Because the 12306 points were about to expire, we welcomed this trip of "Fireworks under Yangzhou in March"(which should be March of the lunar calendar). And I was lucky enough to get tickets to the Grand Canal Museum on Saturday. This time, there were also Qi Baishi's authentic works exhibition and Potala Palace exhibition.
Day 1: Shanghai-Yangzhou
Because the ticket was redeemed, the time could only be chosen for the last ticket to depart at 8:01, and then arrived in Yangzhou at 10:46 to meet with his teammates first.
I originally planned to go to the Grand Canal Museum in the morning, but because the arrival time was a little awkward, I went for lunch first and could spend time in the museum in the afternoon. According to netizens 'suggestions, the 1-3-5-8 Hall and the roof garden are both very impressive.
There are many restaurants in the Grand Canal Museum, but the parking spaces are full, and they can only wait for the cars inside to come out before they can be released under the command of security guards. There are Japanese food shops, Chinese restaurants, KFC and some milk tea shops here. For friends who have catering needs, they can come directly to eat and then visit the exhibition.
For the Grand Canal Museum, reservations are made on the public account 7 days in advance, and tickets will be released from 19:00 every day.
If there are multiple ticket grabs and the system is busy, swipe it a few times.
Once the appointment is successful, you can check it in "My". Bring your ID card that day and swipe your ID card directly to enter.
Those who enter the museum with bags need to have security inspection machines on both sides, and those who do not have bags can walk in the middle and enter directly. Unfortunately, it rained today, so the roof couldn't be reached, so I visited a few more exhibition halls below.
Hall 2: Ship model, you will need to queue up from time to time to control the number of people entering the venue.
Hall 3: The Tang Dynasty neighborhood was restored, where small commodities and food can be bought.
Hall 8 is one flower and one world, the Light and Shadow Hall.
This temporary exhibition is Qi Baishi's work exhibition and Potala Palace exhibits. The number of exhibits is quite abundant and it is worth seeing.
Temporary Exhibition 2: Exhibits from the Potala Palace are very rich.
Adjacent to the museum are the Qi Baishi Exhibition and the Bula Palace Exhibition. The exhibits are quite attentive and can be viewed carefully for a long time. Therefore, general Grand Canal Museum can reserve 3-4 hours.
It was already past 16:00 when I came out, and I was already a little hungry after taking a photo outside. I went to Dongguan Street to stroll around the ancient streets and have dinner.
Dongguan Street is really crowded, and the nearby parking spaces are full. I deeply understand why netizens all suggest driving shared small trams.
For dinner, we chose A San Sister-in-law folk Huaiyang cuisine. When we arrived, the queue was already in line for about 30 minutes. I ordered both Yangzhou fried rice and dried shredded rice. The rice grains of the fried rice are a little hard, but this place can see the cooking in the kitchen, so I feel more at ease.
Next to the road is Dongguan Ancient Ferry, where you can take a cruise ship to visit the Grand Canal. When it rained today, we gave up the cruise ship plan and went back to the hotel after dinner because we got up early in the morning and were a little sleepy.
I don't know if it's close to the Yangzhou Marathon, but many hotels have shown that they are full, and the price of hotels between 2 and 300 has also increased by a round. I finally got a good reputation. It was really quiet at night, and it was right next to the Green Leather Car Hotel.
There are also few cars in this area and it is quiet at night and the hotel corridors are also very quiet without walking around or talking. Even in the morning, I still vaguely heard a few car horns. If the hotel room is in the right location, you can still see the Ferris Wheel. But our room type is in the opposite direction. The hotel's bathroom is separated from dry and wet, and the bathing area is large and the water is very hot. The overall value for money is good. The only regret is that there is no TV.
Day 2: Yangzhou--Shanghai
Breakfast: Mao Pailou (Liu Family Store) Because you can go to Erfen Mingyue Tower after eating here, the navigation error led to a fake Mao Pailou with only pasta food. Unfortunately!
After eating, you can directly navigate Erfenmingyue Building. There is no need to collect tickets here, but parking is impossible on the narrow road at the entrance. When you find a parking place and you are in He Yuan, you can directly buy a ticket and visit He Yuan.
The first garden in the late Qing Dynasty was indeed big and had many people, especially those window grilles who had been constantly taking photos, and there were also many teams wearing ancient costumes who asked to take photos. It was so lively.
The original layout of He's family is placed in rows.
Because He Yuan had to catch a train in the afternoon, he rushed directly to the Sui Yang Emperor Ruins Park after coming out. There is a free parking lot here, which is convenient for parking, but there is no restaurant at the door, so he can only eat some snacks he brings and continue shopping. I also passed by Wenchang Pavilion on the way.
In the afternoon, the original plan was Daming Temple, but we were worried that parking was inconvenient, and we were very interested in the museum, so we diverted the Sui Yang Emperor Ruins Park (some travel apps showed that it was not open yet, but it was actually open), but there were no ticket sales links on major platforms. After making a phone call to inquire, we could purchase directly on the public account.
The exhibition hall is divided into one tomb area and one exhibition area. The exhibits are not very rich, so take a brief look. There are also some video data that you can sit and rest. There is a visitor center at the door, a resting area, and the bathroom is also very clean.
This queen's crown is an imitation.
It was already 16:00 when I finished, and I had to catch a train at night, so I went to the nearby Yongchun Tea House for dinner and experienced the flavor of Yangzhou again.
I was a little worried that the lion's head would be all starch. I didn't expect the lion's head meat in this house to be very fragrant and delicious with powdered salted egg yolls. Xiaolongbao is also meaty and thin, and the soup is very fresh. Recommended!
Xiaolongbao meat is very plump and has a lot of soup, which is very delicious. There is also a seasoning station where you can mix your own vinegar and peppers.
After eating and rushing to Yangzhou Railway Station, there was just one hour to wait for the waiting time. The station was not big and there were not many people in line, so we quickly entered the waiting hall. It was divided into 1-2 floors. You must see clearly where to wait. This time, the train is waiting on the second floor.
I rush to check in Yangzhou on weekends, but the attractions are still limited. Because it is not the style of special forces, we are more casual and go wherever we go without being too tired. We return to Shanghai to rest for a night and continue to move bricks on Monday.
"The world is three-point bright moon night, and two-point scoundrels are in Yangzhou." On the way, I passed Jianzhen Cherry Blossom Avenue and also enjoyed the beauty of cherry blossoms. This is a weekend holiday that I never forget to leave. I should come and try Yangzhou's "Taste" when I have time.
