The itinerary arrangement is generally reasonable, but there are two inadequacies: first, individual tourists come from all over the country. When the tour guide finally gathered the people together on the first morning, the time was already 11 o'clock; second, the itinerary should not be arranged in the ancient city of Fenghuang. The ancient city of Fenghuang is more than 200 kilometers away from Zhangjiajie. The entire journey takes about 5 hours on one side, and it takes a whole day to and from the road. The ancient city of Fenghuang is closer to Guizhou, and I personally think it is more reasonable to arrange it in Guizhou's tourist itinerary. In fact, there are many scenic spots in Wulingyuan, such as Tianzi Mountain and Baofeng Lake, which can be arranged to visit.

Bad news 3: Shopping

Before departure, he had repeatedly stated to the reception tour guide that he would not participate in shopping groups, but he had participated in many shopping tours in the past four days. Because it is a individual tourist group, different tour guides are arranged to lead the group on different routes, and each tour guide basically has at least one shopping trip. The first time I was shopping was when I returned to Zhangjiajie City the next afternoon. The tour guide said that it was stipulated by the government that I must enter a large shopping mall, which contained cinnabar, tea leaves, and local and Hunan specialties; the second time I was shopping was when I was visiting Tusi City, and I was brought into the shopping city in Tusi City by the tour guide of Tusi City, which mainly contained cinnabar; the third time I was shopping was on the way to Fenghuang Ancient City, in the shopping city in the hotel, which mainly contained tea; The fourth shopping was in the shopping street in the ancient city of Fenghuang, mainly including silverware, cinnabar, horn ornaments, combs, tea and various local specialties; the fifth shopping was taken into a Miao village on the way back to Zhangjiajie from the ancient city of Fenghuang. People require poverty alleviation shopping. Tea is in their homes, and the shopping city in the village has cinnabar and various silverware. Regardless of the quality of the products, in terms of time delay, this multiple rounds of shopping lasted about 9-10 hours, wasting a lot of play time. Especially when I was in Miaozhai Shopping City, there were many people inside, but the exit gate was locked. If an accident occurred, the consequences were really unimaginable?

The only benefit of this multi-round shopping experience is that it will not be forced to shop.

Frustration 4: Choice of travel agencies and tour guides

Before departure, the travel agency guide vowed that he would provide high-quality services, not arrange shopping, and arrange luxury hotels. The result was indeed: no one picked up the station at the station, and after repeated urging, it took nearly an hour before someone picked up the station; the hotels arranged were also uneven, including express hotels (the room is extremely small, there are foreign objects in the kettle, the bathroom is blocked with water, and repeated calls to service are not answered), and there are also so-called B & Bs (Fenghuang Ancient City) similar to guest houses; when questioned about existing problems during the trip, the travel agency tour guide pretended not to see them and did not respond. Maybe the management and organizational capabilities of different travel agencies will be different, but I believe that there will be a certain gap between the actual commitments. After all, interests come first.

Suggestion: Zhangjiajie has many scenic spots to visit, which is really worth visiting. However, before traveling, you should first review the weather conditions for a period of time to avoid seeing anything on the mountain; even if you travel, individuals recommend self-driving tours and participating in groups at the place where you travel, and do not participate in local individual tourist groups. In this way, although the price of the tour is higher, it can fully guarantee the tour time, have a good tour experience, and enjoy a good mood.
