Yangzhou is a city that can calm people down.

This was my second time to Yangzhou, and it took me five days to slowly experience the city.

On the other hand, my trip to Yangzhou felt like I was either eating or on the way to eating. During meals, I also wandered around many places, but there were still many places I didn't check in.

Yunhe Sanwan Park, Daming Temple, Shouxi Lake, Songjiacheng, Tangcheng Ruins, Wenfeng Temple... I also felt back rubbing and pedicure, soaking in the hot spring... I sighed that this is such a leisurely city.

By the way, the high-speed rail to Yangzhou will be open on July 1, making it more convenient to go to Yangzhou.

"Fireworks fall under Yangzhou in March". Although March has been a long time since I have not seen Yangzhou City with blooming flowers and flying catkins, every trip to Yangzhou gives me a good feeling.

The slow life of Yangzhou people is "wrapped in water in the morning and wrapped in water in the afternoon." What does it mean? Let me take you to experience it.

Pack water in the morning

Go to have a cup of Yangzhou morning tea in the morning and taste Yangzhou specialty snacks. This is the so-called "bag of water".

In Yangzhou, there is always a feeling of misty rain and Jiangnan.

However, Yangzhou is geographically north of the Yangtze River, but Yangzhou's Jiangnan charm is not because it lacks north of the Yangtze River. As a city in the north of the Yangtze River, its Jiangnan charm exceeds many Jiangnan cities, and has even become a representative of Jiangnan culture in the hearts of Chinese people.

Suddenly I heard music. It turned out that it was a local opera enthusiast in Yangzhou, singing Yang opera here. Although I don't understand it, it feels good.

I listened to it for a long time with my friends and chatted about this spring. It provided such a place for performance enthusiasts to have a chance to showcase and let diners experience Yangzhou's opera. It was really good.

Most of the people who come here for morning tea are local people, including a family of three and several friends. Yechun's refreshments can be ordered individually. Even if you are alone, you can come here for morning tea.

On the table were several small dishes and a pot of tea. The tea was Yangzhou green tea "Lvyangchun", a kind of tea that Yangzhou locals like to drink.

After eating morning tea for more than an hour, people dispersed and we were still here, so we left a photo of our visit here to miss this slow-moving Yangzhou in the future.

Yangzhou lacquerware is a specialty of Yangzhou and one of the traditional crafts with Chinese characteristics. It is very meticulous. Yechun Tea House displays local culture in this way, which is also a very good integration.

Yechun's morning tea is exquisite, small and small, so that you can eat many varieties. Although this jade shaomai is called shaomai, there is no glutinous rice in it, and it is all wrapped in shepherd's purse. It is highly recommended.

Hot dried shredded silk is a small dish in Huaiyang cuisine that tests chefs 'knife skills. China on the tip of the tongue once introduced that you can eat almost every meal in Yangzhou.

This small bowl is just right.

Crab roe soup dumplings are a must-try. But how to drink all the soup requires skill. The mantra is: Lift gently, move slowly, open the window first, and then drink the soup... Try it yourself next time.

You must also try the fine sand buns and Wuding buns here.

Wuding is made of diced sea cucumber, diced chicken, diced meat, diced bamboo shoots, and diced shrimp. It was eaten before I took a photo of you.

The final dessert was tofu flower. There was really no stomach for it, so I could only taste it. With a strong osmanthus flavor, the tofu flower is actually sweet.

In Yangzhou, I always feel that my belly is too good. I ate so many steamed buns because I didn't want to miss everything.

Afternoon water wrapping

Go to the bathhouse in Yangzhou and take a bath in the afternoon. This is the so-called "water wrapping". After playing for a day, I decided to experience the "water sheath" at night, which was very down-to-earth.

This Yangzhou Backwashing Hall is highly recommended by all the friends who have gone to experience it. It is really comfortable!

Yangzhou is famous as the "hometown of back rubbing." Yangzhou back rubbing is an important part of Yangzhou bathing culture and a unique traditional Chinese medicine treatment.

Surprisingly, Yangzhou back-rubbing is actually an intangible cultural heritage. Moreover, Yangzhou's "Technical Requirements and Service Specifications for Bathing Back-rubbing" has been officially listed as a national industry standard and is really a unique one in the world.

There is a clearly marked price on the wall on the first floor. I chose a Yangzhou back rub for 128 yuan for 60 minutes, and a Yangzhou famous teacher pedicure for 30 yuan.

Yangzhou back rubbing consists of three parts: "back rubbing","back ironing" and "back knocking"."Eight light, eight heavy and eight thoughtful" are the essence of Yangzhou back rubbing.

After thousands of years of inheritance, we have constantly explored, refined and summarized the wonderful methods that can only be understood by personally experiencing them. Entering the double room on the third floor, two aunts served one-on-one.

Aunt Rubbing said: Each guest has one bath, and each guest will be disinfected once and the water will be changed once when bathing. Moreover, they can all witness the master's disinfection and water change processes on site.

It is worth mentioning that the back rub aunt did not use a bathing towel, but used a towel to wrap her hands to rub her back. It was very gentle and did not hurt at all.

The one-hour process is to soak in a bath, rub your back, rinse, moisturize your skin with milk and aloe vera, wrap your back with a hot towel, rinse.. Every pore is really comfortable.

Then he had a pedicure in the hall and lay lazily while chatting with the pedicure master. The master was skilled and removed all the dead skin on his feet, making it slippery.

"Water wrapped in bags" and "water wrapped in bags" are the two great joys of Yangzhou people. Really, it was worth coming to Yangzhou just for these two things.
