Suoxiyu Nature Reserve is located in the east of Wulingyuan Scenic Area and adjacent to Zhangjiajie Forest Park in Zhangjiajie City in the west. It has a total area of 180 square kilometers and more than 200 scenic spots. It is famous for its strange mountains, beautiful waters, dangerous "bridges" and secluded caves.

West Sea

It is located in the west of Suoxiyu Scenic Area. It is a basin-type canyon peak forest group. The "sea" is full of potassium peaks and pillars in various shapes, and the trees are lush and dense, making it known as the "peak sea" and the "forest sea". Spring, summer or early autumn after rain and then clear up, the clouds are like waves, surging or rolling, running or sagging, covering the sky and covering the sky, extremely spectacular, and are known as the "Sea of Clouds". The unity of the three "seas" is the characteristic of the West Sea. Among them, Tongtian Gate and Tiantai are unique scenery.

Shili gallery

It is located in the northwest of Suoxiyu Scenic Area. Originally known as Ganxigou, also known as Ganxigou. In August 1983, Zhao Shuliu, secretary of the Cili County Party Committee, inspected the scenic resources of Suoxi Valley. It is a long and narrow canyon with a depth of 5.8 kilometers and a stream flowing in it. The peaks on both sides of the canyon are awe-inspiring and have different shapes, forming natural sculptures with vivid life. Poet Li Shengming wrote a poem after traveling: "Strange peaks rise and stir up the sky, and all kinds of talents create achievements. Xiugu Qingxi Shili Road, many tourists are in the gallery.

Water surrounds the four doors

It is located in the west of Suoxiyu Scenic Area. Originally known as Zhima Ta, also known as Zhima Ta and Tianzizhou, it is 2 kilometers away from the entrance of Shili Gallery. Because there are three streams that flow out from the mouth of the west, north and south valleys, and then merge and flow into Suoxi River, it is called water around the four gates. There are two legends: It is said that Zhang Liang, the founding father of the Western Han Dynasty, saw that Empress Lu had killed loyal officials indiscriminately after taking power, so he resigned and followed Chi Songzi to visit famous mountains to find a good place of seclusion. After passing through the Yangtze River, crossing Dongting, and tracing the Li River, I learned that Qingyan Mountain is extremely beautiful, so I rode here on horseback. Seeing the mountains and back water fighting here, surrounded by strange peaks, lush forests and bamboo trees, a basin in the middle, the atmosphere is vast and cool, and it is surrounded by rivers. It is a rare blessed place and a cave. I am so happy. That is, he dismounts and does not return, hence the name Stop the Horse Falling. Second, it is said that Xiang Dakun, the leader of the local people in the Ming Dynasty, was dissatisfied with the rule of the court. He rebelled in this move. Baizhang Gorge

The scenic spot is located in the south of Suoxiyu Scenic Area and consists of three canyons: Baizhang Gorge, Dongjiayu and Wangjiayu. Among them, Baizhang Gorge is located in the middle of Chaqiyu. Qingdao's "Yongding County Annals" records: "There are silver arrow stones on the cliff of Baizhang Gorge. They hang high on the cliff. They are as white as silver and have glyphs on them, which are within reach." This stone no longer exists. The canyon is deep and dangerous, with a stream flowing in it. Among them, Shaping Fields, Baizhang Gorge Walls, and Bazhu Pond are the most beautiful.
