.

The area here is very large, and the temples on each floor are very spectacular.

We walked all the way, passing through many gatehouses, and even looked at the imperial steles left by emperors of all dynasties.

Xingtan is the place where Confucius gave lectures and activities.

It is said that it was planted by Confucius himself.

During the renovation of houses by descendants of Confucius, many ancient books were discovered in the interlayer of the walls. This wall is named Lu Bi.

Turn left over 100 meters from the entrance of the Confucian Temple to reach the Confucian Mansion. The Kong Mansion is the place where the Kong family lived, with a small area and simple houses. There is a residence and a backyard behind it.

We turned around and came out. We took a tricycle for 6 yuan outside the Kong Mansion and arrived at the parking lot.

In the afternoon, depart at 13:30 and head to the ancient city of Taierzhuang. 13: Take the expressway at Qufu toll station and transfer to Jingtai Expressway after 6 minutes. 15: 36 passes through the south toll station of Yicheng City. Then take the regular highway for 15 kilometers and arrive at the "Moon River Bay Boutique Hotel". The room rate is 297 yuan per day, including breakfast. The journey is 176 kilometers.

I had dinner at Chengnan Past Restaurant and tasted Guozai lamb, cucumber mixed with jellyfish skin, and vegetable pancakes for 98 yuan.

On the 22nd day, Taierzhuang Ancient City.

In the morning, I had a buffet breakfast on the second floor. Although it was only 15 yuan, there were still many varieties available.

In the morning, after 9:00, I left and walked nearly 500 meters to reach the west gate of Taierzhuang Ancient City. Admission is free, and I can scan the QR code and swipe my ID card to enter.

The Tai'erzhuang Battle that occurred in 1938 turned this ancient city into ruins. The current view of the ancient city is a fully reconstructed appearance, and many scenic spots were rebuilt on the original site.

Entering the city gate, to the right is the General's Office.

In front of the Tianhou Palace, Emperor Qianlong performed in Jiangnan.

The Chinese Canal Museum in the shape of a ship.

Walk along the river and pass Pingsheng memorial archway.

canal.

Walking down the river, we visited the ancient brothel "Lanting Book Residence". The first floor is a counter with a sign hanging from the brothel.

On the second floor, there is a three inch Golden Lotus Museum, where women in brothels read books, use cosmetics, wear bellybands, and more. There is also a large bed with a red mosquito net and a bathing space.

The backyard.

Architecture that combines Chinese and Western elements.

I went in from Zhonghe Hall and saw the war photos taken by American photojournalists in 1938 and the Tai'erzhuang Battle photos. Continuing forward, you will arrive at the Taierzhuang Battle Site Park. There are many bullet holes on the wall next to it, and there is a small house displaying excavated battle relics and introducing battle stories,

Prominent among them are the appearance, photos, and related reports of Liu Shouwen, a Hunan Hanshou girl who sacrificed her life in 1938.

At noon, I had lunch at "Chaohua Xizhi": local specialty Fengjia donkey meat, a bottle of Qingdao beer, a large bowl of spicy tofu. When I paid the bill, I showed my Yuehewan Hotel room card. As I belonged to the same company, I received a discount of 15 yuan and paid 102 yuan.

Visited the Guandi Temple.

Xie Family Escort Agency. The owner of the escort agency, Xie Yutian, had ancestors who migrated from Hongdong County, Shanxi Province.

We couldn't walk anymore and were sweating profusely. Just then, a tourist electric scooter came over and we took the bus back to the West Gate for 20 yuan per person.

Get out of the west gate and return to the hotel.

On the 23rd day, Taierzhuang - Yangzhou. The journey is 340 kilometers.

Breakfast is a buffet breakfast.

Today I left Shandong and entered Jiangsu.

Departing at 10:15 in the morning, we entered the Jiangsu border within 5 minutes of leaving the hotel. The 2513 Provincial Road, belonging to Xuzhou City, has traveled nearly 80 kilometers. At 12:38 noon, it entered the Yanghe Service Area in Suqian and refueled 282 yuan at a rate of 8.1 yuan per liter. 12: Departing at 55, entering the Huai'anjie G1516 Expressway at 13:26, and turning onto the G25 Changshen Expressway at 13:45, there are more and denser vehicles.

14: 03 Enter the Hongze Lake service area to rest. The buildings in this service area are quite beautiful and there are many vehicles.

16: 55 arrived at the Yangzhou 'Purple Gold Hotel' booked on Ctrip.

In the evening, we discovered the Hunan restaurant "Li Zhangshao" and ordered spicy stir fried beef and spicy stir fried green beans. We paid 85 yuan for Qingdao draft beer.

On the 24th day, in Yangzhou, He Yuan.

I woke up at 7 o'clock in the morning and didn't book a hotel breakfast. I went specifically to the famous Fuchun Tea House to have breakfast in Yangzhou.

8: I went out with an umbrella and paid 14.00 yuan to the old Fuchun Tea House on Guoqing Road and Desheng Bridge.

There are many diners in the hall, and there are two halls downstairs that are fully booked for individual guests. We only found two seats upstairs and shared tables with four people. Ordering: Two cups of Kuilongzhu tea, one serving of Xiangyou eel paste, one serving of Fuchun pork belly, one large bowl of boiled dried crab roe, two crab roe soup dumplings, and two high-quality five Ding baozi, totaling 264 yuan.

Leaving the tea house, passing through a small alley selling tea pots and scissors, navigating through Guangling Road, turning onto Xuningmen Street, and arriving at the entrance of the first garden of the late Qing Dynasty, "He Garden". Purchase a 50% discount ticket for two people and enter for 44 yuan.

He Zhizhen, the owner of He Garden, was a Yangzhou gentry who married Li Hongzhang, a prominent minister of the late Qing Dynasty, and Sun Jianai, a teacher of Emperor Guangxu. He built this private garden in the ninth year of Guangxu (1883 AD). Heyuan is known as the "first garden of the late Qing Dynasty", with a combination of Chinese and Western architecture and a multi-layered layout connected by multiple corridors.

The backyard is divided into two parts in terms of layout: east and west. In the east, a group of courtyards is formed with the "hall" as the center, among which the "boat hall" is shaped like a boat, surrounded by cobblestones and tiles, with a pattern of water waves, giving people the feeling of living in water.

In the west of the garden, there is a pool in the middle, in which there is a Water Heart Pavilion. It is the place where the owners of the garden watch theatrical performances, and the design of the "Water Play Pavilion" is ingenious.

The corridor winds and connects two buildings.

The various parts are connected to each other through a complex corridor (commonly known as "Chuanlou" by Yangzhou people, which is a corridor divided into upper and lower floors). This is a distinctive part of He Yuan's architecture, where visitors pass through the corridors to avoid rain on rainy days and shade from the sun on sunny days, unaffected by the weather. And a series of leaky windows and empty windows on the winding corridors, forming a floral window belt, is also a major feature of the park.

There is an exhibition room on the second floor, which is illustrated with pictures and text, introducing the history of the He family's development. There are academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences among later generations.

The young and old people in the garden live in the Jade Embroidery Building in the south, which is a building that combines Chinese and Western styles. It not only adopts traditional Chinese brick and wood structure, but also extensively uses French louvered doors and windows, Japanese style sliding doors, French fireplaces, wrought iron beds, etc.

At present, Heyuan is still a natural base for filming in domestic film and television dramas, with nearly a hundred film and television dramas such as the new version of "Dream of the Red Chamber" and the sequel to "Huan Zhu Ge" filmed here.

Reception room.

Miss's bedroom.

Pianshi Mountain House.

I came out at 2 pm and returned to the hotel for 8.81 yuan.

On the 25th day, return to Shanghai from Yangzhou.

I finished my trip today and returned to Shanghai from Yangzhou. The journey is 275 kilometers.

Departing at 7:55 in the morning, take the S39 expressway through the toll station in Yangzhou Development Zone and head towards Wufengshan Bridge before entering Changzhou at 8:50. It started to rain lightly from the sky.

9: Enter the Jiangyin border of Wuxi at 11 and arrive at the Fangmao Mountain service area at 9:18, which is the dinosaur theme park service area.

10: Departing at 17, transfer to G25 Beijing Shanghai Expressway and enter the Suzhou border at 11:07. After 22 minutes, finally enter the long-awaited Yangcheng Lake service area. It truly lives up to its name. In the dream of the North District, it is a water town in the south of the Yangtze River, with white walls, black roofs, huge ceramic bottle shapes, and a lotus pond. After entering, the sky in the hall resembles that of a Venetian, with blue skies and white clouds, and sparkling flower shapes in the pool. In front of the new energy vehicle promotion hall, there is a fairy portrait.

Departing at 12:44, the traffic flow is high and the speed is not fast. 13: 38 entered the city through Jiangqiao toll station and smoothly returned to their home in Shanghai.
