Foreword: After two years, we like free travel again this year. This trip is a simple tour of Hunan, from Zhangjiajie--Fenghuang Ancient City--Changsha--Hengshan. The following is the itinerary of our trip. I hope it can provide basic understanding and reference to friends who want to travel in Hunan for free travel. Thank you!
Day 1: Guangzhou--Zhangjiajie (T8302 20:04--09: 10)--Zhangjiajie Bus Station--Wulingyuan--Shili Gallery--Yueya--Helong Park--Tianzi Pavilion--Wulingyuan
We set out from Guangzhou and bought hard-sleeper tickets at night. We arrived at Zhangjiajie Station at 9:30 in the morning the next day. The Zhangjiajie Bus Station was about 50 meters away. After leaving the station, the sky rained and it was a little cold. We went to the hotel first to check in and store our luggage. We booked a hotel near Zhangjiajie Bus Station. It was just a few hundred meters away on the opposite side. It was about ten minutes 'walk. The whole street was full of famous hotels and hotels, and there was a snack street a few hundred meters away. You can buy online. Different styles, just choose what you like.
After checking in, I returned to the snack street opposite the bus station. Since it was morning, many shops were not open yet, so I chose a noodle restaurant for breakfast. Then I bought a bus ticket and set out for Zhangjiajie Scenic Area. There are several entrances to the Zhangjiajie Scenic Area. We were going to Tianzi Mountain, so we bought the nearest Wulingyuan Bus Station. It is a small village bus. There is a special channel in the bus station. After getting on the bus, the ticket is about 13 yuan/person. The bus runs every ten minutes, which is very convenient. It takes about 40 to 50 minutes on the road. When you arrive at Wulingyuan Bus Station, you don't go to the Wulingyuan Gate. You have to walk or take a bus to the ticketing center. The bus is 1 yuan/person and it takes about 15 minutes on foot. It is recommended to take a bus. It takes you faster and it takes a few minutes to arrive. We booked tickets in advance online, picked up tickets, and climbed mountains. There were many tour groups, all of whom were friends from foreign countries, Quito, which sounded like South Korea, Thailand, Indonesia... It is said that Zhangjiajie is one of the places most popular for foreign friends to check in. There are eco-friendly cars in Zhangjiajie. They queue up to get on the bus. Eco-friendly cars stop at several stops and then go back and forth. We went to Tianzi Mountain, got off at Shili Gallery Station, walked up the mountain, and finally saw the small train, which was a small electric rail car. It felt that if the color of the car was painted wood, it would look more retro and beautiful. We chose to walk Shili Gallery. It was raining in the sky, and the scenery washed by rain was very clear, but the weather was a bit cold. It took about 20 minutes to walk through the gallery. We went to the monkey garden to have a look. There was a canteen and a circle of monkeys locked in iron cages. One monkey was very barbaric. While feeding, the umbrella accidentally bit an umbrella needle by it. After pulling it for a while, he pulled the umbrella back and was so scared that he didn't dare to feed the monkey again. There was a child who was very bold and dared to put food on the little monkey's hand or wait for the little monkey to take it. However, the barbaric monkey almost scratched him. Fortunately, he only grabbed the sleeves of the raincoat. It is still recommended that children not feed monkeys, which is a bit dangerous.
When we started climbing, it may be because it was rainy. There were very few tourists along the way, and the mountain was quiet. Occasionally, there were a few tourists going down the mountain. We only met a few tourists going up the mountain along the way. The higher we went, the fog became stronger. In the end, there was only fog left and nothing could be seen. After we arrived at Tianzi Pavilion, there should be a cableway and there were many people, but it was already afternoon, the fog was relatively strong, and the temperature on the mountain was relatively low. Many tourists also checked in to take photos and took the cableway down the mountain. We didn't go back the same way. We went down the mountain by cableway, took an eco-friendly car back to the gate of Wulingyuan, then walked back to the bus station, bought a bus back to the Zhangjiajie bus station. Of course, we could also choose to stay at the gate of Wulingyuan, but the hotel would be a little more expensive, so we didn't have to travel back and forth. We had already booked a room in the morning and had to take a car back.
It was already six or seven o'clock in the evening when we returned to the bus station. It was already dark. We solved the dinner problem at the snack street next to the bus station. Although it was not very good, we could still eat enough, and the group purchase price was affordable, so it ended. A day's journey.

Day 2: Zhangjiajie National Forest Park--Huangshi Village--Jinbianxi--Quizitai--Back Garden--The First Bridge in the World--Bailong Tiantian---Wulingyuan;
Have breakfast near the hotel in the morning and leave with some dry food. Let's first go to Huangshizhai and take a bus from the bus station to Zhangjiajie bus station. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the ticket center instead of at the entrance of the scenic spot. There is a car parked at the gate of the scenic spot on the edge of the square. But the car is parked at the bus stop. If no one is brought in, it is best for everyone to ask what time the bus is at the latest so as not to miss the return bus. Of course, there are many accommodations at the entrance of the scenic spot. You can also live nearby, but it may be a little more expensive, and the online group purchase price is more expensive. Perhaps because the weather has not rained, there are many tourists, and there are many tour groups. The ticket in Zhangjiajie is valid for 3 days. The ticket bought yesterday can be checked in directly with the card. You have to walk some distance from the ticket counter to the Daoxia Bar. Next to the Daoxia Bar Square is the Huangshi Village hiking entrance, walking up the mountain, the silent valley, only the two of us have another girl hiking uphill, other tourists all go to the cableway entrance uphill. Yesterday, I saw a lot of signs on the other side of Tianzi Mountain that said, please don't tease monkeys. I haven't seen monkeys all the way, but I don't know that they are already waiting on the road. Silent valley, hilarious laughter, girl's Douyin, how unexpected, there will be a group of monkeys waiting for us, at first he saw the monkey and said to feed, I warned him not, in case all the monkeys on the mountain are "encircling" come, the consequences are unimaginable, sure enough, there is an old monkey "following" us all the way, should be a habitual criminal, at the best time to grab our bags of food In an instant, more than a dozen monkeys gathered around to grab food, and the monkeys "infighting" got into a fight. At that time, they dared to grab food from the monkeys and snatched back the umbrellas, water and Wang Zai that the monkeys were still on one side. Fortunately, foreign friends helped drive away the swarms of monkeys. It was really a frightening "monkey war" (because I belong to monkeys), and the kind foreign friends wanted to help me get back my disposable raincoat. Almost scratched by a monkey, and then persuaded in my lame English, the splashing monkey was so terrible that he dared to jump directly onto the backpack behind a foreign friend of more than 1.8 meters. under our efforts, we finally drove the monkey away, and we hurriedly left. It is that my grapefruit and big Sydney have been robbed. Also remind freelance friends, the food is best put directly in the backpack, do not carry, those big monkeys are very smart, see will follow at the best time to snatch. In the monkey park, it is best to travel together. It is really unsafe to be alone. I am really worried about the girl behind me. It takes a lot of courage and courage to break out of the monkey park alone. After passing through the monkey park, we were really afraid to see the monkeys, and we met another group of monkeys on the road. We chose to leave quickly and dared not stay, so we were afraid to meet splashy monkeys. We arrived at Huangshizhai cableway at about 11: 00 in the afternoon, had a rest and settled for lunch. Then we walked around the ropeway several times without finding another way down the hill, and we also met the girl who went up the mountain together. I also asked if the monkey also besieged her. Sure enough, it was an experienced monkey who didn't miss any friends who went up the mountain. I thought it was like going up the mountain like an adventure, or I chose to go down the mountain by cable car, which was convenient and fast. Mainly save time, we will go to visit Jinbian Creek in the afternoon. After the ropeway goes down the hill, we will arrive at Daoxia Bar Square.
It was already afternoon down the mountain and there was some sunshine. We walked along the Jinbian River. The water was very clear. It was said that there were giant salamanders (i.e. baby fish) in the stream, but we never saw them all the way. When I met a big monkey on the road, I was still afraid. When it saw tourists sitting and resting eating bread, it went over to make a fuss. It also snatched the bread from the tourists 'hands. It was so scary that we didn't dare to stay and hurried away. We followed the road signs of Kuanshipo on the edge of Jinxi River. It was indeed a mess. There were more than 2000 steps along the way. I felt that we were the only two of us left in the whole mountain. It was a long time before we met two tourists. It was all thanks to luck that we could see the canteen. We still had enough dry food and water, otherwise there would be no place to buy it. After climbing over the mountains, we finally reached the bustling Ecstasy Platform. It was really a little lost. There were two roads that led to the world's first bridge. We randomly chose one and saw an artificial iron bridge connecting the two mountains. There was tempered glass in the middle. You can see that the height of the bridge was very high and there were many tourists. Later, we also walked around and reached the world's first bridge. The world's first bridge was "erected" across the sky. On top of two peaks, connecting the east and west peaks. The bridge is 350 meters high and is the highest stone bridge in Zhangjiajie. It looks like a gate from a distance, and the scenery inside is like a reflection. Later, I didn't know where to go, but I went to the praying platform with many red ribbons hanging. I followed the road without returning the same way, and finally I also went around.
We chose the Bailong Tiantian to go down the mountain. We had to take the environmental protection station to Bailong Tiantian Station before we could take the ladder down the mountain. We had to walk a long road to find the station. Places with cableways and ladders are crowded with tourists and bustling. The Baizhang Tiantian is an elevator in the mountains. It can accommodate about 20 people in one trip. Except for a few people near the outside of the elevator who can see the scenery, others feel no different from taking the elevator. They can get down from the mountain in about ten minutes. There are also many people at the entrance of the Tiantian. They hurriedly check in to go down the mountain. It is almost 5 o'clock in the afternoon. Everyone is ready to go back. The waiting line is lined up. Some eco-friendly vehicles return to Wulingyuan, and some return water around the four doors. It is more convenient for us to take a bus back to Wulingyuan. Not only are there many buses at the bus station, the evening bus time is past seven o'clock, and the Zhangjiajie bus station is at six o'clock. It is necessary to ask clearly the time. When we returned to the gate of Wulingyuan, there were many tourists going down the mountain. The eco-friendly bus drove down the mountain every few minutes. There were also many tourists checking in to take photos at the gate. After we got off the bus, we took a photo and walked 100 meters away from the gate. We took the bus to the bus station. It took a few minutes to catch up and return to the Zhangjiajie Bus Station, thus ending our two-day trip to Zhangjiajie.
Zhangjiajie is indeed very large and has many scenic spots. Tianzi Mountain, Huangshizhai, Yuanjiajie, and Jinbianxi should be places with more tourists. It is said that the others have not been developed yet, and the transportation is not so convenient. All friends who go there must plan their own itinerary. Friends who want to see the scenery can also refer to our two-day tour route. If you want to check in, you can directly choose a round-trip with cableways and ladders, and check in at the main locations. In this way, you can play Zhangjiajie in one day, but you will have less fun, and you may not see the barbaric monkeys and silent valleys.

Day 3: Zhangjiajie--Fenghuang Ancient City--Dashuicheng--Snow Bridge--Rock Tiaoyan--Shen Congwen's Former Residence--Hongqiao--Fengqiao---Wuqiao---Yunqiao--Back
Get up in the morning, pack your luggage, check out, buy a ticket at the bus station and go to Fenghuang Ancient City, 8: The car cost 30 yuan/person. After walking for about 30 minutes, I was told that there was a problem with the car and I couldn't walk. I needed to change the car. I reluctantly moved forward for a while and changed the car at an intersection. It should be the car from Wulingyuan Bus Station to Fenghuang Ancient City. The time is about the same. We checked online and Wulingyuan also had a car to Fenghuang Ancient City at this time. It changed from a small car to a large car and continued to Fenghuang Ancient City. There are flight attendants for this bus. When we were about to arrive, the flight attendant recommended special products to us. The preliminary preparations were very sufficient. From rural to urban areas, they also talked about their own experiences, which was really sensational. There were also free tasting and free delivery services for special products, so we also gave our support and bought some special products. The journey time from Zhangjiajie to Fenghuang Ancient City Bus Station takes about four hours, with a ten-minute break. The bus station in Fenghuang Ancient City is not big. It is built on an uphill slope. There is a bus to the ancient city opposite it. It seems that due to decoration or some other reason, the bus stop has been changed. You have to get off at the Jianshe Bank Station, and then walk to the ancient city. It takes about twenty minutes to walk. The ancient city is full of hotels and B & Bs, large and small. It is said that there are more than 3,000. When we went there, it was already off-season. Some shops were closed, and some were under renovation. After arriving in the ancient city, we went to put our luggage first. We booked a B & B on the edge of the Tuojiang River, just a few hundred meters into the ancient city Nanhuamen. However, the place is relatively small and not easy to find. It is still a community renovation. It is only about 100 meters away from the Tuojiang River. Now it is the off-season, decoration is happening everywhere, and it is a little noisy. The owner of the B & B said that their B & B would also have to be renovated for a while. After putting down our luggage, we walked towards the Tuojiang River. The weather was good and there were many people. We sold flowers, braiding braids, and took artistic photos... Especially tourists and Internet celebrities who checked in at rock-jumping all directly started live broadcasts... Go straight down the Tuojiang River and follow the road signs to Shen Congwen's former residence. It is a certain distance away from the Tuojiang River. Then go back to the Tuojiang River and walk straight to Hongqiao. It is also the place where most tourists check in. There are also many shops and tourists. Further forward is the Fengqiao. There are relatively few tourists. The most interesting thing about the Tuojiang River is to walk from this side. You can walk back from the opposite side. The ancient city is really beautiful under the bright sun, and the ancient city is also beautiful under the lights at night. Moreover, there are more tourists at night. Many bars that have not yet been opened in the afternoon are open at night. People come and go, the lights are full of wine and wine, and the excitement is very lively.
Ancient city in the afternoon
Ancient city at night
Day 4: Visit the ancient city in the morning, at noon, the ancient city-Huaihua South High-speed Railway Station-Changsha South Railway Station, in the afternoon, Changsha Museum-Taiping Old Street-Pozi Street;
We got up at 4:30 in the morning and went out at 5:00. We were the only two of us standing on the Phoenix Bridge on the cold and clear road, and there were occasional taxis passing by. The hard-working store got up early to prepare breakfast ingredients. Compared with the lights and people coming and going at night, the quiet ancient city now looks even more lovely. We stayed on the bridge for a while and then continued to walk in the direction of the Fog Bridge. Under the dim street lights, there were only the two of us in the silent ancient city. When I arrived at Hongqiao, I saw sanitation workers cleaning up the garbage after yesterday's prosperity. Walking down the silent ancient city in the early morning and walking all the way to Yunqiao, I met old people carrying morning sports, workers delivering vegetables, and students rushing to school... Standing on the cloud bridge, I actually saw someone swimming in the winter. Although it was only a few hundred meters away, the fog was very thick. After watching for a long time, I realized that it was a girl swimming in the winter. Although I didn't advocate it, I still admired it. In November, there was actually a girl swimming in the Tuojiang River in the winter. Look at myself, she was tightly wrapped up in three layers inside and outside.
Wandering along the Tuojiang River, the sky gradually became brighter. When I returned to the fog bridge, I could already see the ancient city in the clouds and mist. In just a while, the sun came out and the fog dispersed. The ancient city began to get busy in the morning. There were gradually more and more tourists, and early tourist groups also came. They had breakfast at the breakfast restaurant along the Tuojiang River, and then followed them around to the Hongqiao Market. There are many fruits and specialty foods. It is said that the most famous one is kiwis, which is affordable. Many tourists buy the whole piece. We continued to walk forward and walked back to Hongqiao, and walked back to the hotel along the Tuojiang River.
I returned to the hotel to pack my luggage, checked out, took another look at the Tuojiang River and the ancient city on the Phoenix Bridge, and rushed to the next stop, Changsha. Take a bus from Gucheng Bus Station to Huaihua South High-speed Railway Station, and take the high-speed railway from Huaihua South to Changsha South. This is a time-saving and quick way to get to Changsha. Otherwise, it would take five or six hours by train, and the number of trains would be less. It takes more than three hours from Gucheng Bus Station to Huaihua South, which is already the entire highway. It was almost 12 o'clock at noon when we arrived at the high-speed rail station. We bought tickets and waited for the bus. We had lunch at the convenience store at the high-speed rail station. The price was similar to Qizi. There are many shuttle buses to Changsha. You can also have time to buy a ticket when you arrive at the high-speed railway station. The waiting time is only ten minutes. It takes more than an hour from Huaihua South to Changsha South. To Changsha, travel is very convenient. The subway can reach various attractions. Our hotel is booked at Fubuhe Station next to Hunan University. It is only a subway station away from Hunan University. It is a few hundred meters away from the subway entrance. The hotel is average and the room is okay. After putting down our luggage, we rushed to the Changsha Museum. The museum is also faster by the subway. It takes about ten minutes to walk out of the subway entrance. The place is not easy to find. The exhibition hall is also relatively large. There seems to be an art exhibition. It was already 4 o'clock in the afternoon when we arrived. We quickly browsed through it, but we didn't finish it until it closed, but we had already browsed it briefly. Standing on the square, we found that the museum was really big. It was still early, so we should take a break first. By the way, enjoy the sunset on the bench in the square.
We went back to the subway station and went to Taiping Old Street to find food. As soon as we left the subway entrance, people came and went. Walking to a crowded place, we must be Taiping Old Street. We only stood at the entrance of the archway, and all kinds of snacks were lined up in a long line, especially tea and color milk tea, black classic stinky tofu, and a string of snacks. There was a girl who had already filled her hands with food and was still queuing to buy it. It was said to be very delicious. I also quickly lined up to buy one. It was really good. Walking along the street. Many shops selling specialty products are all their favorite pickles and machetes, but they are not very interested in fish. They even ordered bridgehead ribs. The taste is average and the price is really expensive. It is not as good as the one next to the hotel. Banxian doufu lined up again and went to the "Tofu" Museum. When I came out, I ordered one, which seemed not as delicious as the black classics. I continued to shop and reached Pozi Street. It was now the off-season. The buildings around Pozi Street were basically under renovation, and there were very few open shops. We took a casual stroll and went back to Taiping Old Street. We continued to order delicious black classic stinky tofu, and then walked back to the subway station and back to the hotel. Back at Fubuhe Subway Station, I saw that it was still early, so I took a stroll on the way back to the hotel. There were schools nearby, so there were quite a lot of small supermarkets and fruit shops. When we returned to the hotel downstairs, we happened to meet students studying for the evening. Looking at the snacks these students were holding in their hands, we couldn't help but buy a fried pork. It was neither fat nor greasy. It was the one next to the hotel mentioned above. It was really delicious, because we were already full and couldn't help but want to eat it. The price was also quite affordable. It turns out that there are also snacks nearby, and there is also a barbecue shop downstairs of the hotel. What a good location!

Day 5: Hunan University--Yuelu Academy--Yuelu Mountain--Juzizhou;
In the morning, I bought breakfast downstairs of the hotel and walked to Hunan University. The road was very spacious. This should be the university town here. You can still see students rushing to class, walking, cycling, and taking public buses... Along the way, breakfast shops, fruit shops, flower shops, playgrounds, apartments... After walking for more than ten minutes, we arrived at the entrance of Hunan University. There were already many tourists. They thought they would come back, so they didn't take photos. They followed the road signs and walked to Yuelu Academy. Buy tickets and admire this thousand-year-old institution. I felt that every group of courtyards, every stone tablet, and every brick gave off a "fragrance of fragrance." Around nine o'clock in the morning, there were many tourists to the academy. Some students came to complete their classroom homework. We toured and walked around the corners of the academy. I also went to visit the museum next door and met an elderly volunteer (estimated to be in their sixties and seventies) who was giving a lecture. Although he was not very professional, the lecture was really good. It was not easy to find something you liked to do at this age. It was precisely because of the elderly man's explanation that I had a better understanding of Yuelu Academy. When I came out of the museum, I saw a teacher guiding two students in the small garden next to me. I thought they were majoring in tourism, but later learned about it. It turned out that they were going to participate in a speech competition. The teacher was also one of the members who was listening to the explanation at the museum just now. I heard her express this emotion to the students: When I get old in the future, I will also be such a commentator... The old man should be very pleased to hear this and use his meager strength to influence everyone.
After visiting the academy, we came out from the back door and went to Aiwan Pavilion. There was a ticket office and a small car at the entrance. We went to Juzizhou. When we saw that there were many tourists in Aiwan Pavilion, many of whom were students, we didn't go to check in and went to Yuelu Mountain. We walked up the mountain road. There were other tourists on the road at first, but then we were alone. On the way up the mountain, we also saw people selling hand-painted maps. Judging by their age, they should be students, and they did it quite unique. Later, I also saw a tourist friend holding... We walked around Yunlu Palace and continued up the mountain. There was a spacious corridor on Yuelu Mountain, which should be a sightseeing corridor. I don't know where the highest point was. The more we walked, the more people there were. There were teachers bringing students to on-site classes, and there were also battery trucks coming up, but there was a queue to go down the mountain. It was already a long line. We navigated and there was a road sign saying that we could go to Juzi Island, so we followed down the mountain and went down the asphalt road. We also saw the alpine slide on the way. After going down the mountain, follow the navigation, cross the street, cross the bridge, and then get off the bridge. That is Juzizhou. The sculpture museum where you check in will continue to move forward. I found that Changsha people really like to drink tea and look beautiful. Young people in the streets and alleys take it, as do shops opened on Juzizhou, and many people queue up. Juzizhou is a relatively large water park with a runway on the river. The 2019 Changsha Marathon also chose this place as a track. The wide park walk is really good, big and long enough. We walked around for almost two hours before we reached the exhibition hall. It turned out that there were really many oranges in Juzizhou. The trees were full of fruits, and there was a sign for picking 100 yuan next to them. These should be ornamental oranges and cannot be eaten, just like New Year's oranges. It looks good or not. The exhibition hall is free to enter with our ID card, but we cannot bring mineral water in. We went in and walked around and came out. We walked around to the Internet celebrity check-in spot-Chairman Mao's portrait sculpture station. When we came out, we saw many student groups, led by teachers. Come over, some came here to attend classes, some came to complete homework and tasks, and some had to hand in recitation homework on the spot. Finally, we ended the class with a happy photo. There were also some photo exhibitions on the plank road. We also enjoyed it while taking a break.
It was getting late, so we also walked along the plank road towards the subway station. Of course, we could also take the sightseeing train back, but it was extremely crowded, so we still walked along the plank road back to the subway station. It was getting dark and there were many people. After walking today, we planned to go directly back to the hotel. Dinner was served near the hotel. There were many recommendations for group purchases. Finally, we chose the buffet with good reviews. The main reason was that it was very close to the hotel. The fat cattle were really cut freshly and cut as much as we wanted, and it was enough. But it can't be wasted. There are still many students who come to take care of them. The consumption is average, the drinks are complete, and there is also small pudding ice cream. It is a very sumptuous dinner.

Day 6: Tianxin Pavilion--Huangxing South Road Square--Pozi Street--Taiping Old Street--Changsha South--Hengshan West
Get up and pack your luggage, check out, and leave for Tianxin Pavilion with your luggage. Take the subway to Huangxing Square Station, which is a 15-minute walk. For the convenience of visiting attractions, you can store your luggage in the small supermarket next to it. The entrance ticket for the attraction is 40 yuan. It introduces the history of Tianxin Pavilion and the Fort. The tour lasts about an hour. Then, when we come back from the same road, we will detour to an ancient street. It is also quite distinctive. It is ancient and ancient alleys. It is also in an alley on the roadside. A powder shop was discovered. It was lunchtime. The store was not big, but the store was full of people, so all they needed was waiting. Walking from the subway station to Huangxing South Road Square is a pedestrian street in Changsha. It is very prosperous. You can continue walking to Pozi Street. You can also stroll back to Taiping Old Street and continue to eat Changsha stinky tofu. Finally, you can buy the long queue "Banxian Doufu". However, it took 30 minutes to get it. We walked around and went back for about half an hour to pick it up. It was delicious, but it was a little expensive. Continuing to set out for Changsha South Railway Station, we took the high-speed train to Hengshan West Railway Station, which is more than 10 minutes 'drive from Hengshan Mountain. We booked in advance and provided a pick-up service at the hotel, which required an appointment 2 hours in advance. We made an appointment in advance and called the driver after arriving at the station. We got off the bus and contacted the driver, then picked us up to the hotel to check in, put down our luggage, and walked around the neighborhood. Maybe it was the off-season and relatively deserted. There were only a few convenience supermarkets and fruit shops. There were not many people on the street. At night, it became even colder. Except for some lights in the square, the streets were dark. We bought some fruits and dry food and had dinner at the restaurant next to the hotel. The price was 50 yuan per person, which was average!

Day 7: Shengli Square--Fanyin Ancient Road--Huayan Lake--Chuanyan Poetry Forest--Banshan Pavilion--Zizhu Forest--Nantianmen Gate--Zhurong Peak--Banshan Pavilion--Magu Wonderland---Nanyue Martyrs Temple---Fanyin Ancient Road--Huayan Lake--Shengli Square
When I went out in the morning, I saw many students buying breakfast in the snack bar next to the hotel. We also had a breakfast there before leaving. There is a bus stop at the door of the hotel, which is a free round-the-city bus. We can go to the Nanyue Temple and the ticketing center. We choose to take the bus to the ticketing center. It takes only seven or eight minutes to get there, and it takes about fifteen minutes to walk. Of course, the waiting time is about fifteen minutes. We were lucky to wait for a few minutes before waiting for the bus, where we met an old tourist who went to Hengshan. He talked eloquently with his aunts from Huashan and Changbai to Hengshan. Before getting off, an eldest sister told us to get off at the Nanyue Temple Station, but we got off at the ticket center at the next stop and went into the ticket center to buy tickets. The old man who talked eloquently went up the hill by car and walked down the hill, but the ticket office was a round-trip ticket. Selling only the one-way price, we only bought tickets and went out to find a way up the mountain. Sure enough, we went up the hill at the back gate of the Nanyue Temple. The first place to go is Shengli Square, a flat road with few tourists. Cars full of tourists drive directly up the mountain. We walk up the mountain. It takes us more than 20 minutes to walk from Shengli Square to the ticket gate. After the ticket gate, there is the ancient Sanskrit Road, which is a long road. The hiking route is sparsely populated. It took me a long time to meet such a few people, not to mention the commissary. There is no such thing at all. Prepare your own food and water. I envy the schools here that they can learn while practicing. Teachers and students can play while attending classes, and they also meet a lot of student groups brought by teachers on the way. There are also a lot of farm music in Hengshan. Between this mountain and that mountain, there are many houses you can see except the temple. When we were in the purple bamboo forest, we met the old man in the morning. We went up the mountain, and he already came down from the mountain. After a few pleasantries, he set out separately, all the way to Southern Heavenly Gate. There are really many temples in Hengshan, including more than 200 temples, temples, nunneries and views all the way. And there are very few people who walk up and down the mountain on foot, but there are many people who go up by car, and this is the first time I know that Hengshan is a bus that can drive to Southern Heavenly Gate. There is also a cableway on the way and the destination is Southern Heavenly Gate. The hiking section also takes the road, and when the bus comes, it is always worried that the road is too narrow and it is not safe to walk on the road. There is still a long way to climb from Southern Heavenly Gate to Zhu Rongfeng, which is not high. You can either climb the stairs or take the road, just a little farther. Many tourists and pilgrims come to Zhu Rongfeng to serve incense. Of course, there are many people who sell incense. It is not easy to go so far to sell incense. They all sell incense quietly with big environmental protection bags. What is even more magical is that this section of the road can enter motorcycles. Many motorcycle drivers can pull tourists up the hill. When they go up the hill, they feel that it is very difficult to fill the throttle. It is much easier to go down the hill. Give some fuel to the car and quickly go down. The pilgrims who come to Zhu Rongfeng are mostly pilgrims who come to enter the incense. The weather is good. Punch in the blue sky and get ready to go down the mountain after a rest. Back to Southern Heavenly Gate, looking at the long queue, we thought it was still early, so we'd better walk down the mountain. We felt that the road signs in Hengshan had not been rearranged for a long time, and the sign was not so clear. We followed the signs and almost got lost. Especially in Magu Wonderland, where can only be described as desolate, just down the hill there are two sanitation sisters sweeping the floor, we walk relatively light, but also scared others. But the road behind scared us, as if it was a road that no one had walked for a long time, overgrown with weeds and growing to the middle of the road. We can only rush down the mountain halfway up the mountain. I just hope we can finish this part of the road before it gets dark.
Finally we reached the foot of the mountain and finally met tourists. With our two children, we continued to go down the mountain. Later, we met a lady who asked us for directions. She should be with the tourists in front of us, out to play, not up the mountain. Fortunately, I didn't go up the mountain, otherwise it was getting late. With my children, I wonder if there were any street lights here at night. We walked out of Magu Wonderland and met two more female tourists at the intersection. They were carrying backpacks. They seemed to be planning to spend the night on the mountain. They asked us for directions and advised them to hurry on, otherwise it would be dark and they would still be in Magu Wonderland. The road was overgrown with weeds, and I don't know if there were street lights. It would be better to walk on the road! The sky is getting darker and darker. We are on our way down the mountain and we also encounter many tourists going up the mountain. Some of them seem to be students. I don't know whether they are going camping or staying in a farmhouse, but I still advise you not to climb the mountain at night. There were very few roads with street lights when I went down the mountain, and it was so far up to Zhurong Peak. It was all around mountain to mountain. It was said that cars did not run at night. We finally went down the mountain to the highway before dark, but some of the highways had no street lights. The dark roads could only be illuminated by the lights of passing cars. Fortunately, we had already gotten down on the Huayan Lake Highway, which was not far from the check-in office gate. It was easier to go down the mountain from the check-in gate. Relying on the weak lights of roadside shops to illuminate the road, we saw a row of neat houses next to the temple, with shining lights. I don't know if it was a scenic spot. Bright. Finally we went down the mountain and waited for the bus at the back door of Nanyue Temple. After waiting for half an hour, we couldn't wait for the last bus. We completely gave up and chose to walk back. We followed the navigation to find the popular barbecue restaurant recommended by group purchases nearby. After searching for a long time, we found that group purchases had deceived us. It should be the off-season, and the store could no longer be found, so we had to continue walking back to the hotel. On the way back, we checked for snack bars. Walking all the way back to the hotel, we saw schools and kindergartens. I just didn't see any snack bars. In the end, I saw a barbecue restaurant next to the hotel. Judging from the dress, it should be from Xinjiang. There were no other restaurants nearby. The business was also good. We ordered some barbecues and ordered a portion of fried noodles at the snack bar next door. I was tired after a day of walking. I went straight back to the hotel after eating.

Day 8: Zhusheng Temple--Nanyue Temple--Wanshou Square--Hotel--Hengshan Station--Guangzhou Station (K9077 23:03--05: 29)
Yesterday, I walked up and down Hengshan. I rested at the hotel for half a day today. I checked out at 12 o'clock and checked my luggage. After lunch at the snack bar next to me, I walked to Zhusheng Temple. No tickets are needed. It is a place for pilgrims to visit. After a simple stroll, I set off on foot and set off Nanyue Temple. It takes 3- 5 minutes to walk. The entrance fee for the off-season is 40 yuan. There are also many temples inside. Some of them are under maintenance and are basically pilgrims who come to visit the pilgrims. We walked around briefly and went out through the back door. Walking right after going out for about 5 minutes, you can reach Wanshou Square. It is very big inside and has a big green lawn. You can see the Wanshou Ding and the 100-step staircase. It still looks very steep and needs to buy a ticket to enter. Due to time reasons, we did not go in and walk directly back to the hotel along the road. I took my luggage and waited for the bus under the guidance of the hotel staff. I was lucky. A bus arrived as soon as I arrived at the station. It looked like a small bus. It reached Hengshan Station for 8 yuan/person. It took about an hour to reach the main station. It was a village bus that stopped at the roadside. When we arrived at the bus terminal, we were stunned. The bus station was seven or eight minutes away from Hengshan Station. The station was relatively old and looked like the county bus station. It was still early, so we took a look nearby again. There was a big supermarket at a very affordable price. We bought some food. We had dinner at the local restaurant opposite and ordered fish heads and green vegetables. It cost a total of 63 yuan. The dishes were okay! It was dark after dinner, so I walked back to the waiting room to wait. The train at 11:00 in the evening was more than 20 minutes late. We didn't get on the bus until 11:30. We arrived at Guangzhou Station on time in the morning. What a surprise!
