Zhangjiajie, I have heard of your name for a long time, but this is my first time here. I used to think that Zhangjiajie was a scenic spot, but only after I went there did I realize that Zhangjiajie is a young city over 30 years old that developed due to tourism. So I went to Zhangjiajie to visit. How to choose a scenic spot and where to live in a city? Let me tell you in this travel note. Remove the essence and discard the dross within an effective time!
Speaking of Zhangjiajie, I definitely have to mention "Avatar". "Avatar" was filmed in Zhangjiajie Forest Park in Wulingyuan District. Simply put, most scenic spots in Zhangjiajie are concentrated in Wulingyuan District. There are not only Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, but also the newly opened Zhangjiajie of Songcheng Eternal Love, as well as various live-action performances. The area where Zhangjiajie Airport is located is in Yongding District, and Tianmen Mountain is in Yongding District, which is very close to Zhangjiajie Airport. The bus stop is only 3-4 stops. You can see the plane taking off from Zhangjiajie Airport on the flat ground just on the cableway to Tianmen. So if you want to fly to Zhangjiajie for a weekend, you can choose the best scenic spots in these two areas.
So, you just need to remember that you only need to go to one scenic spot in Yongding District, namely Tianmen Mountain, which can be completed in half a day. And you have to leave more time for Wulingyuan District, the "Avatar" you want to see is in Wulingyuan District!!! Of course, Wulingyuan District is also very large. Not all attractions are worth visiting. You must learn to choose.
About Zhangjiajie Transportation and Trip
Chongqing has direct flights to Zhangjiajie, and there is a daily round-trip code sharing between Junxiang Airlines/Eastern Airlines. Every Monday and Thursday, there are Sichuan Airlines flights from Chongqing to Zhangjiajie in the morning from 09:25 to 10:25, and flights from Zhangjiajie back to Chongqing from 21:55 to 23:00. But I chose Juneyao Airlines flight schedule, which is more comfortable and I don't have to get up too early or go home too late.
When you arrive at Zhangjiajie Lotus Airport, just seeing these two billboards basically includes the core scenic spots you must visit.
I was also confused before going to Zhangjiajie, because after all, I was on a business trip, so I didn't start studying Zhangjiajie tourism until I arrived. However, after visiting Zhangjiajie once, I figured out how to play Zhangjiajie.
Because I was on a business trip, I first finished arranging my work before starting to travel. The real itinerary had no reference value. I think if everyone prepared to spend 3 or 4 days in Zhangjiajie, it would be more reasonable to follow the following itinerary:
Day 1: Chongqing flies to Zhangjiajie and stays at Pullman Jingwu Hotel in Wulingyuan District
Day 2: Watch "Charming Xiangxi" on the evening of a 1-day tour of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park
Day 3: Make up tour in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park or visit Xibu Street to watch "Zhangjiajie Eternal Love" at night
Day 4: Tianmenshan National Forest Park Zhangjiajie returns to Chongqing
Because Zhangjiajie Hehua Airport is located in Yongding District, it is still quite far away from Wulingyuan District. I was also in trouble in Wulingyuan District at that time. How should I return to Yongding District where Tianmen Mountain is located? (When I went to Zhangjiajie Airport, my business trip company picked me up and went to Wulingyuan District, but I had to settle the problem myself on the return journey.) Taxi? That's quite expensive. Zhangjiajie's tourism market is really chaotic. The prices are high on the ground. It's normal for taxis to not use the meter. You can't let a driver use the meter to take you anywhere, not to mention the distance between the two districts is 40 to 50 kilometers. It costs more than 100 meters to check the meter. It is estimated that taxi drivers will rip it off to 200-300 yuan. It would be easier if four people shared a taxi, but I ended up staying in Zhangjiajie alone and was very reluctant to part with it. As a result, while I was walking around the street in Wulingyuan District, I saw it parked at the intersection waiting for passengers. It was a small bus traveling back and forth from Wulingyuan District to Yongding District. 13 yuan/person perfectly solved my problem. Classes start at 6:00 a.m. and close at 22:00 p.m. You can reach directly to the cableway entrance of Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area, Zhangjiajie Railway Station and some designated locations in Yongding District. As long as you enter Yongding District of Zhangjiajie, urban transportation will be relatively developed. I feel I am very lucky and very capable. Hahaha.
Although I see many people on the Internet choose to live in Yongding District and then take a bus to Wulingyuan District for a one-day tour. But I don't think it's scientific. The Zhangjiajie National Forest Park in Wulingyuan District cannot be played in one day. Otherwise, why can people get in for four consecutive days with one ticket? Because it's really big. So I think you can still find accommodation and sleep for the night in Wulingyuan District and leisurely play the core scenic spots, but here we really need to pay attention to preventing fraud and ripoff. These tourists here are all fat sheep.
About accommodation in Zhangjiajie
This time I stayed at the Pullman Zhangjiajie Jingwu Hotel in Wulingyuan District. It seemed to be the Hilton next to it. Anyway, this row was all five-star hotels.
I think it is safer, more secure and reliable to stay in this kind of chain hotel in a city where tourism has developed very early and mature.
This hotel is also in a good location. It is next to the performance location of "Charming Xiangxi", and you can hear the deafening singing sound next to it at night. It is also very close to Xibu Old Street, less than 1000 meters on foot; it is only about 800 meters on foot from the gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park.
It is a five-star international comprehensive resort and tourism hotel that integrates Huxiang culture, western Hunan tourism culture, and Tujia folk customs.
The hotel opened in 2007 and has a total of 482 rooms (sets) of luxurious mountain view rooms, luxurious garden view rooms, executive floors, specialty suites, and luxurious presidential suites.
My colleagues and I slept in the standard room.
You can look out from the balcony and see the hotel's swimming pool area and foot bath center.
It looks quite "magnificent" when looking out at night. It is reported that the hotel covers a total area of 37,000 square meters.
The morning buffet is also quite rich. Look at how this sushi is made? The shape is very cute.
My colleague arrived very late and had not had dinner yet at 23 o'clock, so he ordered a room ordering service, which was quite expensive. Both noodles and rice set meals are 78 yuan. Toast fries are 88 yuan.
So, this rice set + toast = almost 200 yuan!!!
It would be more cost-effective to have buffet breakfast in the morning.
It costs about 500 yuan per night for one night, which is acceptable. After all, it is a five-star hotel. Get settled in accommodation and start your trip to Zhangjiajie,
Play--Zhangjiajie National Forest Park
One of the scenic spots that must be visited in Wulingyuan District is Zhangjiajie National Forest Park where "Avatar" is located. Those "top-heavy" mountains like clubs that you want to see are in this scenic area.
This national forest park is very large, so a ticket can be used in and out for 4 consecutive days and must be purchased through an ID card. This is the gate, and there are several play routes after entering. Tickets include the transportation vehicles and cableways inside. So there is no need to pay extra transportation unless it is a single trip.
Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is divided into Huangshizhai, Jinbianxi, Yuanjiajie, Yangjiajie, Tianzi Mountain and Suoxiyu areas. It is a core attraction that must be visited when visiting Zhangjiajie. Our routes in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park are: cableway up the mountain-Helong Park-The No. 1 Bridge in the World-Yuan Jiajie's "Avatar Scenery"-Bailong Tiantian-Shili Gallery.
Therefore, I abandoned the Yangjiajie and Jinbianxi area. The weather was not very good on the day I went, so no matter how beautiful the creek would be. I came to Zhangjiajie mainly to visit Yuan Jiajie, the location of "Hallelujah Mountains" in the movie "Avatar".
The first attraction after getting off the cableway is Helong Park. Due to the heavy rain when I went there in the morning, I wanted to see Tianzi Mountain from the observation deck of Helong Park, but I couldn't see anything. It was foggy.
After leaving Helong Park, we headed straight for Yuanjiajie. After the rain stopped, the fog in the mountains set off the strange shape of the mountain, which is indeed very different.
When I came to the Yuan family realm, I had to pass through one: the first bridge in the world.
You will see many love locks when you pass here.
The mountains in Zhangjiajie are really strange. They are top-heavy. Standing here and looking at the mountains, you can't help but think of their formation hundreds of millions of years ago. 30 degrees north latitude is really a very magical area.
At first, I thought that the "world's number one bridge" was an artificial bridge, but I wondered at that time, why could an artificial bridge be called the "world's number one bridge"?
The world's largest bridge in the scenic area spans between two mountains. It is the natural self-produced stone bridge with the largest vertical height difference found in the world so far.
Later, I learned that this bridge was a natural stone bridge, so I was qualified to be called the first bridge in the world.
The No. 1 Bridge in the World is one of the top ten unique scenery in Zhangjiajie.
Across the two mountains, with a vertical height difference of 357 meters, a natural stone slab about 4 meters thick is "erected" on the two peaks across the sky, connecting the east and west peaks. The entire "bridge deck" is about 2 meters wide and about 20 meters long.
There is a viewing platform here called "Ecstasy Platform", which is the best viewing platform in the scenic area. Standing in Taichung, there are hundreds of stone peaks standing around it, which is indeed extraordinary.
At this time, I was very grateful for the rain in the morning. It cleared up after the rain, and I could enjoy the beautiful scenery filled with fog and piled peaks.
It really allows people to search in their minds for the magical world dotted with mountains floating and stars in the movie. The Ecstasy Terrace is divided into two levels. The first level has a gentle slope from east to west, about 100 square meters. The second level is about 2 meters lower than the first level. It is a slab that is closely connected to the first level and stretches horizontally. I finished both levels.
This is the location of "Hallelujah Mountains" in the movie "Avatar".
Nantian Pillar: A stone peak stands into the sky from an unfathomable valley. It is as thick as the top and bottom. It is like a guard guarding the mountain. It is elegant and elegant, and extraordinary. Nantian Pillar is a typical representative of the many strange rocks in Wulingyuan.
Nantian Yizhu is the "Hallelujah Floating Mountain", which was changed because it photographed Avatar. It is one of the "Three Thousand Extraordinary Peaks" in Zhangjiajie. It has an altitude of 1074 meters and a vertical height of about 150 meters. It has the potential to stand up to the sky, so it is also known as the "Qiankun Pillar". It is world-famous for the movie "Avatar".
I also built an "Avatar" sculpture here to let people know: Oh, the movie was filmed here.
The rocky peaks and stone pillars are like tables, chairs, buildings, and pavilions. Their shapes are strange and truly amazing at the scene.
Because I saw these overbearing rocks, this is a pearl inlaid in the core scenic area of Wulingyuan, and I have to check in the park.
I met the "fierce" monkey sister-in-law in the mountains.
There was still a little monkey in his stomach.
It is completely impossible for you to play every corner of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park with peace of mind. We can only choose the importance and observe it.
Next stop, we will go to the controversial "Hundred Dragons Ladder". Because it is a privately developed project, we will charge it separately, and it is 72 yuan per person one way. 66 seconds, it's really too fast to feel it well. The Bailong Ladder connects major scenic spots such as Jinbianxi, Yuanjiajie, and Tianzi Mountain in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. From near the Jinbianxi Grand Canyon to Yuanjiajie, it takes about 2 hours to climb the mountain on foot, and it only takes 2 minutes to reach it by taking the ladder. The vertical height difference of the elevator is 335 meters and the running height is 326 meters. Three elevators run side by side, each made of fully transparent glass. The Bailong Ladder is included in the Kinis World Record for its "highest, fastest and largest load elevator in the world."
As soon as I came down, I saw this spectacle called: "Sandstone Peak Forest"(Gathering of Soldiers).
The forty-eight generals, Dianjiangtai, and Shenshen Gathering all refer to the same peak cluster. These stone peaks are like soldiers lined up in an army. They are scattered in high and low, dense, orderly, lifelike, ready to launch and majestic. This is also the location of the Divine Soldiers Gathering. From Tianzi Mountain, it is the Divine Soldiers Gathering, and from the Yuan Family Boundary, it is the 48th General Rock.
Finally, we decided to take the legendary small train to tour the "Shili Gallery". This was also charged separately, 38 yuan/person for one way and 52 yuan/person for a two-way trip. We chose to go there and walk back one way. It was actually not far. It was only 2 kilometers by the small train.
Shili Gallery is located in Suoxiyu Scenic Area. It is a 5-kilometer-long valley. Looking from a distance, you can see strange peaks and rocks. Tourists walking through this period is like walking into a natural landscape painting.
I don't think this little train is very good-looking. It makes me very disappointed and feels very low. Sitting on it, I can see that the trail next to it is filled with many tourists like us who sit to the finish line and come back. This is a wise choice. This small train is really not cost-effective and is not recommended.
The rocks around the gallery have formed many strange humanoid shapes, among which the most famous are "Shouxing Welcoming Guests" and "Old Man Picking Medicine". This is the "Three Sisters Peak".
Shili Gallery has only been partially developed. On the left is the Monkey Garden, and on the right is the uphill road leading to Tianzi Mountain. If you don't take a cableway, you can choose to walk up and down.
The canyon is winding, sometimes wide and sometimes narrow, but the valley is flat. The deep valley stretches forward like a tempting gallery. Donggou Grand Canyon has steep mountains, deep canyons, strange peaks and rocks, and beautiful forests and bamboo streams. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, there were residential buildings, stone tombstones, stone caves, ancient mountain villages, Wulong Mountain Tianchi Palace, and Yunxiao Cave, so it was called Shili Gallery, with scenery step by step and picturesque everywhere.
In fact, I think in Zhangjiajie, people imagine all kinds of stones they see and turn them into people, things, and things we are familiar with, with names and stories. Three points depend on looking, and seven points depend on imagination.

Shua--Xibu Street
If one day in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is not enough, you can actually go in and play the next day with tickets. But the next day I chose to visit Xibu Old Street in the morning and watch "Zhangjiajie Eternal Love" in the afternoon. There are relatively convenient buses in Wulingyuan District, which is 1 yuan/person. It is cheap and can reach various destinations.
Take a car to Xibu Street. The most prosperous place in Wulingyuan is home to a variety of specialty shops, souvenir shops, restaurants and bars.
There is not much traffic when walking around Xibu Street in the morning. Locals take a walk here and local merchants are preparing to open their stores.
The bar street inside should be very lively at night, with red lights and wine green, and rich wine.
The entire Xibu Street is not big, and the three main roads and some branch roads are completed.
Xibu Street is actually not old at all. It is a retro old street. However, some graffiti murals on the walls are quite interesting.
Xibu Street is mainly composed of hanging buildings.
Seeing the scene of "breaking a bowl of wine" is really a common way to play in tourist attractions across the country.
They are basically elements of human creation. The graffiti uses folk anecdotes as the theme, and it is described with meticulous brushwork, which is quite interesting.
It is said that every night in Old Street, folk artists such as playing fishing drums, accordion, three-stick drums, singing lantern operas, and playing tambourines perform intangible cultural heritage in the neighborhood.
Xibu Street is a folk commercial street commonly known as the "New Little Phoenix" in Wulingyuan that has been renovated and renovated in the past two years.
Xibu Street is bounded by Wuling Avenue in the north, along the 400-meter waterscape on the bank of Suoxi River in the south, and connects to Baofeng Bridge, the main road to Baofeng Lake in the west. This is Xibu Street photographed on the bridge, and this is Suoxi River.
Sleep in and take a leisurely stroll from the hotel. I just happened to see the tour group pulling tourists here and taking photos. haha.
There is also a fake Hunan Internet celebrity milk tea shop next to Xibu Street. The original version is: "Tea Yan Yue Se". There is one and only in Changsha. This one here is called "Tea Yan Guan Se". If you don't look carefully, you will be deceived. Fortunately, I met a friend from Hunan who told me that the authentic version is available and only Changsha has it.
Look--Zhangjiajie's eternal love
Song City's eternal love has come to Zhangjiajie. Songcheng really selects the most popular tourist cities to open a series of eternal feelings, such as "Eternal Love in Songcheng"(Hangzhou, originator),"Eternal Love in Sanya","Eternal Love in Lijiang","Eternal Love in Jiuzhai","Eternal Love in Tanhe"(Hunan), etc. "Zhangjiajie Eternal Love" premiered in Zhangjiajie on June 28, 2019.
When you enter the room at the gate, you can see the clear opening time of the scenic area and the performance time and price of the ancient love. The two performances a day are in the afternoon and in the evening. The average audience is about 300 yuan/person, which is equivalent to tickets to the scenic spot. You can go in and watch the performance, and you can also stroll around the scenic spot. However, most people still come to the scenic area to watch the performance. After all, this is their trump card for Songcheng's performing arts.
Stride to the 16 p.m. show.
There is a competition and a bride recruitment interaction taking place outdoors.
It's still quite sunning outdoors, so everyone should pay attention to sunburn, dear friends.
In addition to the performance of "Zhangjiajie Eternal Love", Zhangjiajie Eternal Love Scenic Area is the only large-scale theme park in Zhangjiajie so far. It has four theme areas: Dayong Ancient Street, Taoyuan Secret Realm, Lovers Sea, and Rotten Apple Parent-Child Paradise. Dayong Ancient Street is home to intangible cultural heritage and handicraft workshops, as well as high-tech experience projects such as the Ghost Catcher House in the Taoyuan Secret Realm and the Chiyou Storm Hall. Lovers Sea has Lovers Bridge, Lovers Harbor and Silver Beach. Rotten Apple Parent-Child Park has dozens of parent-child rides such as Jungle Adventures, Carousels, Naughty Castles, and bumper cars, as well as the Qingming Shanghetu Film Theater.
Rotten Apple Park should be very familiar to friends in Hangzhou. It is a very popular indoor park in Hangzhou. In order to allow children to have fun, Zhangjiajie Qianggu Love Scenic Area has specially created a scaled-down version of Rotten Apple Paradise and placed it in Zhangjiajie Qianggu Love Scenic Area. Various classic children's play projects such as carousels, jungle expeditions, bumper cars, etc. satisfy the parent-child tourist group.
Officially enter the theater to start the performance:
Before they even started to perform, Qianqin played a game of "travel": the theater instantly became an underwater world hundreds of millions of years ago, prehistoric marine life swayed by the audience, and acrobats transformed into elves bungee jumping and flying above the audience's heads.
The dreamy bubbles falling from the sky and the prehistoric creatures circling and flying overhead. Without any wija pulling these creatures, let alone any tracks or ropes pulling them, these whales and other prehistoric creatures truly "flew" above the audience's heads!
Many tourists couldn't help but reach out and grab it!
The world's four major ancient civilizations are all on the magical latitude of 30° north latitude, and Zhangjiajie is no exception.
Hundreds of millions of years ago, Zhangjiajie was once a vast ocean, with stars moving and the sea changing. 380 million years ago, violent crustal movement occurred here, the plate lifted, and strange peaks rose from the ground, creating Zhangjiajie's extraordinary beauty. Therefore, the opening of "Zhangjiajie Eternal Love" allowed the audience to return to the original stage of the earth.
This scene shocked me. A 3000-ton flood poured down in an instant, and the entire stage was filled with waterfalls!
A total of orderly +5 chapters + tails = constitute a story from ancient times to the present. It is divided into "Canghai Mulberry Field","Wuling Wonderland","Legend of Tianzi Mountain","Past Events in a Small Town","Masang Tree" and "Love in Xiangxi".
"Zhangjiajie Eternal Love" uses 10 times the stage machinery of the Las Vegas Show to spread across the stage area and the auditorium area, 50 new stage inventions, thousands of square meters of ultra-clear LED screens, and 300 cast members. The three-dimensional space creates a 360-degree panoramic effect, and you can immersively enjoy the dreamlike Wuling Wonderland and the magic and grandeur.
Because there are many Korean tourists in Zhangjiajie, and all "Zhangjiajie Eternal Love" have also added Korean songs and dances according to local conditions, so don't be surprised, just talk about how you saw the sudden appearance of Korean costumes and dances, because there are many Korean tourists sitting with you. Watching it together, not just "Zhangjiajie Eternal Love". When I go to watch "Charming Xiangxi", I will directly interact with Korean tourists and invite them to the stage.
"Zhangjiajie Eternal Love" expresses a heroic legend that moves the sky and earth to the king. The actors 'emotional and professional performance made many live audiences shed tears. The actress who played the mother acted so well. She waited all her life for her son to come home, only to hear of his son's death. It made me cry.
Interactive performance in the audience:
At the same time,"Zhangjiajie Eternal Love" condenses Zhangjiajie's history, culture and legends for hundreds of millions of years. Among them,"Canghai Sang Tian" uses high-tech means to restore and popularize the crustal movement of Zhangjiajie hundreds of millions of years ago. Tens of thousands of point light sources, drones, and holographic projection screens turn the entire theater into a fantasy underwater world in an instant, omnipotent from heaven to earth. It's really just unexpected and impossible.
This "Zhangjiajie Eternal Love" directly sees the modern revolutionary period from ancient times.
Every scene is beautiful and I can't bear to blink.
Shen Congwen's small town in Xiangxi is accompanied by the stream at sunrise and sleeps with fireflies at night. The natural, simple and comfortable customs and customs make people yearning for it, and all of this is poetically unfolding in "The Past of a Small Town."
"The Legend of Tianzi Mountain" tells the story of Tujia leaders leading Tujia men to fight bravely and resist oppression against Wang Tianzi. It shows us the qualities of Tujia children who dare to love, hate, and dare to act bravely.
Zhangjiajie is a red hot spot."Masang Tree" uses realistic sound and light effects to restore guns and iron chain bridges 1:1, allowing the audience to experience the war scene of bullets and reproduce the revolutionary spirit of the Red Army.
In the chapter of "Wuling Wonderland", dozens of dancers sang and danced gently, interpreting Zhangjiajie's water spirit, fog, beauty of flowers, and human beauty to the extreme.
The end of "Love in Xiangxi" is a summary. In this land of love, heroes emerge in large numbers. Hunan women are passionate, persistent and responsible, and love and dedication, which have influenced generations of Zhangjiajie people.
I think it is important to watch the performance of the actors. Whether the actors enter the drama or not directly determines whether the viewers enter the drama. The good thing is that the actors of "Zhangjiajie Eternal Love" were really involved in the drama. The performance was so good that I was filled with tears.
Zhangjiajie's Eternal Love performance is 230 yuan/person for ordinary seats, 240 yuan/person for VIP seats, and 380 yuan/person for luxury seats. All of them include tickets for scenic spots without tickets, and there are also various preferential combination packages.
The entire performance lasted about an hour.
Real props were used many times in the performance, making the whole process seem extremely vivid. It was indeed a visual feast.
Zhangjiajie's geography is very convenient, close to the most prosperous commercial district of Wulingyuan
Zhangjiajie Qiangqing Scenic Area Address: Wulingyuan District
Per capita consumption: 230-480 yuan/person
Look--"Charming Xiangxi"
I said before that the hotel I stayed in is next to the "Charming Xiangxi" stage. I definitely can't waste such a convenient transportation location. After watching it, it's safe, safe, convenient and comfortable to walk 10 meters back to the hotel.
Many people used to compare "Zhangjiajie Eternal Love" with "Charming Xiangxi", so I felt that it was necessary for me to watch the two performances before I had the right to speak.
Moreover, it is said that "Charming Xiangxi" felt unprecedented pressure before "Zhangjiajie Eternal Love" came, so it hurriedly launched the following slogan: "Thousands of years of mysterious drama will not be watched and regretted for thousands of years. Because Song City's consistent slogan for the ages is: Give me one day, I'll pay you back for a thousand years. But what I want to ask is: A person cannot live for a thousand years in this life, at most a hundred years. How can he regret it for a thousand years?
I do understand the feeling of being threatened. After all, before "Zhangjiajie Eternal Love" came,"Charming Xiangxi" was the leading performance that dominated Wulingyuan District. As an urban area with tourism as its main core development, tourists always have to find something for themselves at night, so they can only watch "Charming Xiangxi".
As a result, now that "Zhangjiajie Eternal Love" is here, whether it is a free travel or a group tour, part of it will be diverted to "Zhangjiajie Eternal Love". Do you think you are in a hurry?! Moreover, the Zhangjiajie tourism market is so chaotic, taking the purchase of tickets for the performance of "Charming Xiangxi" as an example enough to illustrate.
I walked to the stage area of "Charming Xiangxi" during the day. The security guard saw me wandering around the door and asked me what I wanted? I said I'd go in and buy tickets for tonight's show. The security guard immediately said, You can buy it here, which is cheaper than buying it at the window. I scanned the QR code of "Charming Xiangxi" at the door and went in to see tonight's seating and prices. Because the prices are different in different regions, I looked at the location of the remaining core areas tonight. The area I wanted to sit in is basically not much room, only some corners, which is about 240-280 yuan/person. The security guards reassured me that the price was definitely cheaper than the official website. I don't doubt this. I understand the reason why it's cheaper to book in advance online. I'm just worried about whether it's a real ticket, otherwise I'll lose a lot of money to buy a fake ticket. Next, the young security guard made a phone call and called an uncle. The whole image directly expressed the temperament of a "scalper". He also made a phone call and quickly coordinated the price of 200 yuan/person for me and the location of the area I wanted to enter. Then I said how to get the ticket? I can't pay until I see the ticket. Uncle asked me to be relieved. After pressing on his mobile phone for a while, he took me directly to the ticket office to exchange the physical ticket for me. So I felt relieved to dial him 200 yuan. It is simply efficient, skillful, skillful, and full of experience. Although it's not much cheaper, I don't lose out. Happy and happy.
Therefore, the side reflects the chaos in the performance market that started in Wulingyuan District in 2000: there are policies at the top and countermeasures at the bottom, and each takes advantage of each other.
After watching "Charming Xiangxi" as a whole, I think the intuitive feeling it gave me is: tradition. Because it is more like a large-scale cultural performance with only Xiangxi folk content as the main body. Because at every link, a host comes out to talk and introduce the next program, and then the actors perform on stage. It's a very traditional viewing method and performance form, but the content is all about Xiangxi culture, history and folk customs, integrating acrobatics and mass interaction.
What impressed me was the Yao people's climbing stairs, which well integrated acrobatics with Xiangxi folk customs and looked very happy. "Climbing buildings" is a unique marriage and love custom among the Yao people in Chashan, Jinxiu, Guangxi. The Yao people have always had a tradition of marrying women to men and having freedom in love. The houses he lives in are all wooden structures and dry fences. When the girl in charge was old enough to fall in love, her parents arranged for her to live in a penthouse so that she could have a door-to-door meeting with young men. Whenever night falls, his girl waits for her lover in the penthouse. Show the enthusiasm of the Yao young man in the form of song and dance.
The second thing that impressed me deeply was "Xiangxi Driving Dead Bodies""This really made me rise! It turns out that there is a "corpse chase" in Xiangxi! As a folk matter of the Miao people,"chasing corpses" is part of witchcraft. Catching corpses is also known as the "Three Evils of Xiangxi" together with Gu Du and Luohua Cave Nv. Legend of driving corpses: It is said that thousands of years ago, Chiyou, the ancestor of the Miao nationality, led his troops to fight against the Yellow Emperor tribe along the Yellow River. Bodies were scattered everywhere and rivers flowed into blood. After the war, in order to prevent the soldiers who died in battle from becoming ghosts in a foreign country. Chiyou said to the military counselor: "We can't leave our brothers who died in battle. Use some magic to let these good brothers return to their hometown." So the military counselor stood among the corpses, recited the incantation, prayed to the gods, and began to practice. After doing this, all the corpses that were lying on the ground suddenly stood up and followed the "Fu Jie" held high by Chiyou and walked south orderly. This is the legendary "chasing corpses".
The next step was flying acrobatics, with women as targets and men throwing knives. I was still very nervous and my facial expressions were deformed.
In the interactive session, Koreans in the seats will be deliberately called to interact. This is an unwritten rule and the purpose is to give Korean tourists a stronger sense of experience. The host will also specially translate and speak a few words in Korean in order to take care of the South Korean tourists below. It is conceivable that there are many Korean tourists coming to Zhangjiajie.
Encouraging the Miao people in Xiangxi is the most unique dance art in the Miao areas of my country. It spreads in Jishou City, Fenghuang County, Luxi County, Baojing County, Huayuan County, Guzhang County, etc. in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Hunan Province. In April 2004, the Ministry of Culture announced that among the second batch of pilot projects for the protection of Chinese ethnic and folk cultural heritage, Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture was included in its protection pilot area. Miao drum is a key protection project in the pilot area.
According to the story of Cuicui in Shen Congwen's "Border Town", it depicts the love affair between Cuicui and the eldest and second sons. The beautiful scene reflects the feelings of the children of Xiangxi.
"Masang Shu 'er Build a Lantern Stand" is a revolutionary folk song popular in western Hunan that is sung by a man and a woman. It is a folk song in Sangzhi County, Zhangjiajie. Song Zuying also sang it in the Golden Hall of Vienna.
The Dong people are a people with simple customs and hospitality. The custom of "robbing guests" has always been spread. If there was something that couldn't be snatched, they had to go to the home with many guests to discuss and ask for the allocation of guests. The home with many guests disagreed, so they made suggestions: Families with no guests or few guests could move their own food to eat together. If there were not enough tables, put together boards. This was the later closing banquet. After a lively dance, the Dong girls will come down the stage and invite all friends present to dance Dong songs and dances on the stage.
After watching the infield, it is the outfield performance. They are all Tujia hard qigong performances, witchcraft performances by the three major Gu fans in western Hunan (including going up the knife ladder, walking through iron pears, and going down the sea of flames), and large-scale Tujia waving dance performances. Some of the infield performances are still remarkable. It is a large-scale performance that takes into account various impressions and experiences.
When you walk out to the outfield, you can clearly feel the strong number of viewers for "Charming Xiangxi". There are still many people who can't sit down and watch on both sides.
What I can't stand the most is the on-site sales of calligraphy and paintings before the performance in the outfield. Someone really buys it!!! Once bewitched by the host, tourists are brainwashed severely and even run on stage to grab it. I really don't understand!
The style of "Charming Xiangxi" is actually quite different from "Zhangjiajie Eternal Love". One is to watch the excitement and the other is to watch the artistic conception. Personally, I prefer the style of "Zhangjiajie Eternal Love". Don't have a host to string the words together. Only through the performance of actors, the transformation of scenes, and the understanding of culture, stage beauty, history, and folk customs can we explore and think by ourselves, can we be more in line with the commonality of the times of watching live performances in contemporary times.
If you have enough time, you can also take a look at both, just to increase your understanding of Xiangxi culture.
I watched "Big Rock Broken on my Chest" and headed home. I couldn't stand watching outfield performances anymore. It was too common.
Address: Guihua Road, Wulingyuan District, Zhangjiajie City, Hunan Province (next to Pullman, Kyoto)
Time: 19:30 pm, 21:00 pm (two performances in total) The performance will be divided into two venues and two venues
Playing--Tianmen Mountain
I went to Tianmen Mountain most of the day before heading home to take a plane. About 3 hours is really enough. Maybe the weather when I went to Tianmen Mountain was too good, so I had a particularly good impression of Tianmen Mountain. I thought it was really magnificent and beautiful.
In the morning, I took a 13-yuan minibus from Wulingyuan District directly to the ticket hall at the foot of Tianmen Mountain. There is a special luggage storage window in Tianmen Mountain, 10 yuan/person. Check your luggage and buy tickets to start your trip to Tianmen Mountain.
Generally, there are two ways to get to Tianmen Mountain: by cableway + by car. You can buy tickets from the cableway company. There are Line A (on the cableway, off the shuttle bus) Line B (on the shuttle bus, off the cableway) Line C (up and down the shuttle bus), but it feels that few people will choose Line C. I chose the cableway and the bus back. Because ropeways require numbers, ropeways for going up and down mountains require numbers in advance and taking ropeways in batches. I took the cableway up the mountain from the 11 o'clock batch. They all lined up for nearly an hour with more than 100 people in front of them before it was my turn to sit on the cableway.
You can see young Zhangjiajie City on the cableway, and the starting point of the Tianmen Mountain cableway at the foot of the mountain is very close to the railway station. I can finally experience the longest cableway in the world for myself.
I really think the cableway in Tianmen Mountain is very overbearing. I feel like I have been sitting for a long time. When I checked later, I found that it takes 28 minutes one way, and it has been rising one by one for half an hour. It's great!
Tianmenshan Cableway is the world's longest alpine passenger cableway. It has 98 cableway cars and 57 cableway brackets (including 3 rescue brackets). It has a total length of 7455 meters and a height difference of 1279 meters. It is one of the few cableways in China with a height difference of more than 1,000 meters. One of the cableways, the local slope between station and station is as high as 38 degrees, which is rare in the world. It is the cableway with the largest local slope in China and also the cableway with the most brackets.
In fact, you can see Tianmen Cave from here in the cableway company, and it feels like the cableway is approaching Tianmen Cave step by step.
We have 6 people in this carriage, 3 on each side. The wife of the couple next to me was so nervous that she didn't dare to look either way. Every time I pass by the moment when the stent trembles, I feel like she is going to faint. A middle school student couple also looked very nervous and did not dare to get up. I was the only one who stood up and took photos here and there. The scared aunt looked at me in disbelief and disbelief.
The aunt sitting opposite her was a person who had been riding cableways for a long time and "doing a small business" on the mountain, so she was very calm. She told the scared aunt that she was afraid in the past and would get used to it after sitting a few more times. Since she was very familiar with Tianmen Mountain, I asked her many questions in the way, such as "How long will it take for me to play around? Should I start from the west line or the east line on the east line? My aunt told me to go from west to east, and then I should be able to walk really fast in 2 hours.
Because I have a return flight at 17:40 p.m., my plan is to start going down the mountain at 15:00 and arrive at the airport before 16:30. Fortunately, Tianmen Mountain and Zhangjiajie Hehua Airport are very close. You can see the ups and downs of the aircraft at the airport next to you from the cableway. I went down the mountain and found that it was still early. I took a bus to the airport. It was only 3 stops and it cost 2 yuan, hehe.
You can see Tianmen Cave from the Tianmen Mountain cableway.
I am very glad that I booked the cableway and the shuttle bus. This is also related to the fact that I read a lot of everyone's strategies before coming here. Because when you take the cableway, you can see the 99-way Tongtian Avenue with turns like the Great Wall. It was really shocking (in fact, the shuttle bus that took down the mountain passed through the eighteen bends of this mountain road).
This winding road leading to Tianmen Cave is called the "Tongtian Avenue". Even more amazing is that when the highway was completed, people were surprised to find that this Tongtian Avenue built along the mountain had exactly 99 turns, which implicitly corresponded to the meaning of "there are nine heavens and clouds are nine heavens."
It has a total length of 10.77 kilometers, but in such a short distance, its altitude has increased sharply from 200 meters to 1300 meters. The cliffs on both sides of the avenue are thousands of high, the empty valleys are deep, and the sharp 180-degree turns disappear one after another., stacked layer upon layer,"can be called the world's first highway wonder."
The construction of Tongtian Avenue began in 1998. Due to the unique geology and climate of Tianmen Mountain, it was fully connected in 2005. It took 8 years and cost a total of 100 million yuan.
This angle is the most beautiful angle I think is the most beautiful angle for shooting the road. I couldn't help but stand up and shoot, which scared my aunt silly again. Don't you think this is like the "Great Wall"?!
That day, we encountered the "Mountain Bike" Challenge in Tianmen Mountain. Those on the winding road were athletes from all over the world. Tianmen Mountain is a paradise for wingsuit flying enthusiasts, and they also caught the competition site that day. Tianmen Mountain has various extreme sports challenges almost every month.

Tour routes: Cableway up the mountain--Peak tour--Take the escalator through the mountain down to Tianmen Cave--Take the scenic tour bus down the mountain to Shanmen--Transfer to the free shuttle bus to the lower station of the cableway.

Tour routes: Take the free shuttle bus from the cableway station to Shanmen-take the scenic tour bus to Tianmen Cave-take the mountain-crossing escalator to the top of the mountain-tour the top of the mountain--the cableway down the mountain to the next station.
Highway C up the mountain--Highway down the mountain (you cannot take cableway)

At this time, when you look back at the road you came from, your legs still feel a little weak. There are two sections of the cableway. The first section is 5289 meters long, which is relatively gentle. The second section is 2166 meters long. One of the 500-meter-long sections is the steepest climbing angle in Asia. The highest point also reaches a height of 1279 meters.
The real-time queuing announcement at the entrance of the cableway is done well.
After getting off the cable car on Tianmen Mountain, it goes straight to the top of the mountain. It is the dividing point between the east and west lines. Most people will choose to visit from the west line, because the scenery on this line is the most beautiful, and the east and west lines are circular and will not be missed. The advantages of playing on the west line are that when I arrive at the Tianmen Cave Stairway, I will go down the Stairway instead of going up the stairs. When I go down the stairs and look at the people climbing the stairs, I really have a sense of superiority that I have chosen the right route. That's a ladder of more than 1000 steps as steep as 70 degrees!
Starting from the Western Line is starting from the Ghost Valley Plank Road. The plank road has a total length of 1600 meters and an average altitude of 1400 meters. It starts from Yihongguan and ends at Xiaotianmen.
Different from other plank roads, the entire Ghost Valley plank road is neither on the top of the cliff nor on the side of the cliff. Instead, the entire line stands in the middle of the cliff. Looking down, you can see the clouds and feel like you are above them.
I was playing alone and asked passers-by to take check-in photos for me.
Tianmen Mountain, known as Yunmeng Mountain and Songliang Mountain in ancient times, is the highest mountain in Yongding District of Zhangjiajie. It is 8 kilometers north of the Urban area. It is named after the natural wonder Tianmendong Gate and is the first famous mountain to be recorded in history. The main peak is 1,518.6 meters and was approved as a national forest park in July 1992.
I think this picture best represents the intuitive visual experience of a person living in a fairyland in the sea of clouds.
The top of the mountain is relatively flat, preserving a complete primitive sub-forest, with many extremely precious and unique plant varieties, with a forest coverage rate of 90%. During this period, ancient trees reach the sky, vines are intertwined, moss is covered, stalagmites and stone buds are everywhere, and everything is like natural bonsai. It is praised by the world as the most beautiful hanging garden and celestial fairyland.
It doesn't take long to reach the glass plank road, 5 yuan/person. Send out a pair of shoe covers and a transparent glass plank road at your feet.
I'm not afraid. The glass plank road is not long, and it's over quickly. I mainly like the feeling of being in the clouds. I feel like I can reach out and grab the clouds. This suspended glass corridor attached to the mountain is located 500 meters away from the starting position of the Ghost Valley plank road in Tianmen Mountain. This is a fork in the road. For those who like excitement, you can choose to walk this way, otherwise you can go around the stone road next to it. It is 60 meters long, with an altitude of 1430 meters at its highest point and a width of 1.6 meters.
It was another commemorative photo taken for me. In fact, there is also a glass plank road on the east line, which was built in 2015. The plank road on the west line has a longer history and was completed in 2011.
Tianmen Mountain is known as the natural painting screen of Zhangjiajie. The Tianmen Mountain Uplifting began with the Yanshan Movement, and then went through the Himalayan orogenic movement. The mountain was violently lifted more than a thousand meters, and the surrounding area was deeply cut by fault joints. Coupled with the karstification of long-term wind and rain erosion, it created a towering karst platform that stands in the sky. Landform.
Tianmen Mountain is shrouded in clouds and mist all year round, as long as it does not rain. When you meet the top of the mountain, you can see the mountains and small.
This is a naturally formed crack.
It's scary to stick your head out and look down.
In fact, I think the planning of Tianmen Mountain is quite reasonable. It will not make you feel that walking is always so monotonous. There are many products to choose from for you to experience while walking. For example, when you arrive at Tianmen Temple, it is an intermediate rest stop with restaurants, convenience stores and other resting areas. At this time, you can choose to walk to the east line, or you can choose to take this hollow forest sightseeing cable car to Yunmeng Xianding, but this cableway charges separately.
I asked the girl at the window of the sightseeing cable car ticket office, where does this cable car go? How long will it take? How long does it take to reach the same destination on foot? The girl was also very sincere and told me that walking is actually similar to taking a cable car. Since you said so, I'll choose to walk. Saving money and burning my calories.
If you choose to walk, you will pass a suspension bridge.
Tianmen Mountain viewed from the suspension bridge is in the clouds and fog, and it is beautiful.
I caught a passerby again and took a photo of me checking in commemorative photos at a small bridgehead.
Rest promenades and small pavilions often appear on mountain roads, so this kind of fee-for-music listening project is established.
30-50 Yuan/first, you can order. Due to professional relationships, we pay great attention to the planning of experience projects in each place during the tour.
Give everyone a route map for the Tianmen Mountain Peak Tour and you can clearly know the route.
In fact, whether it is the western line or the eastern line, they are all on the same loop line. There is really a big flat top, which can really be called a "hanging garden"
This was originally a historic site, but I forgot it and was stopped and not allowed to enter and visit it.
This is Tianmen Temple. This temple was built in the Ming Dynasty. It has a prosperous incense and a huge momentum. It is the center of Buddhism in Xiangxi. Tianmen Mountain Temple was rebuilt on the original site, covering an area of nearly 10000 square meters. The temple is located in the mountain nest, with a very wide view and the spirit of being a mountain.
This terrace on the top of the mountain is the "base" for wingsuit flights, and ordinary people cannot get up. This is the balcony that most wingsuit flight extreme challengers jump off.
Here you can see the 99-bend road to the sky, once again impressed by the wisdom of mankind.
Grab a passerby and take a commemorative photo of yourself.
Then you can take the mountain escalator directly to Tianmen Cave. This escalator through the mountain is included in the ticket and is not charged separately. In 2011, it was the world's first elevator installed in a mountain tunnel. There are 12 sections from the bottom of Tianmen Cave to the top of the mountain. The total length of the escalator steps is 897 meters, the lifting height is 340 meters, and the total span is 692 meters.
The Tianmen Mountain Crossing Elevator is the most difficult escalator project in the world with the highest technical requirements, the highest lifting height, the longest total length of steps, and the most creative escalator project. It can be called a miracle of elevator projects around the world and another feature of the scenic spot's characteristic transportation. miracle.
Arrive at Tianmen Cave.
This is Tianmen Cave, which is extremely crowded, because people who take shuttle buses up the mountain start to enter Tianmen Mountain from here. Tianmen Cave, a rare wonder of the world-facing the north and south, has a height of 131.5 meters, a width of 57 meters, and a depth of 60 meters. It stretches the ground to the sky, like a gateway to the sky. From then on, it was named Tianmen Mountain and has a history of 1754 years.
Stand in Tianmen Cave, look at the ladder under your feet, and feel the slope.
At this time, I was very proud. I was going downhill, and I had passers-by take a photo of me with a ladder. Looking at my bright smile, I felt how wise I made my choice from the west line to the east line. If I climbed uphill, I would really shi.
Tianmen Cave is dense and steaming all year round, and the scene is unpredictable. Sometimes clouds and clouds are blowing and surging from the cave, and sometimes rays of light are coming out of the cave. It is magnificent and magical, like an illusion, and seems to contain infinite mysteries of heaven and earth. Local historical records once recorded: "In the ancient times, some natives saw the multicolored light emerging from the cloud dream, and the purple gas was swirling around it, filling the hole and overflowing the sky. They thought it was auspicious, and they bowed down to the ground solemnly to worship it." Since ancient times, the fantasy and beautiful "Sky Gate Spitting Mist" and "Sky Gate Spiritual Light" have been regarded as auspicious signs in the sky and are famous far and wide.
As a natural karst cave with the highest altitude in the world, Tianmen Cave hangs above the plain wall of Chihiro, like a heavenly gate inlaid in the sky.
The Extreme Flying Full-Parachute Stunt International Masters Competition is being held on the same day. It was very lively.
Arriving at Tianmen Cave also ends the entire Tianmen Mountain Ring Road. From here, you can get on the shuttle bus and go through Turn 99 and return to the entrance of the cableway company where you first got on the cableway.

Eat--Hunan's famous night barbecue "Remember Night Food"
Keep in mind that night food itself originated in Zhangjiajie and is spread across half of Hunan. It now has 10 stores, with 11 series focusing on barbecues and stewed vegetables, including barbecue, stewed meat, porridge, noodles, cold dishes, crayfish, hot pot, stir-fried vegetables, seafood, fried rice, etc., and more than 150 categories, known as the "Chinese Night Food".
So we came to Zhangjiajie and went to this evening barbecue stall in Wulingyuan District. It's actually crowded after 22:30. Everyone has a rich nightlife and can't bear to sleep, right?!
The famous "straw hat noodles". There was a grandfather in Hunan who made delicious noodles. He always loved to bring straw hats, so he had "straw hat noodles". There are lumps of fat meat, and the taste of the noodles feels like a certain spice.
The taste is great, you won't feel too greasy, you won't feel too greasy, you won't feel too spicy. The yellow throat is very crisp and slightly sweet in the mouth!
They are all called barbecues based on "one hand" and "one hand" is five skewers of crayfish that day. Buy three kilograms and get one kilogram free. The waist piece is soft, smooth and tender, and even if it is cold, it will not affect its taste.
This is the first time I tasted cucumber dipped in mustard soy sauce. The beef is very fresh! They were purchased on the same day, and the materials were exquisite, and the most developed muscle groups at the brackets were selected. The taste is very soft and quite tender!
This is the first time I tasted dried squid dipped in mustard soy sauce.
Be the leader of the "King of Sharks and Turtles". This is the first time I eat shark turtle. It is high in protein, low in fat, and rich in multiple vitamins and trace elements. It is delicious and has more meat without fat and does not gain weight. It is a good psychological comfort medicine.
The barbecue in Hunan is still different from the barbecue in Chongqing. It is not because of the oil, but because of the aroma of chili seeds.
Eat meat in large gulps and drink in large bowls.
Address: 100 meters west of the intersection of Weiyang Road and Guihua Road, Wulingyuan District, Zhangjiajie
Eat--Pig Nake Cold Noodles
This pig skull cold noodles are very popular in Wulingyuan District, Zhangjiajie! I come here because of my fame to eat cold noodles. The price is cheap and the portions are full. Diners come in and out all the time. There is an endless stream of in-house food and takeout. It is really popular.
Local cold noodles that locals love to eat. The store decoration is quite small and fresh.
The salespeople all wear masks and disposable headgear and feel safe and secure.
Moreover, the price is not expensive. You can also choose your own ingredients in the cold noodles, such as adding beef and pig ears. In addition to cold noodles, there are also rice noodle casserole, taro round smoothies, cold drinks, etc. I chose the classic cold noodles and taro round smoothies with the highest order rate.
Now it can also be automated-in the form of mobile phone scanning and ordering.
The essence of a serving of cold noodles lies in its ingredients and base soup. The secret chutney here is also praised by many people, and now you can buy it separately.
There are purple sweet potato leaves on the cold noodles. Hunan's millet spicy is really spicy! It was very delicious and fragrant, but very spicy. I couldn't stop eating it, but I wanted to eat it but was stopped by the spicy taste. I just added the "pig skull", which is actually pig ears in it. Cold noodles will not stick together, one stick at a time, and they are very strong. This is the technique of watching cold noodles. The noodles are wide and are added with shredded seaweed, dried radish, coriander, diced tomatoes, peanuts, etc. The taste is really spicy and refreshing.
The smoothie has the taste of brown sugar. The taro rounds in the taro round smoothie are very big lumps. I like this kind of big taro round and it is very satisfying to chew.
As expected, it is the No. 1 Zhangjiajie snack, and it is still very satisfying.
I hope this Zhangjiajie travel book will help you and enjoy the most classic scenic spots and eat the most authentic food in your limited time! Choose based on the best!
