The most famous attractions in Zhangjiajie are Wulingyuan Scenic Area (equivalent to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park) and Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area. We arrived on the first night, Wulingyuan Scenic Area the second day, Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area the third day, and left on the fourth day.

Because it is a mature tourist city, hotels and B & Bs are very developed, inexpensive and affordable. It is recommended to choose to live between the Dongzhan Station and Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area.

It is recommended to purchase tickets online in advance and bring your ID card. Both scenic spots have discounts for students, teachers, the elderly and other people ~

Day 1: Wulingyuan Scenic Area

Tickets for Wulingyuan Scenic Area are 227, with unlimited entry and exit for four days. Friends in a hurry must take the Yuanjiajie-Jinbianxi route in [Figure 4], which takes only one day to visit the essence of the entire forest park and is also the location for Avatar.

Enter from the Dongmen Wujiayu Ticket Station and use your ID card to redeem your ticket. After entering the scenic spot, take a bus (which leads to Tianzishan Cableway Station, Shili Gallery Parking Lot, Shuifuan Simen, and Bailongtianti Station in turn). Watch the car number before getting on the bus and confirm with the driver whether you can reach the foot of the Bailong Ladder

Stand.

After visiting Yuanjiajie, go to the Tianxia First Bridge Parking Lot. If there is no bus to Bailong Tiantian Station, walk for five minutes to the Weizitai Parking Lot and take the bus down the mountain. Then visit Jinbian River at Shuifeng Simen.

It took us 3 hours to walk the entire journey along Jinbian Creek. At around six o'clock, it began to rain in Wulingyuan. There was no one along the way. The golden whip river, which was like a fairyland, was filled with fog. The sound of birds flashed in an instant, and the wind in the valley surged into my heart. You can take a taxi directly home when you go to the south gate.

Day 2: Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area

It is recommended to choose a cable car ticket for Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area. It is most convenient to choose Line A to get up and down the mountain. If you only have half a day, it is recommended to visit the western line first. There are two glass plank roads on the east and west lines. If we had time to go through the East-West Loop Road, we would have completed it in 5 hours. There are road signs in all scenic spots, just follow them.

Although it rained heavily that day, it was the first time I climbed the mountain and crossed the trestle in wind, rain and clouds. The mountains are piled on top of each other, with falling flowers and flowing water, the most hazy and clear ~

Restaurant: You can try Xiangxi cuisine. We went to the "Yehua Xiangxiang Cuisine Restaurant", which is next to Wulingyuan Bus Station. It is located in the middle and convenient for travel. It feels very good. I like his stone pot fish, bandit chicken, fried pork with green pepper, iced tofu, etc. It tastes good and is more affordable for group purchase!
