Last year, I happened to talk about having never been to Zhangjiajie, so I made Zhangjiajie a long holiday goal this year and went to get a card while my legs were still okay. During the Spring Festival, I took advantage of the online discount to buy a hiking pole. In November last year, I went to Pingwu to see Cailin for two days. After returning home with my ankles and knees, I recovered for more than two weeks. I decided to buy a hiking pole. Protect your knees while playing well. This time I am going to Zhangjiajie to try the power of the hiking pole. July and August are too hot, which is also the peak summer vacation season for students. Without thinking about it, I searched the Internet for strategies. Zhangjiajie connected Fenghuang Ancient City, Longji Terrace, and Yangshuo. I estimated the time and decided to travel on April 18. This way, I can have more time during the May Day holiday, and I can save some tolls on the way back. After setting the time, I invited Xiao Lingzi and Brother Yu to accompany her. After listening to my plan, Xiao Lingzi didn't really want to go because she had been to Zhangjiajie, Fenghuang Ancient City, and Yangshuo. Moreover, April is the year when she has allergies every spring. When she suffers from illness, she couldn't go out and play, but Brother Yu wanted to go and go to Yangshuo. After discussion and consideration, Young Master Yang and Brother Yu took paid annual leave first and would travel together as long as Xiao Lingzi's physical condition allowed before setting off. On March 15, the leave application submitted by Young Master Yang was approved, and Brother Yu also took leave in early April. Everything was ready only for Xiao Lingzi. Somehow, Xiao Lingzi began to fall ill at the end of March. She watched traditional Chinese medicine boil medicine and take medicine. Her condition fluctuated from good to bad, so she could only slowly rest and wait. Fortunately, she had nearly half a month. Based on this situation, I divided the hotel and inn reservations into two orders for the first few days. If Xiao Lingzi couldn't make the trip, I could cancel the reservation separately. The food needed for going out was prepared in advance. I bought salted duck eggs, cranberry bread, saki horses, apples, and 7 boxes of self-heating rice for 4 people. I called Xiao Lingzi on the 16th and asked about it. Although she still had coughing and coughing, she could go out and play. April 18th is also the couple's wedding anniversary. Not bad, I know how to choose the time. On the afternoon of the 17th, I cooked some Guangzhou-style sausage at home and bought some stewed vegetables with me. Because we were going to drive directly to Zhangjiajie on the 18th, which would take about 9 and a half hours. In order to save time on the morning of the 18th, Xiao Lingzi's luggage and our luggage were packed and loaded into the car on the evening of the 17th.
D1: On April 18, in Tianzishan Town, Mianyang-Zhangjiajie, stay at Zhangjiajie Xiangmu Qingyuan Inn (National Forest Park Tianzishan Store)
After having breakfast at home, we set out to pick up the couple who were traveling with us at 7:20. Because it was raining, Young Master Yang drove directly to the underground parking garage downstairs of Xiao Lingzi's house. He picked up Xiao Lingzi and the couple on time and quickly drove away, because he was afraid that the morning rush hour would affect the arrival time. We drove on the highway smoothly, and the traffic volume along the way was very small. In some sections, we were even the only car. This is the advantage of traveling normally. Near noon, we took a short rest in the service area of Zhong County. The three of them ate braised beef and self-heating rice, and I ate Zitong crispy cakes with stewed vegetables and sausage. Xiao Lingzi only allowed her to taste a little bit of shortcake because of her coughing. She might eat stewed vegetables and sausage. She is our panda. Whether this trip will be smooth and whether we can have a good time depends entirely on her. We will be fine if she is good. After eating the staple food, I ate two more cucumbers. The juicy and refreshing taste made me like carrying it more and more during the journey. After staying for about an hour, we set off again. After crossing the Chongqing boundary and entering Hunan, the air quality felt better and fresher. At 6:30 p.m., we successfully arrived at Tianzishan Town, Zhangjiajie, found the booked inn, and checked in. After the innkeeper recommended, Young Master Yang and Brother Yu had two glasses of wine for dinner at a farmhouse on a small day. Since visiting the Qinling Mountains on National Day last year, the two men have become drinking friends. This time, they came out to prepare several bottles. Xiao Lingzi even brought a wine dispenser and wine glasses. The stewed vegetables and sausages in the picture were brought by herself.
Returning to the inn after dinner, we asked the innkeeper to help us purchase tickets to Zhangjiajie Forest Park at a discount. The four-day tour of Zhangjiajie Forest Park will officially start tomorrow. Zhangjiajie Forest Park is very large. It is divided into Tianzi Mountain Scenic Area, Yangjiajie, Yuanjiajie, Huangshizhai, and Jinbianxi. There are five scenic spots gates including East Gate, North Gate and South Gate. Tianzi Mountain, Yangjiajie, Yuanjiajie and Huangshizhai belong to standing on the mountain to watch the scenery. Jinbianxi belongs to standing at the foot of the mountain and walking in the canyon to watch the scenery. We checked the distribution and play conditions of these scenic spots online in advance, as well as eco-friendly vehicles and various cableways in the scenic spots. The running route, combined with the characteristics of our self-driving, Tickets are valid for 4 days, and we have drawn up the tour order of our Zhangjiajie Forest Park: enter from the north gate of the forest park, visit Tianzi Mountain Scenic Area and Sky Pastoral-enter the north gate, visit Yangjiajie and Yuanjiajie-drive by yourself to the south gate, visit Huangshizhai-enter the south gate, hike Jinbian Creek to Shuihuan Simen, then visit Shili Gallery, exit the east gate, and take a taxi back to the hotel to pick up the car.
D2: On April 19, in Zhangjiajie Forest Park, stay at Zhangjiajie Xiangmu Qingyuan Inn (National Forest Park Tianzishan Store)
After 7 o'clock in the morning, hearing that it began to rain outside the window, Mr. Yang checked the weather forecast on his mobile phone. It was expected that the rain would last until noon, and the light rain turned to light rain. After washing, he went out and glanced on the roof of the inn. The fog was a little heavy, so Mr. Yang wanted to give up his trip to Tianzi Mountain today. Because of the rain, the fog on the mountain was even heavier and he couldn't see anything, so he wanted to visit Jinbian Creek instead. I don't want to change my plan, because the town of Tianzishan, where the north gate is located, is an hour and a half drive from the south gate of Jinbian Creek, and it takes half a day to go back and forth, and with such a change, the 4-day itinerary will be disrupted, thus affecting the effect of the trip. The two of us had an argument about this, and finally decided to take our backpacks and hiking poles with us until after breakfast. At 8: 00, the four of us went out to have breakfast in Wang Erjie's restaurant and ordered four bowls of rice noodles. We brought four Salted Duck Egg. We talked about it over dinner. I didn't talk much because I didn't want to change. After I finished eating, I sat for a while, went out of the restaurant to see what was going on, and Lingzi followed. We looked at the mountain not far away, looming, a hazy appearance of misty rain, our decision is to continue the plan of Tianzi Mountain and take a chance. We went into the restaurant and expressed our opinion, and the two big men stopped saying anything. After breakfast, we walked from the restaurant to the north entrance of the forest park, about 5 minutes away. Swipe your ID card at the north gate entrance, do the face recognition registration, and enter the park gate. When you enter Zhangjiajie Forest Park for the first time, you must enter through the north gate if you buy a ticket from the north gate, and you must enter through the south gate if you buy a ticket from the south gate, and so on, when you enter the Zhangjiajie Forest Park for the second or third time in four days, you can enter any door. After entering from the north gate entrance, we need to take the environmental protection car in the scenic area to reach the Tianzi Mountain scenic spot. There are few tourists at the north gate, so we can take the interval bus immediately after entering the park gate. When I got on the bus, I found that the locals in the town accounted for the majority. I heard from their conversation that they had moved out of the forest park, and their fields were still in the park, driving in to do farm work. The shuttle bus drove for more than 20 minutes to the Sancha road station. I really couldn't see anything along the way. it was all foggy, and my heart was full of drums. if I couldn't see anything today, I would definitely be nagged to death by Childe Yang. We get off at the Sancha Road entrance Station and transfer to the interval bus to the Tianzi Mountain Scenic spot, and take it to Helong Park Station, the last stop. When we got out of the car, it was still raining. When we got to the bronze statue of Marshal he long, the rain became heavier, so we had to find an eave to hide for a while. After waiting for about a quarter of an hour, the rain slowly slowed down, and after a while, the rain actually stopped. we walked in the direction of the Tianzi Pavilion and lamented that there were a lot of negative oxygen ions in the air. Let Lingzi take a deep breath and take a little more breath. change the air in your lungs and maybe cough. As I was walking, I accidentally saw that 10 meters away from us, there were a lot of people taking pictures. I wondered, I didn't see anything, there was nothing to take pictures of. I walked quickly over and looked through the crowd. Wow, it was really a wonderland. This was the observation platform of Yubi Peak, which was bathed in smoke at this time. I hurried back to the three people who were still talking and told them to go to the sightseeing. After watching this, I made the right decision to come in the rain in the morning. It was worth it.
We stayed at the observation deck for a long time, and the fog came and went, showing the misty rain. After Yubi Peak was completely shrouded in fog again, we continued to go to Tianzi Pavilion. When we climbed to Tianzi Pavilion, we encountered the innkeeper who had taken several photographers up the mountain early in the morning. They and their party had been staying in Tianzi Pavilion, waiting for Yubi Peak. After chatting with the boss for a while, the boss suggested that we get off the Tianzi Pavilion and follow the pedestrian stone road leading to the Shili Gallery to the rooftop observation deck. The scenery there is also good. After watching it, we can turn back. We followed the boss's advice, and the scenery was really good.
When we arrived at the rooftop, it was already noon. There were wooden benches for resting there. We spread the plastic sheet we brought with our bags on the wooden benches and sat and rested. We brought saki, cranberry bread, beef jerky, and apples in our backpack. It was a little cozy for lunch.
We turned back to Tianzi Pavilion from the rooftop observation deck, and wandered back to Helong Park. On the way, we passed the Fairy Scattered Flower Observation Deck. It was really white and couldn't see anything. We passed the Yubi Peak Observation Deck again. The wind has blown away the clouds. It seems that this position is the tuyere. Yubi Peak is clearly presented in front of us. It is too real to see it, and there is no longer the flavor of fairy.
We visited Helong Park again and paid homage to the tomb of Marshal He Long. When we reached the bronze statue of Marshal He Long, the sky cleared and the sun emerged. Today was a bit lucky. The scenery around the park was very good.
We then took the shuttle bus from the scenic area to the Diandian Platform Observation Deck and the Daguan Platform Observation Deck.
When we arrived at Daguan Terrace, we got off the car and walked along the road. Xiao Lingzi and Brother Yu found many folded ears on the roadside. This was amazing. The four of us actually picked up a plastic bag and our mouths were laughing. I didn't expect that we could still eat original food here.
Take a shuttle bus from the scenic area to Sancha Road Crossing, and then transfer to the shuttle bus from Sky Garden. This shuttle bus is charged separately, and the round trip is 64 yuan/person. You can also walk along the highway from Sancha Road to Sky Farmland. It takes more than ten minutes by car. It takes about 2 hours on foot one way. It is very strenuous. There is no scenery to see along the way. There are two observation platforms to reach Sky Farmland. You need to walk there. The round-trip ticket must be collected, and the ticket must be checked when you take the car back. The sky countryside is still worth seeing. The scenery is unique and you can overlook the Baizhang elevator.
After visiting the sky countryside, we took a car back to the north gate along the original road. We still had dinner at the farmhouse on a small day. We first returned to the inn to put our backpacks and wine, while Xiao Lingzi went directly to the dining place because she was responsible for cleaning the folded ears and would eat cold folded ears tonight.
D3: On April 20, in Zhangjiajie Forest Park, stay at Zhangjiajie Xiangmu Qingyuan Inn (National Forest Park Tianzishan Store)
I planned to visit Yangjiajie and Yuanjiajie today. I asked the innkeeper last night. The owner said that according to the weather forecast, there would be no rain in the morning and it would rain in the afternoon. He suggested that we go to Yangjiajie in the morning. The hiking distance in Yangjiajie is a bit long, and the tourist trails in Yuanjiajie are very smooth and easy to walk even if it rains. We had breakfast at Wang Erjie's restaurant. I still had rice noodles. The three of them ordered noodles and tea eggs. After eating, we still walked to the north gate entrance, swiped our ID card to enter, took the shuttle bus to Sancha Road Crossing, and transferred to the shuttle bus at Yangjiajie. There were only the four of us on the bus, plus a local fellow villager. After getting off the bus halfway, the four of us took a special bus to the Yangjiajie Parking Lot. Not bad. After getting off the car and following the signs, we first went to the Natural Great Wall Observation Deck. The mountain shape of Yangjiajie is characterized by the wall shape.
After seeing the Great Wall, we went to the Sky and the Sky Corridor. These two attractions would not be visited by tour groups because they would take a bit of time and energy. Now, after only walking for half an hour, Young Master Yang checked the walking time to reach the sky in one step. It took 3 to 4 hours to go back and forth, so he began to nag, asking what's so great about reaching the sky in one step? Is it worth going? I looked at him and simply didn't want to talk to him. I asked me to make the tour plan, saying that I completely followed my arrangements. After the plan was completed, it was not to his liking. He made this suggestion and that suggestion at the last minute. I told him directly: "You don't have to go, but I will definitely go." He also suggested that Xiao Lingzi's physical strength would definitely not be able to withstand it. I asked the couple's opinions, and in the end, we continued to move forward with the result of the negotiation. During the journey, there was actually only a short section of the road going uphill continuously, which was a bit strenuous (Xiao Lingzi later said that this section of the road almost made her breathless. After this node, the lung cavity seemed to open up and the whole person became lighter.) The rest of the road was very smooth. I met a monkey on the road. He sat on the road and ate bread. I don't know if it was robbed or given. After more than an hour of walking, we reached the sky in one step. Reaching the sky in one step, it is located at the highest point at the top of a small mountain peak. You need to climb a artificially built iron ladder to get up. After going up, you will find a flat small platform of several square meters. Standing here, you will have a wide view and you can see many wall-shaped small peaks. This is the characteristic of Yangjiajie mountain shape, such as mountain peaks arranged in the shape of a city wall, and Tianzi Mountain is a slender mountain peak in the shape of a pen.
After descending from the sky in one step, we went to the sky corridor, and the last few hundred meters felt like walking on the edge of a cliff. The sky corridor was originally thought to be an extended ridge corridor based on its name, but it turned out to be just a viewing platform at the end along the cliff.
After watching the sky corridor, we returned the same way and reached the foot of the sky in one step. We wanted to rest here and eat our own dry food lunch, but the wind was a little strong and kept blowing. We were afraid that we would catch a cold if we sat for a long time, so we decided to walk another way. Find another place. After walking for about 15 minutes, I passed a canteen where villagers sold things. There were many benches and pavilions, which was a good place to rest. We took out bread, saki horses, beef jerky, and apples from our backpacks, and placed them casually on the bench. We chatted while eating, completely forgetting that we met a monkey on the road when we came. We were eating when we suddenly found a monkey walking towards us along the stone road. We quickly packed the things on the stools, hurriedly stuffed them into our bags, and stared at the monkey. The monkey realized that we were collecting things, quickened our pace, changed from walking to running, and rushed in front of us in an instant. I jumped up from the stool screaming, grabbed the backpack and fled to the side. The three of them also each held their own bag and dodged to the side. They couldn't care about what was not stuffed into the bag. Safety comes first, and instinctively believes that the body and bag are important. The bag cannot be snatched by it, and the body cannot be scratched by it. Fortunately, there was still food on the stool. The monkey quickly picked up an apple on the stool, then jumped into the tree next to it, and ran into the woods, with quite agility. When we saw the monkey leaving, we quickly packed up the rest of the things, carried our backpacks on our backs, picked up the climbing pole leaning against the stool, and stood facing the direction the monkey left. We all lamented that it was lucky that there was only one monkey. If there were more, I wonder what it would be like. Before coming to Zhangjiajie, I found online that there were monkeys at the south gate of the Forest Park, Huangshi Village, and Jinbian River. There were a lot of monkeys. We didn't mention that there were monkeys in the Yangjia Realm. We encountered them on the way to the sky, but we forgot them all. It was really careless, but fortunately nothing happened. We asked the villagers: "You have put so much food and drink here, won't the monkeys snatch it?" The villagers said,"I will, I will drive it away with a stick." I looked at the climbing pole in my hand. We had no actual combat experience, and we could only instinctively dodge when we encountered it. Our lunch was almost finished, and we didn't dare to eat here anymore. We continued to walk back. After walking for about 20 minutes, Brother Fish said that we wanted to eat something. This time we were very careful and stood on the road, Brother Fish ate and took some while we looked around. Brother Fish first took out some peanuts left over from last night, and after eating it, he took a saki horse to eat. The dropped peanuts attracted a little squirrel. Brother Fish fed it some, and Young Master Yang also touched a few unshelled raw peanuts from his pocket and fed it to it. After eating for a while, he was probably full. He picked up the raw peanuts and ran up the tree. We continued to walk back and returned to the Yangjiajie Scenic Area parking lot. There were immediately more people. We took the shuttle bus to the scenic spot of Yuanjiajie. The bus was crowded, and many people had to stand. When we arrived at Yuanjiajie, there were more people, and we could no longer enjoy the tranquility of Yangjiajie. We checked in with the flow of people. Attractions, because of the large number of people, taking photos became faster, and the experience was not very good.
After shopping and returning to the parking lot, it began to rain. We followed the signs and took the bus to Yangjiajie, then took the bus from Yangjiajie to Sancha Road Crossing, and then transferred to the shuttle bus to Beimen. The number of people on the bus decreased every time they changed the bus. Beimen is really a quiet place. At 6:30 in the afternoon, we were already sitting in the small day farmhouse.
D4: On April 21, stay at Xinpipaxi Hotel in Zhangjiajie, Tianzishan Town-South Gate of Forest Park
We are leaving Tianzishan Town today. Although it is not so prosperous and there are not so many restaurants to choose from, we enjoy one thing: there are few people, so we enter from the north gate, and there is no need to queue in long lines, wait for shuttle buses, and squeeze people. We packed our bags and said goodbye to the innkeeper. After breakfast at Wang Erjie's restaurant, we drove to the south gate of Forest Park. Arrive at the hotel after 10 o'clock and check in well. The hotel environment is very good and it is a courtyard-style hotel. Because there is a small balcony in the room where you can dry clothes, it is still early, so if you want to rest, you can rest, and if you want to wash clothes, you can wash clothes. We made an appointment to go out at 11 o'clock. After 11 o'clock, we set off to visit Huangshi Village. Considering that there are many monkeys in Huangshi Village and it is a bit dangerous to eat dry food, we planned to have lunch outside the south gate of the scenic area before entering. The hotel is about 1 kilometer away from the south gate. We walked there. There were many restaurants on this road. Brother Yu and Gongzi Yang picked one. The restaurant owner warmly welcomed us and the service was good, but the level of cooking was average. Eat slowly and walk slowly to the south gate. The Davidia chinensis flowers in the square at the entrance are already in bloom.
The south gate is the earliest gate in the forest park. There are obviously more people than the north gate. If you swipe your ID card to enter, it is another natural oxygen bar.
We followed the signs to the bus stop, took the bus to the Huangshizhai Cableway Station, and took the cableway up the mountain. Huangshizhai can also walk up and down the mountain. There are more than 2000 steps. The tour at the top of the mountain is divided into two loop lines: the big loop line. We planned to take the big loop line, so I chose to take the cableway up and down the mountain. When we reached the top of the mountain, we got out of the cableway station, turned left into the Grand Ring Road, and we met Brother Monkey.
The entire tour loop is just to circle around the top of the mountain, because the plank roads are built on the edge of the cliff, which provides a good view and a good experience. There were not many people in the first half of the period, and they were basically individual tourists. The tour groups were mainly concentrated in the area from Wuzhifeng to Liuqige. From the geographical location, it felt that from the stone elephant landscape to the Wuzhifeng landscape, all the directions along the way were in the direction of Yuanjia boundary, and the stone peaks presented different scenery due to the different viewing directions.
We walked back to the cableway station at about 5:30 and took the cableway down the mountain. We heard two girls in the same warehouse say that it took them more than 2 hours to climb Huangshi Village. Fortunately, we four elderly people didn't climb it. It's tiring to think about it. After getting out of the cableway and getting off the station, while riding in the parking lot, I met a woman with a severely sprained foot. It was difficult to walk while holding her. People traveling with me had to carry her. We still had to pay attention to safety when going out to play. We should watch the scenery instead of walking. Walking without watching the scenery, how can we play if your body is injured?
I returned to the hotel after 6 o'clock and didn't go out to find something to eat because of lunch, so I decided to eat in the hotel.
D5: On April 22, stay at Zhangjiajie Manshe Inn (Tianmenshan National Forest Park Store) from the south gate of Zhangjiajie Forest Park to the lower station of Tianmenshan Cableway in Zhangjiajie City
Today, I plan to visit Jinbianxi and Shili Gallery, and then drive to Zhangjiajie City. The hotel provides breakfast, so you don't need to eat noodles, haha. After eating, we packed up our things and checked out. The car was temporarily parked in the hotel. We carried our bags and picked up our hiking poles and set off again, still entering from the south gate. Just as I walked into the south gate for a while, I saw the monkeys also moving out, dragging their families and families. All the food was put in the backpack and was not exposed. The monkey walked up to us and ignored us. For safety reasons, we didn't go for fun, but just followed the crowd and the monkey group. These monkeys all look smaller than the monkeys in Mount Emei. They don't feel as tough as Mount Emei. As long as the food is not exposed, such as carrying it in plastic bags, they will not snatch it or rummage through your clothes pockets. Walking to the Big Oxygen Bar Square, following the signs, we walked into the Jinbian River and started a 7-kilometer hike. As we walked, we sighed. The stream, vegetation, and air were really good. Walking in, the sun couldn't get the sun. The temperature was right, and people felt very comfortable. We all asked Xiao Lingzi to take a deep breath to change the air in her lungs. This was a natural medicine. On the way, we saw fish swimming in the stream. For those of us who love to eat fish, it is simply a representative of delicious food, making us drool.
As the water approached the four doors, there were suddenly more people. The air was filled with a bustling smell, and there were also many monkeys. You could hear the sound of shops shouting and driving away monkeys at any time. When we reached the water around the four doors, the sky suddenly began to rain. We hurried to find a place to shelter from the rain and eat. I saw a row of buildings on the square, which seemed to be able to shelter from rain. I asked Young Master Yang to go and have a look. Walking in and taking a look, it was a museum with a hall inside that could shelter from rain. Looking again, there were rows of chairs on both sides of the stairs. This place was a good place. Young Master Yang and I immediately walked in, but unfortunately the chairs were full of people. Wait, let's just stroll slowly next to it, staring at the chairs. Fortunately, after waiting for a few minutes, two people left. We immediately rushed over and sat on the chair. After we sat down, we began to look out at Xiao Lingzi and his wife. Just as we were about to make a phone call, we saw two people appear at the door. It turned out that the rain had begun to fall heavily and drove them here. Two seats can seat three people. We take turns sitting. Take out the water, bread, beef jerky, saki horses, and apples in our backpack to eat. This place is really good, you don't have to worry about monkeys grabbing it. We ate for a while, and the museum manager saw it and came over and said that the lobby was an office area, no food could be eaten, and no backpacks could be placed on the counter. Of course, our attitude was correct. We immediately moved our backpack from the counter to the ground next to the chair, and ate while cleaning up the food. However, as more and more people were driven in by the heavy rain, many people brought their own dry food, and the management staff couldn't manage it. Sitting, someone left next to us. We sat more spacious. The rain had not stopped yet, and Master Yang and Brother Yu even slept for a while. After about 2 o'clock, the rain stopped. We walked to the parking lot and took a bus to Shili Gallery. There were still many people on the bus. At Shili Gallery, we still walk the entire way, in order to get a good taste of the misty rain after the rain.
After visiting the Shili Gallery, the entire tour of Zhangjiajie Forest Park is over. It started with the misty rain and finally with the misty rain. God still takes good care of it. Thank you. We took a shuttle bus from Shili Gallery to the East Gate, took a taxi back to the hotel, and drove to Zhangjiajie City. We stayed next to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway Station tonight and climbed Tianmen Mountain tomorrow.
For dinner, after online inquiry and recommendation from the innkeeper, I chose Aunt Qin's time-honored brand. The dishes and taste were really good.
D6: On April 23, I will get off the Tianmen Mountain Cableway Station in Zhangjiajie City and stay at Zhangjiajie Manshe Inn (Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park Store)
In the morning, I had breakfast in the alley outside the inn. I ate noodles, and the three of them had noodles. After eating, I went back to the inn to tidy up and went out with my backpack. When we reached the alley, a store owner asked us to look at the climbing equipment. We remembered that we had forgotten to bring our climbing pole. We smiled and thanked the boss for his reminder. Xiao Lingzi and I returned to our room to get the climbing pole. Fortunately, I prepared a climbing pole this time. After playing in Zhangjiajie Forest Park for four days, my legs and feet did not feel sore, and I did not feel tired. After leaving the alley, we crossed the road and got off the Tianmenshan Cableway Station. We bought an A ticket after 8 o'clock, swiped our ID card to enter, and after queuing for a few minutes, we quickly got on the cable car. It was the first time to experience the feeling of riding a cable car from the city. After half an hour's trek, we arrived at the top of Tianmen Mountain, where blue sky and white clouds welcomed us.
We traveled from the east line to the west line, experienced the danger and beauty of Tianmen Mountain, and saw the feeling of small mountains.
After touring the top of the mountain, we took the escalator through the mountain down to Tianmen Cave. The seven-level escalator can only be said to be shocking. The staff inside were still wearing thick cotton clothes and shoes.
Walking to Tianmen Cave, I only felt that the A-line ticket was worth it. The cableway first looked up at the whole picture of Tianmen Mountain and Tianmen Cave, visited the top of the mountain, walked the plank road, and experienced the dangers. Then took the escalator through the mountain to feel the strangeness of the geological structure. I was actually able to build such a long elevator in the mountain. Finally, I reached Tianmen Cave and walked down the 999 steps. The most exciting and unique ones were presented at the end, slowly reaching the climax, each time more shocking. When I bought the A-line ticket, I just felt that it was relatively labor-saving and money-saving to play because I didn't have to climb the 999 steps. However, I didn't expect that the visual effects would be surprisingly good after walking down this route.
Walking down the steps of Tianmen Cave to reach the square, sitting on the bench in the square, eating apples, looking at the 999 steps, looking at Tianmen Cave Entrance, and looking at the various extreme sports held in Tianmen Mountain displayed on the big screen of the square. Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area really uses nature's magical craftsmanship to promote itself. At the end of the tour, we took another cableway express line down the mountain to reach the foot of the mountain. If we could take an eco-friendly vehicle and experience the winding mountain road down the mountain, it would be a perfect ending. Unfortunately, the winding mountain road is no longer in operation now. When you get off the cableway, you will pass by Tianmen Fox Fairy Theater. The theater has a performance at night. I am a lazy person and just want to stay in the hotel and rest at night, so these kinds of performances are not very good. The theater can also look back at Tianmen Mountain Tianmen Cave.
We walked to the parking lot, took the scenic shuttle bus back to the Tianmen Mountain Cableway Station, then walked back to the inn, put away our backpacks and hiking poles, and went out to have dinner at Aunt Qin, eat something delicious, and reward ourselves.
D7: On April 24, stay at the Tianmenshan Cableway Station-Fenghuang Ancient City, Zhangjiajie City, and stay at Fenghuang Yanyu Tower high-end B & B
After my visit to Zhangjiajie, I am going to the ancient city of Fenghuang today. Although the online reviews of the ancient city are not very good, I still want to visit it. After having breakfast at the entrance of the inn alley, loading our luggage into the car, we drove goodbye to Zhangjiajie and first navigated the Highway Wonders Observation Platform to see the Aizhai Bridge.
The observation deck is located on National Highway 209. After viewing the bridge from afar, we drove along 209. This section of 209 also has a glorious history. It was already past 1 p.m. when we arrived in Fenghuang Ancient City. We found the inn, checked in, and ate at the restaurant recommended by the innkeeper. The taste was good.
After eating, we began to wander the ancient city. Xiao Lingzi and his wife have both been to the ancient city of Fenghuang. They still have some memories, so they took the two of us to play. Unlike Zhangjiajie, although we have both been there, we can't remember them. In the afternoon in the ancient city, the tourists on the road did not imagine as much. We were walking up from the lower reaches and felt that the river water was not very good. Some places were foaming, and the penthouse near the river was still very beautiful.
I had dinner at the same restaurant.
After dinner, I thought about watching the night view for a while and then returned to the inn. Unexpectedly, this was the real time for the ancient city of Fenghuang. People came and went on the road, and it was very lively. Makeup and photography were everywhere. Old and young men and women were dressed up in Miao costumes. The ancient city decorated with lanterns has changed its simplicity during the day, showing alluring, gorgeous and beautiful beauty.
The phoenix at night is more exciting than during the day. Because of the blessing of the lights, it also loses its original simplicity and tranquility, and seems to be very commercialized. Visiting this ancient city depends on personal choices and preferences.
D8: April 25, Fenghuang Ancient City-Longji Terrace Ping 'an Zhuang Village, accommodation in Longji-Yunshangshan Accommodation (Kowloon Five Tigers Observation Platform Store)
It was drizzling in the morning. We had breakfast in a small shop next to the inn. The noodles I ordered were still noodles.
After eating, I went back to the inn to check out, carried my luggage across the river in the rain to the parking lot. The car was blocked inside and couldn't get out. Xiao Lingzi called according to the phone number left by the car behind and politely asked the owner to move the car. Xiao Lingzi said that he sounded like a young man and was still sleeping. After waiting for a while, we saw two people in their 50s, a man and a woman, walking towards us with luggage. Their car was right next to us and loaded the luggage. They drove away. Our car tilted a little and came out smoothly. Xiao Lingzi immediately called the owner of the car behind him to tell him that he didn't have to come out to move the car. Unexpectedly, he didn't answer the call. We had to get in the car and set off before driving to the parking lot gate. When we saw a young man walking over, we thought it should be the owner. I rolled down the window and told him. I saw the young man look confused at first, and then he looks a little angry and helpless but not easy to break out. We didn't want to disturb the young man's dream, so we returned to the inn and told the boss.
Coming out of Fenghuang Ancient City, passing through a town, I saw the crowd rushing to the market. If it weren't for the driving, Xiao Lingzi would definitely get off the bus and go to the market. The couple couldn't see this and were very interested in it. After leaving the town and walking forward for a few hundred meters, at an intersection, we saw a traffic police testing drunk driving from afar. The four of us were a little nervous. This was the first time we encountered a drunk driving test early in the morning. We moved slowly in turn and saw a male owner getting out of the car in front of us, being taken to the police car and tested again. While we were watching, it was our turn to get in the car. Gongzi Yang blew on it, but he was disgusted with it and asked to blow it louder. Fortunately, the test was fine. We were let go and drove past the police car. The male car owner just now stood with a serious look. We continued to move forward and soon we got on the highway. It was a very good and wide highway with a speed limit of 100 yards. In addition, many sections had speed limits and speed limits, and we couldn't run at all. It felt like we were moving forward at turtle speed. Finally, we finally drove out of Hunan and entered Guangxi. The speed limit was 120 yards. It felt really good. Near noon, we arrived at the Longji Toll Station, got off the highway and headed for the Longji Terrace Scenic Area. We found a restaurant on the side of the county road to eat. The taste of fish in the sour soup was very much to our liking.
After eating and resting for more than half an hour, we set off for the terraces. We first bought tickets at the visitor center, 80 yuan/person, and checked the tickets and drove up the mountain. The Longji Terrace Scenic Area includes four stockades: Guzhuang Village, Ping 'an Zhuangzhai, Jinkeng Dazhai, Huangyao Village, Ping' an Zhuangzhai and Jinkeng Dazhai. The terraces are the largest. This season, only Guzhuang Village and Ping 'an Zhuangzhai have water poured into the terraces. The terrain of Jinkeng Dazhai is much higher and has not yet been filled with water. Huangyao Village is the farthest. Therefore, we plan to visit Ping 'an Zhuangzhai and directly navigate the Zhuangzhai parking lot. Ping 'an Zhuangzhai requires self-driving cars to park in the self-built parking lot, and then walk or take a sightseeing bus. The driving route of the sightseeing bus is from the parking lot to the Kowloon Five Tigers Observation Deck. If you stay at an inn near the Observation Deck, you can buy tickets based on your check-in information. After we arrived at the parking lot, we parked the car, packed our luggage, bought our tickets, and found the sightseeing bus. The driver helped put the luggage and got on the bus. When the crowd was full, the driver drove on the road with a cool style. He drove fast along the way, the wind blew, and the hair flew. When we turned, we had to pull the back chair hard. It felt like people were going to fly out. When we were approaching the finish line, a large terraced field suddenly appeared on the roadside. Everyone in our car exclaimed, The driver casually said to us,"We have never seen the world," which made us all laugh. The car passed by the inn, and the innkeeper was already waiting at the door. We got off the bus to pick up our luggage, and the sightseeing bus continued to drive to the observation deck at the terminal point. The owner of the inn helped us take our luggage into the inn and upgraded the room for free. We thanked the owner and checked in well. After resting in the room for a while, we went out to the observation deck. The inn is very close to the observation deck, about 100 meters away. There are two observation platforms in Ping 'an Zhuangzhai Terrace, the Kowloon Five Tigers Observation Platform and the Seven Stars Accompanying the Moon Observation Platform. The Kowloon Five Tigers Observation Platform can be directly reached by sightseeing buses.
We slowly walked to the Kowloon Five Tigers Observation Deck. As we had never seen the world, we were immediately impressed by the layers of terraces. How many years would it take for so many terraces to be cultivated and how many years of hard work would take for our ancestors.
We stayed at the Kowloon Five Tigers Observation Deck for more than half an hour. Seeing that it was still early, we went to the Seven Stars Moon Observation Deck. Following the stone ladder path between the terraces, we first went down to the stockade, passed through the stockade and then headed up the mountain. It took half an hour to reach the Seven Stars Moon Observation Deck.
After spending a while at the Seven Star Moon Observation Deck, we decided to go back. Instead of going back the same way, we took another road back to the Kowloon Five Tigers Observation Deck. This road was built halfway up the mountain. We didn't have to go down the mountain through the stockade and then up the mountain. It saved a lot of physical strength, and we could also be very good on the way. View terraces.
Back at the inn, we booked dinner at the boss's and called us when it was ready. We collapsed in the room. After about 40 minutes, the boss invited us to eat. Bamboo shoots bacon, bamboo chicken, and bamboo rice. When cooking bamboo rice, I also went to observe it. I really put the bamboo tube filled with glutinous rice on firewood and cooked it constantly. The rice grains of the prepared bamboo tube rice were very chewy. Because of the support of bacon grains, it was very delicious. There was a little rice casserole standing close to the inner wall of the bamboo tube. Yellow ones are better.
We sat in the hall and ate slowly until nearly nine o'clock. Back in the room, I was washing up when Xiao Lingzi knocked on the door and said that the terraces would be lit up at night. Let's go and see them together. I told them to go first, and we will come after we tidy up. Young Master Yang and I hurriedly changed our clothes and put on our shoes, picked up our umbrella and went out. It was raining outside. We walked to the observation deck with umbrellas. There was no one else except the four of us. In the silent fields, there was only rain and the sound of frogs. It was really the sound of frogs. I had not heard this sound for many, many years. How good is the ecology here?
The rain is getting heavier and heavier, accompanied by thunder and lightning, so we have to go back to the inn. I hope it will be fine tomorrow.
D9: On April 26, Longji Terrace Ping 'an Zhuang Village-Bajiao Village, Guilin, stay at Bajiao Village Xanadu Photography Home
After 5 o'clock in the morning, I woke up. The curtains were lifted a crack and I looked outside. There was fog and I couldn't see anything. I continued to sleep. After an unknown period of time, Gongzi Yang shook me up and told me to get up to see the terraces. I said,"I saw it, but there was nothing in the fog." He still called me up, saying that it was not too foggy now. When I heard this, I immediately became energetic. We washed up as quickly as possible and went out. I wanted to call the couple next door, but after thinking about it, it was not too late to investigate the situation first and then inform them. We hurried to the observation deck and looked around as we walked. The sky was cloudy and the fog was still a little heavy. The only thing we were pleased to see was that the sun emerged in the fog. When we walked to the Kowloon Five Tigers Observation Deck, several photographers were already squatting. The fog was still very thick at this time. We walked around on the observation deck, watching the terraces at any time. When it was almost 7 o'clock, the terraces were exposed. I quickly called Xiao Lingzi and asked her to go to the observation deck immediately.
Standing on the observation deck, I was excited to see the clouds rising and the fog coming and going. After 8 o'clock, after enjoying the beautiful scenery, we returned to the inn and were greeted with a bowl of delicious rice noodles. It was a beautiful morning.
After breakfast, we sat in the hall for a while, and we went out for more than an hour. After walking along the terraces, we saw many small tadpoles in the paddy fields. By this time, the sun was shining brightly and it was very sunbathing.
We returned to the inn after 10 o'clock and packed our luggage. The boss helped us book a sightseeing bus. The sightseeing bus arrived. We bid farewell to the boss, took the bus to the parking lot, scanned the code and paid 37.5 yuan, and then drove away from Ping 'an Zhuangzhai. After leaving the gate of the Longji Terrace Scenic Area, I still stopped for lunch at the restaurant where I had lunch yesterday. Today, I ordered swordfish and ate two fish.
After leisurely eating and resting for more than half an hour, we set off for Bajiao Village in Guilin. Because the navigation was the county road, we really walked through villages and towns and went up the mountain through the forest. Fortunately, we successfully arrived at Bajiao Village after 6 o'clock. We found the inn we booked because there were only four of us. The owner of the inn asked us to choose our own room. The braised chicken for dinner was killed and cooked.
D10: On April 27, Bajiao Village, Guilin-Xianggong Mountain, Yangshuo, stayed at Wangjing Building, Xianggong Mountain, Yangshuo
Plan to climb Bajiao Village this morning. At the inn, we had just finished eating the noodles cooked by the boss when it began to rain. We packed our luggage and loaded them into the car. The rain was getting heavier and heavier. It was already moderate rain. We could only sit in the yard, drinking tea and waiting for the rain to stop. After waiting for more than half an hour, the rain was still falling. We discussed and if it didn't stop after 9 o'clock, we would give up Bajiao Village and go straight to Xianggong Mountain. Drinking tea and chatting, sitting idle in the courtyard, I feel like the days are slow and life is shining. I feel at ease and comfortable. It doesn't matter whether I climb the mountain or not. Maybe God wants us to be more diligent. Just after 9 o'clock, the rain stopped. We packed up our tea cups, drove off, and found the ticket office of the scenic spot. Gongzi Yang drove the car directly to the ticket window, ostensibly asking me to walk less, which made the ticket sales lady laugh miserably. I bought tickets because I was doing an activity. The original ticket cost 100 yuan/person, but only 188 yuan for two. There was also afternoon tea to collect it at the restaurant next to the entrance of the scenic area. Understand, pay the money to collect the tickets. We drove the car to the entrance of the scenic area. Parking the car in the parking lot next to the entrance, picking up my backpack, picking up the climbing pole, and starting to play Bajiao Village. As soon as we entered the entrance, we were greeted by a bamboo forest.
Walking through the bamboo forest, climbing the stone steps one by one, and climbing the observation platforms one by one, what we see in front of us are stone snails, stone elephants, and ladders one by one.
When we were looking at the stone elephants, the originally clear sky began to become foggy, and the tear-eyed stones in the distance became increasingly blurred. We wanted to wait for a clear photo, so we waited in situ for more than ten minutes, but the result still didn't work. It was still foggy, so we had to give up and continue to Xianglong Temple, passing through the Xianglong Plank Road, which brought us surprises again.
After walking through Jianglong Temple, the scenic area is halfway through the main loop line. 360 degrees is equivalent to walking 180 degrees, and we are heading towards the entrance of the scenic area. When we arrived at Huashan Ridge, it was already lunch time. We found a pavilion and sat down, surrounded by green trees. Bread, saki horses, beef jerky, and apples were still our staple foods. After eating, we would drink tea and take a nap. We were sitting. The innkeeper and the landlady, each carrying a cardboard box, also came up the mountain. They were carrying goods up and suggested that we continue to go to Tiangong Temple and Longtouxiang to play, saying that it would be fun there, but we didn't want to climb again. We were ready to rest for a while and then go down the mountain. After a good rest, we continued to walk in the direction of the exit at the foot of the mountain. After passing Tiger Ridge, we saw stone snails again. We also found a large cluster of wild honeysuckle on the ridge. We happily became a flower thief, haha.
Walking to the exit, I passed the ticket check, found the tea restaurant, and took out the ticket to exchange it for afternoon tea. I didn't have much hope at first, thinking it was just a small piece of cake or something. When the waiter carried it out on a tray, I was a little surprised. Sigh, I still haven't seen the world.
After finishing the cakes and fruits, I packed the carbonated drinks. I walked out to the parking position in the scorching sun. I opened the car door to dissipate the heat. I still had two pieces of clothes in the morning. At this time, I would just need short sleeves. The temperature difference is really big. We got on the bus, left Bajiao Village, and headed for our next destination, Xianggong Mountain in Yangshuo. The whole journey from Bajiao Village to Guilin is high-speed and the road conditions are very good. When we reach the boundaries of Guilin, the mountains turn into small hills. The flavor of Guilin comes to us. After passing through the Guilin service area, we experienced the five-star service area for the first time. The public facilities are good, there is actually a bathroom, and there are many types of food. We met Chongqing Zhang Duck. In addition to bags, there are even whole ducks for sale. We immediately bought one, and tonight we will add vegetables. Xiao Lingzi took the cashier's receipt and went to another coffee shop to exchange for a cup of latte for free. Because Young Master Yang was driving, she gave it to Young Master Yang and me. To be honest, the coffee smelled delicious and I preferred tea when I drank it.
Shortly after passing the Guilin Service Area, we got off the expressway. The road conditions of provincial roads, county roads and rural roads are basically good. It just gives people the impression that road construction stopped 2 to 30 years ago. We navigated to Xianggong Mountain and found the inn we had booked. The boss upgraded our room, changing the first floor to the third floor. We thanked the boss. After entering the room, we all took a bath due to the hot weather. It was dinner time after cleaning. After the boss finished cooking, he placed the dishes directly on the tea table in the corridor outside our room. Haha, the four of us, wearing home clothes and slippers, sat in the corridor to eat, enjoying the cool breeze and comfort. Today is the first time I ate beer fish. Because we were too full to eat, we went out for a walk after dinner and checked out the route to watch the sunrise tomorrow morning.
D11: On April 28, Yangshuo Xianggong Mountain-Xingping Town, stay at Yangshuo Lijiang Pavilion Inn (Xingping 20 RMB Background Observation Platform Store)
I got up at 5 o'clock this morning, left at 5:20, walked to the gate of Xianggong Mountain, and bought tickets at a discount of 30 yuan per person based on the inn's number. After checking in, I followed the crowd to climb to the observation deck on the mountain. It took about half an hour to climb to the observation deck. The observation deck is divided into three floors. When we arrived, there were already many people, and there were not many good positions by the railing left, so we quickly found our own positions. I ran all three floors, and finally settled on the second floor. A young man moved a little space. I stuffed it in and stood waiting for the big movie to play.
Although I didn't see the red sunrise rising slowly, but when I saw the sun, it was high and bright, but the clouds and mist gave us a dreamy picture. The clouds and mist on the Li River slowly cover the Li River layer by layer. The peaks seem to be floating among the clouds and mist, and the fog gauze as thin as cicada wings hangs on the peaks and floats around. It's beautiful, so beautiful.
I returned to the inn with a strong sense of satisfaction and ate a bowl of Guilin rice noodles made by the boss, full of ingredients.
After eating rice noodles, we packed our luggage and loaded them into the car. Taking advantage of the cool morning, we decided to climb Damian Mountain first. Navigate to Damian Mountain, which is a private orchard. The road up the mountain was built by the orchard owner himself. The ticket is 20 yuan/person. Damian Mountain was more difficult to climb than Xianggong Mountain. We climbed for more than an hour. The key was that there was no trace of wind during the climb. Although there were leaves blocking the sun, it made people feel very sultry. Climbing to the observation platform on the top of the mountain, the whole person was completely exposed to the sun, and the vision was really empty. There was another big turn in the Li River, and this time we could see everything through.
After looking at the top of the mountain enough, we rested for a long time under the orchard owner's pergola after going down the mountain. It was too hot, so we stopped sweating. After taking a break, get on the bus, drive back to the inn where I stayed last night for lunch. After eating, drive to Jiatianxia to play. The parking fee is 10 yuan in the private parking lot. Jiatianxia is a section of river scenery along the Li River. Walk along the river and see the Li River.
After touring Jiatianxia, we drove to Xingping Town and stayed on the other side of the Li River tonight. Because there was no bridge, we had to detour and detour to Yangshuo County. Then from Yangshuo County to Xingping, driving for more than an hour. Along the way, I felt like I was back in the 1990s. The roads were still the earliest cement roads, and the houses on the roadside were also the same. When we arrived in Xingping Town, everything was dilapidated and chaotic. Unexpectedly, Yangshuo's mountains and rivers were the best in the world and became famous in the last century. Time has moved forward for decades, but this place is still in the past.
We crossed Xingping Town to the Lijiang River and found the inn we booked. It was relatively quiet here. We checked in and rested for a while. We went out to have dinner at our relatives 'restaurant recommended by the boss and had beer fish for the second time.
D12: April 29, Xingping Town-Chaoyang Village, Yangshuo Town, accommodation in Yangshuo Mountain-Rural Accommodation (Yulong River Store)
I had another bowl of rice noodles at the inn in the morning.
After eating, we loaded our luggage into the car, which was still parked in the parking lot of the inn. We first walked to the RMB 20 background check-in point to check in.
Then we walked 2 kilometers along the trail along the Li River. Due to the heavy rain some time ago, the water of the Li River was yellow, which still could not block the beautiful scenery on both sides of the river.
Back in the parking lot of the inn, the landlady recommended a place for us to see Jiuma Painting Mountain, Xinzhou. We guided the address given by the boss, walked through orange orchards along the country path, and came to a small mountain village near the river. We found a spacious place to park the car, walked to the riverside, and saw Jiuma Painting Mountain. I looked carefully and only saw one horse.
After wandering along the river, we drove to Yangshuo County and had lunch at Xie Sanjie Beer Fish Shop. This was the third time we had eaten beer fish.
After eating slowly, Master Yang and Brother Yu drove to the auto repair shop to repair the car. Xiao Lingzi and I sat in the shop waiting for them. We came back in half an hour. We continued to go to our place of accommodation tonight, Chaoyang Village by the Yulong River. We found the inn and checked in. Because it was too hot, we stayed in our room to take a nap. We only went out to stroll by the river at 5 p.m. Due to the rain, the river was also yellow, and the rising water overflowed some low dams.
After wandering for more than an hour, we had dinner in the grower's private kitchen next to the inn. The dishes were very good and we ate three times in a row.
After eating, he strolled for a while to relieve digestion before returning to the inn to rest.
D13: April 30, Chaoyang Village, Yangshuo Town, accommodation in Yangshuo Mountain-Rural Accommodation (Yulong River Store)
In the morning, the innkeeper treated us to tomato and egg noodles.
After eating, Young Master Yang and Brother Yu learned to drive a small electric donkey. Brother Yu had driven in Yunnan and had a basic foundation. He only needed to get familiar with it. Young Master Yang was a small white electric donkey and needed to learn and practice. Under the guidance of the innkeeper, Gongzi Yang gave full play to his intelligence and courage. After continuous practice, he initially mastered driving, so the four of us started driving by small electric donkeys along the way from the innkeeper to Gongnong Bridge. Riding on the road, I sat behind, my heart hanging all over me. When the speed slowed down, I immediately had to stand on my toes and support it. I stopped and stopped all the way to the Gongnong Bridge successfully. I parked the little electric donkey and walked around the Gongnong Bridge. I walked around the Gongnong Bridge. A cordon was set up by the river due to the rising water, and the famous Yulong River bamboo rafts were also stopped, so we couldn't float anymore.
After strolling for a while, we returned to the parking lot. On the way, we also witnessed an electric donkey accident. Xiao Lingzi also showed her love and gave her two Band-Aids. After taking the little electric donkey, we drove more carefully. On the way back, we saw the little electric donkey parked in many places. We also got off the car and took a look. Most of the young people were posing for pictures. We didn't think it was interesting, so we hurried away and left.
I carefully drove the little electric donkey back to the inn safely. My legs were tense and tiptoed, so I felt tired when I got off the bus and relaxed. Master Yang also said that my hands and feet were very tired. My hands were because of the little electric donkey's handlebars. It was too swinging and had to be grasped hard. My feet were tired. I still don't want to try this kind of safe play in the future. Parking the car, we walked to the chef's private kitchen for lunch.
After lunch, we went back to the inn to rest for more than an hour. We left at 4 p.m. and still drove our own car to visit the ancient bridge on the Yulong River. The first stop was Fuli Bridge, and the parking lot paid 10 yuan.
Second stop: Yulong Bridge. I accidentally entered a self-driving camp and saved parking fees.
The third stop: Xiangui Bridge, the parking lot is closed and no one is on duty.
The fourth stop: Shizhai Bridge, the new one, the sunset that Young Master Yang loves. The three of us all said that the clouds are too thick and it looks like it will rain. There is no sunset at all. We refused to give up and insisted on coming to Shizhai Bridge. Standing on the bridge, the silhouette of the mountains and rivers is still good.
Driving back to the inn, I continued to choose the craftsman's private cuisine for dinner. I had beer fish for the fourth time and also tasted a local specialty: snail stuffed.
When I came to Yangshuo, I ate beer fish four times in the inn in Xianggong Mountain, the inn in Xingping Town, the Xiesanjie Beer House in Yangshuo County, and the Yulong River Food Craftsman's Private Kitchen. Tonight, we chose our favorite flavor. Young Master Yang and Brother Fish thought that Xiesanjie's food was the best. Xiao Lingzi and I like Xingping Town's beer fish. Yangshuo's specialty dishes have their own flavors due to the different cooking methods and fish choices.
I am going to return tomorrow. I originally planned to go back via Liuzhou and Tian'e County. Liuzhou wanted to eat snail noodles and visit Longtan Park. Tian'e County mainly wanted to see the First Bay of the Hongshui River and the Longtan Grand Canyon. However, Brother Yu said that he had something to do at home. Could he go to Mianyang on the 3rd? As a result of the discussion, Liuzhou would not go (Yangshuo stayed for three days and was already aesthetically tired). He would go directly to Tiane County tomorrow. On the 2nd, Tian'e County go to Nanchuan District, Chongqing, and on the 3rd, he will return to Mianyang. No one has any objection to this. Due to the long driving time tomorrow, we had to get up early. When we returned to the inn after dinner, we went to the rice noodle shop opposite the inn and asked about the opening time. It opened at 7 a.m., which was a very suitable time.
D14: May 1, Chaoyang Village, Yangshuo Town-Tian'e County, accommodation at City Convenience Inn (Tian'e Bus Terminal Store)
I went out to the rice noodle shop for breakfast at 7 a.m. and ordered 4 portions of rice noodles at 12 yuan. The ingredients were still satisfying and delicious.
After finishing the rice noodles, we returned to the inn, packed our luggage and went downstairs. Xiao Lingzi and both of them were sitting in the lobby on the first floor, chatting with the boss. We loaded our luggage into the car. It began to rain lightly. We said goodbye to the boss and drove to Tian'e County. She originally thought that there would be a lot of traffic. May Day is a top tourist destination like Yangshuo in Guilin, but there were not many cars along the way. Xiao Lingzi also said that the innkeeper told her that many inn orders had been cancelled on May Day. Because of the forecast of rain and the heavy rain in Guilin some time ago, the Internet joked that Yellow River water was seen on the Li River, which affected the passenger flow on May Day.
We followed the navigation to the first bay of the Hongshui River, and we really saw what a hundred thousand mountains were like along the way.
Arriving in Tian'e County after 6 p.m., we found a hotel and checked in. We chose and decided to have dinner at Chongqing Hongshuihe Fish Restaurant. We took a taxi to the door and got off the bus. After entering the store, Young Master Yang and Brother Fish watched and ordered fish, selected fish and ordered good dishes, and we began to wait and wait. After waiting for an hour, the fish arrived. We tasted a few bites and stopped chopsticks, wanting to wait for the other two dishes to come and eat together. Who would have thought that more than ten minutes had passed and we had not come yet? We had to rush while eating. After urging it several times, there was no result. After observing outside the kitchen, we only saw three chefs in the kitchen, but there were more than ten tables outside. It was simply the rhythm of collapse and couldn't be done. There was no need to wait. It was a waste of waiting. We ate a big bowl of rice each with fish and told the boss that we would not want the dishes that had not been served and pay the bill. When we paid, we met several customers like us. They only ate one fish.
After eating and going out, it rained, and we couldn't get a cab. We braved the rain and walked back to the hotel. Fortunately, the rain was not too heavy. When they came back, Young Master Yang and Brother Fish were a little hungry. They looked for a place to eat again. They searched for a barbecue restaurant and ate a few skewers. After settling down their stomach, they returned to the hotel. Tonight was the most strenuous meal in the past few days, but in terms of fish, it was the best because the variety and quality of the fish were the best.
D15: May 2, from Tian'e County to Nanchuan District, Chongqing, stay at Berman Hotel (Chongqing Nanchuan Longzhi Wanda Plaza Store)
As soon as he got up this morning, Young Master Yang said that he would pass by Qingyan Ancient Town on the way. He would have lunch in Qingyan at noon. He could visit the ancient town in the afternoon. He could stay somewhere between Qingyan and Nanchuan when it was late. When I heard this, I was speechless again. The plan was discussed and decided together during dinner on the evening of the 30th. At this time, he came to make changes. He said that he was dizzy after drinking some wine that night, but he didn't pay attention and always had an excuse. I didn't want to change it, so I told him that May Day would definitely be crowded, so I wouldn't want to go if I didn't have a good experience. Also, hotels change from time to time, and how could it be so easy to choose? When breakfast was over, Young Master Yang told Brother Yu his idea. If he went to Qingyan Ancient Town, he would definitely return to Mianyang on the evening of the 3rd. Brother Yu had no objections and said that it would be fine as long as I agreed.
After breakfast, I packed my luggage and loaded it into the car. I first navigated the Longtan Grand Canyon. I didn't know where Young Master Yang was leading, but the more he walked, the more things were wrong. After checking the navigation, I realized that the navigation was wrong, which wasted more than half an hour. Walking to the entrance of the Longtan Grand Canyon, we found that if we wanted to buy tickets, we could only take the scenic spot sightseeing bus to enter. We gave up and looked in the parking lot at the entrance of the ticket office. We could look down on the county seat of Tian'e County.
Then I navigated Qingyan Ancient Town, and I had to agree. As soon as I got off the highway and entered the periphery of Qingyan Ancient Town in Guizhou at noon, I started to get stuck in traffic. I stopped and stopped looking for parking lots. Several parking lots were full. In addition, I was unfamiliar with the place. I took a few rounds to find a parking lot and park the car. Walking in the direction of the ancient town, I looked while looking, and found a restaurant that ate Huaxi rice noodles. There were many people, but there were seats. This was the first place. I ordered noodles and pork feet.
After eating, I went shopping. There were really many people, and it could be said that there were many people. Fortunately, after shopping for more than half an hour, I didn't feel much fun. We returned to the parking lot and drove to Nanchuan. We arrived in Nanchuan District, Chongqing at about 7 o'clock. Today, we crossed three provinces in one day, from Guangxi to Guizhou and then to Chongqing. We found the hotel and checked in. We packed our luggage as quickly as possible, packed it up, and went downstairs and walked to Bamboo Mountain and Old Forest. This was a restaurant that Brother Yu strongly recommended and we came here to check in to eat bamboo shoots.
D16: May 3, Nanchuan-Mianyang, Chongqing
We returned to Mianyang today. We set off after breakfast at the hotel in the morning. We happened to pass by Jinhua Town in Shehong during lunch time. We went to Liao Laoyao in the town to have a delicious yellow spicy meal to celebrate the perfect end of the tour. Xiao Lingzi's cough disappeared. According to her, it seemed that she stopped coughing after climbing Bajiao Village.
We arrived in Mianyang successfully after 3 p.m.. I don't know if it was sunny after the rain. The sky in Mianyang was covered with large clouds. The blue sky and white clouds were extremely beautiful. Our 16-day journey also came to a successful conclusion.
