Recently, there has been a special exhibition showcasing exquisite and authentic art, including murals from the Yongle Palace in Shanxi. It is truly worth a visit.

Skinny West Lake:

Shouxi Lake is the most famous scenic spot in Yangzhou and an important part of the Grand Canal, a world cultural heritage site.

This is a group of lakeside gardens that had already formed during the Kangxi and Qianlong periods of the Qing Dynasty, integrating the beauty of the south and the magnificence of the north.

The graceful and winding blue water of a lake connects the Twenty Four Bridges, Five Pavilions Bridge, Fishing Terrace, White Pagoda, and Xichun Terrace. When the weather is clear, it is very suitable for boating on the lake. If it is cloudy and rainy, it also has the charm of ink painting Jiangnan.

There are also seasonal flowers that can be played all year round.

Night view of Dongguan Street:

The original street surface is paved with long strips of stone slabs, with numerous merchants and a wide range of businesses, making business prosperous.

A very suitable ancient street for strolling and eating, eating osmanthus and lotus root starch gardens, where the amount of wine brewing gardens is astonishing.

You can also try boiled dried silk, Yangzhou lion's head, Yangzhou fried rice, and Yangzhou cuisine deserves its reputation.

DAY2 Zhenjiang Jinshan Temple - Chinese Vinegar Culture Museum - Xijin Ferry Night Scene

Yangzhou and Zhenjiang are very close. I stayed in Yangzhou the night before and it only takes half an hour to travel from Runyang Bridge to Zhenjiang the next day.

Jinshan Temple:

In ancient times, Jinshan was an island standing in the middle of the Yangtze River, known as the "beautiful lotus in the heart of the river". During the Tang Dynasty, Zhang Hu described it as "visible in the shadows of trees and audible on both sides of the river". Shen Kuo of the Northern Song Dynasty praised, "The two sides of the tower are connected by water, and the north of the river and the south of the river mirror the sky

Jinshan Temple, also known as Jiangtian Temple, also known as Longyou Temple, and other former names. The plaque on the mountain gate reads "Jiangtian Temple", which was written by Kangxi. Around the the Shakya ManiHall, there are carved white stone columns, covered with golden glazed tiles, which stand out among the surrounding black and blue roofs.

There is also a White Dragon Cave here, which is said to have direct access to West Lake in Hangzhou. The story of Bai Niangzi and Xu Xian is really romantic.

Here, there is the world's first spring, various islands, and sightseeing boats for sightseeing. There is also the imperial dock where Emperor Qianlong visited Jiangnan.

Chinese Vinegar Culture Museum:

This is an industrial tourism museum. Approaching here, you can smell the strong aroma of vinegar and taste handmade vinegar that cannot be bought outside.

Composed of vinegar shops, sauce gardens, wine seas, and San You Tang, it's very interesting to stroll around. There are also cute cultural and creative products, such as yellow wine, soy sauce cheese, and vinegar flavored ice cream, all of which are delicious.

Xijin Ferry:

You can take a night tour here, the night view is good, and you can also play during the day.

The Zhaoguan Stone Pagoda is a pedestrian crossing stone pagoda built during the Yuan Dynasty. It is the only well preserved and oldest pedestrian stone tower in China.

According to the Buddhist interpretation, a tower is a Buddha, so when we pass through the gate under the tower, we pay homage to the Buddha and pay our respects to him.

The nearby Guanyin Cave and Lifesaving Club require additional tickets to enter.

Xijin Ferry has a sense of historical vicissitudes during the day and a hazy beauty at night.

The platform next to the Zhaoguan Stone Pagoda is the best night portrait shooting spot, with scattered stars in the distance, which is extremely beautiful.

Let's make an appointment in Zhenjiang and taste the braised pork and vinegar pot noodles.

Guogai noodles are often no longer sold after 2pm. If you want to eat them, go as early as possible. However, in scenic spots like Xijin Ferry, you can still eat them at night.

Day3 Wuxi Huishan Ancient Town Jichang Garden Huishan Temple Donglin Academy Xiju Museum Yuantouzhu Nianhua Bay Night Scene

Huishan Ancient Town Jichang Garden Huishan Temple:

Huishan Ancient Town has a smoky atmosphere in the early morning, suitable for strolling and having breakfast. Wuxi Xiaolong, eel paste noodles, and crispy pastries are all the specialties here.

Jichang Garden, founded in the Ming Dynasty, may not be very large in area, but due to its ingenious construction, it appears extremely grand and spacious.

In late autumn, camphor trees, red maple trees, and ginkgo trees are colorful and attract visitors to stop and admire.

The towering trees here are quaint and serene, cleverly borrowed from the scenery, and the architecture is refined. No wonder Kangxi and Qianlong traveled to Jiangnan many times and wrote poems repeatedly.

During the Southern Dynasties, there were 480 temples, with countless buildings and terraces shrouded in smoke and rain.

The Huishan Temple in Wuxi, founded in the Southern Dynasties, has a history of more than 1500 years and has preserved a considerable number of precious cultural relics.

The Ming Dynasty ginkgo tree in front of the door is very popular these days.

Donglin Academy:

There are stone memorial archway, Panchi, Donglin Jingshe, Lize Hall, Yiyong Hall, Yanju Temple, Daonan Temple and other buildings.

The name couplet in the courtyard - The sound of wind, rain, and reading is heard, and it is well known that people care about family affairs, national affairs, and everything in the world.

Xiju Museum:

There are various materials about Xiju, such as text, pictures, and physical objects, in the museum. On the steps are the historical events of Xiju, and there are also ticket enthusiasts who come to this theater.

The coffee shop next to it has a unique style of latte art seating, where you can sketch the beauty of life from scratch. The cake is also delicious, and the cultural and creative scene is absolutely stunning.

Yuantouzhu:

Yuantouzhu Scenic Area, as the largest landscape garden scenic spot in Jiangnan area, is also the most beautiful part of the Taihu Lake Lake. It has more famous scenic spots, such as the hidden beauty of Chongshan Mountain, Luding Yinghui, Yuanzhu Spring Waves, Hengyun Mountain Villa, Wanlang Snow, the true meaning of lake and mountain, Shilifang Path, the Taihu Lake Fairy Island, Jiangnan Orchid Garden, Cherry Valley, Wuxi Renjie Garden, Zhongdu Morning Fog, Guangfu Ancient Temple, etc.

The boat departs every 15 minutes to San Shan Xian Island, and the red billed gulls will fly with the boat, which is very spectacular.

At dusk, it's suitable to take silhouettes by the water's edge.

Night view of Nianhua Bay:

Many people say that the night here is more beautiful than the day, and only by immersing oneself in it can one feel it.

Nianhua Tower is a five story tower in the style of a wind and wood structure pavilion. Four directions and five floors, consisting of the foundation of the Sumeru pedestal, the tower body, and the tower brake,

Straight edge window lattice, double lip tile, corner arch of wooden architecture, Shu column Douzi, etc. make Nianhua Tower simple and elegant; The eaves are deep and cannot be climbed, and the gentle breeze is fully displayed. The pagoda is 27.98 meters high, with four gates in the southeast, northwest, and northwest directions. The pagoda is 21.28 meters tall, and the spire is 6.7 meters high. It is composed of a bowl, a lotus, a wheel, a canopy, three flower banana leaves, precious beads, a brake chain, and a wind vane. It is made of brass and covered with gold foil. Nianhua Pagoda is the highest point of Xiangyue Flower Street, the main block of Nianhua Bay Town. It combines tradition, harmony, and Zen in a simple and solemn manner.

Remember to take the map and record the performance time when you go in for fun.

The water screen movie and the performance at Wu Deng Lake are worth watching.

This place has a strong Tang style and is suitable for wearing Hanfu to check in and play.

One city per day, with different scenery every day, can still be a spontaneous trip in winter.
