Enter from the south gate of the scenic area located in Dahongqiao and follow the long embankment. The embankment is five to six hundred meters long, with a peach in three steps and a willow in five steps, alternating with peaches and willows. In March, spring flowers are colorful and blooming, willow silk dance gracefully, flying like smoke and picturesque, forming a Changdi Spring Willow Landscape Belt.

Xuyuan was built on the former site of "Taohuawu" in 1915. It is a temple garden built in memory of warlord Xu Baoshan. The gate of the garden is like a full moon looking at the sun. The word "Xu Yuan" is written on the forehead of the gate. It has a unique flavor and was written by Ji Lianggong.

The main hall in Xu Garden is the "Listening Oriole Hall". There is a nanmu pavilion in the museum made of fine nanmu and is extremely delicate.

The famous Wuting Bridge is built in imitation of Beijing's Wulong Pavilion and Seventeen-Arch Bridge.

The white pagoda is white in body, also known as the White Pagoda of Guanyin Temple. It is 27.5 meters high and has an octagonal shape in plane. It consists of a tall waist-waist Sumi seat, an octagonal pavilion type tower body with double eaves, a huge wave blocking and a thirteen-day phase wheel at the top.

Because we are going to the 24th Bridge and Xichun Terrace, we follow the navigation and cross the Wuting Bridge to come to Wangchun Tower, which is across the lake from Xichun Terrace.

"Twenty-Four Bridges" comes from the poem of Du Mu, a famous poet in the Tang Dynasty,"The green mountains are faintly distant and the grass in the south of the Yangtze River has not withered at the end of autumn; on the bright night of the Twenty-Four Bridges, where can the jade man teach to play the flute?" The 24th Bridge consists of a combination of a Sail Plank Road, a single-hole arch bridge, a nine-curved bridge and a Blow-blowing Pavilion. The jade belt-shaped arch bridge in the middle is 24 meters long and 2.4 meters wide. There are 24 steps on the upper and lower sides of the bridge, surrounded by 24 white jade railings and 24 railings.

Opposite is Xichun Terrace

Xichun Terrace is the main building of the 24th Bridge Scenic Area. It is also the "Chuntai Bright Moon", one of Yangzhou's "24th Scenery". The architectural style around Xichun Terrace fully reflects the grand style of the royal garden. All buildings are made of green glazed tiles and red buildings and white jade bodies and gold roofs.
