Zhangjiajie National Forest Park

China's first national forest park, Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, is composed of four major scenic spots: Tianzishan Nature Reserve, Suoxiyu Nature Reserve, and Yangjiajie. The scenic area covers an area of 264.6 square kilometers. It is the first batch of selected world natural heritage sites in China, the world's first batch of geological parks, and the country's first batch of 5A-level tourist attractions.

[Yuan Jiajie]

Located in the northern part of the National Forest Park, it is known as the mysterious "Pandora World". The closest ticket station is Wulingyuan, where you can explore the mysterious and unpredictable world of floating mountains and stars in "Avatar". If it is light rain or after rain, you can enjoy the charming scenery of clouds and mountains floating around. The famous Hallelujah Mountains, the majestic Ecstasy Terrace, and the World's No. 1 Bridge are all popular attractions.

[Yangjiajie]

It is located in the northwest of Wulingyuan and adjacent to Tianzi Mountain in the north. There are three tourist areas: Xiangzhi River, Longquan Gorge and Baihou Valley. Xiangzhi River is located in the east of Yangjiazhai Scenic Area. The stream winds in the middle, and the peaks and forests on both sides are towering; Longquan Gorge is full of stone peaks, the stream is clear, and the pool flies and waterfalls, creating a beautiful scenery. Hundred Monkey Valley is the home of macaques and egrets, and teams of macaques haunt between cliffs and valleys, and swarms of egrets inhabit among green leaves.

Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area

It is named after Tianmen Cave, which runs through the north and south. The gate is 131.5 meters high, 57 meters wide and 60 meters deep. It is located in the sky. Tianmen Mountain not only has magnificent natural scenery, but also embodies the crystallization of human wisdom: the 99-bend winding mountain road surrounding the mountain, the 999-step ladder in front of the Tianmen Gate Gate, and the escalator that raises the height of 340 meters in the mountain tunnel. What is even more impressive is the glass plank road and Ghost Valley plank road on the edge of the cliff on the top of the mountain.

[Tongtian Avenue] winding and winding upwards, it is named because it leads to Tianmen Cave, which is known as the Tongtian Gate. The road has a total length of 11 kilometers, with thousands of cliffs on both sides, deep empty valleys, and sharp 180-degree turns that fade one way and one way and the other. It has the reputation of "Tianlu"

[Tianmen Cave] is located on a cliff with an altitude of more than 1260 meters. The door opening is 131.5 meters high and more than 50 meters wide. It is located on the plain wall of Chihiro from north to south. It is majestic and towering. It is a rare high-altitude mountain cave. You need to follow the 999-level ladder to reach Tianmen Cave.

Grand Canyon Scenic Area

There are many flying waterfalls and divine springs in the Grand Canyon. It is dizzying to visit all the way. The vegetation in the canyon is lush, the air is fresh, cool and comfortable, and the stream of the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon is filled with a layer of mist, which is like coming to a paradise, which makes people feel troubled.

[Stairway plank road] The slope of the tour we are walking now is very large. The plank road is very narrow and extends downward in turn, like a ladder that takes us to a charming fairyland. We call it the ladder plank road.

[Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Glass Bridge] The world's highest and longest glass bridge with the world's highest bungee jumping. The bridge is built on the peaks on both sides of the Grand Canyon and spans the Grand Canyon. The relative height of the bridge arch from the valley bottom is about 400 meters, and the total length is about 370 meters. The bridge deck is all paved with transparent glass. There is the world's highest bungee jump in the center of the bridge. Standing on the bridge, you can have a panoramic view of the valley floor 400 meters below your feet.

Fenghuang ancient city

To the southwest of Fenghuang, there is a mountain that looks like a phoenix flying with its wings, hence the name of the ancient city. The ancient city is located in the southwest of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, Hunan Province, with a total county area of more than 1700 square kilometers. It is an ethnic minority county dominated by Miao and Tujia. Phoenix has the reputation of "the most beautiful city in China" and the title of "Painting Hometown".

There are two recommended travel routes for the five-day tour--

Line 1: Zhangjiajie Forest Park + Grand Canyon Glass Bridge + Tianmen Mountain (Glass Plank Road) Fenghuang Ancient City

Day 1:

The next day:

[Morning] Tour Yangjiajie, Golden Rooster Announces Dawn, Wulong Village, Sandao Guimenguan, Tianbo Prefecture, Tianzi Mountain, Helong Park, Yunqingyan, Xihai Dafeng Forest, Yubi Peak, Fairy Scattered Flowers

[Afternoon] Take the cableway, or you can go down the mountain from Tianzi Pavilion and go down the mountain from Wolong Ridge to Shili Gallery-Shouxing Welcome, Xiang Wang Guanshu, the old herb picker, three sisters, etc.(Check in a hotel in the city, including breakfast and Chinese food)

Day 3: Take a bus to Sanguansi Township, Cili County, Zhangjiajie City-[Grand Canyon Scenic Area] Browse the route-Visitor Center-Glass Bridge-Tianhang Plank Road-Treasure Hunt Elevator-Rainbow Square-Beautiful Waterfall-Toushu Cave-Shenquan Lake-Cruise Terminal. Return to Zhangjiajie City and the tour is over! (Stay at a hotel in Zhangjiajie City, including Chinese food)

Day 4:

[Morning] Tour Tianmen Mountain and take a bus or sightseeing cableway up the mountain → Li Na Villa → Glass Plank Road → Ghost Valley Plank Road → Xiaotianmen →999 Steps → Tianmen Cave → Panshan Highway-Cableway or bus down the mountain.

[Afternoon] Ending the happy trip to Zhangjiajie, set off for the ancient city of Fenghuang, arrive at Fenghuang, and enjoy the night-lit night view of the bright phoenix."Boating Tour of Tuojiang at Night" to watch the night view on both sides of the Fenghuang Tuojiang River from zero distance. (Stay in Fenghuang Ancient City, including dinner)

Day 5:

Day 3:

[Morning] Visit the "Jade Pool on Earth"-Baofeng Lake Scenic Area: It integrates mountains and rivers and folk customs, especially the unique scenery of the Gaoxia and Pinghu, and the Baofeng Flying Waterfall that "flies down three thousand feet".

[Afternoon] Visit the Huanglong Cave Scenic Area, which is known as the "World All-round Champion of Karst Cave". It is truly a veritable "underground magic palace". There are also stalagmite Dinghai Shenzhen, Xiangshui River, Dragon King Gathering Hall, Tianzhu Street and other famous attractions in the cave.
