Zhangjiajie, a place with beautiful mountains and forests, is also a place I have always wanted to visit. This time I finally had the opportunity to visit, and I was a little excited. I searched the Internet for information several days in advance, but unfortunately it was a little messy. Finally, I found a local tour guide, Chen Ziqun (13807447143), printed a small stack of information, and set off on the road with a backpack.
Since I only had three days, I could only take the N702 Shenzhen West-Huaihua train at night. The train departs from Changsha at 23:50 p.m. and arrives at Zhangjiajie at 5:20 a.m. the next morning. I can buy a seat ticket in Changsha. The fare is 46 yuan. This train is in poor condition and has no air conditioning. After a sleepy night of turbulence, I arrived at Zhangjiajie Railway Station. After getting off the train station, I was going to the ticket office to buy a ticket, but the ticket office would open at 8 o'clock, which was really strange. There is a very interesting place at Zhangjiajie Railway Station. Its railway station is actually more than ten kilometers away from the city, so you have to take a bus from the railway station square to the bus station in the city, because it is best to get to Zhangjiajie Forest Park from the bus station in the city. Here, I would like to remind friends who are self-service travel that Zhangjiajie Railway Station is really chaotic. It is best to ignore the people who come to chat up when you leave the exit, and don't wander around at will. Go directly to the bus. There are too many things to be extorted at the train station, so don't take private minivans and taxis. It took a yuan and ten minutes to get to the city bus station. We contacted tour guide Chen and immediately got on the minibus in Forest Park. After about four to fifty minutes, we arrived at the entrance of Forest Park.
Previously, I agreed with Tour Guide Chen that it would be all-inclusive for three days and two nights (admission, food, accommodation, and tour guide fees) for a total of 470 yuan (excluding Bailong Elevator and Tianzishan Cableway fees). This price seemed to be recognized on the Internet. I paid him 300 yuan at the entrance of the Forest Park, and the rest was paid the next night. After buying the ticket, he entered. The ticket was an IC card, a total of 245 yuan. He had to check his fingerprints when entering. By the way, the card says that the tickets can only be used for two days. In fact, since we live in the scenic area, we can stay for a few more days. Because the original hotels in the scenic area have been demolished, tourists from the travel agency must go to the scenic area every day after traveling. Rest at a hotel outside the scenic area. In this case, we can only use our IC card to re-enter the scenic area.
After entering the scenic spot, we set out according to the route provided by the tour guide. The tour guide said that according to the three-day period, the scenery of Huangshi Village was average, so we didn't go. We walked straight to the right and walked straight along the Jinbian River. The stream was very clear and cool, with tall and straight peaks on both sides. There was also a place in the middle of the Jinbian River specially for drinking spring water. It took us more than two hours to reach Shuihuan Simen, where there were stone tablets from Zhangjiajie. We had lunch at Shuihuan Simen at noon. After a break, we took an eco-friendly car in the scenic area (Buses in the scenic area are free, and there are stops at Shuilao Simen, Shili Gallery, Bailong Elevator, World's First Bridge, Helong Park, Tianzishan Cableway, and Wulingyuan Gate.) Arriving at the door of Bailong Elevator, it took 53 yuan to go up the mountain, and then took a bus to the World's First Bridge. We lived in a farmhouse very close to the World's First Bridge, which was relatively clean and sanitary. After putting down your luggage, you will go to the First Bridge in the World, the Ecstasy Terrace, and the Back Garden. These scenic spots are all together. The First Bridge in the World is covered with copper locks. You can also go to the pavilion next to the bridge and buy a lock to lock it on the bridge. However, the bridge is already very full. Let's see if you can plug it in. After shopping here for more than two hours, we rested early in the evening.
The second day was the hardest day with the best scenery, and travel agencies generally wouldn't go to these attractions. I took an eco-friendly car early in the morning and arrived at the entrance of Xianren Bridge. Walking down the stairs, there is a small platform and you can find two roads on the right. On the right is towards Xianren Bridge, on the left is difficult to walk, and on the left is difficult to walk. Many people will miss it. I think this attraction is interesting, so you will find out if you go and have a look. When we arrived at Xianren Bridge, the bridge head was sealed with wire, but we could still cross it, but it was a bit dangerous, so it was not recommended because the bridge was only more than 1 meter wide and there were no barriers on both sides. Further ahead is the Emperor's Seat, which is also a place with a very beautiful scenery. You must visit it. When you come back, it's all uphill. If you really can't walk, you can sit on the slide pole and ask the tour guide to help you bargain. Generally, 20-30 yuan will be enough. After swimming in Xianren Bridge and Tianzi, we continued to take an eco-friendly car to Wulong Village and had lunch at the door. After an hour of rest, we set out. Our route was a little different from the ordinary route. We first took a small path to the left on the way to Wulong Village, first to the Sky Corridor, and then to Wulong Village and Tianbo Prefecture. Many people have never been to the Sky Corridor. I personally think it is really worth visiting. We also had a little bit of rain on the way. The ground was wet and slippery. The Sky Corridor is actually in the narrow valley of two peaks, along the mountainside. There is a corridor. At the end, looking up, this is actually halfway up the mountain. The scenery there is very beautiful. There are mountain peaks on the left and terraces and houses on the right. Not long after I stepped back, there was a road to Wulong Village and Tianbo Prefecture. Wulong Village was a bit interesting. There were three dangerous passes before entering. The first and second dangerous passes had to be bowed. The third dangerous pass was a very narrow path. I had to turn sideways to move forward. After walking in for a while, you can see Tianbo Prefecture. Tianbo Prefecture is the most beautiful attraction in Zhangjiajie. It is similar to climbing to the sky in one step. It is actually the top of a mountain peak. Before going up, you have to pass through a pontoon bridge and then you have to climb nearly 80 degrees to get up. There is a small platform on it, and standing on it, there are four mountain peaks that look like city walls in the distance. At first glance, the scenery is really beautiful. We had a very tired walk that day, but we saw a very beautiful scenery, which was worth it.
On the third day, we went to Tianzi Mountain. We first went to Shentang Bay and Diandian Terrace. These two scenery are also good. Then we went to Helong Park. At this time, there were many people from travel agencies. If you walk in, you can see Yubi Peak, Fairy Scattered Flowers, Xihai Stone Forest and Tianzi Pavilion. Then we took an eco-friendly car to Tianzi Mountain cableway, which cost 42 yuan. When I arrived at the foot of the mountain, I took an eco-friendly car to eat at Shili Gallery. Since I had to catch the train at 3:20 p.m., I took the eco-friendly car to the gate of Wulingyuan at 1 o'clock. I took a private minibus at the door to Wulingyuan Bus Station. It cost 8 yuan to get to Zhangjiajie City. Then I took the bus to the railway station and took the N728 Zhangjiajie-Changsha (70 yuan). It was 8:40 p.m. to Changsha.
The three-day and two-night tour was over, but the beautiful scenery of Zhangjiajie kept coming to my mind. If you still have a few days, you can visit Baofeng Lake around Zhangjiajie Forest Park, Jiutian Cave in Sangzhi County, Maoyan River rafting, etc.
Cost: 116 yuan for train ticket, 53 yuan for Bailong Elevator, 42 yuan for Tianzishan Cableway, and 470 yuan for all tour guides.
