Whether a trip is perfect or smooth depends on your decision. When you go out, you must first understand what you need to pay? And what do you get? In fact, it's very simple. Going out is spending money, spending money for happiness, and then enjoying the beautiful scenery and feeling life. Since we choose to come out and play, we must learn to let go. The full text is purely hand-fought, and the hands are sore...
Zhangjiajie City was originally called Dayong City. I prefer her original name. From the name, it can be seen that the local government attaches great importance to tourism and is a small city with mountains and rivers. There are many ethnic minorities here, with Tujia more. Occasionally, I will see women carrying children in baskets on the street, which is quite interesting. There are also many local villagers near the station who use pole to carry baskets to sell fruits. Most local people can speak Mandarin. Although they have a slight accent, Huahua I also speak Zhangjiajie Mandarin.
The meaning of travel: Memory is a nuisance
Out of control and unable to understand my words
Tell it will be clearer what it forgets
Tell it everything it remembers and alienate it.
I was afraid that I would eventually forget it, so I chose to write it down.
--To those good times.
Foreword, it has nothing to do with travel. Many people aspire to travel, but they have not achieved it for various reasons. They have been to too few places, so they are difficult to talk about it and are ashamed to share it. It has also been several months since my last trip without realizing it. Recently, I have dreamed about it at midnight but I keep thinking of it all the time. I know that the peak season in Zhangjiajie is coming soon.
Many people have begun to read various travel notes again, looking for a place that is suitable for this season and for themselves.
Thank you to all friends from all over the world for writing a variety of travel strategies, allowing me to integrate into your wonderful words and beautiful pictures, see the roads you have traveled, the scenery you have enjoyed, the songs you have heard, and the games you have played... There will always be a feeling of being there.
Thousands of people have traveled the same road, and countless people have seen the same scenery, but everyone will have their own different eyes, different thoughts and different perceptions.
So I decided to write a travel article of my own. Strictly speaking, it couldn't be said to allow every friend to get a real travel article. It mainly consisted of some beautiful pictures and my mental journey.
I admit that my literary attainments are not high enough, my humorous cells are not enough, and my imagination is not rich enough. Maybe what I write is not profound enough and not attractive to readers, but I will follow my inner thoughts and write whatever I remember (please forgive me for not having a good memory, hehe ~) Let everyone see the whole happy play process at a glance.
I suddenly remembered a topic I discussed some time ago,[Tell me about something you have done that will make you feel warm when you get old], I think this must be counted as well! Hehe, everyone will ask me who the tour guide is arranged so well, and I will not hesitate to say it out. It is me, Huahua, who tells you to have a self-guided tour in Zhangjiajie, Duniang.
pre-departure preparation
Zhangjiajie City was originally called Dayong City. I prefer her original name. From the name, it can be seen that the local government attaches great importance to tourism and is a small city with mountains and rivers. There are many ethnic minorities here, with Tujia more. Occasionally, I will see women carrying children in baskets on the street, which is quite interesting. Speaking of Wulingyuan in Zhangjiajie, I don't think I need to say much about the beauty of the scenery. The beautiful landscape formed by the unique landform is unique in the world, let alone China. In China, there do not seem to be many scenic spots that have no cultural history and can be unique to the world just by their scenery.
Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan Scenic Area is very large. Let alone the surrounding scenic spots such as Tianmen Mountain, Badagong Mountain, Wulei Mountain, Maoyan River, etc., it is just Wulingyuan Scenic Area, including Jinbianxi (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park), Huangshizhai, Tianzi Mountain, Yuanjiajie, Yangjiajie, and Suoxiyu (Shili Gallery). In addition to these mature scenic spots, there are many hidden attractions with beautiful scenery that have not yet been developed or have just begun to attract attention. If you have time, you can explore it slowly, but most people usually only have two or three days, so it may be a bit difficult to cover everything in your itinerary, and you have to make choices.
Wulingyuan Scenic Area is in the mountains. The weather here is very unpredictable, especially in the rainy season. The weather changes as it says. It is very likely that when you go up the mountain, you will find it foggy and you can't see anything. Therefore, when you come here to play, you must first arrange the time, and then you must depend on your luck. The biggest feature of Wulingyuan's attractions is that the scenery you can see at the same attraction at different times is completely different. In the morning, dusk, morning, afternoon, sunny day, rainy day, and foggy day, the feeling of the same place is very different. Even at the same time, the same place will form completely different attractions.
Even if you have a detailed map of the scenic spot, know where all the scenic spots are, and also know the five gates of the scenic spot and all the transportation routes, you will definitely lose sight of one thing and be at a loss when you get there.
In this case, how about coming to Zhangjiajie and joining a two-day and three-day tour group? The answer is of course not so good, because it is particularly unreliable. Let's not talk about shopping that everyone hates, the tour guides from these travel agencies show you some regular attractions. Although as they say, these are indeed the most worth seeing, different groups give you different routes based on their own shopping and other consumption arrangements. You will definitely miss many attractions worth visiting, and the reason is definitely not that there is insufficient time.
What is a self-guided tour?
When traveling to Zhangjiajie, how to spend the least money, visit the best attractions and experience the best services? -- This is the first time for many tourists and friends to come to Zhangjiajie. They have consulted a large amount of information and information online. They are miscellaneous, chaotic, bogus, and deceptive. They have not found a key point or "key point". There is not much clear explanation for the trip to Zhangjiajie and the ancient city of Fenghuang. Now, based on our many years of reception experience, we have written this article that we hope will be very helpful to you. If you are going to travel to Zhangjiajie, I hope you can take some time to read it carefully, which will be beneficial and harmless!
Huahua tour guides in Zhangjiajie are free to travel to local tour guide clubs and consult Zhangjiajie Phoenix tourism-related information such as special hotels, discounted tickets, tour guides, and formulating tourist routes. Please check out: The difference between group tours and free travel!
What is a group tour...
Traveling with a group is a group. The tour guide helps you arrange food, accommodation, transportation, and play. Tourists may be fast and slow. The tour guide cannot take care of all the guests, but only a part. Generally, the tour guide will tell you a meeting time and place. This kind of group tour has restrictions and restrictions on the entire itinerary.
What is free travel...
Free travel is a newly emerging form of travel, such as self-service shopping malls, where all products (services) are clearly priced. Tourists freely choose the type of travel based on their own conditions (including time budget, physical condition), etc., and carefully arrange it by travel agencies. This makes all trips more arbitrary, free and autonomous, and full of diverse personality elements
1: How to prevent fraud and slaughter on the way to Zhangjiajie and after arriving?
According to official statistics, more than 90% of Zhangjiajie's travel complaints are due to tourists participating in illegal travel agencies and shopping in **, and being massacred by unscrupulous merchants. These tourists all have one thing in common: they are all contacted and participated in various tourism activities by various so-called "travel agency staff","regular tour guides","reception by certain hotels" and others on their way to Zhangjiajie (such as trains, cars, and self-driving cars), resulting in complaints of being slaughtered and deceived. Let us see how they come into contact with you "from heaven to earth".
Tips for self-driving tourists:
Customers who drive to Zhangjiajie often encounter many people of all kinds waving to you on the road. As soon as your car stops, they will immediately recommend themselves to you that I am a "regular tour guide" and a "staff member of a regular travel agency". They will also show you their "various certificates". As long as they get in your car, they will try their best to negotiate with you about tour packages, and do their best to promote and brag about themselves, as if they are extremely capable. Everything in Zhangjiajie can be bought at a great price by them. Four-star hotels can be completely settled for as much as they cost. Joining a travel agency will let you travel and take you to attractions that travel agency members can't see.
Imagine: A person with no occupation and unknown origin would provide you with ultra-low-cost travel services? Why should a tour guide who claims to be a regular tour guide not work well at a regular travel agency but do this kind of work that is highly dangerous and is investigated and punished by the tourism bureau at any time (if the official tour guide pass is investigated and punished, it will be confiscated, and the punishment will be severe. Most of the certificates shown to you are fake)! It is illegal for any individual or tour guide to receive a tour team, because they do not even have qualifications or any guarantees, let alone contracts. If you choose them, you do not participate in their high-priced and self-paid projects, or If anything happens during the tour, they will escape faster than anyone else, and finding them will be harder than climbing the sky. As long as you take the bait for such a person, you will ultimately suffer.
Self-driving friends should be aware of the above situation. No matter if it is anyone, including traffic police or any government personnel, if he asks to get in your car or asks you to help take someone to Zhangjiajie or Wulingyuan, if you don't want to cause trouble, you should refuse with confidence. If someone calls you enthusiastically, you must ignore them with a cold attitude.
Four seasons tour methods and characteristics of Zhangjiajie
5: In winter, if you are lucky enough to encounter snowy weather, the mountains, woods, and houses will be instantly covered with the silver makeup given by nature. The rolling mountains in the distance are now like a silver snake winding from your eyes to the distance,"dancing silver snake in the mountains." The distant mountains also bring you a feeling full of mystery. Only at this time, due to the relatively high altitude of the scenic area, the average altitude is more than 1000 meters. Therefore, the temperature difference between morning and evening is very large, and it often snows. Friends who want to see the snow don't hesitate to choose this time to visit Zhangjiajie, but if the snow falls heavily, it will also cause some slight inconvenience to your trip! For example: freezing of environmentally friendly vehicle roads in scenic spots, temporary shutdown of cableways or elevators due to weather conditions, water supply in hotels due to freezing, temporary power outages due to accumulated snow, etc. will bring temporary inconvenience to your travel. But as long as you make preparations and our joint efforts, we believe we can bring you a beautiful and unforgettable trip to Zhangjiajie!
6: For winter, with the opening of the "Changzhang Expressway", friends who drive to Zhangjiajie must also make preparations in the early stage. Fully understand the local weather conditions in recent days and the traffic and road conditions when you choose to come to Zhangjiajie! For example, in recent days, Zhangjiajie has continued to snow for several days due to the intrusion of cold air. The highway leading to Zhangjiajie has been closed! Also, as long as you visit Zhangjiajie after October, you must bring cold clothes, because the temperature difference between morning and evening in the scenic area is relatively large! In short, make all adequate preparations!
Nowadays, the average time to visit Zhangjiajie is 3 days and 2 nights, so that you can visit Zhangjiajie Forest Park (scenic spots include: Huangshizhai, Jinbianxi, Yuanjiajie, Yangjiajie, Wulong Village, Yaozizhai, etc.) and Wulingyuan Scenic Nature Reserve (including: Dagantai, Xianrenqiao, Tianzi Mountain, Shentangwan, Shili Gallery, etc.). But for friends who have enough time, we can also arrange other highlights according to your interests. For example: Baofeng Lake, Huanglong Cave, Longwangdong, Tujia Style Garden in Zhangjiajie City, Jiutian Cave, the "largest cave in Asia" more than 30 kilometers away from Zhangjiajie City, and the next "Baili Gallery" Maoyan River rafting, and Xiangxi Prefecture's "No. 1 drift in the world"-Mengdong River rafting, and tours in the ancient city of Phoenix and other places! There are two ways to play: one is all-inclusive, and the other is a single guide. For the all-inclusive method, the usual price for 3 days and 2 nights is 1050 per person (including 248 yuan for the scenic spot, 258 yuan for Tianmen Mountain for 3 dinners and 1 breakfast, accommodation in farmhouses and hotels in 2 scenic spots, and 3 days of tour guide fees and BUS transportation from urban bus stations to and from the scenic spot. Note: Travel tools such as cableways and elevators are not included in the scenic spot, and the all-inclusive price will increase accordingly during golden festivals such as the Spring Festival. The details will be announced when the time comes. For those who can purchase student tickets for scenic spots and those who can enjoy free tickets, the price is the all-inclusive price minus the difference in the preferential tickets.)
For those who hire only a tour guide, they only need to charge the tour guide a tour guide fee of 200 yuan per day. All other expenses in the scenic area are self-catering. (The self-care price is: a meal is 20 yuan per person, and a breakfast is 10 yuan, but for golden holidays like the Spring Festival, the price will increase a lot accordingly. The specific price will be announced at the specific time.) Whether it is all-inclusive or a single guide, within 3 days and 2 nights, I will visit the top attractions listed above, but the order of visiting the attractions will be based on your specific situation, and the tour guide will make specific arrangements!
attractions
Jinwhip Creek: Jinwhip Creek has the reputation of "continuous drought for thousands of years, Rain Water Biqing for ten thousand years", one of the most beautiful canyons in the world, and so on! She is like a blue scarf on this amazing beauty in Zhangjiajie. Mr. Shen Congwen, a famous writer, once praised her as "the girl of Zhangjiajie". The famous painter Mr. Wu Guanzhong also praised her as "a world full of fairy tales", and my Premier Li Peng also praised her as "Wuling desperate situation is famous for its peak, pine to see the show, and valley to show." This valley refers to here, as well as two experts sent by UNESCO to Zhangjiajie for on-the-spot investigation-after seeing Jinbian Creek, Dr. Lucas and Dr. Sansel, they can only stand on top of the World Natural Heritage site like "Oh." Oh, "sigh! It can be seen that this place is too beautiful to describe, Nancy, the female lieutenant governor of Colorado. Dick wrote an inscription for Zhangjiajie: "Zhangjiajie is very beautiful and strange." People say that the Grand Canyon is magical. (the Grand Canyon is the Grand Canyon in Colorado, an American national park known as the miracle of nature.) I think Zhangjiajie is even more incredible. " She thinks that Jinbian Creek in Zhangjiajie is "the most beautiful place in the world, and I will always remember it." So where on earth is her beauty? Take your time to look down! Jinwhip Creek has a total length of about 7.5 kilometers. Along the way, there are famous scenic spots: Jinwhip Rock, split Mountain to save Mother, thousands of miles to meet, Zicaotan, Water around four doors, and so on. And there is fresh air here. A foreigner once made an analogy to the negative ions here. He said that turning a cubic centimeter of negative ions into money could be worth a lot of dollars. Therefore, if your friends think that the tickets of Zhangjiajie 248 are too expensive, you can't avoid taking a few more sips and earn the money back. If you are still afraid that you can't earn it back, it doesn't matter, you can put more in a clean plastic bag and take it back and suck it, which is much better than the oxygen you bought in the market. Pure natural and non-polluting! It's just that the most beautiful and quintessential part of Jinwhip Creek is the first half (that is, the starting point of Jinwhip Creek to the meeting place of thousands of miles), then there must be a second half here (that is, thousands of miles meet to the water around the four gates). Why is there this distinction? Because at the midpoint of Jinbian Creek, there is a winding path that can climb the mountain on foot, which is named the rampant slope. There is also a famous scenic spot at this midpoint-meeting thousands of miles away. You can see the two lovers hugging each other tightly. The girl is still a little shy and snuggled up in her lover's arms, telling the pain of her lovesickness. From here, you can visit (Zicaotan, a book-loving scholar collection, two turtles exploring the stream, drinking a longevity spring that can live a long life and beauty, and a place that looks very much like a great modern writer.-Lu Xun's Wen Xingyan, Candle Peak, split Mountain to save Mother in Baolian Lantern, master and apprentice filming the earliest version of the mythical drama Journey to the West in 1983 There is also Jinwhip River's iconic scenic spot Jinwhip Rock-the vertical height is as high as 387 meters. It's like a magic whip pointing straight to the sky, daunting. Just to the left of Golden whip Rock, there is a mountain that looks like an eagle. She holds her eagle's head high and stretches her wings. The left wing also holds the golden whip rock in a powerful half, thus forming the scenery of the condor's whip. And Jinbian Creek gets its name because it flows through this place all the year round! Not far in front of Golden whip Rock, you can also see Zhu Bajie, one of the most beautiful men in the day. Do you know what he is doing at the moment? Don't think that he is helping the master find the way, or helping the master change the fast. He is flirting with his wife, you see how delicate his wife is, not counting being carried on her back, she is afraid of the sun in Zhangjiajie, she even hit a small umbrella! There is the last touching mother-son peak here-a stone peak shaped like him, and a small stone peak in her arms. Very much like a mother holding a child, a special image! When you get to this point, you will have finished the first half of Jinbian Creek. Although there are few scenic spots in the second half of Jinbian Creek. Only the water at the end goes around the four doors, standing here. You can feel the peaks around this place into a square space. It is like opening a door in every corner, in fact, it is because there are three streams converging here, forming a small sandbar here. Thus forming a feeling very much like the four doors, hence the name water around the four doors. When we get here, Jinwhip Creek will be over!
Yuanjiajie: Yuanjiajie is a mountain tour above the top of the mountain. It will be easy to play, from the Baizhang Cliff, Sanuan Terrace, to the world's first bridge (a natural stone bridge spans two mountains, and the arch The vertical height is as high as 350 meters, which is majestic and spectacular.) Then you can see Lovers Valley (Standing on the observation deck and looking right in front of you, all the stone peaks are hugging tightly in pairs. It's like couples are telling each other things that make people get goose bumps. Hehe, it's a bit difficult to describe, but it's really that feeling. Whenever the sun is about to set in the west, the elderly and their beloved wives go there together and just stand there.```How should you describe this situation? Of course, it is the most beautiful but the sunset is red! Hehe ```) Five women went on an expedition, etc. Finally, there was another place that could take people's hearts and erase film-the Ecstasy Terrace (Looking at it, the large stone peaks rising from the ground in front of you are like a Ling, a building, and a pavilion. Especially after a little rain, waves of white fog will rise from the foot of the mountain, making you really feel like you don't know where you are. Standing here, you can also see Yaozi Village in front of you, Yangzhai Village in front of you and Huangshi Village in front of you on the right, so you can "see the three villages at a glance" here. This is also the courage of Fantasia Tai!)

The rolling mountains in the distance are now like a silver snake winding from your eyes to the distance,"dancing silver snake in the mountains." attractions
Tianzi Mountain: Tianzi Mountain is a mountain tour around the top of the mountain. However, why is it called Tianzi Mountain? This has to mention Xiang Dakun, the local emperor mentioned earlier. Because of his heroic deeds, the people at that time admired him very much, so they named this place "Tianzi Mountain". But why is there Helong Park here? Mr. He Long is one of the top ten marshals of China. He was from Sangzhi County, Zhangjiajie. Since he was 16 years old, he started to make a revolution with two kitchen knives and cut off the director of the Salt Bureau who abused the people at that time. In the past, he had fought a casual battle in this area with Xiao Ke and Ren Bishi, so in order to commemorate him, people built a bronze statue of Mr He Long here. Although it is said to be Helong Park, in fact, its main focus is on natural scenery. Even the color of the statue is very similar to the stone peaks in Zhangjiajie. The so-called Three Thousand Strange Peak and Eight Hundred Embroidery Water. These Strange Peak are the West Sea Peak Forest here. Looking from here, it is not as majestic and majestic as the stone peaks seen in those places in front. But she was very delicate, like a delicate and willful girl who was raised in a boudoir and never left home. Change just as you say! (Because the altitude here is the highest, more than 1200 meters. The weather is easy to cross. Sometimes when she is angry, she will cover her face tightly with a white fairy aura, just to prevent you from seeing her beauty. So friends must be patient. Maybe she will laugh and say something when you are about to leave! The "girl" at this time is the most beautiful and eye-catching!) You can also see two unique scenery here-fairy scattered flowers and Yubi Peak. The fairy holding flowers in her hand is looking into the distance affectionately, looking at the right man in her heart-King Xiang. Looking forward to him returning to your side soon, how will you feel at this moment? Do you feel the same way or have pity? Hehe ```Don't think too much, there is also Yubi Peak here! Four thin and straight stone peaks stood there, and a small pine tree grew on each stone peak, hanging in the distance like brushes. Legend has it that these are several brushes used to review memorials from the king's previous. There are also Shentang Bay and Dianjiangtai. Speaking of Shentang Bay, this place is an extremely mysterious place. Up to now, it is still a forbidden place and no one has ever set foot in it. This is also the place where King Xiang fell off the cliff after his defeat, so now when it is rainy and drizzly weather, if you stand on the top of the mountain and listen carefully, you will hear the sound of drums and people shouting and horses hosing from below. It seems that he is still practicing diligently to prepare for a comeback! Are friends shocked? Don't be afraid. Experts explained that it was because of the effect of geomagnetic recording.
Yangjiajie: In the old society, it was said that Xiangxi was rich in bandits. And this is no exception. This is really a very famous bandit nest. Speaking of this place, there is another very true story: it was during the Northern Song Dynasty, when bandits were rampant, and in Yangjiajie, relying on the natural terrain, he occupied the mountains and became the king. At that time, the Yang family generals were also loyal to the court, so they sent their family there to surrender the bandits. Finally, after the victory of the bandits was completed. Because their descendants flourished in that area, there was a person surnamed Yang who was named Yangjiajie. And that Wulong Village has indeed taken many scenes here because of the film "The Story of the Bandits in Wulong Mountain", and its reputation has become very famous because of its broadcast. On the way to climb the mountain, you have to pass through three ghost gates (one step is difficult, who dares not to bow your head, one line of sky or called slimming valley) and a checkpoint before you can reach the top of the mountain. I saw a unique sight in the Yang Family Realm-Tianbo Prefecture (the four naturally formed stone walls are arranged in parallel in turn, which really looks like the Longmen Array set up when the Yang family was about to surrender bandits. It is very spectacular.) After you appreciate the scenery on the top of the mountain, you will find that as long as you want to get to the top of the mountain, there is no other road except the road you just climbed up the mountain. However, when you stand on the top of the mountains here, are you going to sigh: It was not easy for others to become bandits back then! As the saying goes, everything is difficult at the beginning, as long as you are willing to climb it! This sentence should be true! Hehe `````Don't forget to just express your feelings, be careful where you step! After returning to Wulongzhai Restaurant, you can walk up another road and visit Wulang to worship Buddha and climb to the sky in one step (the highest point of the Yangjia Boundary, you can see the Yangjia Boundary and the panoramic view of the Yuanjia Boundary nearby, and you can also see Huangshi Village and Yaozi Village far away. It's very spectacular! It's really a step to reach the sky!), After climbing the sky, remember to come down safely and then follow a winding path close to the cliff. Not far away, there is a high-altitude observation platform-the sky corridor. The gentle breeze at this time gives people a feeling of elegance and refinement, broad vision, layers of terraces, and the "tumbler" standing in the middle of the mountain depression. The rough feeling that nature brings you is like being in a fairyland, you are intoxicated!
Shili Gallery: This is also a canyon landform, with famous attractions such as Index Finger Peak, Old Herb Picking Man, Xiang Wang Guanshu, Twilight Love, Couple Huddle, Three Sisters Peak, etc. The most famous one is the old man who picks medicine. She is a mountain peak about 80 meters high. You can see that she is very similar to a kind old man with a silk handkerchief on her head and a medicine basket on her back. She is looking for this miracle medicine in the mountain.
Laowuchang: It was named Laowuchang because there have always been 12 Tujia families living here for generations. It also has the reputation of Changshou Village. Although the paradise in Tao Yuanming's works is not the place he praises, it is a veritable paradise. They live on the top of the mountain peaks of Zhangjiajie, breathe the fresh breath of the mountains and forests, and eat the harvest of their hard work. They transform the land into pastoral areas here, which constitutes the beautiful scenery of pastoral areas in the sky. It feels like they are living a pastoral life without competition from the world! You can also see the solemn 48th General Rock here. Each of them was in a shaky spirit and had an imposing appearance. Like a general on the verge of war! And standing at the peak here, opposite you is the Hundred Dragons Ladder. She is a man-made sightseeing ladder that climbs on a cliff! The total altitude is 326 meters, but it only takes 1 minute and 58 seconds to transport you directly from the bottom of the mountain to the top of the mountain.
special attention to
5-1 The cancellation of Golden Week has created several more holidays and brought many opportunities for many office workers to travel. However, New Year's Day, Qingming Festival, Dragon Boat Festival, etc. all only have three days of legal time, but National Day is only one week. Therefore, the festival only lasts for 3 days, so friends who come to Zhangjiajie must make detailed travel plans, especially those who are far away from Zhangjiajie. The round-trip time may take a day, so in the end, there may not be enough time to play in Zhangjiajie. Compared with the Spring Festival, choosing to travel to spend the Spring Festival has become a fashionable and entertainment life today. Therefore, the trip to Zhangjiajie during the Spring Festival has naturally become a "golden trip", and there will be a lot more friends coming to Zhangjiajie to travel than usual. So be sure to make preparations in the early stage!
pre-departure preparation
①. ID card, bank card, and student ID card are all necessary. Student ID card can be purchased for student tickets in scenic spots to save money in various ways
②. Change underwear and toiletries when we went were all disposable, and we didn't need to change them, so we threw them away after using them; the Zhangjiajie Scenic Area is full of inns and no hotels. For environmental protection, they don't prepare them, so they must bring them.
③. Hats, sunglasses, skin care, cosmetics
④. Cameras, various chargers, spare batteries
5. This is the most critical one. Bring some snacks and you will always crave it for a long journey.
④. A pair of very comfortable shoes (because of climbing mountains, girls still wear travel shoes that are easy to climb, not high heels and slippers!
③. Be sure to wear sun protection! Be sure to wear sun protection!! Be sure to wear sun protection!!! It is a must every time you go out. You can also wear a piece of sunscreen clothing after applying the sunscreen advice! Tanning is not a problem, the problem is sunburn, it really hurts
8. Bring a heart that is good at discovering beauty
Characteristics of Zhangjiajie's four seasons
Here I will first introduce the characteristics of Zhangjiajie's scenery:
1: Because Zhangjiajie is located in the northwest of Hunan, the climate distribution throughout the year is very obvious. The annual rainfall is also very sufficient, with an average annual temperature of 16.30. It is an ideal place to travel abroad in Hunan Province!
2: In spring, the mountains are full of vibrant scenes, with birds singing and fragrant flowers. Even the stone pillars are full of green life (in fact, it is like this all year round), everywhere you go. It's the sound of kingfishers accompanied by the strong atmosphere of mountains and forests, which will instantly make you feel relaxed and breathe smoothly!
3: In summer, the temperature is suitable. This is really the ideal world for you to escape the heat. There are sweet and throat-soothing mountain springs here, there are crisp bird sounds here, there are bright mountain flowers here, and the fragrance of mountain flowers is everywhere. In the early morning, when you step into the forest path. What suddenly entered my heart was a refreshing feeling, as if the cells in my body were awakened in this instant. At noon, in other places, you may think that it is the last time you want to go out. But here, even if the sun shines in the sky. You don't have to worry about anything, because the trees in the forest have already held up a green umbrella for you and are accompanied by the singing of birds. Think how comfortable it is to walk on this tree-lined path! In the evening, stand on the high hill. Facing the place where the sun goes down, you will be greeted with the red glow. "The mountains are full of red, and the forests are full of dye" is brought to its extreme here!
4: In autumn, the mountains are full of red leaves and dead trees. It may seem like the mountains are full of depression, but this is actually the most beautiful time. Fruitful fruits, the mountain is full of wild fruits: kiwis, chestnuts, wild yamanashi, wild persimmon, and wild lychee; it can really be said to be a "Manchu and Han feast". Maybe what you see in other places are slightly withered fallen leaves and bare branches, but what you see on the stone peaks here is a "green life" full of vitality. Why? Wait for me to tell you slowly!
reviews
The biggest shortcoming of free travel is that preparations before travel are very tiring, but every time I see many friends in the scenic area rushing to chase after the tour guide, taking photos at every place I stop and chasing after the big team, I feel that the tiredness of preparing before travel is worth it, so worth it! I feel that the most rare thing during travel is not how many well-known attractions you have visited or how many signified inscriptions you have taken pictures with, but whether there has been a moment during your travel when you have an open mind and forgotten your worries. You can suddenly feel the tranquility and peace when you blow the mountain breeze on the observation deck, stop by the creek to listen to the sound of water flow, and avoid popular routes with many people and walk some silent mountain roads with few people.
In addition to transportation and accommodation, the most complicated preparation for free travel in Zhangjiajie should be to formulate reasonable travel routes. The first thing I want to share with you is that Zhangjiajie is basically related to tourism. It is mainly divided into two parts: Tianmen Mountain (which can be directly connected to the city, and preparation before departure is very simple) and Wulingyuan District (including Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Yuanjiajie, Yangjiajie, Tianzi Mountain, Huanglong Cave, Grand Canyon, etc. There are many attractions and routes. Daily routes need to be planned in advance, and tickets are valid for four days). Among them, Wulingyuan District is far from the urban area, and also has its own bus station called Wulingyuan Bus Station. There is no railway station or airport. Finally, there are Huanglong Cave (just a 2-hour tour of attractions) and the Grand Canyon in Wulingyuan District, but in the opposite direction. Tickets can be purchased and itinerary planning can be made separately.
Wulingyuan District is particularly large, with three common ticket offices/entrances (Zhangjiajie National Forest Park ticket office, Wulingyuan sign gate ticket office, Tianzishan ticket office). I summarized it through the many strategies I saw before going and my own play. Basically, there are two routes in the scenic area, one is the mountain tour route (including Yuanjiajie, Yangjiajie, Tianzi Mountain, etc.), and the other is the mountain tour route (including Huangshizhai, Jinbianxi, Shili Gallery, etc.). Generally, the mountain tour route can be arranged for one day, but the mountain tour takes 2-3 days. There are free environmentally friendly vehicles passing between various attractions in the scenic area, waving constantly along the road (I tried it). At the same time, note that there is no way to communicate environmentally friendly vehicles between the mountain and the foot of the mountain. After all, there is a height difference between the mountain and the foot.
What is particularly important is that there are only three non-pedestrian channels from the mountain to the mountain in the scenic area: Bailong Tiantian, Yangjiajie Cableway (I feel that the Yangjiajie Cableway Station deviates from the main tour route and environmentally friendly vehicle lines), and Tianzishan Cableway (January to October 2015 is under maintenance period). In addition, you can only walk up or down the mountain, but not all places can go up and down the mountain at will. As non-local tourists, it is better not to explore. Although Huangshizhai also has cableways to get up and down the mountain, Huangshizhai is basically a branch, and tourists seem unable to directly go to the mountain loop line. If you go directly to the mountain from the outside of the scenic area, you can enter the park from the Tianzi Mountain ticket office, and you will enter the park on the mountain.
If I go to Zhangjiajie in the peak season, I definitely have to queue up and be mentally prepared for overcrowding. I was fine, but I only felt the inconvenience caused by the large number of people on the morning of the second day after entering the park. Therefore, for the busy peak season, I have two suggested routes. One is to follow my route, that is, one day on the mountain line (Huangshizhai + Jinbianxi) and one day on the mountain line (Bailong Tiantan-Yuanjiajie-Yangjiajie-Tianzi Mountain-Walking down the mountain to Shili Gallery); The second is something I haven't been there, but some netizens recommended it to take a shuttle bus directly from the urban area to the Tianzi Mountain ticket office. This ticket office is on the mountain. You can play in the opposite direction from Tianzi Mountain-Yangjiajie-Yuanjiajie-Bailong Tiantan, and then play the mountain line the next day, namely Huangshizhai + Jinbianxi + Shili Gallery. This is the opposite direction to the tour group and avoids queues and crowds.
precautions
When taking a taxi in Zhangjiajie, you should pay attention to:
After arriving in Zhangjiajie, taxis will encounter a series of tourist traps in the railway station square, airport square and any location in the city. As long as you have a strict sense of prevention, these traps will not succeed easily. As soon as you leave the railway station square or the airport, many people will flock to you like birds released in a cage, asking whether to go to the scenic spot. It only costs 5 yuan per person, and some teachers will honestly type the meter; No matter if you are a master, you will tentatively chat with tourists after getting on the bus. They say that you have been driving taxis in Zhangjiajie for decades and know Zhangjiajie very well. You know all the beautiful attractions and delicious places. When everyone is chatting, the topic will change. He has friends in a travel agency. If you come to travel, you can introduce them through him. The price is absolutely affordable. If he is not tempted, when he learns which tourist attraction they want to go to and which travel agency receptionist, he will find the right opportunity to say that it is a lie or that the accommodation in a certain hotel is poor, and he can contact a cost-effective hotel through him. Once you check in, the drivers will get a generous commission; it's a hundred times better than running around the streets.
Notes for tourists flying:
At the airport exit, there are many kinds of travel fraud prevention on civil aviation buses. Take the airport civil aviation bus to the city for free with your boarding pass. In fact, they only arrive at the Civil Aviation Hotel, and the staff on the bus will vigorously promote Zhangjiajie tourism related information, and then let you sign up. Of course, civil aviation buses can be taken, so that you can enjoy the free lunch. Just put aside the hype about the flight attendants on the bus.
A reminder for you:
Before traveling, it is best to contact the local Zhangjiajie Huahua Self-help Tour Guide Club. Chen Leihua has made good arrangements. The company will appoint drivers and tour guides at the airport exit to pick you up, so that traps will not happen to you. Everything is nothing more than the word "cheap". Tourists failed to achieve the purpose of cheap money, and various unpleasant incidents occurred. After returning home, they posted posts such as "Zhangjiajie People are Liars" and "Zhangjiajie is a Bandits Nest" to vent their feelings. We understand your feelings very well about this, but we are even more sad: sad for the various losses you suffered in Zhangjiajie; sad for your trip to Zhangjiajie being so unhappy and sad; I am sad that Zhangjiajie's beautiful mountains and rivers have been discredited for these reasons; I am sad that you did not choose us. Yes, any industry survives only by profit, and we are no exception. However, we never make huge profits and consume absolutely transparently (you will know that our prices are very real by comparing the prices of other travel agencies). I hope tourists like you will not be greedy for cheap, because there is no free lunch in the world, and a very cheap lunch is definitely a trap wrapped in a scam.
What are the benefits of choosing a local guide?
5: Why did you choose to go to Zhangjiajie to participate in the delegation?
There is a travel agency in the local area where you set off, and we are also a travel agency in Zhangjiajie. Which one is more advantageous? Many tourists and friends said: Of course, choose our local travel agency. After all, it is in our local area... Then I have to explain it clearly to you in depth: Only by choosing our Zhangjiajie travel agency can you have more advantages and have more fun!
Reason 1: They earn tour transfer fees. The travel agency in your place does not actually serve you. After signing a contract with you, it turns around and transfers it to our travel agency in Zhangjiajie to specifically operate your food, accommodation and transportation in Zhangjiajie. The transfer fee in the middle allows them to earn it directly.
Advantages of choosing us: It can be said that I grew up with Zhangjiajie. Coupled with being born into a family engaged in tourism, I was already an experienced tour guide before I went to tourism school! My father and mother are native locals. With the sincerity of Zhangjiajie people's hospitality, the determination to promote our hometown and return our homeland, and the enthusiasm to contribute to the vigorous development of the motherland's tourism industry, we are here to extend sincere invitations to all friends at home and abroad.
The tour guides here don't memorize materials, nor do they make them by doing test papers. They are truly native of Zhangjiajie! Their explanations are not just reciting stereotyped tour guide words, nor are they just narrating beautiful and moving stories passed down from generation to generation. They are also expressing the love of the simple Tujia people for this land and conveying to tourists an unpretentious beauty. The true harmony between man and nature. They are the people who understand Zhangjiajie best. They can understand Zhangjiajie's mountains, Zhangjiajie's water, Zhangjiajie's character, and Zhangjiajie's soul! Because they are part of Zhangjiajie themselves!
Think about it, while you can freely enjoy the beautiful natural scenery, you can also feel the original Tujia cultural atmosphere. Wouldn't it be wonderful! So what are you waiting for? Bring your relatives, friends or lovers and join us! We look forward to you, Zhangjiajie is waiting for you! You have an agreement with Zhangjiajie, and you have a fate with us!
Reason 2: Shopping at your own expense. Many local travel agencies are trying their best to lower the prices to get you to sign contracts with them and earn high transfer fees. In fact, there is a small part of the travel expenses to our Zhangjiajie side. Where will the salary of your food, accommodation, and tour guides come from? Tour guides can only let you enter various shopping stores, or add various mandatory expenses and expenses at your own expense... In order not to be ripped off, you have comprehensive defenses. The whole journey will become a "battle of wits and courage" between you and the tour guide. Where will you have fun along the way? The advantages of choosing us: During our tour, we will never arrange tourists to enter various shopping stores, and we will never let you impose various expenses and self-expenses. All tour guides will be paid to lead the tour, eliminating worries and allowing you to truly experience happy travel!
Reason 3: Tourism becomes a "road trip". Your local travel agency will hand it over to a local travel agency in Zhangjiajie at a price lower than the cost (We do not accept such groups with negative tour fees.) In order to maintain costs, local travel agencies have to compress the tour time of the elite scenic spots and increase the time for shopping. As a result, even if you come to an elite scenic spot like Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, the time is too short to see much, or the elite scenic spots pass by in a hurry. At the end of the day, you will be tired and not get anything to do, resulting in your journey becoming a real "road tour"... Advantages of choosing us: All itineraries are open and transparent, the best attractions will never be missed, and there will be no regrets when traveling.
Phoenix
Six: Food and accommodation in the ancient city of Fenghuang: Prices across the country are rising rapidly. Due to the development of tourism, the ancient city of Fenghuang has moved away from the propaganda of "good quality and low price", but it is not ridiculously expensive. Zhangjiajie's food is mainly spicy, while Phoenix's food is both spicy and sour, cooking delicious dishes with all colors, flavors and flavors: Blood cake duck, glutinous rice marinated sour fish, bacon, glutinous rice sour pepper, boiled tofu in sour soup, steamed pork with millet powder, and scrambled eggs with wild onions are delicious and full of flavor. The names of these dishes alone can make people's appetite open; In addition, the snacks in Fenghuang Ancient City are also unique. You can visit the ancient city at night and see many. Whatever you want, you can eat when you arrive!
Living in the Ancient City of Fenghuang: When I think of going to Phoenix to experience the simplicity, I advise you not to go. Now Phoenix, like any other tourist attraction, is a completely commercial place. It is absolutely impossible to come here without spending money. Due to the hype of many innkeepers, friends who have never visited Phoenix want to stay in an inn on the edge of the Tuojiang River. In the off-season, you don't have to worry about your accommodation at all. Go and choose it until you are satisfied. The normal price is 40 yuan/person. Golden Week is relatively expensive. Prices for slightly famous inns range from 320 yuan to 500 yuan. It is not easy to book a room. Generally, a deposit must be paid before reserving a room. Choosing a place to stay is a very important matter. An unpleasant stay will affect your rare travel mood. Especially tourists who were ill-prepared were taken around in the ancient city by street soliciting women after arriving in Phoenix, and extortion occurred from time to time. In fact, Linjiang Inn is not a good place to live in. The conditions are not as good as hotels. Linjiang is full of people at night. The singing of those bar singers makes you unable to sleep all night. The noise of tourists along the Tuojiang River early in the morning will disturb your dream. The best accommodation is to stay in a hotel within 150 meters to 1000 meters of Tuojiang River. This way, the accommodation conditions are better. If you want to visit the ancient city, you can walk slowly and you will be there in three to five minutes. This is the best arrangement.

8: Introduction to free travel at Zhangjiajie Huahua Tour Guide Club:
Hello everyone! I am a local tour guide club for Huahua Free Travel in Zhangjiajie. The mountain spring water in Xiangxi and the bacon of Tujia people have developed my down-to-earth and simple character, hard-working, and vigorous work style. I have always done what I say to my guests and kept my promises. Therefore, I now receive about 5,000 tourists every year and there has been "zero complaints", and the number of free travel tourists received every year is constantly increasing. 06-08 I learned professional tourism skills and knowledge in Wuhan, Chongqing and Hangzhou in 1999. Thank you to God for the natural gift to Zhangjiajie and the tourists I have received for their praise and affirmation of my team! As long as you tell me your play time (a few days) and the number of people, I will help you design the most essential, perfect and affordable itinerary, route and price and send it to your email address as soon as possible. Because we are local Tujia people in the scenic area.
Prepare pictures before departure
Although Zhangjiajie has different peerless scenery all year round, summer is too hot for ordinary tourists.
traffic
Zhangjiajie focuses on tourism, and there is public transportation between basically all tourism-related locations. Therefore, it is recommended that you can check the distance on Baidu maps first, and then consider walking, public transportation or taxi.
1. In the urban area: Zhangjiajie Bus Station, Railway Station, and Tianmenshan Cableway Company (i.e. Tianmen Mountain Tourist Entrance) are very close to each other, basically a few minutes 'walk away. If you want to go to Tianmen Huxian Theater, you can take a bus. The air-conditioned bus is 2RMB, and the ordinary bus is 1RMB. We bought the theater tickets from Taobao and purchased the car rental service directly from the same store. 15RMB per person includes hotel transfers.
2. Urban area-Wulingyuan District: Get on the bus directly from Zhangjiajie Bus Station, get on the bus and buy tickets, starting at 6 o'clock at the earliest. You can see the destination clearly before getting on the bus."Forest Park" refers to the ticket office of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park,"Wulingyuan District" refers to the ticket office of Wulingyuan Sign Gate, and "Tianzi Mountain" refers to the ticket office of Tianzi Mountain. These three ticket offices are also the three main tourist entrances for Wulingyuan. The time to get to the first two destinations is about one hour, and to "Tianzi Mountain" takes one and a half hours. In addition, after getting on the bus, we found that we didn't have to get on the bus from the bus station. Basically, we stopped immediately on the road.
3. Wulingyuan District: I don't know whether there is public transportation between the three ticket offices in Wulingyuan District. You can check again online. There are black cars outside basically every ticket office, and we didn't take them. Wulingyuan Bus Station is very close to the sign gate ticket office, a 10-minute walk away. Bus No. 1 runs from the "Scenic Area Gate"(i.e., the ticket office of the sign gate) via Wulingyuan Bus Station (without entering the station) to Huanglong Cave, which is very convenient. Charming Xiangxi Theater is also a 10-minute walk from Wulingyuan Bus Station and Sign Gate.
PS: The only time I was "ripped" by car was from Hehua Airport to the hotel (the hotel I stayed in is next to Zhangjiajie Bus Station). I did a Baidu search and the taxi distance was 4.9 kilometers. After leaving the airport, I wanted to take the airport bus, but the airport bus driver first asked me where I was going, and then told me that it was in the opposite direction to the airport bus arrival station (Civil Aviation Hotel) and suggested that we take a taxi. The taxi drivers next to me formed a circle and said 30RMB when they heard us arrive at the bus station. Later on, I thought about it, the airport bus driver should be a taxi driver. All taxi drivers worked together and did not give me the meter (we arrived at the airport before 9 p.m.). Therefore, I suggest that if you arrive early, you can take the No. 4 bus (I think the operating time on the platform is from 5:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.). You can reach many places in the city within a 2-minute walk from the airport. If you arrive late, take the airport bus to the Civil Aviation Hotel first, and then take a taxi and meter to your hotel. It is always cheaper than taking a black taxi. Of course, it doesn't matter to local tyrants friends.
accommodation
Based on previous travel experience, the hotel choice is not much worse.
Personally, I don't think the place to live is expensive. Accommodation recommendations in Zhangjiajie City and Zhangjiajie Scenic Area:
The first thing to note is that you must never book a hotel blindly. You occasionally search for accommodation before going. These are a waste of time. You must plan your itinerary in advance before booking a hotel in the corresponding place. Otherwise, even if you book a hotel in advance, you will find that the accommodation place does not match the itinerary at all!
Accommodation in Zhangjiajie: Here will focus on accommodation in Zhangjiajie (Zhangjiajie's attractions are scattered, so choosing a good place to stay is very important.) Overall, Zhangjiajie's attractions are scattered, so choosing a good place to stay is even more important. Accommodation in Zhangjiajie is mainly divided into three areas, namely Zhangjiajie City, Wulingyuan Town and near Tianzi Mountain Dagantai in the scenic area. Children's shoes must decide where to stay according to their respective itineraries. The urban area should be the busiest area on Shizi Street Pedestrian Street, and it is convenient to shop and eat next to it!
Lives in Suoxiyu
Advantages: Suoxi Valley is located in the center of many scenic spots such as Tianzi Mountain, Huanglong Cave, and Baofeng Lake. Transportation to various scenic spots is extremely convenient, so it is a gathering place for hotels;
Disadvantages: It is nearly 40 kilometers away from the train station and airport, and the journey time is about 40 minutes;
Suitable: Tourists who have sufficient time and visit Suoxi Valley, Tianzi Mountain, Huanglong Cave, Baofeng Lake and other scenic spots.
There are all types of hotels near Suoxiyu Scenic Area, and there is a lot of room for choice. The price of a villa area in Gaoyun Village (quasi-three-star) is 110-150 yuan, the price of a Samsung area is about 160-200 yuan (based on the peak seasons), and the price of a private hotel is 20-50 yuan/person.
live downtown
Advantages: It is close to the train station and airport, about 6-10 kilometers, and you can easily take a bus or taxi there;
Disadvantages: It is 35 kilometers away from the scenic spot, and several hours will be wasted every day on the round trip, and unnecessary transportation costs will be increased;
Suitable: Tourists arriving in Zhangjiajie on the first night, or catching a plane or train return the next day after the tour, or visiting tourist attractions around Zhangjiajie.
Urban accommodation costs are relatively high. Two-star standard rooms cost around 140-180 yuan, Samsung prices range from 200-280 yuan, and four-star prices are all more than 450 yuan. If you have enough money, you can consider Zhangjiajie International Hotel, Zhangjiajie Scarecrow Apartment, Langhao Hotel, etc., or you can choose a more economical private hotel, with a general price of 40-60 yuan/person. It is recommended that tourists choose to live near Renmin Road Bus Station, because it is more convenient to go to the scenic spot or return from here. Also recommended for backpackers:
Living in front of Forest Park
Advantages: Convenient to visit Zhangjiajie National Forest Park;
Disadvantages: Not only is it nearly 40 kilometers away from the railway station and airport, but due to geographical limitations, it is not convenient to visit other scenery in Zhangjiajie;
Suitable: Tourists who are short on time and only visit a few attractions such as Huangshi Village or Yaozi Village.
You can choose from four-star hotels to ordinary hotels, such as Pipaxi Hotel, Xiangdian Mountain Villa, Qilin Mountain Villa, etc. The retail prices range from 400- 1,000 yuan and can be discounted.
Live in a scenic farmhouse
Due to environmental protection needs, all the hotels in Wulingyuan Scenic Area have been demolished, leaving only some farmhouses. Tickets to the scenic area are only valid for two days, so the farmhouses in the scenic area are of great use for tourists who plan to play for more than two days.
Advantages: It is convenient to visit the scenic spot in detail, which can save a lot of money and time, and avoid walking many wrong roads back and forth in and out of the scenic spot;
Disadvantages: The conditions of the farmhouse are not as good as those outside the scenic area. In addition, the rooms are tight during the Golden Week and must be booked in advance;
Suitable: Tourists who have sufficient time and plan to stay in the scenic area and have a detailed tour.
Accommodation problems in scenic spots:
I won't introduce Yamashita hotels here, because there are many hotels, and their standards and star ratings are relatively standardized. Everyone can better understand the standards they want!
Here is a special reminder: If you don't have particularly strict accommodation requirements, you can recommend staying at the top of the mountain during your trip to the forest park, which can save the time and cost of repeated climbing the mountain!
There are not many standard grades of accommodation on the top of Zhangjiajie Mountain. In fact, I can roughly divide them into four categories:
①: Very poor-there is no separate bathroom and it is not clean (usually there are no rooms during the Golden Week, so I live in these inns)--Price 60-70
②: Standard-there is a separate bathroom. Some friends who travel by themselves have chosen these inns. Most of them are on the first floor and are relatively humid-the price is 80-100
③: Comfort-you have all basic facilities. You can choose a room on the second floor. There are very few second-floor inns in the scenic area. The second floor is much better than the first floor and it is not so humid! (I personally recommend it)--Price 100-150
④: The best-the scenic spot has the best conditions and has good moisture-proof decoration facilities!-- Price 150-280
Warm tip: The temperature difference between day and night in the scenic area is large, so it is best to wear a cold-proof coat. The top of the mountain is about 6-10 degrees lower than the urban area!

Arrangements for two-day and three-day tour routes and attractions in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park

food
In the urban area of Zhangjiajie, there are many delicious places. The first thing worth recommending is Zhangjiajie's specialty dish-Sanxia pot. The so-called Sanxia pot is actually a very convenient dry pot. It is made of three main ingredients and stewed with hot pot without soup. I think the "Master Hu Three Cooking" near the Fengwan Bridge is quite good. It costs 15 yuan per serving for three times (last year it was still 10 yuan per serving. Now the price has increased), the portion is enough to eat, and two or three people only need to order the portion of 30 to 50 yuan, which will ensure that you can eat enough and eat well! The recommended one is to mix dry stir-fried intestines, dry stir-fried walnut meat and Xiangxi bacon together to stew.
shopping
Zhangjiajie's specialties are Sanbao (kudzu root powder, fern root powder, rock ear) and Yijue (eucommia tea). Compared with the metropolis, although Zhangjiajie's commerce is still underdeveloped, it has a lot of local specialties, especially kiwi fruit, Qingyan Mingcui tea, lobster tea, pine fungus, etc., which are more famous for their original flavor and cheap quality; Sangzhi salt dried tofu is a tribute to the Qing Dynasty. The "Gegenbao" pure natural green series of drinks integrates health care and longevity. Maoping Maojian Tea has a fragrant aroma and beautiful taste. It is a good specialty; you can also buy some Tuji-style "Spicy Girl Spicy Lava" series of foods to take home. In terms of souvenirs, you can also choose to purchase some turtle stones, Tujia paste paintings, Tujia brocade, etc., which can be seen in local specialty shops and stalls in scenic spots and urban areas, but attention should be paid to identifying quality and boldly bargaining. The urban area of Zhangjiajie is not large. There are relatively large and complete shopping venues such as Guanghe Shopping Center and Meni Supermarket. There are also two commercial pedestrian streets.
Shopping suggestions:
1. Buy the small wild kiwi fruit, which is about bigger than eggs and tastes sweet and sour. If you want to take home and taste, you must pick and buy raw ones. The cooked ones are easy to rot;
2. Don't buy so-called "antiques","exotic stones","precious medicinal materials", etc. Unless you are very knowledgeable, you will easily be deceived;
3. There will be local people selling "Millennium Human-shaped Polygonum multiflorum" in the mountains. They are all fake, so don't buy them.
Zhangjiajie specialty: kudzu root powder
Kudzu powder is one of the three treasures of Zhangjiajie. It is divided into rice Kudzu powder and firewood Kudzu powder. Traditionally, the most authentic kudzu powder is generally found on mountains higher than 720 meters high, because Zhangjiajie has an altitude of more than 1200 meters. Kudzu powder has many effects such as beautifying and protecting the face and delaying aging.
In addition, fried pork with kudzu root powder is also a major specialty of Zhangjiajie. Stir kudzu root powder, which has the effects of cooling, removing heat, beautifying and nourishing stomach, with Zhangjiajie Tujia bacon for a unique taste. The kudzu root powder should be mixed into a paste, cooled, and then cut into slices and stir-fried with the bacon. The kudzu root slices absorb the oil of the bacon and add the aroma of bacon. After eating it, I still want to eat it. You can usually taste it in Tujia restaurants and Zhangjiajie Forest Park. However, if you take it home for your family to taste it, don't buy it at group tourist spots and supermarkets in the scenic area. It is not authentic. Generally, you can buy authentic ones from farmhouses in Zhangjiajie Scenic Area. You can buy them under the guidance of a guide, which is cheaper.
precautions
Trap (1). Traffic police stop a car: The first thing those soliciting passengers must do is to get on your car in advance before you reach Zhangjiajie urban areas and scenic spots. Most of them are wearing fake traffic police uniforms. As soon as your car stops, a fake traffic police officer will immediately say that you have violated the rules. Then he needs to take his "sister or cousin" to the scenic spot. After getting on the bus, the "sister or cousin" will immediately ask you to recommend yourself to travel and even the traffic police dare to pretend to be. What do you think will happen if you recommend yourself to travel? How to see through: The government has regulations that Zhangjiajie traffic police are not allowed to embarrass self-driving tourists. Moreover, these fake traffic police officers have no police cars next to them or only one person with a police car, so they can be seen through at a glance.
Trap (2), low-cost stuffing trap: On the road, I often encounter many people of all kinds waving to you, saying that I am a "regular tour guide" and "a staff member of a regular travel agency", and showing you their "various certificates". As long as you get in your car, they will try their best to negotiate with you about tour packages, and do everything they can to promote and brag about themselves, as if they have great skills. Everything in Zhangjiajie can be purchased at great prices. Which of his relatives owns a four-star hotel can be completely settled for as much as it costs. Joining a travel agency will allow you to travel. After being cheap, there will be various traps (meals will not be included, meals in scenic spots are particularly expensive, and they will even ask for something else to pay their own expense. If you don't participate, you will be dumped).
TIPS: Self-driving friends should be aware of the above situation. No matter who it is, including traffic police or any government personnel, if he asks to get in your car or asks you to help take someone to Zhangjiajie or Wulingyuan, he must change his identity and solicit customers. If you don't want to get into trouble, you should refuse with dignity. If someone enthusiastically tries to make a call, you must ignore it with a cold attitude. In addition, most of the people blocking cars are children and women, so be careful.
3. Don't talk to strangers in Zhangjiajie, and don't take advantage of small things. On the train, Zhangjiajie Railway Station, Bus Station, and Airport, there are many soliciting customers who will ask you,"Are you traveling to Zhangjiajie?" Want to eat? Accommodation? Do you want to take a bus?" Wait, don't be fooled. You may take you somewhere. You can't believe what the taxi master says. They will say they will send you to the Forest Park at a loss. Then along the way, he will say that he has a friend who provides tourist reception at the entrance of the Forest Park. No matter how cheap, no matter how good, no matter how good, no matter how cheap, no matter how good, there are various methods, they are actually selling you to the travel agency there. After entering, you will find that it is actually not cheap at all. The tour guide will force you to add many self-paid items. If you don't add more, you will be left alone, which will put you in a dilemma, and it will be too late to regret it!
Zhangjiajie ticket discount conditions
. ID card: This is essential. Accommodation, insurance, tickets, train tickets, and plane tickets are all needed.
2. Various preferential certificates: student ID, military ID, press ID, elderly ID, disability ID, all kinds of certificates can be brought with you, and you can buy discounted tickets at most scenic spots. (As mentioned earlier, we bought student tickets. It is only useful to use student ID cards and ID cards together with them. Moreover, student ID tickets cannot be bought if they are over 24 years old. When I entered the scenic spot, I saw a young couple being asked to change tickets.)
3. Paper money and change: Remember to bring some change with you, because in the scenic area, I only see a cash machine at the door, and there are few devices to withdraw cash. If there is really no cash, remember to withdraw money at the entrance of the scenic area. There are many places in the scenic area where people in the scenic area need money to take photos (although I didn't take pictures), and you also need to buy water, snacks, souvenirs, etc. It's always inconvenient to have no change.
4. Bank card or credit card: You can swipe your card when paying large amounts of cash, such as room rates, group fees, etc.

Zhangjiajie ticket consultation
Zhangjiajie ticket information:
1. The main tours to Zhangjiajie are Tianmen Mountain in Zhangjiajie-Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (Wulingyuan Scenic Area) and Phoenix. What is easy to confuse is Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie Forest Park. The two are not in the same place, and tickets are purchased separately. Simply put: Tianmen Mountain is the one who wants to go to the glass plank road and Tianmen Cave, and Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is the one who wants to go to the exterior location of "Avatar".
2. Zhangjiajie National Forest Park covers an area of 130 square kilometers. The tour is divided into scenic spots at the foot of the mountain and scenic spots on the mountain.
Attractions at the foot of the mountain include: Dayang Bar Square, Huangshi Village (going up the mountain, but belonging to the scenic spots at the foot of the mountain), Jinbian River, Shadaogou, Shuiaosimen, Shili Gallery, and Yaozi Village.
Attractions on the mountain: Yuanjiajie, Yangjiajie, Daguan Terrace, Laowuchang, Tianzi Mountain.
The entire tour is not possible in one day, at least two days, preferably three days.
Tickets are by universal pass and are valid for four days. There is no need to buy tickets after entering. However, cableway and small train fees need to be purchased separately.
3. The transportation in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is environmentally friendly vehicles. There is no additional charge for environmentally friendly vehicles. As long as there is a seat, it is more convenient to park on call.
Environmentally friendly vehicle routes are also divided into mountain routes and mountain routes.
The route below the mountain is almost not consistent with the route above the mountain. The only exception is the Tianzi Mountain Ticket Station--the San Chakou Parking Lot on the Mountain
In other words: If you want to take an eco-friendly car down the mountain and up the mountain, the only way to the Tianzi Mountain Ticket Station is to go up the mountain.
4. Accommodation: There are many options in Zhangjiajie City, but Dayong Prefecture is relatively concentrated. Dayong Prefecture itself is a tourist attraction. The downside is that there is a bar street below, which may be noisy.
In addition, you can choose near the Tianmen Mountain ticket office, near the railway station and around Ziwu Road.
Accommodation in Zhangjiajie Forest Park is divided into mountain and mountain.
Accommodation at the foot of the mountain is divided into: Wulingyuan Town, outside the Forest Park Ticket Station, outside the Tianzishan Ticket Station and outside the Yangjiajie Ticket Station.
Among them, Wulingyuan Town has the best accommodation conditions, and there are Huanglong Cave, Baofeng Lake and many large-scale live-action performances near Wulingyuan Town. It is also close to the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. You can choose to live around Xibu Street.
Accommodation on the mountain: There are many accommodation near every major attraction, such as Yuanjiajie, Bailong Tianti, Wulong Village, and Tianzi Mountain. But the most concentrated ones are in Dingxiang Rong Village. Dingxiangrong Village is located in the center of the mountain, and the entire village is an inn. There is an environmentally friendly vehicle station outside the village and close to Daguan Terrace.
Accommodation on the mountain is generally average due to limited conditions. Winter is particularly difficult.
When choosing accommodation, it is best to choose one with shops in the city and on the mountains to facilitate checking in luggage.
In addition, it should be noted that because there are many attractions on the mountain, it is recommended to stay on the mountain for at least one night.
5. Food: There are still many famous delicacies in Zhangjiajie City, and the prices are affordable. The food on the mountain is relatively ordinary and expensive. The most famous food in the city is Master Hu Sanxia Pot.
6. About luggage: It is very hard to travel with luggage, so you can check it up the mountain. Any inn in Zhangjiajie City can be checked to the inn you booked on the mountain for 20 per piece. In addition, there is also a check-in point next to the train station. Consignment can also be handled at the central bus station.
7. Regarding the route into the mountain, there are five ticket stations to enter Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Therefore, you must choose the ticket station to enter according to your own tour route.
8. Transportation from Zhangjiajie City to Forest Park: Take the bus at the central bus station near the railway station. Also pay attention to choosing the route corresponding to the ticket station you want to go to.
To the Forest Park Ticket Station, the ticket price is 10.00, and the car is 1 hour.
There are also many buses to Wulingyuan. The fare is 12.00 and the journey is about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
There are fewer trains to the Tianzi Mountain Ticket Station, about every hour, the fare is 15.00, and the journey is 1.5 hours. The road conditions and car conditions are not very good. This bus passes by the Yangjiajie Ticket Station, so those who go to the Yangjiajie Ticket Station can also take it.
9. Regarding the selection of scenic spots in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park: If time is tight, you can abandon Huangshizhai, Shadaogou and Yaozizhai, and secondly, you can abandon Dagantai, Laowuchang and Yangjiajie. General attractions to visit: Jinbianxi, Yuanjiajie, Tianzi Mountain, Shili Gallery.
10. The Zhangjiajie National Forest Park Scenic Area is quite large, covering an area of about 130 square kilometers. It includes small scenic spots: Jinbianxi, Yuanjiajie, Yangjiajie, Tianzishan, Huangshizhai, Shili Gallery, Yuanjiajie and many other scenic spots. Scenic spots such as Huangshizhai and Tianzishan include: Jinbianyan, Qianli Meeting, Yubi Peak, Herb-Picking Elderly, Couple Rock, Shenying Whip, Qiankun Pillar (original attraction for the movie Avatar location shooting) The First Bridge in the World and other attractions. There are also Tianmen Mountain, Baofeng Lake, Huanglong Cave,...
Forest Park Jinbian Creek, Yuanjiajie
Jinbianxi, also known as Jinbianxi Grand Canyon, is located in Zhangjiajie Forest Park. It is named after the famous landscape Jinbianyan upstream of it, with a total length of 5710 meters. After entering from the entrance of Zhangjiajie Forest Park, walk about 300 meters forward to the entrance of Jinbian River. The Jinbian River is the most beautiful section of the road in Wulingyuan Scenic Area. The total length of walking distance is about 7.5 kilometers. The TV series "Journey to the West" is based on This is the location of Huaguoshan.
The main scenery of Jinbianxi includes Jinbianyan, Shenying Whip, Shui-around Simen, Splitting Mountain to Save Mother, Drunken Arhat, Huaguo Mountain, Shuilian Cave, Thousands of Miles Meeting, Nanmu Ping, etc.
There is also another attractive place in Jinbian River. In the stream here, there are the mysterious and rare "baby fish" that lives the national second-class protected animal.
fare
Belonging to Wulingyuan Scenic Area, you do not need to purchase a ticket separately when using the scenic area pass.
Wulingyuan Scenic Area is a set ticket, including Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Tianzi Mountain Scenic Area, Suoxiyu Scenic Area and Yangjiajie Scenic Area. The ticket price includes environmentally friendly vehicles in the scenic area, but does not include cableways, ladders, small trains and other items in the scenic area.
Park ticket: 248 yuan + insurance premium 3 yuan (valid multiple times within 3 days); weekly ticket: 298 yuan + insurance premium 3 yuan (valid multiple times within 7 days).
The two places to come to Zhangjiajie are the two places where you can escape heat, Jinbian River and the Forest Park in Yongding District. Take the minibus from Zhangjiajie Bus Station to Wulingyuan Bus Station 12 blocks. The station is not far from Wulingyuan Park. The ticket is 245 and is valid for 4 days. After entering the door, swipe your card and tell the dispatcher that you are going to Jinbianxi. He will tell you which car to get on. In other words, everyone is trying to escape the heat, and the whole car is packed with people. The water goes around Simen and gets off the bus. The road on the left side leads to the Jinbian River. On the right side of the stream is a paved blue stone road. Ancient trees stand tall on both sides and strange peaks are lined. The streams winding along the way, moving with the mountains. The small fish in the stream are lively and cunning, and the whole environment is very quiet. The creek is more than 7 kilometers long, which is not particularly long, but because of the intoxicating scenery, it took more than 4 hours to take photos, play in the water, catch fish, and entertain monkeys. I went there again during the Mid-Autumn Festival with my little nephew and played directly for a day. If you are tired from walking, there are stretchers. The price is charged in accordance with the regulations of the scenic area and is announced. To those who sit on stretchers, I can only sigh that they are rich. In the first half, the stream is on the right hand side, and on the left are some small vendors selling fruits, drinks, Chinese fast food, and taking photos of ethnic costumes. There are many types of fruits, including yellow peaches and red-heart kiwis, which cost 10 yuan a serving. The yellow peaches taste so good that I even bought them online on Taobao when I went home. They were as sweet as a can. The price of drinks is really cheap, much more expensive than the market price. If I sell a bottle at the top of the mountain for 10 yuan, I can still understand the price. The price at the bottom of the mountain is too cheap, isn't it?! As for Chinese fast food, it is cold noodles with cold noodles. Don't think about how good it will be. For example, cold noodles are round noodles soaked in water, add some salt, chili noodles, shredded cucumber, and sprinkle with some soy sauce. In addition to being salty, I can only say that they are cooked. So remind those who come later to bring lighter dry food and water cups before setting out. Nearly halfway through the journey, there is a Changshou Spring, and many people choose to replenish water here. The attitude towards taking photos of national costumes is very enthusiastic. It is not annoying to take how much they take. When selecting photos, they are even more enthusiastic, but the photo paper and color ink are not very good, and the molded skin is very thin, which cannot be compared to the quality of Huashan and Guilin. The price is exactly the same, 20 per photo. In the second half of the journey, the stream becomes the left side, and the right side becomes the road up the mountain, such as Huangshi Village and the location of Journey to the West. There will be many monkeys in the stream on the left. The monkeys are very smart. They will rub the biscuits they throw on the ground and rub them off before putting them in their mouths. At the end of Jinbian River is the Forest Oxygen Bar, which is very close to the entrance of the Forest Park. You can go out and take a minibus back to Wulingyuan. The fare is 10 yuan, just to wait for a longer departure time. There are also private black cars. If you make a counteroffer, you can get it for 10 yuan.
Highlights? The canyon is full of green and the stream is clear. It is also one of the locations where the classic version of "Journey to the West" is filmed
The canyon is known as the "Gallery of Mountains and Waters". The valley is full of green and there are clear streams all year round. The trees and flowers are lush next to the stream. The sun shines through the gaps between the branches and leaves in the forest, casting mottled shadows on the water. Walking along the stream is like swimming in a painting. This is also one of the locations for the classic version of "Journey to the West".
The entrance of the canyon is about 500 meters away from the "Forest Park Ticket Station". After walking out of the canyon, you can continue to visit the "Yuanjiajie Scenic Area" in Zhangjiajie Forest Park. The main scenery in the canyon include: Shenying Whip, Golden Whip Rock, Huaguo Mountain, Water Curtain Cave, Cutting Mountains to Save Mother, Meeting Thousands of Miles, Water Around Four Gates, etc. Among them, the Golden Whip Rock rises more than 380 meters from the ground. The entire rock is made of quartz sand, which reflects shining golden light under the sunshine; a mountain peak next to the Golden Whip Rock is like an eagle, guarding the "Golden Whip" day and night. Therefore, it is called the Condor, and this scene is named "Condor Protecting the Whip". Zhangjiajie National Forest Park; the mountains are like painted screens and people are like immortals. One step at a time, one looks at the Jinbian River. It is named after the Jinbian Rock protected by the Shenying Eagle. The whole journey is about 5700 meters long; It takes about 20 minutes to take an environmentally friendly vehicle from the entrance of Wulingyuan to reach Shuihuan Simen. Starting from Shuihuan Simen and ending at Laomowan Big Oxygen Bar. The whole journey is about 2.5-3 hours. It passes through "Camel Peak","Jumping Fish Pool","Thousands of Miles Meet","Zitake Pool","Golden Whip Rock", etc. The book evaluates it like this: Only when there is water in the mountains can there be spirituality. The more the dry season, the more precious this clear spring is. There are a large number of baby fish living in Jinbian River. This seemingly non-rushing stream has a complete ecological food chain. The water supply of Jinbian River mainly comes from mountain springs and rainfall, so the water quality is excellent. Among them, a "Changshou Spring" flows directly into the river. It is clear and delicious, with cold water temperature and can be drunk directly. It can relieve the heat and relieve fatigue in hot summer. If you take it to make tea, you will not be so beautiful. Walking along the stream between the deep ravines and deep valleys, the peaks stand on both sides of the stream, and the sound of the stream is accompanied by the singing of birds. It is a beautiful place in the mountains. I ran up the stone steps and kept waving at Xiansen. The girl standing in front of the peak turned out to be so delicate... Jinbian Creek is a beautiful stream formed naturally. The stream is crystal clear. Fish swim freely in the faint and slender stream. Colorful stones become shiny under the long-term erosion of the stream, and the sun shines through the trees. Sprinkle in the stream, reflecting mottled and clear shadows. The blue moss on the stones of Jinbian Creek is very slippery. You must pay attention to your steps when moving forward to avoid slipping. There are not many people walking Jinbian Creek. Perhaps it is because everyone thinks it is not worth spending too much time here, and it is often mistakenly thought that there are no bright spots. Wrong, really wrong. With this huge natural oxygen bar, you must come to Jinbian Creek for a walk; let alone there are mountains, water and spirituality here! Jinbian Creek is gradually reaching the monkey territory?? It seems that the wild monkeys in China's major scenic spots are not afraid of people. For example, the monkeys on the Gemu Goddess Mountain in Lugu Lake are more afraid of them and their cries are more afraid, which makes me dare not approach them; on the contrary, the wild monkeys in Jinbianxi are relatively gentler, and the wild monkeys pass me calmly. Of course, I will definitely keep the delicious food in my bag and preserve it well...
There are 5 ticket stations in Zhangjiajie, namely Forest Park Ticket Station, Wulingyuan Ticket Station, Tianzishan Ticket Station, Shuilao Simen Ticket Station, and Yangjiajie Ticket Station. You can enter the scenic spot by buying tickets at any ticket station. The most common choices for tourists are the Forest Park Ticket Station and the Wulingyuan Ticket Station. Because it is the most convenient to get to these two ticket stations from Zhangjiajie urban area. The tour guide came to pick us up in a special car in the morning. In order to lead us out of the crowd, he took us directly from the Forest Park into the scenic spot. Yuanjiajie is located in the core of Wulingyuan Scenic Area, located in the north of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, and is a mountain terrace. It is backed by the rocky mountains and faces the secluded valley peaks, extending about 1200 hectares from east to west, with an average altitude of 1074 meters. It is adjacent to Jinbian River in the east, overlooking Yaozi Village in the south, overlooking Huangshi Village in the south, connecting Tianbo Prefecture, and connecting Tianzi Mountain in the west. Suoxi Valley in the north. The main attractions include the back garden, Ecstasy Terrace, the World's No. 1 Bridge, etc. Recently, the most popular attraction is the Hallelujah Mountain, formerly known as the "Qiankun Pillar", which is the prototype of the Hallelujah floating mountain in the movie "Avatar".
According to legend, the name of the Yuan Family came from the Later Tang Dynasty. After the failure of the Huangchao Uprising, the court put up lists everywhere to arrest the rebels in order to completely eliminate the rebels. At that time, Huang Chao had a soldier surnamed Yuan. In order to avoid capture, he came to Qingyan Mountain, a remote mountain ridge far away from the world, to live in seclusion. He built a hut here, reclaimed wasteland and grew grain, and named it "Yuan Family Jie" with his surname.
Tourist season
Spring and autumn are the best times to travel in Zhangjiajie. In spring, Zhangjiajie is full of fallen trees. Follow the Jinbian River, visit the Shili Gallery, explore the Huanglong Cave, and experience the surprise of Wuling people entering the Peach Blossom Land; in autumn, Zhangjiajie is high and clear, and the forest is dyed. This is the time for delicious fruits such as kiwis and tangerines to mature. Relatively speaking, summer is hot and rainy, winter is cold, and comfort is slightly inferior to spring and autumn.

Yuanjiajie is located in the northern part of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. There are two passages from the foot of the mountain to Yuanjiajie. One is from the left of Zizatan of Jinbian River into Shandaogou and up the "Kuancao Slope" to the "Back Garden"; the other is to take the "world's first ladder"-Bailong Tianti to Xiaping.
Follow the edge of the Yuanjia Boundary Terrace, you can also go down to the thousand-mile meeting of Jinbian River on the path around the barren path, or you can go from the Yuanjia Boundary to Tianzi Mountain and Yangjiazhai.
tips
1. Yuanjiajie is a must-see attraction for tour groups and has a large passenger flow. During the peak season, it is best to follow the flow of people to visit from west to east.
2. The tour routes in Yuanjiajie are all on the edge of cliffs, next to a canyon hundreds of meters deep. Be sure to pay attention to safety when visiting and taking photos, so that you can walk without looking at the scenery, and you can not walk at the scenery.
The mountains in Zhangjiajie are majestic and beautiful, and the entire Wulingyuan Scenic Area is very large. Therefore, the ticket is valid for 3 days. You can reach the Yuanjiajie Scenic Area by taking the scenic area's environmentally friendly bus. Most of the Zhangjiajie promotional videos that you often see come from this scenic spot. There are many mountains and deep valleys. After the movie "Avatar", there is even the famous Qiankun Pillar. Many people think that visiting Zhangjiajie requires mountain climbing, but in fact it is not very necessary. Take the scenic area transportation directly to the entrance of the scenic area and follow the fixed sightseeing road. Along the way, there are smooth viewing plank roads. Some viewing platforms have been built in appropriate places, but the viewing platforms are almost full of tourists waiting to take pictures. The scenery here is very beautiful. Such peak forests are rarely seen in other places. There are also wild monkeys. They are not afraid of tourists. They often pose cute and pose for tourists to take photos. The Qiankun Pillar is undoubtedly the focus of this scenic area, but there are many peaks similar to the Qiankun Pillar, and you can visit the Yuanjiajie Scenic Area in more than an hour. There are many restaurants, large and small, where you can eat in Wulingyuan, with complete supporting facilities. You can reach any scenic spot by taking the free bus from the scenic spot. Yuanjiajie of Zhangjiajie Forest Park is located in the north of the entire forest park and is an important part of the forest park. There are several important attractions inside, including the Qiankun Pillar of Ecstasy Terrace (also known as the location where "Avatar" was filmed) and the No. 1 Bridge in the World. The entire tour of Yuanjiajie takes 4 hours, especially when there are many people walking slowly. However, because the mountains are steep and dangerous, we must watch the scenery without walking. Yuanjiajie Natural Scenic Area is located in one of the top ten famous attractions in the Zhangjiajie Forest Park Scenic Area and the most important core landscape area. When you come here, you can enjoy the very spectacular and beautiful scenery of the mountains. Most people who come here will be impressed by the miraculous creation. Looking at the mountains in every place in the Yuan family realm is a super beautiful natural landscape painting. During the walk, people seemed to have become the protagonists in poems and paintings. This kind of travel is very desirable and a very rewarding aspect of travel.
Yuanjiajie not only has beautiful ecological resources, but also has a high concentration of negative oxygen ions. Therefore, when traveling here, you will deeply feel the comfort of absorbing fresh air in your lungs. This feeling is rare., such an ecological environment is unprecedented.
The floating mountains in the Yuan Family Boundary are extremely amazing. Such a tall and narrow mountain seems to stand smoothly between heaven and earth. Moreover, there are many mountains that look like floating in the sky in the entire Yuan Family Realm. The magical natural wonders have opened our eyes. The world is so big that there are no surprises. Is it true?
In addition, it is because the Yuanjiajie Scenic Area has a magical mountain like a fairy that people all over the world pay attention to it. The famous movie and television blockbuster "Avatar" is the attraction here in the Yuan Family Realm. Does it look very charming?
In a word, Yuanjiajie is a very magical tourist destination. Traveling here will not be disappointed. Therefore, Shanyejun shared some simple strategy information about Yuan Jiajie as follows:
①. Tickets: It is included in the first ticket of 248 yuan. When you arrive at Yuanjiajie, you only need to show the ticket, and you don't need to buy other tickets.
②. The opening hours are from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.. Generally, tickets will no longer be sold after 5 p.m., so pay attention to the time schedule.
③. For preferential ticket policies, please refer to the preferential ticket policies of Zhangjiajie Forest Park.
④. Recommended play time: Yuanjiajie is the core area of Wulingyuan Scenic Area, so there are many things to see and play, so it is worth spending more time to play. Most people suggest playing for 2 hours is the most sufficient. If you are a photography enthusiast, I suggest playing for 3-4 hours and you can take many ideal photos, provided the weather is good.
5. Best season to play: It is beautiful and good all year round, but from a practical point of view, I think autumn is the best. On the one hand, the temperature is not cold or hot, and on the other hand, it is sunny autumn weather with less rainfall and higher visibility. To sum up, I suggest that it is best to visit Yuanjiajie in autumn.
The scenic spots in Yuanjiajie are relatively concentrated, including Sanguantai, the ape man moon the moon, the world's first bridge, Haliluya Mountain (formerly known as Qiankun Pillar, which is the prototype of Avatar's suspended mountain), Lianxin Bridge, and Ecstasy Terrace. Anyway, after walking this round, you will reach the back garden of Yuanjiajie, where there are environmentally friendly vehicles that can lead to the four gates of Shuihuan. What is worth mentioning here is the first bridge in the world. We first took the first bridge in the world to Suoguan. At that time, we thought it very funny. How did such a short and narrow bridge become the first bridge in the world? Isn't this cheating? Later, when I saw the world's first bridge from a distance, I was deeply convinced. In this high mountain, a naturally formed bridge spans two peaks. It has to be said that it is a miracle of nature! So this also has to do with the routes taken by tourists. (If you climb the mountain from thousands of miles to meet, or take the Hundred Dragons Ladder around the Four Gates to the Yuanjia Boundary, you can first see the distant view of the bridge and then see the close-up view, and your feelings may be very different.) The focus of this trip-Hallelujah Mountain is here ~~~ In fact, this place was originally called Qiankun Pillar. Because "Avatar" became popular, it was renamed Hallelujah Mountain. There are also sculptures of the little blue man and the big bird of Avatar here. The group photo is charged. It is said that after 18 o'clock, staff can take photos without fear!!~~

Tourist season
There are two seasons in spring and autumn, of which April and October are the most beautiful. In these two months, Zhangjiajie has the most beautiful natural scenery. There will be rain in Zhangjiajie in July. On rainy days, the roads are slippery and there is heavy fog, so it is not suitable for climbing mountains. The mountain scenery is the most beautiful one or two hours after the rain, surrounded by smoke, like a fairyland. In winter, it will snow, but the mountains will not be closed. Zhangjiajie in the heavy snow has a special interest.

shuttle
1. Take the special bus from the central bus station in Zhangjiajie City to the Tianzishan Ticket Station. Tianzishan Ticket Station is farther away from the urban area of Zhangjiajie. It is more traveled than going to Forest Park and Wulingyuan Ticket Station Station. Moreover, the number of trains is relatively few, only every half an hour, the fare is 13 yuan, and it takes about 75 minutes to arrive. However, after arriving at the ticket station, you can directly transfer to an eco-friendly car to the top of Tianzi Mountain, saving the cost of elevators or cableways up the mountain.
2. If you enter the scenic area from Forest Park or Suoxi Valley, you can take the free environmentally friendly special bus in the scenic area to arrive.
Tianzi Mountain Scenic Area is included in the entire Zhangjiajie Scenic Area. It has a large area. There are five places: Chapantu, Shentangwan, Laowuchang, Huanglongquan, Fengqi Mountain and Shijia Eaves. They are beautiful and majestic. I was dazzled by the strange trees and strange trees. The flowing springs and waterfalls were equally beautiful. I took pictures all the way, but in the end, the camera ran out of power and still felt that I had not taken enough pictures. The infrastructure construction is good. The road up the mountain is built very gently, and the elderly and children will not find it too difficult to walk on it. There are many tourists here, but the scenic area is very clean. The air on the mountain is very good and moist, and there are water droplets hanging on the leaves halfway up the mountain, most of which are condensed by fog. When you reached the top of the mountain, you saw Tianzi Pavilion, an ancient building with a simple style. A commercial street was opened around it, selling local specialties, accompanying gifts and scenic postcards. There is Yubi Peak next to Tianzi Pavilion and Tiannu Sanhua. Every scenic spot is equipped with a viewing platform. The view is great. Someone will ask you to take photos of you. The big one is thirty and the small one is ten pieces. The famous snack street really has everything, including shops large and small, and McDonald's, which is claimed to be the highest McDonald's in the world. The things are the same, but the price is more expensive than the ones at the foot of the mountain.
Tianzi Mountain is a very important scenic spot in the Wulingyuan Scenic Area, with a very beautiful scenery. And the air is super good. The origin of the name of Tianzi Mountain is actually related to the historical background at that time.
The original name of Tianzi Mountain was Qingyan Mountain, which was later named after Xiang Dakun, a Tujia leader during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, led a local peasant uprising to call himself "Tianzi".
The air in Tianzi Mountain Scenic Area seems to be better than other areas, which is probably related to its geographical location and latitude? The highest peak of Tianzi Mountain is Tianzi Peak, which is about 1263 meters above sea level, and the lowest peak is at least 500 meters above sea level.
Climbing Tianzi Mountain on a sunny day, you can see that the blue sky and white clouds are tightly connected to the entire mountain peak. The visual impact is super great, and suddenly a charm of returning to heaven comes out. This feeling is still rare in the entire Wulingyuan Scenic Area of Zhangjiajie.
When the weather is not very good, that is, when the fog is hazy, the entire Tianzi Mountain is a different scene. The entire mountain is filled with fairy fog and mist that ensnares all the peaks. The flowing fog and mist are surging endlessly among the mountains. At this moment, the landscape is a fairyland in heaven. Use "This scene only exists in the sky, how many places can there be in the world?" It is not enough to summarize sincerity in a poetic language.
These are the unique scenery and characteristics of Tianzi Mountain, and like other scenic spots, they have a high concentration of negative oxygen ions. When you are tired from traveling here, you can breathe deeply, meditate, recite scriptures, or pay homage to Buddha. It is a way to wash the lungs, wash the body, drain pollution and absorb it.
In a word, Tianzi Mountain is a treasure place and the best destination for all living beings to come to maintain their health through a vacation and travel. It is highly recommended!
The guide information about Tianzi Mountain Scenic Area is simply shared as follows:
①. About tickets: Tickets are already included in the Wulingyuan Scenic Area of Zhangjiajie for 248 yuan, but you must need a cableway or a Bailong Ladder to get here quickly. The price of the cableway and the elevator are both 72 yuan.
②. Ticket preferential policies: You can refer to the preferential policies for large tickets in the scenic area and the preferential policies for elevators and cableways. I won't repeat it here.
③. The best tourist season: Wulingyuan Scenic Area has no severe cold in winter and no severe heat in summer. The average annual temperature is around 17℃. So it is suitable to play all year round. However, in terms of photography and weather, the best time to travel is from May to the end of October, especially after the National Day, between October 10 and October 18, with fewer people, good weather and a more refreshing environment. Therefore, Shan Yejun recommended visiting Wulingyuan Tianzi Mountain Scenic Area in October.
④. Opening hours: The operating hours of the scenic area are 8:00-18:00.
③. Recommended play time: Tianzi Mountain in Wulingyuan Scenic Area itself is not very large, so 40 minutes is enough for a cursory tour. However, for those who like landscape, ecology, environmental studies or photography, they can slow down and play slowly. It is recommended that a tour of about 2 hours is the best choice, because there are so many shops here that specialize in occupying the best shooting spots. Be patient and seek opportunities to take photos.
④. Traffic information: It is completely the same as the travel transportation in Wulingyuan Scenic Area, so you can refer to the transportation methods of Wulingyuan. So there is not much space to talk about here!
Tianzi Mountain is located in the northwest of Wulingyuan, with a total area of 100 square kilometers. It stands in a three-pronged confrontation with Zhangjiajie Park and Suoxi Valley, especially the sea of clouds, stone waves, winter snow and summer days. Take a bus from Shili Gallery to the next stop, Tianzi Mountain, and go up the cableway. Tianzi Mountain is located at the highest point of "Jinshan Corner". It was named after the ancient Tujia leader Xiang Dakun led a local peasant uprising and called himself "Tianzi". Tianzi Mountain was formed by submerged rocks that gradually sank from a vast ocean 38,000 years ago, forming various strange landscapes. The strange mountains and beautiful rivers are all made in heaven. The unique folk customs and simple people's sentiments here have attracted countless people to stop and stay. That is why there is the saying that "who can recognize the face of the emperor will return without looking at the mountain of the emperor." Yubi Peak on Tianzi Mountain can be said to be a frequent visitor to photographers and a favorite shooting place. Looking horizontally at the sides of the ridge into peaks, this may be the most appropriate way to describe the Yubi Peak. The beautiful peaks protrude out like imperial brushes inserted upside down. Why do you use "imperial"? I think it may be because when the clouds and mist fill the air, the mountains are looming, like a fairyland, and I feel that I can ascend and become an immortal here. There is a poet who writes poems specially for Yubi Peak: Tiangong cuts the pen with sharp strokes, and wears hundreds of millions of mulberry trees in autumn. Before walking a word high into the sky, the heavy smoke and green are flowing from the wind. Between the lines, you should be able to appreciate the vicissitudes of life this royal pen, which has been soaked in hundreds of millions of years of literature and ink, has experienced. Located diagonally opposite Yubi Peak is the fairy scattered flowers. Amidst the rolling clouds of clouds, the girl with her face covered was graceful, holding a flower basket and scattering flowers to the world. Her beautiful figure was invisible in the clouds of clouds. "... Well, I think it may be because when the clouds and mist are filled, the mountains are looming, like a fairyland. I feel like I can ascend to become an immortal here."Comment picture of Tianzi Mountain"
Walking back from the viewing point, we passed by Helong Park, which was built to commemorate Marshal He Long's battle to Tianzi Mountain. I saw the bronze statue majestic and majestic, worthy of being the soul of a generation of military! Because it was late and the light rain fell, we didn't stay here for too long. Just a quick glance was enough to admire it for a lifetime! Take a bus from Tianzi Mountain to end today's trip and officially end my Zhangjiajie trip. The feeling I gave me today is that if I didn't visit Tianzi Mountain, I would go to Wulingyuan in vain. There are so many treasures in the world. I am afraid that only Wulingyuan can keep many treasures in its pocket. Just this once, just once.
Yangjiajie is connected to Zhangjiajie in the east and Tianzi Mountain in the north. It covers an area of 34 square kilometers. It has three tourist areas: Xiangzhi River, Longquan Gorge and Baihou Valley. Among them, well-known landscapes include One-Step to-Sky Corridor, Longquan Waterfall, Cliff Vine King, White Crane Gathering, etc. More than 200 places. The scenic spot belongs to the quartz sandstone peak forest and canyon landform, with the highest peak reaching the sky in one step at a height of 1130 meters. The territory is crisscross with ravines, clear streams, dense vegetation, and a forest coverage rate of 95%. Xiangzhi River is located in the east of Yangjiazhai Scenic Area. The stream meanders in the middle, and the peaks and forests on both sides are towering. There are many stone peaks in Longquan Gorge, clear streams, and secluded ponds and waterfalls, making it interesting.
Yangjiajie has clear mountains and beautiful waters, with picturesque scenery: Xiangzhi River Peak is high and far away, with deep streams and clear water, and the Xieyang Ancient Road, with birds chirping and cicadas chirping, like a paradise; Longquan Gorge cliffs are listed, which are natural barriers, like spectacular ancient city walls; Baihou Valley is the home of macaques and egrets. Teams of macaques haunt between cliffs and valleys, and swarms of egrets inhabit among green leaves. There are also the "Cliff Tree King" who is praised as the "No. 1 vine in China", and the strange five-color flowers...
The best time to travel is in the spring and autumn. When it does not rain in summer, it is also good to escape heat.

ride
You can take an eco-friendly car from Yuanjiajie to Yangjiajie. The ticket is included in the ticket, and the eco-friendly car will stop at your hand. Environmentally friendly vehicles can only reach the intersection of Wulongzhai. You need to walk to visit Wulongzhai, Tianbo Prefecture, Sky Corridor and other attractions. Eco-friendly vehicles will be stopped after 5 p.m.
The cableway in Yangjiajie is also under construction, and it will be more convenient to visit Yangjiajie in the future.
tips
Yangjiajie has not yet been fully developed, and some tour routes are difficult. If you want to go, you must be physically and psychologically prepared. At the same time, you must pay attention to leaving enough time and try to get out before 5 p.m. before the eco-friendly vehicles stop stopping.
The Zhangjiajie Forest Park Scenic Area is divided into three core scenic spots: Yangjiajie Scenic Area, Tianzi Mountain Scenic Area and Yuanjiajie Scenic Area. These three scenic spots each have their own characteristics and all require everyone to enjoy their tours. In my opinion, Yangjiajie Scenic Area should be the most interesting place among these scenic spots. Different from the complete development of Tianzi Mountain Scenic Area and Yuanjiajie Scenic Area, these two scenic spots are basically crowded with people, and Yangjiajie is a newly developed new scenic spot. Moreover, it is difficult. Basically, no tour groups choose to come here to play, so the entire Yangjiajie Scenic Area is very quiet. A new cableway has also been built in the Yangjiajie Scenic Area. The Yangjiajie Cableway can directly reach the Yangjiajie Essence Section from the Yangjiajie Ticket Station. The essence section mainly includes Tianbo Prefecture, which has a 360-degree panoramic mountain view, but you must pay attention to your steps when going, because the mountain road is very steep. Also, if it is rainy, the fog in Yangjiajie will basically rise up and you can't see anything. It's best to choose when it doesn't rain. If it happens to rain, it's best to bring a raincoat. It's more convenient to bring a raincoat. Also, it's best to wear hiking shoes. If it's not anti-slip, it's better to buy a shoe cover, but don't buy it in attractions. The price is higher and the quality is poor. It will be broken before you can climb. It is not only applicable to the Yang Family Realm, but also to Tianzi Mountain and the Yuan Family Realm. After going to Tianbo Prefecture in Yangjiajie, there is Wulong Village. Wulong Village is the prototype of the Wulong Mountain Bandits Suppression in the movie. The scenery is good, but if you bring your luggage, it will be very sad. Of course, you can choose to store your luggage at the entrance of Wulong Village, but you have to choose a safer place to place it. You will still come down after going to Wulong Village, and don't have to worry about not coming back. In addition, there are private charges in Wulong Village. If you want to take photos with the gate of Wulong Village, someone will charge you, but it's not formal, so just take photos secretly. After visiting Wulong Village, you will see Gorang worships Buddha, Climb to the Sky in One Step and the Sky Corridor. Gorang worships Buddha is equivalent to a halfway stop. After that, the recommended scenic spot is to climb to the sky in one step. Climb to the sky in one step is the highest point in the Yangjiajie Scenic Area. After passing the iron ladder, you can climb to a small observation platform. The wind is very strong. Pay attention to your hat and umbrella. Standing at the highest point and looking at the mountains is really great, but it is still a little dangerous compared to iron hooves. It is best not to look at anything, afraid that it will be much better if you go up in one breath. Also, when the wind is strong, it is best not to move, just wait. Although the catering consumption in Yangjiajie is not very high, with potatoes 5 yuan per bowl, roasted sausage 5 yuan per bowl, and egg fried rice 15 yuan per bowl, which is still relatively cheap, but the service points are relatively few. Therefore, it is better to bring some snacks in your backpack, especially mineral water. Here, it is 5 yuan per bottle, and it is a local mineral water. The taste is not good. It is recommended to bring your own water. But you still have to consider your own burden.
Yangjiajie Scenic Area has many scenic spots, including Golden Rooster Announces Dawn, Wulong Village, Sandao Ghost Gate, Yangmen Women General, Echo Wall, Valentine's Peak, Wuzhishan, Tianbo Mansion and other attractions. I chose Wulong Village for so many scenic spots because when I was a child, I watched a TV series called "Suppression of Bandits in Wulong Mountain". The names of bandits such as Tian Dabang and Diamond Mountain Leopard still vividly remember in my memory. Seeing the scenery in front of me, I think the bandits have a lot of vision. But now is a peaceful era, there are no bandits at all, so everyone can travel happily. Yangjiajie mainly looks at Wulong Village and the Natural Great Wall. Wulong Village is a very special hiking trail. It has extremely low, extremely narrow, straight up and down, and rope ladders. It is not suitable for the elderly. Children can try it, but there is no way to carry them. If you want to play, you must walk by yourself. I especially like the observation deck here in Wulong Village, which is very atmospheric. But the so-called Tianbo Prefecture is a small studio like house. If I like it personally, I just took a look and ran away.
Climbing the highest scenic spot in Yangjiajie was still very interesting. It reminded me of the stone forest in Yunnan, like a stone forest after being enlarged by a mountain rock. However, if you are looking for the feeling of traveling through the rocks, it is more interesting. It is more dangerous here, but there is not so much feeling of traveling through. When I climbed to the highest point of the Yangjia Realm, there was also a shelf for viewing the scenery. There was also a stone on the shelf. Standing on it, it was really beautiful. It felt like I would climb the top and see the small mountains, but not all of them. Because they are the mountains in the south after all, and they are more beautiful. If you say it too heroically, you will feel a bit irrelevant.
The scenic spot belongs to the quartz sandstone peak forest canyon landform. The highest peak "reaches the sky in one step" is 1130 meters above sea level. Yangjiajie has beautiful mountains and rivers, and picturesque scenery: Xiangzhi River Peak is high and far away, with deep streams and clear water, and the Xieyang Ancient Road, with birds chirping cicadas, like a paradise; Longquan Gorge cliffs are listed, which are natural barriers, like spectacular ancient city walls; Baihou Valley is the home of macaques and egrets. Teams of macaques haunt between cliffs and valleys, and swarms of egrets inhabit among green branches and green leaves. Yangjiajie Scenic Area also has the "Cliff Rine King", which is praised as the "No. 1 vine in China"; Strange five-color flowers.
There are thousands of strange peaks in Yangjiajie, crisscross streams, springs and waterfalls everywhere, and the pool water is faint. It combines the viewing characteristics of Zhangjiajie and Tianzi Mountain. Animal and plant resources are also very rich. Thousands of macaques are scattered in cliffs and valleys, tens of thousands of egrets gather in Baiheping, and strange five-color flowers, night-flower flowers, and cliff vine kings are scattered in the mountains and forests. Many scenic spots in the Yangjiajie are related to the Yang Family Generals. The area has been home to descendants of the Yang Family Generals to this day (2008), and the "Yang Family Genealogy" and many Yang Family Ancestral Graves are preserved. There are place names such as "Liulang Bay","Qilang Bay","Zongbao Bay", and "Tianbo Prefecture". Xiangzhi River was formerly named Xiangzi River. Legend has it that King Xiang buried a gold foil and silver box here. Located in the east of Yangjiajie Scenic Area. A stream meanders in the middle, and towering peaks and forests on both sides. There are 35 scenic spots along the way, among which Wulong Village, Climbing to Heaven in One Step, and Air Corridor are the most peculiar. Wulong Village is 1122 meters above sea level. Bandits have been occupied here since the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China. There are 27-step stone steps left behind. There are remnants such as hanging ladders of isolated villages and cave caves of fierce bandits.
Wulong Village is the most magical and alluring place in Zhangjiajie. It is not so much a place where bandits stayed in the past, but rather a place where the gods have never left. Entering the gate of the house, the traces of the past still exist, but the whereabouts of the living people are missing. The dangerous mountains only need a pass to separate the mountain village from the outside world. On rainy days, white clouds cross the threshold and refuse to leave. They insist on playing with the tourists, and then turn into drizzle and wet our eyebrows and hair.
Tianbo Prefecture is located under the Oolong Race. There are 10 stone walls, all of which stand relatively parallel and uneven in height and height. They are majestic and magnificent, just like the ruins of the ancient Hou Xiang Mansion, as if this was originally the Dabo Mansion of the Yang family.
Shili Gallery is located in Suoxiyu Scenic Area. It is a long and narrow canyon with a valley depth of 5.8 kilometers and a stream flowing in it. It is the essence of the scenic area. The place was originally named Ganxigou, also known as Ganxigou. In August 1983, Zhao Shuliu, secretary of the Cili County Party Committee, renamed it "Shili Gallery" when he inspected the scenic resources of Suoxi Valley.
On both sides of the valley, which is more than ten miles long, there are rich natural landscapes, and the walking is like a painting. Poet Li Shengming wrote a poem after traveling: "Strange peaks rise and stir up the sky, and all kinds of talents create achievements. Xiugu Qingxi Shili Road, how many tourists are in the gallery." Sculptor Qian Shaowu called it "a group portrait display corridor of natural sculptural masterpieces."
The peaks on both sides of the canyon of Shili Gallery are awe-inspiring and have different shapes, forming vivid natural sculptures. Among them, the most famous are "Peacock Opening Screen","Herb Picking Old Man","Golden Mouse Watching the Sky","All Immortals Worship Guanyin","Longevity Star Welcome","Tiger Roars the Sky".

Tips
Shili Gallery has a small train for tourists to travel. It is 38 yuan one way and 76 yuan round trip.
Zhangjiajie Shili Gallery Scenic Area is a very distinctive attraction in Wulingyuan. A 5-kilometer-long plank road is filled with all the strange shapes and scenery in the world. A unique landscape is formed under different scenery, like a landscape painting. In China, 1 kilometer is equivalent to 2 kilometers, and 5 kilometers is equivalent to 10 kilometers. Therefore, the picture-like corridor here is naturally called the Ten Mile Gallery. This gave Shili Gallery its name.
You can choose to walk, you can enjoy the beautiful customs on both sides of the Shili Gallery, and you can also breathe the pure air from the deep mountains and wild valleys. Such a slow-paced sightseeing is enough to make your trip so easy and enjoyable. Or if you take a sightseeing train from the door and take a quick tour of this beautiful and magical natural scenery, you will definitely have something different. If you like to take photos, you can choose to walk when you return. While walking, you can find your favorite attractions or landscapes to take photos. The small train tracks and walking trails in the entire Shili Gallery are parallel to each other. Walking among them is like a person swimming in a painting, and the small train is in close contact with people. This kind of scenery is really extraordinary. I chose to enter and take a small train, go out and take photos on foot to visit the entire Shili Gallery Scenic Area.
Like other scenic spots, Shanye once again worked tirelessly to organize some strategic sharing about Shili Gallery.
①. About tickets:
Tickets for the scenic spot are included in the Wulingyuan Scenic Area ticket of 248 yuan, but the one-way ticket for the small train is 38 yuan and the round-trip ticket is 52 yuan.
②. Ticket preferential policies:
The preferential policies are similar to the preferential policies of Tianzishan Cableway. You can participate in the preferential policies of Tianzishan Cableway Station, which will not be repeated here.
③. Opening hours: 7:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m.
④. Best tourist season: Shili Gallery is a beautiful place all year round, and you can visit here. However, personally feel that autumn is the most beautiful place in the entire Shili Gallery, especially in the middle and late 10th, so I recommend traveling here in the late autumn.
③. Recommended play time: The whole beautiful scenery is beautiful. If you are not tired, it is recommended to walk to and from this Shili Gallery. Because every walk you gain the beautiful scenery is not exactly the same, and as a 10-kilometer round-trip gallery, the walk time is almost 2 hours, plus the tour time is almost 3-4 hours. In order to fully enjoy and take good pictures of the Shili Gallery, it is recommended to visit the Shili Gallery for 4 hours on foot. If you take a car, 3 hours should be enough.
④. Transportation:
It is completely the same as the travel transportation in Wulingyuan Scenic Area, so you can refer to the transportation methods of Wulingyuan.
The first thing that needs to be explained is: To be honest, the Shili Gallery in Zhangjiajie is a bit beyond its name. The scenery is not even worse than the Shili Gallery in Yangshuo.
This Shili Gallery is located in Wulingyuan Forest Park in Zhangjiajie. The entire scenic area is very large. Some local villagers say that it has 360 square kilometers and others say that it has more than 500 square kilometers. They don't know who to listen to. There are four ticket stations in the park. The Wulingyuan Ticket Station is more convenient for accommodation and dining. The Yangjiajie Ticket Station is the one with lower room prices and closer to all major attractions, followed by the Forest Park Ticket Station.
The so-called Shili Gallery is a winding path leading to the foot of Tianzi Mountain. The road is very narrow, and although the green plants are lush, they cannot block the sun. The whole road can be walked and you can take a sightseeing train. The frequency of departure is quite high. Personally, I think that the value of the train is not high and can be completed in half an hour's walk. The only thing that needs to be said is that the walking path is very narrow, which is perfect for one person. In summer, you need to move sideways to walk side by side. On the way there, the scenery is on the left side. It's best to take a guide for the elderly herb picking, Wuzhishan, Bijia Mountain, etc., and listen to their explanations. Otherwise, you can see it yourself. If you don't have the right angle, you won't be able to see why. The mobile phone signal of Shili Gallery is not very good. You need to pay attention to this. You don't have to think about voice explanations of scenic spots. The air in the entire gallery is still quite humid, and the cation content is relatively high. There are no places to sell things on the road, so you need to go all the way to the end of the road. There will be small vendors only at the foot of Tianzi Mountain.
Once again, unless you plan to hike to Tianzi Mountain, you don't have to come specially for this scary name. It's more suitable to take the Hundred Dragons Ladder or Cableway directly.
Shili Gallery is located near the sign gate. If you enter from near the sign gate, you can choose to first take the scenic spot tour bus directly to the entrance of Shili Gallery. Visit here first, which takes about 1 hour to 2 hours. Or I personally feel that the route is better arranged in this way. First, we go up the mountain from Tianzi Mountain, then visit the World's First Bridge, Weizhuo Terrace and other scenic spots. Then after getting down from the Bailong Elevator, we visit the Shili Gallery, and then return to the sign gate. Let me also introduce that the Shili Gallery is about five kilometers long. You can choose to walk or take a sightseeing train. If you are physically exhausted, it is better to take the sightseeing train. If you take the sightseeing train, it is recommended to buy a round-trip ticket for a few more yuan. It is relatively cost-effective. For Shili Gallery, personal feelings are still worth mentioning. The more famous scenic spots include "Peacock Opening Screen","Herb Picking Old Man","Golden Rats Watching the Sky","All Immortals Worship Guanyin","Shou Xing Welcome","Tiger Roars the Sky", etc. For the strange rocks and peaks in Zhangjiajie Scenic Area, these attractions all need to be imagined by yourself. When you take the scenic sightseeing train, there will be an electronic guide on the bus to introduce you to the attractions you are about to. Relatively speaking, we still won't miss some of the more essential attractions. The terminal of the tour bus in the scenic area is the Monkey Garden of Shili Gallery. It is said that there are many monkeys in it, but it rained when we went, so we didn't see many monkeys. We only saw a few monkeys in the exhibition area, and there is a large service area nearby. There are many snacks or souvenir display areas inside, but the price is still relatively expensive compared to the outside world. I also bought a piece of stinky tofu inside. Each serving is 10 yuan. The taste is average. It's not very good. There is also a finger painting shop in the service area, but a small painting costs 60 yuan. If you are interested, you can still buy a pair home for collection.
Shili Gallery is another scenic spot in Wulingyuan. It is really like a painting. There is an environmentally friendly car directly from the door. Because there are many scenic spots in Wulingyuan, you must see the train number clearly before sitting. If you visit Tianzi Mountain, it is the view of Tianzi Mountain from top to bottom. If you come to Shili Gallery, it is the view from bottom to top. There will be some shops selling some specialties and handicrafts at the entrance of the scenic area. The scenic area is relatively long. It takes about 40-50 minutes to walk. If you are tired from walking, you can also take the small tram in the scenic area. It costs 38 yuan one way and 52 yuan two way. There is an electronic loudspeaker on the car to explain, just like giving you a guide. From the small rivers and flowing water to the strange mountains, the scenery along the way is very beautiful. It is also suitable for traveling all year round. Enjoy the green trees and jungles in spring and summer, the fallen leaves in autumn, and the snow in winter. However, it should be noted that there will be many monkeys on the road. When they appear, don't take fruits and other food in your hands. They will snatch it. They will be very fierce. Don't take photos of them very close. It's not good if you are injured.
Zhangjiajie has a magic that eclipses all gorgeous words. The magnificent scenery and powerful momentum are not enough to describe the shocking visual impact Zhangjiajie brings to people. Suoxiyu Nature Reserve, Zhangjiajie Forest Park, Tianzishan Nature Reserve, and Yangjiajie Nature Reserve jointly form Wulingyuan Scenic Area in Zhangjiajie. Shili Gallery Scenic Area is located in Suoxiyu Nature Reserve. Just by hearing the name "Shili Gallery", you can feel the atmosphere of literature and art coming to your face. Only when you are there can you understand that there is such a fairyland on earth. Shili Gallery is actually a deep canyon at the foot of Tianzi Mountain. Wild flowers are continuous in the valley all year round, and the undulating mountains are scattered. When viewed from a distance, it looks like a landscape painting stretching for dozens of miles, so it is called "Shili Gallery". Looking up at the peaks of various shapes, I can't help but sigh at the magical craftsmanship of nature."Looking across the sides of the ridge and forming a peak" from the side, it looks like a solemn dragon. The trees standing upright behind the mountains are like winding dragon whiskers, vivid and vivid. Looking into the distance from this angle, you can still see the outline behind the "Tiger Roars to the Sky". The top of the stone peak is composed of two split huge stones. When viewed from a distance, it looks like a tiger opening its mouth to the sky. The lush trees form the tiger's strong hair. People coming from afar have to take sightseeing trains to admire this strange peak.
Looking far into the distance, the mountains in the distance fluctuate, and the lingering fog rises and changes, giving people an ambiguous and infinite reverie. Does the three peaks in front of you look like a scene where three people are standing hugging each other? People generally think that the innocent stone peak on the right is the father, the one with low eyebrows and slightly smaller body on the left is the mother, and the one in the middle is a child under ten years old. If you look carefully, you will find that Mother Stone is very handsome. The prominent stone tip is a high bridge of the bridge, the small black deep groove is a closed eye, and the stone divided in two forms a contracted lip. The stone peak in front of you has bent shoulders and back. It is one of the top ten unique scenery in Zhangjiajie and the iconic attraction of the Shili Gallery Scenic Area-the old man who picks medicine. There is also a sad and beautiful legend about the old man picking medicine. Wulingyuan Scenic Area in Zhangjiajie has been rich in precious medicinal materials since ancient times. Xiang Tianjun had a doctor with superb medical skills. He was not only good at understanding medicinal materials, but also had benevolence. Xiang Tianjun was unwilling to survive after the defeat, so he jumped off the cliff at Shentang Bay at the end of the Shili Gallery. Later, this doctor turned into an old herb picking man in the mountains to protect the hot land. Each towering stone peak has its own name, but there are a thousand Hamlets in the hearts of a thousand people. Perhaps we see a lion from this angle, and we may see a tame goat from another angle. The same is true for Zhangjiajie. Thousands of people have thousands of faces. Some are intoxicated by the majestic mountains, and some are fascinated by the colorful jungles. We can always gain the same touch in the peaceful time.
A scooter is indispensable to visit scenic spots, but have you ever taken this small sightseeing train driven in the mountains and woods? Shili Gallery undulates for dozens of miles. Sightseeing trains shuttling along the mountain streams allow you to be in the dense jungle, unveil the mystery of nature in person, and enjoy the breeze and canyon scenery of Shili Gallery. "People traveling in the gorges are like drawing pictures." The wooden plank road and the sightseeing train run parallel all the way. As the sun moves, the figure walking on the plank road gradually lengthens, and together with the small train moving slowly next to them, outlines the sunset. Beautiful picture. The thousand-year-old Ganoderma lucidum Temple now looks a little dilapidated. The paint on the surrounding wooden railings has also peeled off so that the original color cannot be seen. The dry and yellowed leaves are staggering in the yard, as if no one has visited for a long time. Standing in the wind, climbing up the stairs, walking in the arms of Shili Gallery, enjoying the gifts of nature, breathing the fresh air between the canyons, and exchanging physical fatigue for spiritual liberation and rebirth in the quiet forest time and space.
Stories have long and short stories, and my story is good to continue. When I am old and can't walk, it will be a good thing to look back on these beautiful memories. Thank you to the vast number of tourists and friends, thank you, let me use your happy journey to shine my life story.
Tianmenshan National Forest Park 5 points/684 travel notes mentioned tickets ¥10
Zhangjiajie tianmenshan
Many people will confuse Tianzi Mountain with Tianmen Mountain and think that they are in the same place. In fact, Tianzi Mountain is located in the Zhangjiajie Forest Park Scenic Area, and Tianmen Mountain is another scenic area in the urban area of Zhangjiajie. Tianmen Mountain in Zhangjiajie was called Yunmeng Mountain and Songliang Mountain in ancient times. In the sixth year of Wu Yong 'an of the Three Kingdoms (AD 263), a cliff at a thousand-meter-high point in Songliang Mountain suddenly opened open, making it as a gate. Sun Xiu, the Emperor of Wu, regarded it as an auspicious omen. The saying that the Tianmen Cave opened spread around the world, and Songliang Mountain was renamed Tianmen Mountain. The folk song said: "There is a Tianmen Mountain in Dayong, only three feet apart the next day. Anyone who has the enlightenment and goes to heaven must take off the top when riding on the bridge and get off the saddle when riding a horse."
Now, Tianmenshan National Forest Park must be entered through a cableway. The cableway was completed and put into operation in 2005. The slope length of the line is 7455 meters, and the horizontal height difference between the upper and lower stations is 1279 meters. It is the world's longest single-line circulating carriage cable-type cableway, of which 98 cableways are from Switzerland. Among the same type of cableway in the world, this cableway ranks first in Asia and second in the world. The cableway has three station buildings: lower, middle and upper stations, starting from the lower station to the upper station directly. Tianmenshan Park tickets and cableway tickets total 258 yuan plus 3 yuan insurance.
Unfortunately, the weather was too bad. It was cloudy and foggy, and the visibility was only about 10 meters. Looking out into the cableway carriage, you can only see a vast expanse of white. The cableway first crosses over the train station, then passes through the urban area, and gradually rises towards Tianmen Mountain. Early in the morning, we set off for Tianmenshan Cableway Station. There are really many people queuing up to take the cable car. The first thing to tell everyone is that you can go directly to the top of Tianmen Mountain from the urban Tianmen Mountain Cableway Company. There is no mountain climbing channel for tourists unless you go up and down the mountain along the winding road. The cableway company provides two routes: A and B. Road A refers to the cableway up the mountain and the bus down the mountain, and Road B refers to the bus up the mountain and the cableway down the mountain. (It seems that you can also go up and down the mountain by cableway, but you cannot go down and down the mountain by bus). Among them, route A is more classic and common. I personally also suggest Line A. First, it is more terrifying to go down the mountain by cableway. Secondly, Line B requires climbing 999 steps (of course, you can also spend extra money to take the elevator). On the contrary, Line A is going down 999 steps, which is physically easier.
July is the peak season for tourism in Zhangjiajie. Before going there, I saw on Weibo that there were long queues for the past few days, and some netizens even lined up for five to six hours. So we got up before five o'clock and didn't have breakfast. We walked straight to Tianmenshan Cableway Company to queue up cableway. When we arrived, it was only five thirty, and there were already more than a hundred people in the queue. Here is a tip for everyone. It is recommended that you ask the tour guide to book everything and pick up tickets directly at the automatic ticket machine with your ID card.(The manual ticketing window and automatic ticket machine officially start at 7 o'clock, but it seems that it will be earlier in the peak season, but there are still much fewer people queuing at the automatic ticket machine). The staff will let those who already have tickets go in first to check in. We arrived at the cableway before seven o'clock. By this time, we could already see that the queue outside the building had already reached the street (there were already several floors of queues in the building). In addition, Tianmen Mountain tickets already include cableways, buses, and 7-level escalators, but do not include elevators on Line B to replace the 999-step walk.
The Tianmen Mountain cableway travels more than 7,000 meters long, and some places even tilt at 38 degrees. The journey seems to be less than 20 minutes. The clouds in the distance are particularly beautiful. The cableway only swings a little when it is approaching the station, and is still very stable at other times. I suggest you not always take photos in the cableway cabin like me. In fact, taking photos high on the top of the mountain is more beautiful, and taking photos inside the cabin also reflects light, so it's better to fully experience the scenery!
Stand on the cableway,(the cableway station does not leave the cabin). After reaching the top of the mountain, there are three swimming routes: east, west and middle. Personally, I go first on the west line and then on the east line. Contrary to tourist groups, the middle line is actually the peak tram, and I didn't take it. There are glass plank roads on the east and west lines, and there are also ordinary mountain roads parallel to the glass plank road. The glass plank road costs 5RMB to buy tickets. It can also be said to be rental of shoe covers. The shoe covers you bring are not allowed to be used. In addition, the glass bridge that everyone cares about will not open until October.
Ghost Valley Plank Road refers to the mountain road built against the mountain. Most of the mountain roads on Tianmen Mountain are Ghost Valley Plank Road. On the way, I heard the tour guide tell the group members that Gui Gu Zi catches ghosts. Damn, he is a strategist who is proficient in horizontal and horizontal techniques. The Yuhu Peak branch line on the east line was not open. This should be due to the accident on Yuhu Peak before. The small pavilion on the top of the mountain was the starting point for the wing-suit flight at that time. Due to the time and direction of the tour group,
A special reminder to everyone is that if you take the east line, you must visit all the mountain tops before taking the escalator down the mountain, because the ticket you hold can only be used for taking the escalator one way, and taking the escalator is equivalent to going down from the top of the mountain to halfway up the mountain (i.e. Tianmen Cave). After that, you can no longer return to the top of the mountain for free. So it makes more sense for us to take the western line first and then the eastern line at this point. It took about five hours to visit the top of the mountain. We traveled freely and were not in a hurry. We watched the scenery and blew the mountain breeze all the way. The two of them chatted and finished swimming at the top of the mountain in less than one o'clock. Then they took the escalator. The escalator was 7-level and was built inside the mountain. Very cool. You will reach Tianmen Cave after walking off the escalator for a few minutes. Tianmen Cave is really spectacular. I successfully passed through Tianmen Cave in the wingsuit flight before, which is very impressive. After that, walk down the 999 steps, queue up to take a bus down the mountain, and experience Tongtian Avenue! It is said that there are 99 turns!
Not far away, it is a glass plank road that people love and fear. The glass plank road is 60 meters long, 1.6 meters wide, and the highest point is 1430 meters above sea level.
The glass plank road is a suspended glass corridor built on a mountain in September 2011. Located 500 meters from the starting point of Tianmen Mountain Ghost Valley Plank Road, this is a fork in the road. For those who like excitement, they can choose to walk from here. It is made of hard tempered glass, surrounded by metal railings, transparent glass at its feet, and the relative height to the bottom of the canyon is nearly 400 meters.
The place where there is a small house in this photo is the starting point of the glass plank road. When I was still in Beijing, someone asked: I am afraid, can I not? If I say no, I have to pass it all, and there must be no less!

tips
There are a variety of delicacies in the urban area of Zhangjiajie. Sanxia pot, Tuannian dish, loach drill tofu, etc. are all local specialties and are worth a try.
Many tourists easily confuse Tianmen Mountain with Tianzi Mountain. In fact, these are two different scenic spots. Tianmen Mountain is located in Yongding District of Zhangjiajie City. It is an independent scenic spot and requires separate tickets purchased. Tianzi Mountain is in Wuling District and belongs to a major scenic spot in the Wulingyuan Scenic Area, which is part of the Zhangjiajie Scenic Area in the general sense. Tickets are included in the general pass of Wulingyuan Scenic Area.
How can I miss the best in the world in Tianmen Mountain... I came to Zhangjiajie but it rained. On the first day, I went to the Grand Canyon Glass Bridge. I thought it would be cloudy. I didn't expect it to be moderate rain. The next day, the sun came out, so I decided to go to Tianmen Mountain. I took a bus to the cable car station leading up Tianmen Mountain. Tickets and insurance are 261 yuan, and the discount ticket is 133 yuan, including the downhill elevator and the Panshan Road CMB! There are three routes, Line A: get on the cable car and get off the bus. Line B: Get on the bus and get off the cable car. Line C: Those who dare not take the cable car will get on and off the bus. We chose the cable car, and we got on the cable car around 11 a.m.. It was sunny after rain. It was the right time to choose this time. We could see the sea of clouds! After sitting on the cable car for half an hour, the more terrifying it became as we reached the top of the mountain. It was simply walking vertically upwards! I don't dare to look down! Through the clouds and fog, I saw a sea of clouds, wow! It's so beautiful, and the terror has been left behind! Get off the cable car and go straight to the glass plank road on the west line. Walking along the plank road, the scenery along the way and the sea of clouds are beautiful, just like a painting! The glass plank road costs an additional five yuan. Wear shoe covers and go up. The plank road is 60 meters long, and your feet are soft when you walk on it. You have to experience it. Hahahaha ~ After walking on the western line, you will walk back and take the elevator that goes down the mountain. Each elevator is 60 meters long and has seven sections down the mountain. Then there is a downhill elevator that has five sections at Tianmen entrance. This elevator charges an additional fee. If you take 999 steps down the mountain, you will save the money. Looking at the straight steps, you will still choose to take the elevator and take the elevator to the foot of Tianmen Mountain. Looking up at Tianmen Mountain Cave, I really feel like climbing a ladder. The work of nature's divine axe is really amazing! Going down the mountain is a winding road. Take a connecting bus to get down. Oh, my God, the winding road is winding at Road 99, coupled with the driver's quick turns, you have to hold on to the armrest to keep your body from shaking too much! Can this driver not be so fast? A busload of Koreans would scream as soon as the car turned a corner! The driver may be trying to show off his skills. Hahahaha ~ After going down to the foot of the mountain, he transferred to another CMB going to the city. The terminal station is the cable car station where you can buy tickets! At the end of the day, the beautiful scenery of the sea of clouds on the mountain makes people nostalgic, and the thrilling transportation means are amazing! Tianmen Mountain is really, really worth a visit!
Tianmen Cave is a famous scenic spot in Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park. It is located on Tianmen Mountain 1,300 meters above. The door opening is 131.5 meters high, more than 50 meters wide and more than 60 meters deep. It is currently the highest natural mountain penetrating cave found in the world, and it is also the most iconic scenic spot in Tianmen Mountain. Tickets are included in the Tianmen Mountain Grand Ticket Package. "Tianmen Spitting Mist" and "Tianmen Sunglow" are praised by the world as one of the ten rare natural landscape wonders. The 999-level ladder is not only an important way to reach Tianmen, but also a place where believers come from many places across the country to make wishes and blessings. spiritual place. If you are a tourist with fear of heights, it is best to walk up. If you walk down, it may cause people to experience suspension symptoms, and then they will collapse and be in a dilemma. A small part of the steps are quite steep and only half a foot wide. It is recommended that girls still wear pants and climb Tianmen Cave, otherwise it will easily let the people below see through the scenery and cause embarrassment. It took about half an hour to walk slowly. Unfortunately, Tianmen Cave was under renovation on the day of the visit, and it was very foggy. I could vaguely see the location of the cave entrance, just like the Tianmen spitting fog described by predecessors, like a fairyland. So after going up, you can see another scenery on the back of the mountain. Although it is not as beautiful as the scenery in front, there is another scenery of Tianmen Mountain behind it. Tianmen Cave is also a famous venue for extreme sports. Every year, players from all over the World Trade Organization compete here. Tourists entering the competition on the same day can watch the competition and witness historical moments. Moreover, there is a 60-meter-deep platform under the cave, allowing you to thoroughly see every detail of Tianmen Cave from the bottom up. There are also many decorative statues on both sides of the cave wall. If you don't want to climb the stairs, you can also take the elevator to the entrance at your own expense. There is an eye-catching sign next to the environmental protection station in the parking lot that people can see from afar. However, being able to see such a spectacular sea of clouds is worth climbing these 999 steps. When you arrive at Tianmen Cave, you can continue to take the elevator to Tianmen Mountain. The long elevator is divided into several sections before and after, which is also the longest section of an indoor elevator in the world.
The first thing that needs to be explained is that Zhangjiajie Tianmenshan National Forest Park and Zhangjiajie National Forest Park are not the same place. One is in Yongding District of the city, very close to Zhangjiajie Railway Station and Bus Station; the other is in Wulingyuan, and one of the ticket stations is near Wulingyuan Bus Station. One is to have the world's longest cableway, glass plank road, Tianmen Cave and other attractions; the other is to have tourist resources such as Avatar location and Western Travels location.
The peak tourist season in Tianmen Mountain is summer vacation and National Day. At that time, there is a queue to buy tickets on the spot at 4 a.m., and it is 4 a.m., if I'm right. If you book tickets online and enter in different times, you need to enter at 10 a.m. at the earliest, and the prerequisite is to pick up the ticket at 4 a.m.. That was the case for me at that time. The ticket issued showed that you would enter the venue from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., so I could only enter the venue at this time. If you cannot enter the venue in advance, the ticket will be invalid later. If the ticket is obtained late, you may not enter until 11:00, 12:00, or 1:00.
We arrived at Zhangjiajie Railway Station at 3 a.m., and the exit was the hotel's commercial district. The hotel booked in advance in June, but it was less than 200. At the end of August, the price more than doubled. When I went to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway to pick up tickets, although it was not yet 4 o'clock, there were already a crowd of people at the door and a long queue. There were also many small vendors selling some fast food around.
Tickets are divided into three routes: a,b, and c. I studied for a long time and still booked the 232 line a ticket online, because the cable car basically reaches the top of the mountain, sightseeing from top to bottom, and taking a bus to Tianmen Cave halfway up the mountain; Line b is to take a bus to Tianmen Cave halfway up the mountain, tour up the mountain, and finally go down the mountain; Line c is to go up the mountain by car, then walk up the mountain, and then walk down the mountain by car. Comprehensive analysis shows that line a saves the most effort.
If you go to play now, Tianmen Cave will be closed in winter, eco-friendly vehicles will be stopped, and there will be only a line, with cableways going up and down the mountain.
Arriving at the entrance of the scenic spot at 9:30, I originally thought that I would enter the area soon, but in fact it was still in line for nearly an hour at the outdoor temperature of 38 degrees before entering the ticket gate. Fortunately, the scenic spot has awnings and large air-conditioning fans. I didn't feel too difficult. When you enter the ticket gate, you still have to continue to queue up. It is nearly 12 o'clock when you get on the cable car.
After sitting on the cable car for half an hour, you can see the winding mountain road leading up the mountain and Tianmen Cave in the distance. The temperature on the mountain dropped by 10 degrees instantly. After getting off the cable car, it is divided into two lines: east and west. Both lines have glass plank roads, and a 5 yuan shoe cover fee is required. If you visit at the same time, time will be very tight, so I took the west line. Along the way, the scenery of Ghost Valley and Sky Stream is quite good. The things sold in the small shop on the mountain are not very cheap. Instant noodles are 10 yuan, small brand bottled water is 5 yuan, and playing cards are 10 yuan. It is recommended to bring your own.
25 small cable car on the top of the mountain, at your own expense, you can reach the highest peak of Tianmen Mountain. Then you can take the mountain-crossing escalator down Tianmen Cave for free with your ticket. The contrast between the left and right of the escalator through the mountain is particularly obvious. People going down the mountain on the left side are crowded into a group, line a; those going up the mountain on the right side are two or three kittens, line bc. The entire elevator is 900 meters long. When you get out of the elevator, you will find Tianmen Cave. There are many people taking photos here, 20 photos per photo paper and color printing ink are not very good.
The entire trip ends in about 7 hours. Although the ticket is valid for only one day, unlike Wulingyuan for four days, the scenic area management is still in place, the passenger flow control is still very reasonable, and the elevators and cable cars are used just right, so the whole trip is compact and orderly, and it is cost-effective.
Tianmen Mountain Temple is said to be built in the Ming Dynasty and is the Buddhist center in Xiangxi. Since the temple was built, there have been many believers, and the incense is still very strong. You can buy incense sticks and candles at the service point at the front door of the temple at different prices, and then you can go directly to Shangxiang worship Buddha. Of course, this is only for those with religious beliefs. For ordinary tourists, you can choose to directly enter the temple from the gate of Tianmen Mountain Temple to visit the temple. The temple has a total of three main halls, which are divided into main attractions such as the Daxiong Hall, Guanyin Pavilion, and Sutra Pavilion. Generally speaking, there is no need to take photos or make loud noises in the temple, but I don't know why I feel that there are a little few monks in this temple. At least I didn't see many when I entered, and there were no monks deacons paying homage to Buddha in the lobby. Tianmen Mountain Temple still looks very grand in appearance, and the buildings inside are also very elaborate. If interested friends can study it inside. The nearby service point is the sightseeing cableway in Tianmen Mountain, which can be directly taken from Tianmen Mountain Temple to the other side. The price seems to be 40 yuan per trip, but you should pay attention to staggered the time points. When we arrived here at noon, there were a lot of people in line. However, if you are not physically strong and can't walk from here to Yunmeng Xianding to take the downhill cableway, it is recommended to take the sightseeing cableway here. There are also many small vendors at the service point selling all kinds of trinkets, etc., of course, drinks and snacks are also sold, but the prices are higher. There used to be a special vegetarian restaurant near Tianmen Mountain Temple. The business was very popular, but I don't know why it closed this time. The only restaurant in Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area is also near the Tianmen Mountain Temple service point. It mainly sells pot rice. The price is about 30 yuan. However, compared with the amount of meals for adults, it is still a little small and I feel a little hungry. Or you can consider taking a rest here and taking out the snacks you brought for a picnic here. It should also be a good choice.
Tianmen Mountain, known as Yunmeng Mountain and Songliang Mountain in ancient times, is the highest mountain in Yongding District of Zhangjiajie. It is named after the natural wonder Tianmen Gate Entrance. The mountain is surrounded by cliffs, which are lifted from the ground and into the sky. It is full of momentum and develops mature karst karst landform. It is the cultural holy land of Zhangjiajie and is honored as the "Soul of Zhangjiajie" and is known as the "First Holy Mountain in Western Hunan". The top part of Tianmen Mountain is relatively flat, covering an area of 2 square kilometers. It retains a complete primitive secondary forest and has a rare alpine Davidia tree community in the world. It is full of wild fun all year round, like a beautiful sky garden. In July 1992, Tianmen Mountain was approved by the Ministry of Forestry as the second national forest park in Zhangjiajie. Tianmen Cave is located in the middle and upper part of Tianmen Mountain. It is a natural karst cave with the highest altitude in the world. It is dense and steaming all year round, and the scene is unpredictable. From time to time, clouds and clouds billowing from the cave, and from time to time, rays of light come out through the cave. It is magnificent and magical, like a fantasy. In 1999, the world's aerobatic master flew a plane through Tianmen Cave, achieving the miracle of the first time humans flew a plane through a natural cave, causing a sensation around the world. Tianmen Cave has since attracted world attention. In 2011, Jeb from the United States. Coris also successfully challenged humans to fly through Tianmen Cave for the first time without power.
