In the blink of an eye, it is April again, and it is time to take action in order to offset the peak of May Day travel. "There is heaven above, and Suzhou and Hangzhou below." This year's spring tours are scheduled to be in Hangzhou, Suzhou, Yangzhou and Nanjing, and also to visit my sister who has settled in Nanjing. Considering the relationship between temperature and geographical location, we will first fly to Hangzhou, then high-speed rail Suzhou, high-speed rail Nanjing, high-speed rail Yangzhou, and high-speed rail back to Tianjin.
1. Hangzhou
The main attractions to visit in Hangzhou are Gongchen Bridge, Lingyin Temple, Faxi Temple, Leifeng Pagoda and Yuewang Temple around the West Lake, Yu Qian's former residence, Wugong Mountain, City God Temple, and Hu Xueyan's former residence. Take a cruise ship to travel Qiantang River at night.
Hangzhou stayed at Chengjun Junting Hotel. I originally booked a luxurious queen bed room, but the hotel upgraded the urban queen bed room for free. It was a small surprise. The hotel has not been open for a long time, and the smart housekeeper in the room is quite interesting. Personally, I feel that this hotel is a good value for money!
It was already afternoon when I arrived on the first day. After lunch, I checked the map. It was not far from Gongchen Bridge, so I packed up and set out.
Gongchen Bridge is said to be the tallest and longest stone arch bridge among the ancient bridges in Hangzhou. It was built in the fourth year of Chongzhen in the Ming Dynasty. The bridge collapsed in the eighth year of Shunzhi in the Qing Dynasty. In the 53rd year of Kangxi, the governor Duan Zhixi initiated and took the lead in donating money. Monk Huilu of Yunlin Temple (i.e. Lingyin Temple) tried his best to raise money to help. It took four years to build the current Gongchen Bridge, which marks the end of the ancient canal in Hangzhou.
The "Wasabi House" on the bank of the Grand Canal next to Gongchen Bridge is a restaurant. It feels very romantic and I really want to go in and sit down, but I had lunch too late and too full, so I shouldn't be able to eat it. I asked if I could sit inside and drink some drinks. A beautiful waitress readily agreed. We ordered several drinks and a bottle of beer. I said to my wife, let's learn from foreigners and drink beer. At this time, the waiter brought over a plate of peanuts and said,"I'm here to bring you wine!" Suddenly I felt warm in my heart. After settling the bill, we didn't leave immediately because of the bad weather. The waiter delivered a small dessert. We couldn't help but sigh: "Is the service in Hangzhou so heart-warming?"
The next morning we went to experience the water bus, also called the water bus. The whole journey was 3 yuan for 5 stops. If we didn't want to spend money, we wouldn't have to experience the cruise ship again.
In the afternoon, I went to Lingyin Temple and Faxi Temple.
Lingyin Temple is an ancient Chinese Buddhist temple, also known as Yunlin Temple. It was built in the first year of Xianhe in the Eastern Jin Dynasty. The main reason why we visited Lingyin Temple was because it was the place where Ji Gong became a monk. Lingyin Temple is one of the attractions in Feilaifeng Scenic Area. To go to Lingyin Temple, you must buy tickets for Feilaifeng, and you must also buy tickets for Lingyin Temple (nominally fragrant flower coupons). It should be noted that the "North Peak" on the picture above is outside the North Exit, and you cannot return after climbing the peak.
According to the introduction, the Feilaifeng statue began in the first year of Guangshun in the Later Zhou Dynasty of the Five Dynasties. Later, it was excavated in the Song and Yuan Dynasties, especially in the Yuan Dynasty, forming the largest statue group in Zhejiang Province. Personally, I think that if I were not particularly persistent and visited the statues here, I wouldn't have to go to the Mogao Grottoes. It is said that the techniques are the same.
Lingyin Temple has a strong commercial atmosphere. If you don't have the complex of Jigong, you don't have to watch it.
It is said that Shangtianzhu Faxi Temple (Faxi Temple) is famous for its effectiveness of Guanyin and its prosperous incense. Many emperors in past dynasties have paid homage to incense. It is 2.5 kilometers away from Lingyin Temple, and the scenery along the way is not bad. After leaving Lingyin Temple, we went to Faxi Temple.
Come to Faxi Temple. Because I didn't understand the rules of the temple, I didn't take too many photos.
The third day in Hangzhou is to visit the West Lake. Personally, the West Lake is a famous scenic spot in Hangzhou. The lake itself may not be much. Not only is it not as beautiful as Lugu Lake in Yunnan, many other lakes I have visited are also more beautiful than the West Lake. However, the West Lake is surrounded by various garden landscapes, which are not found in other lakes. What is not there is a popular story, so it is a must-visit attraction when visiting Hangzhou. The famous Broken Bridge Scenic Spot feels completely supported by stories. Moreover, the broken bridge did not break. Legend has it that after snowing in winter, the sun side of the bridge melted away, but the shade side was still covered with snow. From a distance, the bridge seemed to have been broken, hence the name "Broken Bridge". But think about other arched bridges, wouldn't it be the same? It feels like an ordinary arched bridge that can no longer be ordinary, far less historic and ornamental than the arched bridge mentioned above.
Xiaoying Island, located in the middle of the West Lake, is an island in the middle of the lake that requires a boat to reach. There are three stone pagodas built in the South Lake of the island. It is said that they were created by Su Dongpo when dredging the West Lake in Hangzhou (the existing stone pagodas were rebuilt in the Ming Dynasty). They are the famous "Three Tanks Embarking the Moon". More importantly, they are the fifth set of RMB 1 The pattern on the back of the yuan can only be easily viewed on the island or on a boat.
Su Causeway was formerly known as Sugong Causeway. It is a tree-lined embankment that runs through the north and south scenic areas of the West Lake.
Lei Feng Pagoda was built by Qian Chu, King of Wu and Yue, to worship Buddha with snails and hair relics and pray for the peace of the country and the people. It was built in the second year of Taiping and Xingguo of the Northern Song Dynasty. The reason why we are interested is not because of its history, but because of the story of the White Lady. There is an escalator under the tower and an elevator inside the tower. You have to queue up to take the elevator.
Yuewang Temple is located at the northwest corner of the West Lake. It is called Yuewang Temple because Yue Fei pursued King E. Yue Fei was a national hero with both civil and military skills, and he left behind the famous poem "Manjiang Red·Furious Hair Rush to the Crown" for future generations. In the Yuewang Temple Tomb Park, there is also a group of iron kneeling statues, with bare upper bodies, hands tied behind their backs, and knees kneeling on their knees, making a gesture of bowing their heads. I took photos later.
After the visit to Yuewang Temple, there are some good small attractions on the way to Broken Bridge.
The broken bridge has arrived.
On the fourth day, we mainly visited Qinghefang Street, which was used to be called Qinghefang because of the Qinghe Prefectural Mansion. The Prince of Qinghe was Zhang Jun, who participated in the plot against Yue Fei. Zhang Jun, Qin Hui and other four people are now cast into kneeling statues of iron figures. They kneel in front of Yue Fei's grave forever and are despised by all people (see the photo of Yue Wang Temple above). There are Yu Qian's former residence, Wugong Mountain, City God Temple and Hu Xueyan's former residence nearby, and we also visited them.
Yu Qian is my favorite Ming Dynasty famous minister and national hero. He made two videos.
Ancient City of Hangzhou
Wugong Mountain. Wugong Temple, City God Temple and Yaowang Temple are all on Wugong Mountain.
The City God Temple and the City God Pavilion are located together. Some road signs only mark the City God Temple, and some only mark the City God Pavilion. They are actually in the same location.
Hu Xueyan's former residence can be called the largest mansion of a Chinese giant merchant in the late Qing Dynasty. The most characteristic thing inside is his small garden "Zhiyuan".
Take a cruise ship to travel the Qiantang River at night.
Our trip to Hangzhou is over here.
2. Suzhou
Arriving in Suzhou, hanshan templeandmaple bridge night mooringI can't help but take a look because of Zhang Ji's poem "Night Mooring on Maple Bridge". These two attractions are next to each other.
Hanshan Temple has a strong commercial atmosphere. While taking this introduction, an elderly woman with a fierce look suddenly appeared and scolded me,"No photos!" I was very confused and asked,"Can't I take a brief introduction?" Answer "You can't shoot anything!". Although I don't believe in Buddhism, I still feel that her behavior is very incompatible with this occasion.
On the second day in Suzhou, I was going to visit ancient towns. There are many ancient towns in Suzhou that have thousands of years old. I feel that I can go to a representative one. The "beauty lies in the same village" originated from "Jiangnan Ballad". We choseTongli ancient town。
On the third day in Suzhou, I planned to visit Suzhou's gardens, but there are many gardens in Suzhou, so I chose the focus.zhuozhengyuanandLion forestThe Humble Administrator's Garden is titled with the meaning of "This is also the governance of the clumsy" and is considered to be a representative work of Jiangnan classical gardens and a precious heritage of Chinese garden art. Lion Grove is named "Lion Grove" because there are many stone peaks in the park that look like lions. Tourists walk between the strange rocks, which is interesting. Everyone calls it "Drilling Hole".
Lion forest, a very characteristic garden and worth a visit.
Tiger HillIt is a five-A scenic spot in Suzhou, with "Tibetan Mountains in the Temple" as a major feature.
shantang StreetIt is reported that during the Tang Dynasty, Bai Juyi was appointed as the governor of Suzhou. He dredged the northwest river outside Suzhou and excavated it into Shantang River, and built an ancient street next to the river. There are ancient buildings along the street, most of which are from the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China. It is very lively at night.
The fourth day in Suzhou. I was tired, so I briefly visited the West Hall of the State Museum in the morning and rested at the hotel in the afternoon. The trip to Suzhou ends here.
3. Nanjing (including Yangzhou)
Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge, one of our teenage feelings. There is no connection between the bridge and the bridge. The bridge is nearly 5 kilometers long. There are many electric vehicles passing on the sidewalk, making it inconvenient to visit.
The next day in Nanjing, the high-speed railway in Yangzhou. Love to Yangzhoumorning teaI have a special liking, mainly visitinggeyuan,Daming temple、guanyinshan、slender West LakeAt night, the high-speed train returns to Nanjing.
Morning tea for two people will be eliminated!
geyuanIt is a private garden of Yangzhou salt merchants 'residences in the Qing Dynasty. Green bamboos are planted all over the garden. Because the shape of the bamboo leaves is like the word "ge", it is named "Geyuan". The main feature is that different rocks and green plants are used to simulate the scenery of spring, summer, autumn and winter.
Daming temple, got its name because it was first built during the Ming Dynasty of Emperor Xiaowu of the Song Dynasty in the Southern Dynasties.
Guanyin Mountain is said to have climbed this mountain by Bai Juyi, Pi Rixiu, Liu Yuxi, Wang Chong, etc.. During his southern tour, Emperor Qianlong visited the mountain six times, and it was one of the few free attractions along the way.
slender West LakeIt is a typical small shallow lake, and its source water comes from the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. It is said that the name of Slender West Lake is related to the Qing Dynasty poet Wang Pao, whose poem contains "Slender West Lake". In fact, after seeing the gardens of Suzhou and Hangzhou, I was not interested in other gardens, but the reputation of "Slender West Lake" was so great that I had to travel, so I had to take a battery car and visit it.
The third day in Nanjing.
Jiming templeLocated on the eastern foot of Jilong Mountain in Xuanwu District, Nanjing City, it is also known as the Ancient Jiming Temple. It was built in the first year of Yongkang in the Western Jin Dynasty and has a history of more than 1,700 years. Since ancient times, it has been known as the "first temple in the Southern Dynasties" and the first of the "480 temples in the Southern Dynasties". It is one of the must-see attractions to Nanjing.
Nanjing City wall, is the well-preserved Ming City Wall today.
Xuanwu Lake, is one of the three famous lakes in Jiangnan. Three Daming Lakes: Xuanwu Lake, West Lake, and South Lake. Having swam too many lakes, I really didn't want to visit the lake again. Considering its reputation and its free attraction, I took a battery car to visit it.
Nanjing Deji Plazaluxury bathroom, I haven't seen it anywhere else, but it has become a major attraction in Nanjing, and many young people come here to check in.
The art exhibition hall of Deji Square.

we live inQinhuai River Scenic AreaThe Zitu Hotel inside, I feel that this is also a cost-effective hotel. It should be the busiest place in Nanjing.Jiangnan gongyuanandConfucius TempleIt's all here.
The fourth day in Nanjing.
When you arrive in Nanjing, you still have to experience Nanjing food stalls.
Ming Palace Site
Nanjing Museum
Dabao 'en temple ruins
zhonghuamen, another place on the Nanjing City Wall.
yuhuatai。According to records, Buddhism was prevalent during the Emperor Wu of the Liang Dynasty in the Southern Dynasties. An eminent monk named Master Yun Guang set up an altar here to teach scriptures. He moved the sky and even flowers fell like rain. Yuhuatai was named, and the idiom "The sky is full of flowers" was born. But now you can't find Yuhua stones in Yuhuatai. There are many people selling Yuhua stones. I couldn't avoid the custom and bought some. When we went there, we rode two shared cars. When we waited for the red light, we asked passers-by to confirm the route. At this time, a little girl riding a bicycle came over and asked if we were going to Yuhuatai Park. After getting the answer, she said to us: It's easy for ordinary people to make mistakes, so follow me! When we couldn't keep up, we would stop and wait for us from time to time and lead us to our destination. Thank you so kind little girl!
zhanyuan, known as the No. 1 Garden in Jinling, the 87th edition of Dream of the Red Chamber and the Legend of the New White Lady were once filmed here.
The fifth day in Nanjing. The main reason was to visit my sister who settled in Nanjing, and it was also the main reason why we chose to travel in Nanjing. Back in the evening, we visited Qinhuai Scenic Area again and visitedConfucius Temple, the master is Confucius, and it is said that Confucius has never been to Nanjing.
Confucius Temple
A free attraction opposite the north gate of Confucius Temple.
On the fifth day of Nanjing, I will be returning home at noon. In my free time in the morning, I visited the last attraction of the trip,"Bailuzhou Park". The song "Toppling the Country" is quite nice. The first lyrics are "Rain crosses Bailuzhou". If you haven't been to "Bailuzhou", just visit Bailuzhou Park.
The tour is over. The general feeling is that the biggest characteristics of Jiangnan cities are beautiful mountains and rivers, pleasant scenery, and the city and scenery blend. The scenery is in the city and the city is in the scenery, which are natural pictures. The organizing process is for future browsing and as a reference for interested friends.
