When you come to Yangzhou, how can you not go for morning tea? Yechun, Fuchun, Quyuan, Yiyuan, Garden Restaurant... there are too many choices.

I recommend Yechun Royal Wharf Store. This is the oldest Yechun. I personally think it is the most authentic one in Yechun.

There is a iconic teapot at the door, and a group of fans are listening to the opera here. The restaurant environment is very Jiangnan.

It is said that the queue starts at 7:00 every day here. In order not to queue up, we booked a customized package for the box in advance at 158 yuan/person. The advantage is that we can make reservations in advance.

The hall was crowded, but there were also many locals eating breakfast here.

The mini washstand is so exquisite. There are shredded ginger in the bowl and this insulated pot is really cute.

The special feature of this private package is that the buns are relatively small and are customized mini buns with 32 folds. The steamed buns are Wuding Bao and Bean Bun, both of which are very delicious.

Hot dried shredded silk, emerald roasted meat, steamed dumplings, you can't miss each one.

Tea is a local kind called "Green Yangchun".

The crab roe soup dumplings are served hot, so be sure to eat them while they are hot. The mantra is "Lift gently, move slowly, open the window first, and then drink the soup." The straw is for tourists who can't eat it.

Finally, there is a serving of tofu pudding. This morning tea was quite satisfying. It was extremely simple but enigmatic.

Although it is 1.5 hours of morning tea, it is actually quite rushed. In order to eat more, it's worth getting up early.

There is also a la carte in the lobby, which is ordered according to your taste, but basically this set meal is the essence, and there is no missing one. After all, it is not as affordable as eating the set meal.

Tickets for Slender West Lake are 100 yuan

As a must-check in to Yangzhou, Slender West Lake is known as "the prosperity of gardens, the best in the world". It belongs to a national AAAAA tourist attraction and is included in the World Cultural Heritage List.

Slender West Lake is characterized by "thinness". The lake surface is sometimes wide and sometimes narrow, trees on both sides are sparse, and the garden buildings are simple and colorful. The lake is more than ten miles long and is like a picture of mountains and rivers. It has both natural scenery and Yangzhou's unique style gardens. It is one of the famous scenic spots in China.

Wuting Bridge, 24th Bridge, Lotus Pond, Diaoyutai, Xichun Terrace, Wanhuayuan, Xiaojinshan... The tourist area of Slender West Lake covers an area of 100 hectares. In fact, it takes more than a day to visit it.

It is said that fireworks fall in Yangzhou in March, but in fact,"Fireworks March" is April in the Gregorian calendar. But this season's Slender West Lake is really beautiful, with flowers blooming.

It's just that there were really too many tourists. The day we went there was just the weekend and the weather was good. The 24th Bridge began to "block people" and traffic in one direction.

Yangzhou people are never tired of the essence of food, and the fine quality of food is never tired of the meat.

Yangzhou Banquet is the local specialty restaurant that best represents Huaiyang cuisine in Yangzhou. It combines traditional Huaiyang snacks with Yangzhou local culture.

When it comes to Yangzhou's food, it was actually cultivated by salt merchants. In the past, life in Yangzhou was luxurious. Rich salt merchants loved to delve into garden art and food culture, and each cook had their own unique skills.

Yangzhou Banquet has four stores in Yangzhou, including Yunhe Store, Sanwan Store, Slender West Lake Store, and Songcheng Villa Store.

The oldest one is Slender West Lake Store, but it is really so popular that it takes a long time to wait. The lobby is full of foodies waiting for reservations. The private room of Slender West Lake Store is 200 yuan/person, and the lobby is zero.

I recommend you Songcheng Shanzhuang Store because the environment here is good, the restaurant is not so busy, and the most distinctive feature is that Chao Xian girl brings tea and water for you, but the private room is 300 yuan per person, which is 100 yuan more than other stores.

Logically, this price is not cheap, but it is still full, and you will know how delicious it is. All four stores are very popular, so you must remember to make an appointment.

Every time I come to Yangzhou for a banquet, the dishes in different seasons are completely different. This Chinese toon is fried with fried eggs and lotus root clips. This Chinese toon is only available in this season.

The staple food waiter will ask you to choose Yangzhou fried rice or Yangchun noodles. We order Yangzhou fried rice every time to compare which one tastes best.

I won't put too much food maps. You have to experience the taste yourself.

Gardens need to be slowly appreciated. I have been to the garden countless times. He Yuan's Fudao Corridor and Riding Tower are very distinctive and worthy of being the representative work of Yangzhou gardens in the late Qing Dynasty.

Known as the "First Garden in the Late Qing Dynasty", He Garden, also known as the "Jixiao Villa", is located at No. 66 Xuningmen Street, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It is a Chinese classical garden building built in the middle of the Qing Dynasty.

The Fudao Corridor in Heyuan is unique in domestic gardens and is known as the "prototype of China's overpass". Just for this, it is worth visiting.

Heyuan is a national key cultural relic protection unit and a national 4A-level tourist attraction. The whole park is divided into four parts: East Park, West Park, Garden Residential Courtyard, and Pishishan Mountain House.

But generally speaking, it's not big. 2 hours is enough to take photos and stroll around. The main reason is that there are few people and quiet, so I like it better.

My favorite are the exquisite refreshments from Lanpu Tea House: water chestnut crisp, egg yolk crisp, peach blossom crisp, walnut crisp... They are so exquisite that I can't bear to eat it.

I am very enjoying staying here for two to three hours when I am tired from shopping.

I can never pronounce the name of this restaurant like it. I pronounce it as eating eighty-eight.

This restaurant is a fusion of Sichuan cuisine, Cantonese cuisine, and Huaiyang cuisine. After eating Huaiyang cuisine for a few days, I feel that his family is very innovative.

I recommend grilled opium fish with green onions, which is a must-order at almost every table.

Recommended Cantonese style honey roast pork.

Shancheng Abalone Spicy Chicken is also recommended.

Which is the best Yangzhou fried rice? After eating five or six meals, I feel that this place is the best. 7 Eat the Yangzhou fried rice from Bar 8. The eggs are scrambled into shreds, which is very exquisite.

Eight cold dishes, plus a table of hot dishes, filled the table, but I felt that every dish was good. You can order individually, but you need to make an appointment. The queue at this store is super heavy.

The best place to go at night is to take a bath in the bathhouse, and then let the back rub master try his best to remove the old dirt on your body. This Yangzhou people's "water foreskin" means taking a bath.

Yangzhou is famous as the "hometown of back-rubbing".

Yangzhou back rubbing is an important part of Yangzhou bathing culture and a unique traditional Chinese medicine treatment. It has a history of more than 2000 years and is known as the intangible cultural heritage on the fingertips.

Even though I made an appointment, I still had to wait for a long time because there were so many women and there were not enough female back scrubbers. The waiter at Yangzhou Back Rubbing Museum told us that we weren't busy today. Sometimes, reservations were full at 3:30 in the afternoon.

I chose the most basic 138 yuan intangible cultural heritage back rubbing package. After 60 minutes, the price was still acceptable.

It is worth mentioning that the back rub here is not a bathing towel but a towel. It will not feel painful, it is particularly comfortable, and it is also very clean.

During this hour, I won't describe it, only you will feel it yourself. After rubbing, you can go to the lounge to lie down and rest, drink a glass of water, pick ears, pedicure, etc.

The most interesting thing in the room is that there are two chopsticks and a steamed bun on the bed, representing Yangzhou. The room was pure white and minimalist and of good quality. All drinks are free.

If you want to come to Yangzhou for a vacation and don't choose a hotel, you can consider this hotel. The hotel price is about 600 yuan, but reservations must be made in advance. Recent months have been peak season, and many tourists come to Yangzhou.

I think there may be two parallel rankings for any destination, one for locals and the other for tourists. It is rare to have an intersection.

This is normal. If a "layman" asks about the delicious food list in your city, there is a high probability that you will also answer,"That's all to deceive tourists. We locals won't go there to eat..." This kind of arrogance belongs to locals is universally applicable.
