Yangzhou holds the World Expo. Decided to take a look. I don't have time during the May Day holiday, so I decided to go. Buy tickets on Ctrip two days in advance. Since May Day is a "designated day ticket", it costs 130 people per person. Usually, the ticket is 100 per person.
I entered the park at 8:45, took a break in between, and took a simple lunch with me again. Left the park at 1:50 p.m. Roughly traveled through various places in the park, totaling more than 21,000 steps. Personal feeling: The park is not as big as imagined. If you are not people with limited mobility, there is no need to take a scenic area battery tour bus. And I take a battery car during the peak holiday season, wait in line for a long time, and it takes a few minutes to arrive at the station. Moreover, the viewing points are all very compact, almost connected together, so you can miss it when you take the bus.
May 3
Wake up at 5:15 in the morning. Eat a bowl of breakfast noodles next to the community.
We set off at 6:20, and the elevated road was empty.
Follow the fast inner ring and enter the newly opened Fengxiang Road Elevated Road, and you will soon reach the Wuxi North Toll Station.
Today is entering the third day of the short holiday, and the westward direction of the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway is very smooth. The first two days started at noon on April 30 and continued to the evening of May 1. The highway in southern Jiangsu was heading west. There are also several bridges crossing the river north that are completely blocked.
Runyang Bridge also crosses the river smoothly north.
After crossing the river, turn into G40, drive for a while and get off the highway. It only took one hour and fifty minutes to drive from the breakfast shop next to my home in Wuxi to the P3 parking lot of the Expo. The Expo is located in Yizheng District, Yangzhou, far away from downtown Yangzhou.
As soon as you exit the Zaolin Bay Toll Station, you can feel the atmosphere of the Expo.
Arriving at the P3 parking lot at 8:15, there were already many cars parked. The parking lot for this Expo is well built, it is huge! You don't have to worry about parking when you drive here. And it's free!
Received text messages overnight. Requirements to enter the park from Gate 3. I called according to the number in the text message for consultation and asked me to navigate the P3 parking lot of the Expo. (At the entrance of the China Pavilion is the P1 Parking Lot at Gate 1 and the P2 Parking Lot at the entrance of the Great Waterfall)
Parking the car and walking more than 100 meters will be the entrance of Gate 3. Since you can't enter the park until 8:30, you can only wait in line at the door. There is also an on-site ticket purchase window next to it.
Prior to the Sukang code, go around in circles to go to security. Elderly people can use the shortcut next to them.
After going around more than a dozen circles, the security check was finally completed. Lighters are not allowed to be brought into the park.
After security check, check in is time. Just swipe your ID card.
After more than ten minutes of trouble, I finally entered the park.
The park is divided into east and west districts. The International Pavilion and Panda Pavilion are both located in the East District. Follow the established route and go to the China Pavilion in the West Park first. Take a look after Ili Garden. There are Kazakh young men and young girls selling mutton kebabs and yogurt at the door. I heard them talking and asked if they were speaking Kazakh? They said yes. Then ask them whether Kazakh and Uyghur can understand each other? They said they could basically understand and communicate without problems. The young man also made an analogy: It's like the difference between Yangzhou dialect and Taizhou dialect next door.
Sculpture of Kazakh riding horses
When I came out of Ili Garden, I saw the bridge like a pillow.
After walking more than a kilometer, we arrived at the China Pavilion.
Line up in circles
Go in and have a look, and that's all.
There are also small restaurants in thirteen cities in Jiangsu Province. It's too small! Nothing interesting!
After that, there are places to sell things, such as Jiangsu specialties, Changzhou combs, Nanjing Yunjin, etc.

Finally arrived at the Internet celebrity park. Bangkok Garden in Thailand.
Enter the museum and check out after shopping. It's like a small supermarket. I also bought a lot of coconut slices, grass cream, and Big Brother peanuts. At the moment of the epidemic, you can't go to Thailand, so you can just treat it as shopping in Thailand. The prices of goods and vegetables are similar to the market prices. It is estimated that products from various countries in this expo will not be given preferential duty-free policies when entering China.
African wooden handicrafts sold in the Djibouti museum.
They are all real and good things. North Korean beauties are busy and their business is super good. After a while, an old man next to him bought several thousand yuan.

Eat lunch. Go to the Panda House. After several large circles, he finally entered. The Panda House is a must-visit for everyone.
The first one hangs from it
The second one has its back to the tourist
This one is sleeping
Climb in a tree
When you come out of the Panda House, you walk a few hundred meters back to Gate 3. It was already 1:50 in the afternoon.
Crossing the river smoothly
Got on the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway heading east. Slow down continuously. It will be difficult to leave before the peak of the return journey tomorrow.
It took more than three hours to return to Wuxi. It was already past five o'clock when I got home.
