Three parts of the world are bright moon nights, and two parts are scoundrels in Yangzhou. The winter in Yangzhou is like a book that never gets tired of reading for a long time. The first time I come, I feel the profound meaning, and I can't help but want to keep reading it.

Traveling in Yangzhou, following the pulse of the water waves, I place those memories that have been brewing for a season on the rippling West Lake. The light and shadow flow, the tree shadows on the shore and the reflections in the lake, creating a freehand landscape painting.

Traveling in Yangzhou slows down the pace of travel.

As a national historical and cultural city, Yangzhou has experienced countless touching stories on this ancient land. The world's culinary capital and the world's canal capital have filled us with anticipation for traveling to Yangzhou.

Regarding itinerary arrangement:

D1、 After arriving in Yangzhou, I walked around Geyuan, Heyuan, and Pishi Street in the morning, walked around Shouxihu in the afternoon, dined at Yechun Zhenyuan restaurant in the evening, went shopping on Dongguan Street, watched performances at Dongrong Garden, and stayed at the secluded Shouxihu Hotel in the evening.

D2、 After visiting Tianning Temple in the morning, take a cruise to enjoy the scenery of the ancient canal. Taste the Sanwan Canal Banquet at noon, visit the Yangzhou Grand Canal Museum in the afternoon, and stay at the Matiel Art Hotel in the evening.

D3、 Have authentic Yangzhou morning tea at Wanfu Restaurant for breakfast, then visit the Chunjiang Flower Moon Night Memorial Hall and Guazhou Ancient Ferry Park, and return after lunch.

Regarding pre departure preparation:

1. This is a trip before the Spring Festival, and the temperature in Yangzhou is basically around 10 degrees, which is still very comfortable. During the days I have been walking, the weather has been very sunny. As for jackets, lightweight down jackets or woolen coats are fine because we will visit some ancient gardens. It is recommended that girls bring Hanfu, which will take photos and videos with a strong ancient style.

2. This is my first trip in 2023, mainly focused on leisure vacations, garden architecture, canal culture, delicious food, and a very rich schedule,

It is recommended to prepare a travel guide in advance before departure, as the journey will be relatively easy.

4. I would like to emphasize to everyone that shoes are very important during the journey, and comfort should be the top priority. In the slim West Lake, if you want to fully explore it, you still have to walk a lot.

5. Essential photography equipment, camera, phone tripod, will add color to your travelogue. I have brought a DJI drone, Sony A7M4, and an Apple 13 phone. A power bank is also essential.

New Year and new atmosphere, let's embark on a unique journey in Yangzhou.

Blue stone alleys, pink walls and black tiles, small bridges and flowing water, this is Yangzhou. The world is divided into three parts of a bright moon night, and two parts of a rogue city are Yangzhou. Yangzhou's winter is a landscape painting that is suitable for both light and dark colors. From ancient times to the present, the beauty of Yangzhou has moved countless literati and poets, writing countless magnificent chapters.

Individual Garden

In the winter of Yangzhou, there is a lazy atmosphere in the air. On my New Year's trip, I arrived in Yangzhou and my first stop was to check in at the long-awaited garden. As soon as I walked into the garden, the most impressive thing was the green bamboo on both sides of the path, which was very elegant and serene.

The garden is located at No. 10 Yanfu East Road, Guangling District, Yangzhou City. Strolling through it, you will find several green bamboo poles, a serene garden, winding waterways, and exquisite houses. This is a private garden of Yangzhou salt merchants' mansions in the Qing Dynasty, built in the 23rd year of the Jiaqing reign. It is quaint and quiet, full of classical artistic beauty.

The classical atmosphere of the garden is very suitable for wearing Hanfu to check in, walking slowly among the winding paths and corridors, and the warm winter sunshine shining on oneself, making people feel particularly warm.

The most captivating aspect of this garden is its layered stone art, which exudes an Eastern aesthetic. The rockery, composed of bamboo shoots, lake stones, yellow stones, and Xuan stones, blends the principles of garden design and landscape painting. It is classic and enduring, divided into spring mountains, summer mountains, autumn mountains, and winter mountains, each with its own characteristics that are worth savoring.

The overall layout of the garden is exquisite, divided into a central garden, southern residential areas, and a northern bamboo viewing area. The brick carvings on residential buildings and a single green plant deep in the window lattice all tell the story of the past prosperity. Little by little, one can feel the owner's pursuit of exquisite classicism back then.

He Yuan

When traveling in Yangzhou, Heyuan is also one of the must visit attractions. The exquisite garden design allows us to experience the artistic conception of the combination of architecture and nature in a limited space. Heyuan is truly a scenic spot step by step, exuding classical beauty everywhere.

Heyuan has the reputation of being the first garden in the late Qing Dynasty. It was built in the middle of the Qing Dynasty as a classical Chinese garden architecture. The owner of Heyuan is also a person with a story. The time can be traced back to the ninth year of the Guangxu reign of the Qing Dynasty. The owner of Heyuan, He Zhizhen, resigned from his official position as the supervisor of the Han Huangde Road and Jianghan Pass in Hubei to Yangzhou and purchased the former site of the Wu family's stone mountain house. Later, it was expanded into a garden and the Jixiao Mountain Villa was built in Yangzhou. It took 13 years to build a private garden. At that time, it was also a great effort. This is what we see as Heyuan now.

Strolling through He Garden, one feels a sense of tranquility within. In addition to the serene and exquisite beauty of classical gardens, one can also experience the beauty of art here. Among the rockeries in He Garden, there is a magical landscape. The moon in the water is a wonder in the rockeries and valleys of the stone mountain houses. The rockeries are reflected in the water, forming a small moon. From different angles, the shape of the moon is also different. The uniqueness of ancient landscape design can be seen from this detail.

This time in He Yuan, I also enjoyed a graceful and melodious classical music in Yangzhou, a combination of Pingtan and Guzheng, which made people immerse themselves in the poetic and picturesque Yangzhou.

The buildings in He Yuan all have a quaint and elegant name,

Pianshishan House, Shuixin Pavilion, Butterfly Hall, Moon Viewing Tower, each one feels fragrant when read. Many celebrities and scholars have also lived in He Yuan, including the famous Chinese painting master Huang Binhong. He has visited Yangzhou six times and has always enjoyed living in He Yuan.

Pishi Street

Leaving Heyuan, I turned around and arrived at Pishi Street, a famous pedestrian street in Yangzhou that hides the most vibrant life of Yangzhou. Pishi Street is connected to Wenchang Road to the north and Guangling Road to the south, which is an important passage for residents of the ancient city to enter and exit. Nowadays, it has become a popular check-in spot for internet celebrities in Yangzhou, and many young artists like to come here to shop and take photos.

Pishi Street has a long history and witnessed the prosperity of Yangzhou city. In the Qing Dynasty, Pishi Street developed into a leather goods market, where leather goods were a symbol of fashion and elegance.

Pishi Street is a small bourgeois cultural street. I like the old buildings in Yangzhou, the quiet time sitting in cafes, and the classical atmosphere of Yangzhou's literature. Meeting Yangzhou sooner or later, in this gentle winter.

The two embankments of flowers and willows are all by the water, all the way to the mountains, Yangzhou. Gently reading these two words, there is a fresh fragrance in your mouth and teeth. When you come to Yangzhou on a New Year's trip, there are always so many beautiful things you want to do.

Skinny West Lake

The beauty of Yangzhou is multifaceted. Here, there is the poetic and picturesque Slender West Lake, as well as the bustling Dongguan Street. Strolling through Slender West Lake in the cool winter, with white walls and black tiles, and sparse garden decorations, it has its own elegant and classical charm of Jiangnan.

The ancient Slender West Lake, like a never-ending novel, has undergone a long period of sedimentation and exudes a faint charm. No matter when you read it, you will find surprises. Slender West Lake is located at No. 28 Dahongqiao Road, Hanjiang District, Yangzhou City, and is a must visit attraction for anyone traveling to Yangzhou.

Three or two friends make an appointment to sit in the picturesque Shouxi Lake, boiling tea around the stove is a wonderful thing. Drinking hot tea, chatting about happy things, enjoying the beautiful scenery outside the window, the correct way to open the New Year's Eve is probably like this.

When it comes to the slim West Lake, we always feel very curious. How did this slim character come about? The two embankments of flowers and willows are all by the water, all the way to the mountains. "This couplet hangs in the stone boat of Xiyuan Qushui next to the Great Hongqiao Bridge, the starting point of the Shouxi Lake Scenic Area tour route. Compared to West Lake in Hangzhou, Slender West Lake in Yangzhou is even narrower, hence the name "Slender". The scenery of Slender West Lake varies throughout the year, with a beautiful and graceful yet understated appearance.

The scenery on the surface of Shouxi Lake is very beautiful and picturesque. Walking on the shore or taking a boat tour is a kind of enjoyment. The rippling waves on the lake reflect the surrounding architecture and gardens. Black swans roam freely, and the fragrance of winter plum blossoms wafts in, making people sigh at the pleasant time of travel.

The scenic area planning of Shouxi Lake is quite clear. If you come here, the recommended tour route is to enter through the main entrance and follow the guide map. You can walk to Xiaojin Mountain, White Pagoda, Wuting Bridge, and Xichun Terrace inside, and you won't take the wrong route for the 24 scenic spots.

The prosperity of gardens is unparalleled in the world. Slender West Lake connects multiple famous scenic spots, forming a unique waterfront garden community. With the embellishment of pavilions and towers, it is particularly poetic. Walking through Slender West Lake in an afternoon, you can experience the joy of slow life in Yangzhou. It is important to note that the sun sets early in winter and you should return before sunset, otherwise it will affect your walking if it gets dark.

As long as you have a pair of eyes that are good at discovering beauty, Slender West Lake is never lacking in beauty. Living in a city with such a simple and beautiful natural environment, Yangzhou's happiness index is really high when you come and take a walk in your leisure time.

Dongguan Street

After nightfall, the brightly lit city of Yangzhou is full of vitality. When traveling in Yangzhou, we recommend two things to do: first, take a stroll through the smoke filled Dongguan Street at night, and second, watch a wonderful performance at Dongrong Garden.

Dongguan Street is a famous pedestrian street in Yangzhou, starting from the ancient canal in the east and ending at Guoqing Road in the west. It still maintains the leisurely pace of life in ancient Yangzhou, with bluestone alleys, pink walls, and black tiles, hiding the most vibrant Yangzhou life. As the Chinese New Year approaches, Dongguan Street is also filled with a festive atmosphere.

When the familiar melody of jasmine flowers resounds again, it is the unique charm of Yangzhou Qingqu that enters the ear. Yangzhou Qingqu originated in the Yuan Dynasty, became famous in the Ming Dynasty, and flourished in the Qing Dynasty. It is appreciated by both the refined and the popular, and has maintained its own unique tone throughout its long history, with a gentle and melodious melody and a long-lasting aftertaste.

The performance theater is located in Dongrong Garden on Dongguan Street, and the entire performance process is very enjoyable. The cane headed puppet in Yangzhou is a national level intangible cultural heritage protection project, and the most eye-catching moment is the moment when the puppet breathes fire, reaching a climax in the atmosphere of the whole venue.

The night scenery is like water, listening to a gentle and melodious Yangzhou melody, watching a Yangzhou style stick puppet show, and strolling through the smoke filled Dongguan Street. Such Yangzhou life is slow and beautiful.

Yechun Dinner

When you come to Yangzhou, you must eat authentic Huaiyang Cuisine. I personally highly recommend the Huaiyang Cuisine of Yechun Zhenyuan Tea House. Yechun Zhenyuan Tea House is a famous century old shop. Yechun Zhenyuan Store is located in Zhenyuan Commercial Street, No. 492, Wenchang Middle Road. The transportation is convenient. It is close to Dongguan Street and Geyuan. You can taste Yangzhou flavor on the tip of your tongue when you visit the scenic spots. It is the greatest enjoyment in your travel.

Yangzhou has the reputation of being the capital of world cuisine. The famous poet Li Bai once said, "In March, fireworks set off in Yangzhou, making many people regard Yangzhou as their own poetry and distant place. Yangzhou on the tip of their tongue, eating authentic steamed buns, is truly full of happiness.

Shouxihu Hotel in seclusion

During my trip to Yangzhou, I stayed at the secluded Slender West Lake Hotel in the evening. The serene Chinese style deeply touched my heart, and as I pushed open the room amidst the swaying bamboo shadows, a warm and cozy atmosphere flowed through the room. The simple Chinese style with warm colors slowly settled my mood, making it quiet. The warm lights filled the entire room, giving me the warmth of returning home from a hike. Life in Yangzhou is like being wrapped in water in the morning and covered in water at night. Staying at the secluded West Lake Hotel, one can enjoy the pleasure of soaking in the hot springs in their room at night. How can one not love this kind of Yangzhou trip?

The winter in Yangzhou is like a book that never gets tired of reading. The first time I read it, I felt its profound meaning, and I couldn't help but want to keep reading. When I travel to Yangzhou in winter, along the veins of the water waves, I place those memories that have been brewing for a season on the rippling West Lake. The light and shadow flow, the tree shadows on the shore, and the reflections in the lake complement each other into a freehand landscape painting. Traveling in Yangzhou slows down the pace of travel.

Tianning Temple

As the starting point of Shouxi Lake, Tianning Temple in Yangzhou is low-key and classical. It is a place with profound historical and cultural heritage, located at No. 3 Fengle Shangjie, north of Hanjiang District. It was built during the Eastern Jin Dynasty.

When it comes to the Tianning Temple in Yangzhou, not many tourists know about it. Many people who travel to Yangzhou may overlook this place. In fact, Tianning Temple is very famous in history. During the Qing Dynasty, it was listed as the top of the eight ancient temples in Yangzhou. Emperor Kangxi and Emperor Qianlong would build palaces on the west side of Tianning Temple during their southern tours, which shows that Tianning Temple had a high status at that time.

Canal Banquet

The spring breeze is ten miles away from Yangzhou Road, and rolling up the pearl curtain is never as good. No wonder some people say that Yangzhou is a famous dream for Chinese people.

As one of the birthplaces of Huaiyang Cuisine, Yangzhou is very happy to travel to Yangzhou and have a meal of authentic Huaiyang Cuisine. There are more than 1300 kinds of Huaiyang Cuisine. This trip, under the arrangement of local friends, went to the Canal Banquet Restaurant to taste authentic Huaiyang Cuisine, and couldn't help praising it.

Food from all directions, fireworks on earth. Food is the art of water and fire, and it is also a longing for a refined life among people. Yangzhou people love to eat, and they eat delicately. Even simple food creates a sense of delicacy. This canal banquet is a representative of Yangzhou's exquisite cuisine.

Another must eat dish when coming to Yangzhou is the Yangzhou soup dish Lion Head. The pork, which is both fat and lean, is made the size of pomegranate rice and mixed with crushed water chestnuts. After frying and boiling, it has a soy sauce and sugar flavor, which is not greasy and very flavorful.

The canal fish head is a classic Huaiyang Cuisine dish. China has a magical canal that spans more than 10 latitudes of the earth, runs through the most fertile North China Plain and southeast coastal areas in China, and has passed through a vast soup for more than 500 years. Yangzhou, as the capital of the canal, is rich in fat fish heads, which are delicious with deep-fried dough sticks.

The canal banquet combines the taste of the south and the north. In addition to the authentic Huaiyang Cuisine, the roast duck at the banquet is also a must. The chef slices the meat for us on the spot, and the color of the roast duck makes people salivate.

At the canal banquet, there was another amazing dish, steamed white fish with chicken oil sausage. This fish was really too big, half a meter long. As we all know, the Taihu Lake Lake has three whites: white fish, silver fish and white shrimp. This is the first time I have seen such a big white fish.

Yangzhou dried tofu is a classic Huaiyang famous dish that can be used as a staple or a dish. I have been eating it every day since I came to Yangzhou. The raw material is just a piece of dried white tofu, but the requirements for knife skills are extremely high. The shredded tofu is "as thin as a ponytail", and some shrimp and bamboo shoots are picked up, making it delicious and neat to eat.

Yangzhou fried rice is just egg Fried Rice, but with diced shrimp, diced lean meat, diced ham and so on, it becomes a mixed egg Fried Rice with distinct grains, salty and delicious. One meal and one vegetable, savor life. Yangzhou is slow, this is a very clean city, not noisy or restless. Living here, give yourself a vacation, slow down, eat slowly, quiet, and watch quietly.

Tour on the ancient canal water

There is a magical canal in China, which spans more than 10 latitudes of the earth, runs through China's most fertile North China Plain and southeast coastal areas, and has passed through a vast pool of water for more than 500 years. It has written a significant chapter in China's history. This river is called the Grand Canal. Yangzhou is known as the capital of the world's canals. The ancient canal here is also the oldest section of the entire canal.

The warm winter sun is just right, taking a cruise ship and slowly walking on the ancient canal, experiencing the beautiful time of winter travel in Yangzhou.

Yangzhou has the reputation of being the world's canal capital. This is because the canals within Yangzhou now mostly coincide with the ancient Hangou route more than 2000 years ago, and are completely compatible with the canal excavated by Emperor Yang of Sui. According to historical records, the total length from Guazhou to Baoying is 125 kilometers. Among them, the ancient canal in the urban area of Yangzhou is about 30 kilometers long from Guazhou to Wantou, forming the famous "Three Bays of Yangzhou". This section of the canal is the oldest, with numerous historical relics and cultural landscapes along the way. Sitting on a cruise ship, the scenery on both sides is picturesque, and the classical poetry of Yangzhou makes people feel that time is peaceful.

Yangzhou people have a deep affection for the Grand Canal. The history of the development of the Grand Canal in Yangzhou is a history of the ancient development of Yangzhou. After getting off the cruise ship, we must remember to go to the Yangzhou China Grand Canal Museum. This place is very suitable for family travel, combining education with entertainment and endless fun. Children can also learn a lot of historical knowledge during the tour.

Yangzhou China Grand Canal Museum

The Yangzhou China Grand Canal Museum is located on Kaifa East Road in Guangling District, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province. Its appearance is very creative, and when viewed from a high altitude, it looks like a large ship ready to set sail. The architectural meaning is also very beautiful, symbolizing the city of Yangzhou in central Jiangsu Province, bravely moving forward in history and the long river, and heading towards a bright future.

Every time I travel to a city, I like to take a walk in the local museums to learn about the history and cultural customs of the city. The Yangzhou China Grand Canal Museum has a total of 13 exhibition halls, each with a theme related to the Grand Canal.

The Yangzhou China Grand Canal Museum is very suitable for wearing Hanfu to check in. The environment of the museum is peaceful and many scenes are very exciting. I like visiting museums because it is the fastest and most in-depth way to understand a city. Walking among ancient cultural relics, conversing with ancient history through words and pictures, is a peaceful and enjoyable thing to do

The Yangzhou China Grand Canal Museum has a rich collection of over 10000 cultural relics and exhibits reflecting the theme of the canal from the Spring and Autumn Period to contemporary times, including ancient books, paintings, inscriptions, ceramics, metal objects, and miscellaneous items. What impressed me was the museum's innovative design, with Hall 1 specifically introducing the world cultural heritage site of the Grand Canal.

The naked eye 5D in Hall 1 is the most attractive place for tourists. Through visual methods such as videos, we can immerse ourselves in the historical context and walk through the flow range of the Grand Canal, showcasing its appearance and significance in different regions.

When it comes to Yangzhou, many people are familiar with the Yangzhou Eight Eccentrics. The Yangzhou Eight Eccentrics are the names of a group of calligraphers and painters with similar styles who were active in the Yangzhou area from the mid Kangxi period to the late Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. This time, we visited a temporary exhibition hall at the Yangzhou China Grand Canal Museum, which was also very meaningful. The name of this exhibition hall is not just the Eight Eccentrics.

Yangzhou has a long history and profound cultural heritage, with a city building history of 2500 years. Throughout the long period of time, many famous people have emerged from various dynasties, including literati and calligraphers. There are more than eight strange calligraphers and painters in Yangzhou. In this temporary exhibition, we can appreciate many masterpieces of calligraphy and painting masters. For friends who love calligraphy and painting art, don't miss out here.

The Canal Wetland Fun Exhibition Hall has attracted many children, mainly targeting children with strong participation. The canal is home to many flora and fauna, and the venue showcases wetland ecology through restored wetland scenes, including still water animal and plant communities, plankton communities, benthic organisms, and submerged plant communities. Children can interact with fish and birds face-to-face, which is very interesting.

I always feel that every museum has one or two cultural relics known as the treasures of the museum. Therefore, during my museum visits, I particularly like to ask the local guides what the treasures of the museum are. This time at the Yangzhou China Grand Canal Museum, I saw the difference between this set of blue and white porcelain, which came from the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty.

The second hall in the museum is called "Boats on the Canal", which allows us to sit in a changing space as if we were actually sitting on a big ship on the canal. The surrounding scenery is flowing, antique and has a feeling of seeing the river on Qingming Festival. Hall 9 tells the stories of the Grand Canal and the Forbidden City, which are worth our careful observation.

Matiel Art Hotel

Today's trip to Yangzhou, stay at the Matiel Art Hotel, which is located in

Yangzhou Ecological Science and Technology Park, each room has an interesting design theme, and I also like the color tones of the rooms.

Many people ask what the meaning of travel is? We have walked so far, and the scenery is certainly one of the main reasons that attracts us. During the journey, slowing down our pace and staying in our favorite hotel is also a way of traveling. Good night, Yangzhou.

Three parts of the world are bright moon nights, and two parts are scoundrels in Yangzhou. Traveling in Yangzhou is enjoyable and comfortable. As a national historical and cultural city, Yangzhou has experienced countless touching stories on this ancient land. The world's culinary capital and the world's canal capital have filled us with expectations for traveling in Yangzhou.

Yangzhou Morning Tea at Wanfu Restaurant

There is a saying in Yangzhou that goes, 'In the morning, you will be covered in water, and in the evening, you will be covered in water.'. The term 'skin wrapped water' here refers to drinking morning tea. On the third day of my trip to Yangzhou, on the recommendation of a local friend, I came to Wanfu Restaurant to taste an authentic Yangzhou morning tea.

The life of Yangzhou people is leisurely and leisurely. Authentic Yangzhou people have the habit of drinking tea and eating breakfast in the morning. If we pay attention, we will find that the first thing Yangzhou people do every morning is to make an appointment with three or two friends, go to a tea house together, and each person has a cup of tea and a drawer of steamed buns. This is called "skin water", which is eaten by Yangzhou people with a sense of ceremony. When tourists come to Yangzhou and feel the slow life of Yangzhou, they must have breakfast once.

Yangzhou morning tea should be served early rather than late. When eating, pair it with a pot of clear tea. At the Wanfu Tower, you can also enjoy performances such as guzheng and guqin. This is the immersive experience of slow life in Yangzhou and feel the intangible cultural heritage here.

Yangzhou's steamed buns are famous throughout the country, with a wide variety of types. The most catchy ones include green vegetable buns, fresh meat buns, washed sand buns, dried vegetable buns, three ding buns, five ding buns, crab roe buns, and shredded radish buns. What I am most looking forward to this time is Yangzhou's crab roe soup dumplings. The filling is also very practical, consisting of crab roe and crab meat, and the soup is original chicken soup. The production process is exquisite and unparalleled. The main ingredients include live hairy crabs, hens, pork skin, high gluten flour, etc. When eating, a skylight needs to be opened on the bun, and a straw needs to be inserted into the bun to suck slowly and savor the freshness of the crab roe. Yangzhou people have a saying for eating it: "Gently lift it. Slowly move, open the window first, then drink the soup. First, lift the chrysanthemum top and insert a straw, filling your mouth with the fresh aroma of crab roe. Then you can dip the thin skin in vinegar and eat it. The taste on the tip of the tongue like this is really wonderful.

Compared with the noodles and ribs in Guangdong morning tea, Yangzhou morning tea is more distinctive: hot dried silk, five diced buns, Steamed dumplings... Yangzhou morning tea is very particular. From cold dishes to stir fry, to various pasta and fruits, a meal needs to sit down and taste carefully, chat with friends while eating, taste food, talk about recent developments, and eat a meal slowly for more than an hour, which is the comfort of life in Yangzhou.

In the morning, go to have a morning tea, a plate of dry silk, a cup of green tea, a few plates of Dim sum, a few bowls of pasta, and listen to Yangzhou Pingtan. Isn't life beautiful? The slowness of Yangzhou is not only about time, but also about enjoying the process of life. A morning tea can reflect the attitude of Yangzhou people towards life.

Spring and Autumn Flower Moon Night Memorial Hall

The tide of the Spring River connects to the sea level, and the bright moon rises together on the sea, shining with the waves for millions of miles. Where is the Spring River without moonlight? A seven character long song sings on the moonlit night of the Spring River, presenting us with a leisurely and peaceful painting of Yangzhou with natural and timeless language and melodious melody. The author Zhang Ruoxu is a true Yangzhou person.

When traveling to Yangzhou, it is essential to visit the Chunjiang Flower and Moon Night Memorial Hall. As a native of Yangzhou, Zhang Ruoxu has beautiful literary works, and his "Chunjiang Flower and Moon Night" is his representative work, known as the pioneering work of Tang poetry. It enjoys the reputation of surpassing the two Song dynasties with one word and covering the entire Tang dynasty with a single piece. The Chunjiang Flower and Moon Night Memorial Hall uses pictures, words, and images to immerse us in the process of the birth of this long song and its beautiful artistic conception.

Spring River Flower Moon Night "was originally the title of a song by Wu Sheng in Yuefu, and is said to have been composed by Empress Chen of the Southern Dynasties. The original lyrics are no longer known. In the exhibition hall, we can also see the earliest version of "Spring River Flower Moon Night", which is very enjoyable for friends who love ancient poetry. These are two poems by Emperor Yang of Sui, "Spring River Flower Moon Night". Compared to Zhang Ruoxu's "Spring River Flower Moon Night", the artistic conception in it is very beautiful. According to records, Zhang Ruoxu's "Spring River Flower Moon Night" describes the scenery of Yangzhou city during the Tang Dynasty.

Spring River Flower Moon Night "is not only a famous poem, but also a famous song. For friends who are familiar with guzheng music, they should be familiar with the melody of spring river flowers and moonlit nights. In the beautiful melody, we can vaguely feel the river under the moon, flowers under the moon, frost under the moon, boats under the moon, trees under the moon, and people under the moon, creating such a beautiful artistic conception.

Gudu Park

Yangzhou is a place with a story. Throughout history, countless literati and poets have left behind poems that have been passed down through the ages in Yangzhou. Among the waters of Guazhou in Jingkou, Zhongshan is only separated by a few mountains, and the spring breeze is green on the south bank of the river. When will the bright moon shine on me? Wang Anshan's famous poem "Mooring in Guazhou" is located in Yangzhou.

Guazhou Ancient Ferry Park is located on the Magua Line in Guazhou Town, Hanjiang District, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, opposite the Chunjiang Flower Moon Night Memorial Hall. When traveling to Yangzhou, these two attractions can be explored together.

Guazhou in ancient times was a famous historical and cultural town along the Grand Canal, with a long history. It was first built in the Jin Dynasty. Nowadays, we are walking in Guazhou Ancient Ferry Park, with white walls and black tiles, bamboo shadows swaying, and a quiet and elegant environment. It has been selected for

The iconic cultural and tourism products of Jiangsu Grand Canal's Hundred Scenic Spots.

Early spring in Jiangnan, the wintersweet flowers in Gudu Park have already bloomed, emitting a faint fragrance that complements the white walls and black tiles of the buildings, making people feel that time is peaceful and beautiful. Countless literati and poets have written heart wrenching poems for this land,

Bai Juyi's "Bian River, Si River, flowing to the ancient crossing of Guazhou, Wu Mountain is a little sad", Zhang Ji's "Hero Hate, Tears of the Past and Present, Water Flows East. Only Fishing Rod and Bright Moon, Up Guazhou", walking in the ancient crossing park, experiencing the ancient history of Yangzhou, those poems circulating in the long river of history, read with more charm.

Yangzhou is slow, with its poetic and picturesque charm. Find your own Yangzhou story amidst pavilions, bridges, flowing water, artistic streets, and gourmet restaurants.
