Starting from Dalian, fly to Changsha at noon on November 10, and take maglev and subway to the hotel on Changsha Avenue. Visit Yuelu Mountain on the 11th and Juzizhou on the 12th. After scanning the code and wearing a mask, I quickly adapted to it. Arrive at Zhangjiajie West Railway Station on the 13th by the bullet train, also known as the intercity train. Seeing the name of an intercity train station on the subway did not immediately understand what an intercity train was. It takes about three hours from Changsha to Zhangjiajie, and the bus is basically full.
After arriving at Zhangjiajie West Railway Station, take bus No. 13 to the scheduled Yunmei Bieyuan. This hotel was selected through information on the Internet and it was really ideal. The hotel is clean, with new facilities, a rich breakfast and thoughtful services in all aspects. On the day of arrival, Oda, the tour guide consultant of Yunmei Bieyuan, warmly introduced us in detail how to arrange tourist routes in Zhangjiajie. The most important advice she gave us is to leave the good weather to the mountains. If there is rain or fog on the mountains, you may not see anything. We checked the recent weather forecast for Zhangjiajie. It will be rainy in Zhangjiajie two days later. Therefore, we arranged mountain tours, Tianmen Mountain and Tianzi Mountain Scenic Areas, to visit Zhangjiajie in the first two days, pay attention to the weather, and arrange the itinerary according to the weather. This is the big principle.
Visit Tianmen Mountain on the 14th, traveling clockwise from east to west. The scenery on the east side is better in the morning, with the mountains backlighting. The same is true for turning west in the afternoon. If it is smooth light, the mountain view is not very three-dimensional. The weather was beautiful on the day we went up the mountain. If it rains on cloudy days, you may not see anything. Many people challenge to reach the summit on foot, but we don't have this ability anymore. We took all elevators up the mountain. There were a total of 12 ramp elevators, each of which was more than 100 meters long, reaching the top of the mountain. We get half price for over 60 years old. The remaining roads on the mountain are not too difficult.
On the 15th, the car rental company delivered the car to start a four-day forest park scenic tour. The first day was sunny and on the mountains. If it is cloudy on the mountain, you may not see anything. Weather factors are very important when visiting Zhangjiajie. Use the Tianzishan Cableway to visit Helong Park, Yangjiajie and Yuanjiajie, take the Bailong Elevator and return to the Wulingyuan Entrance through Shili Gallery.
Helong Park has many viewing points, such as the Tianzi Observation Platform not far away, the Dongtian Gate and Fairy Sanhua in the east, and the Yubi Peak in the south, the Warrior Training Horse, etc. It takes some time to walk down one by one. In the Yangjiajie, we swam to the sky and the sky corridor.
Then we went to Yuanjiajie. It should be said that Yuanjiajie is the most exciting part of Tianzi Mountain Scenic Area. We walked through the Avatar Suspended Mountain, the World's No. 1 Bridge, and then went down the mountain through the Hundred Dragons Ladder.
The next day, on cloudy days, take the main entrance of the park to Laomowan Oxygen Bar Square to visit Jinbian Creek, and take the tram to visit Shili Gallery. Taking a taxi from Wulingyuan Exit and returning to the main entrance is obviously unreasonable. Jinbian River is the most beautiful scenic spot under the Zhangjiajie Mountains. It has clear streams and strange peaks and rocks in the mist, with a total length of 7.5 kilometers. The physical strength and feeling required vary from person to person.
On the third day, it was cloudy and the scenic area was filled with clouds and mist. It is still better to enter the scenic area from the entrance of Wulingyuan and walk to the Shili Gallery to make up for the shortcoming that taking a tram is not conducive to taking photos. After that, we traveled to the eastern half of Jinbian River and then returned the same way. I finished work before four o'clock in the afternoon. It was a relaxing day.
On the fourth day, it turned cloudy and you could see the blue sky. So he decided to go to Tianzi Mountain again. Visit Shentang Bay, Dianjiangtai, and Sky Pastoral. I left the scenic spot at four o'clock in the afternoon. As soon as I arrived at the entrance of the scenic spot, it began to pour heavily. Raincoats and umbrellas were not of much use at all. Fortunately, the distance from the park exit to the underground parking lot entrance is not too far. Thinking back at noon we met several photography enthusiasts at Dianjiangtai. They claimed that they would wait until the ideal time after four o'clock. I wonder how they escaped the heavy rain.
On the 19th, on a cloudy day, visit the Grand Canyon and Baofeng Lake. Probably because I just swam through the Forest Park, the scenery of the Grand Canyon is disappointing. The cost is not low, and the service in the scenic area is not ideal. Baofeng Lake is not big, so it takes two hours to turn around. It is more exquisite and beautiful than the Grand Canyon. Take a flight of stairs and take a cruise ship to see the lakes and mountains. I returned the car in the evening, and the owner of the car rental company enthusiastically drove me back to the hotel.
On the 20th, he embarked on his return journey and stayed in Changsha for another day before returning to Dalian.
